American tourist in Paris ‘gang-raped’ by men who plied her with drugs

Cops in Paris are investigating the alleged sexual assault of an American woman who says that she was ‘raped and left at the side of the road’ while visiting the city to attend Fashion Week.
‘An American tourist said she was raped after a party in a hotel bar,’ in capital’s northwestern 17th district, the public prosecutor’s office said.
French daily Le Parisien said that the American tourist, who had come to the French capital to attend shows during this month’s Fashion Week, was raped by two men after taking drugs that one of them had given her.
Ex-IRS contractor who leaked Trump’s tax returns sentenced to 5 years

“Let me be absolutely clear: What you did, in targeting the sitting president of the United States, was an attack on our constitutional democracy,” the judge told Littlejohn.
Regardless of Littlejohn’s motivations, the judge said at an earlier hearing, “people taking the law into their own hands is unacceptable.”
Justice Department officials said Littlejohn’s disclosures were unprecedented in U.S. history. In court filings, they described how Littlejohn closely studied the IRS systems he would later breach with sophisticated digital techniques meant to hide his tracks.

Ilhan Omar unrepentant after video of her ethno-nationalist ‘Somalians first’ speech goes viral

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) broke from her customary criticism of Israel Saturday to instead highlight her other top priority: the national well-being, ethnic homogeneity, and border security of her native Somalia.
Footage of Omar’s translated speech — wherein she appears to identify herself as a Somalian first and allegedly claims the “U.S” will do what [Somali Americans] want and nothing else” — has gone viral, prompting criticism both at home and abroad.
An excerpt of Omar’s remarks has been captioned with a translation — the faithfulness of which she and others have criticized — indicating the radical Democrat said, “We, as Somalians, we love each other. There are areas of friction … that led us to kill each other, but in reality, we are an organized society: brothers and sisters, people of the same blood, people who know they are Somalians first, Muslims second.”
After failing to factor America into her apparent hierarchy of identities, Omar allegedly went onto suggest that members of her preferred blood-linked identity group know to “protect one another, come to each other’s aid and to the aid of other Muslims too.”
Omar, who has criticized American efforts to secure America’s borders and erect a southern wall, subsequently reshared a post claiming, “Somalis have a responsibility to defend their country by any means.”
Will Congress ARREST anyone over DELETED Jan. 6 files?
House Republicans have discovered that just DAYS before Republicans took control of the House in 2023, the Democrat-run Select January 6th Committee deleted over a terabyte of data from its records.
Rep. Barry Loudermilk, who leads the committee reviewing the previous committee’s investigation, joins Glenn to discuss what the Republicans are doing next. Many of the files, he explains, are still password protected. But he details what was in some of the unlocked files that had been deleted: “
[These] were critical to the investigation.” But is anything going to come of this, Glenn asks? Will anyone be arrested or subpoenaed for what may be an illegal attempt to hide the facts from the American people?

AG Andrew Bailey: I didn’t serve in the United States Army during the War on Terror just to sit by and allow terrorists into our nation because Joe Biden refuses to secure the border. See you in court, POTUS.
Censored Science | Full Measure
In March of 2021, while the world was steeped in the Covid crisis, a group of filmmakers quietly began a project to document the scandalous censorship of science and free thought in real time. They did so anonymously for fear of retribution.
The result is a new documentary series called, “Follow the Science: Lockdowns Go Viral.” Hawk Jensen is the award-winning director, who says he aims to expose the truth about the government’s agenda.

Nevada ‘Hot Tub’ Judge Posed with Public Defenders, Hinted Billie Eilish Might Make Her Late for Court: Ethics Complaint

A formal statement of charges was filed against Clark County District Court judge Erika Ballou by Nevada lawyer Francis C. Flaherty acting as a special counsel before the commission.
The complaint alleges that Ballou violated the Revised Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct and cites an image she shared in April, 2022, on Facebook of herself wearing a bathing suit in a hot tub with public defenders Shana Brouwers and Robson Hauser.
According to the filing, the Facebook post allegedly violated rules requiring a judge to “promote public confidence in the independence, integrity, and impartiality of the judiciary and shall avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety.”
It also alleged that the hot tub post violated codes that prohibit judges from conveying the impression that others may be “in a position to influence the judge.”

Political Pressure Builds on Biden to Strike Iran After US Deaths

The killing of three U.S. troops and wounding of dozens more Sunday by Iran-backed militants is piling political pressure on President Joe Biden to deal a blow directly against Iran, a move he’s been reluctant to do out of fear of igniting a broader war.
Biden’s response options could range anywhere from targeting Iranian forces outside to even inside Iran, or opting for a more cautious retaliatory attack solely against the Iran-backed militants responsible, experts say.
American forces in the Middle East have been attacked more than 150 times by Iran-backed forces in Iraq, Syria, Jordan and off the coast of Yemen since the Israel-Hamas war erupted in October.
Con Artist Accused of Stealing $100M From Army to Spend on Luxe Homes, Cars is Allowed to Retire With Full Benefits

Janet Yamanaka Mello, 57, who is under criminal investigation, brazenly claims she “earned” her civil service retirement package despite allegedly using the funds to purchase over 30 homes, luxury cars and jewelry through the seven-year scheme.
The military admitted that there is nothing that can be done to withhold Mello’s benefits as they’re protected under a federal law that was held up in government bureaucracy.
Mello, who worked as a civilian financial program manager at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, hatched a plan in 2016 to create a bogus business called Child Health and Youth Lifelong Development so she could siphon funds she received from the Army to herself.
Most recently, she’s raked in $130,000 per year at her role.
