Biden admin allowed more than 100,000 migrants into US in June, despite ‘crackdown’ on asylum

The stunning figure includes 30,000 illegal border crossers were who were allowed in — more than one-third of all migrants caught at the US-Mexico border, according to leaked documents obtained by The Post.

The documents from the Department of Homeland Security show that thousands of illegal migrants are still being allowed into the US each week, even though Biden had claimed his executive order would stem the tide of migrants being allowed into the US.

Additionally, various loopholes and programs launched by the Biden administration allow thousands more migrants per day into the country by legal routes — including the CBP One app and flights from places like Venezuela and Haiti.

But, the migrants who were released have future court dates in the US — adding to the backlog of more than 3 million pending cases in immigration courts across the country…

Judge Rejects Biden Admin Bid To Dismiss Lawsuit Over ‘Illegal and Dangerous’ $1.5 Billion Palestinian Payment Plan

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas ruled on Friday that the lawsuit brought by victims of Palestinian terrorism can proceed, marking the second time the Biden administration’s motion to dismiss the case has been rejected.

The court, in its latest decision, said there is evidence the Biden administration continued awarding taxpayer cash to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA)—the leading aid organization in Gaza—even after Congress blocked funding to that group due to its support for Hamas’s military infrastructure.

The lawsuit, originally filed in December 2022 by American victims of Palestinian terror attacks and Rep. Ronny Jackson (R., Texas), alleges the Biden administration violated federal law when it restarted aid to the Palestinians, including for programs in the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip. This money, they argue, subsidized terrorism and contributed to the Palestinian government’s “pay to slay” program, which provides imprisoned terrorists and their families with monthly stipends.

The latest decision paves the way for the case to “move forward, tearing away the veil from the Biden Administration’s illegal and dangerous $1.5 billion terrorism subsidy program for the Palestinians,” America First Legal, a watchdog group handling the lawsuit on behalf of terror victims, said in a summary of the case provided to the Washington Free Beacon.

“This administration has been illegally funding terrorism by providing taxpayer dollars to Palestinian terrorists who want to bring harm to American and Israeli interests,”  said Rep. Jackson. “This critical decision will help to hold the Biden administration accountable and ensure that the national security of the United States and Israel is prioritized over the illegal funding of terrorism with American taxpayer dollars.”….

Biden Admin Flying Migrants Deported by Trump Back Into the US

The program, which has not been announced to the public, appears to be a response to a February 2022 Human Rights Watch report about dozens of Cameroonians deported between 2019 and 2021 and then allegedly mistreated by their government. An estimated 80 to 90 Cameroonians were deported during that period of time.

But now some are arriving back in the United States under a program with little precedent, both current and former ICE officials say. All of the individuals deported under the previous administration were found not to have valid asylum claims in the United States.

The decision to fly back the previously deported Cameroonians is the latest instance of the Biden administration reversing its predecessor’s immigration initiatives.

On his first day in office, President Joe Biden rolled back a number of former president Donald Trump’s border policies and paused southern border wall construction. Biden later ended a policy that forced asylum seekers to wait in Mexico before their court hearing, which critics blame for the sharp uptick in illegal border crossings.

“Gutting deportations isn’t enough for the Biden administration, so now they’re apparently bringing back previously deported illegal aliens,” said former ICE official and director of investigations at the Center for Immigration Studies Jon Feere. “These are people who have already had their cases closed, one way or another, and they’ve been returned home.”..

The Latest | Israel releases 55 Palestinians it had detained from Gaza, including hospital director

A Palestinian health official says Israel released 55 Palestinians on Monday whom it had detained from Gaza, including the director of the territory’s main hospital.

Mohammed Abu Selmia was detained in November when Israeli forces raided Shifa Hospital. In video comments aired by Palestinian media following his release, Abu Selmia accused Israeli authorities of subjecting Palestinian detainees to “daily physical and psychological humiliation.” Israeli authorities have denied such allegations.

Israel accuses Hamas and other militant groups of sheltering in hospitals and using them for military purposes. Palestinian health officials say Israeli raids have forced several hospitals to shut down or dramatically reduce services, recklessly endangering civilians. Hospitals can lose their protection under international law if they are used for military purposes.

The Israeli military says around 20 projectiles were fired from Gaza at communities near the border early Monday. There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage…

As the War with Russia Grinds On, Ukraine Turns to a New Pool of Recruits: Prisoners

At a rural penal colony in southeast Ukraine, several convicts stand assembled under barbed wire to hear an army recruiter offer them a shot at parole. In return, they must join the grueling fight against Russia.

“You can put an end to this and start a new life,” said the recruiter, a member of a volunteer assault battalion. “The main thing is your will, because you are going to defend the motherland. You won’t succeed at 50%, you have to give 100% of yourself, even 150%.”

Ukraine is expanding the draft to cope with acute battlefield shortages more than two years into fighting against Russia’s full-scale invasion. And its recruiting efforts have turned, for the first time, to the country’s prison population.

More than 3,000 prisoners already have been released on parole and assigned to military units after such recruitment was approved by parliament in a controversial mobilization bill last month, Ukrainian Deputy Justice Minister Olena Vysotska told The Associated Press.

About 27,000 inmates could potentially be eligible for the new program, according to Justice Ministry estimates…

North Korea tests 2 missiles, 1 reportedly may have fallen on land

“We strongly condemn North Korea’s missile launch as a clear provocation that seriously threatens peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula,” South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff said.

The tests were detected at 5:05 a.m. and 5:15 a.m., the South Korean military said. South Korean officials shared the launch data in real-time with the United States and Japan, South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff said Monday.

