Report: FBI Plans To Arrest Blaze Media Reporter Without Telling Him What Charges He’s Facing

On Tuesday, investigative reporter Steve Baker revealed that following months of delay, federal authorities informed his legal team there is a signed warrant for his arrest and that he is to self-surrender for “alleged J6 crimes” in Dallas, Texas, on Friday morning.
Baker has been at the forefront of reporting on the more questionable aspects of the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.
A hearing before a federal magistrate is purportedly set to take place at 10 a.m. Baker was initially informed of the DOJ’s intention to charge him over his J6 reporting in December but was told by the FBI his self-surrender date would be “postponed until after Christmas,” according to Blaze News.
While the feds reportedly claimed they have no intention of detaining Baker and the charges against him are “non-violent misdemeanors,” the Blaze Media reporter nor his attorneys have been informed what specific counts he’s facing, signaling a potential violation of the Sixth Amendment, which guarantees individuals accused of a crime a right to “be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation.” Blaze News reported that “the powers that be won’t tell [Baker’s] attorney about the charges because they believe Baker will post them on social media.”
How Illegal Aliens Flooding Our Border Skew Elections For Democrats Without Ever Casting A Vote

Why did President Joe Biden reverse former President Donald Trump’s order excluding noncitizens from being counted in the census, while simultaneously issuing a slew of executive orders decimating the integrity of our southern border? While illegal immigrants cannot vote in elections (despite Democrats’ best efforts), the left is using their illegal presence to rig elections by shifting the political landscape through apportionment.
Both congressional and electoral college apportionment is derived from the number of residents in a particular area. Trump signed a memo in July of 2020 that barred illegal immigrants from being counted in the census, which is used to apportion representation in Washington. Biden, however, reversed the policy and ordered the census to include illegal immigrants and other noncitizens.
This means that American citizens aren’t receiving balanced representation in their government.

The Pipe Bombs Before Jan. 6: Capital Mystery That Doesn’t Add Up

This scene is unremarkable except for one detail: The uniformed man and his trained canine came within a few feet of where a plainclothes Capitol Police officer would soon discover a pipe bomb that had been planted there the night before. The bomb, which the FBI has described as viable and capable of inflicting serious injury, along with a similar one found at the headquarters of the Republican National Committee, would appear to be the most overt act of violence perpetrated on Jan. 6.
Responding to the video discovered by this reporter, Rep. Barry Loudermilk, the Georgia Republican who chairs the House Oversight Committee subcommittee now conducting a separate inquiry into Jan. 6, asked, “How could a bomb-sniffing dog miss a pipe bomb at the DNC? We’ll add this to our long list of unanswered questions and continue getting to the truth.”
The number of anomalies surrounding this still unsolved case continues to grow. These include:

Progressive House Dems made secret ‘human rights’ trip to Cuba amid worsening border crisis at home

Far-left “Squad” member Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., and Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC) Chair Pramilia Jayapal, D-Wash., led the group of a dozen people, including a staffer from the office of Rep. Barbara Lee, D-Calif., to Havana, where they, according to a spokesperson for the CPC, “met with people from across Cuban civil society and government officials to discuss human rights and the U.S.-Cuba bilateral relationship.”
The trip was not disclosed by anyone involved and was not reported by Cuban state media despite the ongoing embargo against the communist island nation by the U.S., the Miami Herald reported.
Both Jayapal and Omar have been critical of the embargo, support normalizing relations between the U.S. and Cuba, and each voted against a 2021 resolution supporting protests against the Cuban government and calling for the release of detained citizens.
Efforts by the left-wing House members to cozy up to the authoritarian communist nation come as the U.S. continues to face a daunting flood of illegal immigrants overwhelming officials and communities at the southern border, as well as in cities across the country.
Illegal alien twice cut loose from sanctuary county jail now accused of killing a 2-year-old Maryland boy