The latest provocation from North Korea and its leader, Kim Jong Un, followed last week’s joint military exercises by the U.S., Japan and South Korea. Those exercises were a sign that the security cooperation in the region “has never been stronger,” U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said on Friday.

The U.S. military condemned Monday’s launches, calling on North Korea to put an end to its “unlawful and destabilizing acts.”…

Unveiling the Brennan-Clapper Files: How January 6 Shifted Surveillance Powers

America First Legal (AFL) has published another batch of documents (referred to collectively as “Deep State Diaries”) originating from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advisory outfit, Homeland Intelligence Experts Group.

AFL refers to this body as the “Brennan-Clapper committee” since it included former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA Director John Brennan.

The group has been disbanded, judging by AFL’s press release also thanks to its efforts, and now internal notes from meetings, which the non-profit said it obtained through litigation, have seen the light of day.

These documents focus on the way the Biden administration and its allies handled the events of January 6, the Mar-a-Lago raid, and social platforms for what AFL says is “targeting and surveillance of political dissent.”

Notably, this has to do with more surveillance powers regarding what’s known as domestic violent extremism (DVE) – to whatever law enforcement decides to apply this label.

And the way they apply it, according to AFL’s “Deep State Diaries” material, is to persons who are religious, members of the military, or Trump supporters….

A Wave of Migrant Crime Engulfing America

AP File Photo/Gregory Bull

American citizens and their children are being stolen from, beaten, raped, and murdered by illegals in every corner of the country even as millions of illegal migrants gobble up federal and state welfare dollars for free housing, free health care, food, clothing, education, legal services and more.

Here are just a few examples of the crime America wave faces.

Retail Theft Rings

Migrant retail theft rings have exploded across the country. In one case, authorities in Port Charlotte, Florida, reported the arrests of two “undocumented” women who were arrested after being suspected of shoplifting. Charlotte County Sheriff’s officials say that Carla Soto and Genesi Reyes were found in possession of more than $6,000 in stolen merchandise….

Sexual Assault

The news media is also filling up with report after report of illegal aliens recently released by Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Border Patrol who then go on to rape and sexually assault women and girls from coast to coast.

To name just a few incidents, just days ago, a migrant from Turkey who sneaked across the southern border last year was arrested in the sanctuary state of New York for raping a 15-year-old girl in Albany, New York….

Murder

Migrants have also been responsible for a growing list of heinous murders — usually of young women — that have become a defining trait of Biden’s dangerous open border policies.

The latest outrageous crime was perpetrated against 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray of Houston, Texas, who was abducted, raped, and murdered under a bridge on June 23. Her murderers were two illegals from Venezuela, Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel, 22, and Franklin Pena, 26…

The disorder stretched on for hours, according to a series of videos posted online.

A young woman in pink was yanked from behind by the hair over a concrete barrier at the edge of the park’s massive fountain.

Monkeypox: House Investigators Find NIH Hiding Risky Viral Gain-of-Function Research

The behavior of senior officials at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, the powerful federal agency formerly run by Dr. Anthony Fauci, is intolerable.

And the performance of the Department of Health and Human Services in response to legitimate congressional inquiries has been abysmal.

The latest evidence comes to us courtesy of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. The committee recently released an interim staff report on its lengthy investigation into the NIAID-approved gain-of-function research into the MPXV, a virus that causes the deadly disease commonly known as monkeypox.

Gain-of-function research is laboratory research deliberately designed to enhance the virulence and the transmissibility of a pathogen.

According to the House committee’s report, the National Institutes of Health and NIAID misled lawmakers for more than 17 months before handing over proof that they approved gain-of-function experiments to be performed on the monkeypox virus….

Trump Immunity Case EXPLAINED: Alan Dershowitz’s Biggest Takeaways

The Supreme Court has granted at least partial immunity to former President Donald Trump for the actions he took as president. Attorney Alan Dershowitz joins Glenn to explain what this means.

He lays out why this is likely a big win for Trump that has made it all but impossible for his Jan. 6 case to go to trial before the 2024 election.

But Dershowitz also explains why he believes this isn’t over yet – chances are, he argues, this case will be heading back to the Supreme Court …

Members of Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah Party Say Jews Cannot Live in Israel

Whoever thinks the current war is an isolated conflict in the Gaza Strip — think again. The war is being cheered by members of Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas’ political party, Fatah, as leading to a “return to Acre, Jaffa, and Haifa.”

In other words, “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”

One Fatah member stated recently what Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) has documented for decades — that the conflict with Israel is not over land, but much more. It is “existential, not just a conflict over borders.”

Another top member and official of Fatah, Nablus Branch Secretary Muhammad Hamdan, said that Palestinians dying in the war in Gaza serve as “fuel” for the Palestinian “return,” and taking over of all of Israel. As he put it, Israel is “transient”:..

Justice Thomas questions whether Jack Smith was constitutionally appointed

Justice Thomas’ concurrence in Trump v. U.S. is hugely significant. He questions whether Special Counsel Jack Smith’s office is constitutional.

“If there is no law establishing the office that the Special Counsel occupies, then he cannot proceed with this prosecution. A private citizen cannot criminally prosecute anyone, let alone a former President.” supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf…

Justice Thomas:

“We cannot ignore the importance that the Constitution places on who creates a federal office. To guard against tyranny, the Founders required that a federal office be ‘established by Law.’ As James Madison cautioned, ‘[i]f there is any point in which the separation of the Legislative and Executive powers ought to be maintained with greater caution, it is that which relates to officers and offices.’ 1 Annals of Cong. 581. If Congress has not reached a consensus that a particular office should exist, the Executive lacks the power to create and fill an office of his own accord.”

Justice Thomas launches a legal missile at AG Merrick Garland:…