An illegal alien from El Salvador has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to the Feb. 8 slaying of a 2-year-old Maryland boy, Jeremy Poou-Caceres, and the grievous wounding of the boy’s mother.
Prior to allegedly killing the child, Salvadoran national Nilson Granados-Trejo was twice arrested and twice freed in a nearby sanctuary county despite an outstanding removal order and detainer requests from immigration officials.
Police indicated that the mother and child were not the intended targets. A witness reportedly saw two of the suspected shooters take shots at another group of thugs during a dispute over drug territory, striking Jeremy and his mother.
The boy’s mother, whose identity has been concealed in some reports because she is a teen victim and a witness, claimed she was pushing her son in a stroller down Kanawha street when two groups of thugs began shooting, reported WRC-TV.
Trump Seeks $100 Million Bond on $454.2M Judgment Amid Appeal

In a filing with the Appellate Division, a mid-level appeals court, Trump’s lawyers said the “exorbitant and punitive amount of the judgment coupled with an unlawful and unconstitutional blanket prohibition on lending transactions would make it impossible to secure and post a complete bond.”
They said a $100 million bond, together with Trump’s “vast” real estate holdings and ongoing oversight by a court-designated monitor for the Trump Organization, would be more than sufficient to secure the judgment.
Trump’s lawyers also sought to temporarily stay enforcement of the judgment during his appeal, saying he would suffer “irreparable harm” if James forced the sale of his real estate assets to raise capital.
Honduran illegal migrant arrested for rape of girl, 14, stabbing man during knifepoint robbery

An illegal immigrant from Honduras has been arrested in Louisiana for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl and repeatedly stabbing another man during a robbery, with a local police chief blasting the obstacles law enforcement is faced with while trying to capture criminal illegal immigrants.
Angel Matias Castellanos-Orellana, 19, had been on the loose for the rape of the girl earlier this month when he was arrested Sunday for robbing a man at knifepoint as he got out of his car in the 2600 block of Phoenix Street in Kenner, the Kenner Police Department said in a Facebook post.
Castellanos-Orellana approached the man and demanded his property before the illegal migrant stabbed the victim multiple times in his face and his back, according to Fox 8.
Denver Weighs Cutting Some Public Employees’ Hours to Zero to Tackle Migrant Crisis

Denver is not explicitly using the term “layoffs” to describe the cost-cutting measure but is considering eliminating working hours entirely for some lifeguards and desk workers, the city’s Department of Parks and Recreation told 9News on Monday.
“The reduction in hours of operation and programs will affect the number of hours worked by many on-call, some to the point where they may not receive any hours,” said Denver Parks and Recreation Director Jolon Clark.
“The final decisions on hours for any individual position have not been made yet.”
The department is planning on cutting $4.3 million from its budget to help Denver handle the significant financial strain caused by the migrant crisis. More than 36,000 migrants are estimated to have arrived in Denver since 2022 and roughly half of the new arrivals have put down roots in the city, according to the Denver Post. Continue reading

Sen. Mitch McConnell will step down as Republican leader in November

Mitch McConnell, the longest-serving Senate leader in history who maintained his power in the face of dramatic convulsions in the Republican Party for almost two decades, will step down from that position in November.
McConnell, who turned 82 last week, was set to announce his decision Wednesday in the well of the Senate, a place where he looked in awe from its back benches in 1985 when he arrived and where he grew increasingly comfortable in the front row seat afforded the party leaders.
His decision punctuates a powerful ideological transition underway in the Republican Party, from Ronald Reagan’s brand of traditional conservatism and strong international alliances, to the fiery, often isolationist populism of former President Donald Trump.

Chinese nationals arrested in Georgia county’s ‘largest’ indoor drug growing bust ever

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation four weeks ago after receiving reports of an alleged illegal food manufacturing facility being run in a building owned by a company called HG LLC.
When they went inside, they found more than 11,000 marijuana plants growing of various sizes.
The other three suspects – Zhu Sheng Bing, Jinpeng Ma, and Chenhui Shu – were deemed to be in the U.S. legally. They were all charged with felony marijuana manufacturing, felony possession of marijuana and are expected to face additional trafficking charges.
This is believed to be the biggest drug bust of an indoor growing operation in the county’s history.
