America First Legal (AFL) uncovered records showing Rashad Robinson, the President of the George Soros-funded, far-left organization Color of Change, visited the Biden-Harris White House a whopping sixteen times and had four meetings with President Biden and four meetings with Vice President Harris, according to official White House visitor log records:
Color of Change previously issued a statement characterizing “Bragg’s prosecution of Trump” as a “fruit of our labor.”

America First Legal Files Second Lawsuit Against New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg to Obtain Records Related to Political Persecution of President Trump
America First Legal (AFL) sued the New York District Attorney’s Office for records related to New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s partisan prosecution of President Trump.
AFL filed this lawsuit to obtain the following critical records from D.A. Bragg’s Office:
- Communications between D.A. Bragg’s Office and the Biden-Harris Campaign, the Democrat National Committee, Color of Change, and CREW.
- Documents and communications relating to campaign fundraising off of prosecuting President Trump.
- Documents and communications mentioning or relating to Alvin Bragg’s campaign and campaign, fundraising, or “Eliot” or “Spitzer” or “PAC.”
- Communications between D.A. Bragg’s Office and Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan, or her political consulting firm, Authentic Campaigns.
- Calendars for Alvin Bragg and his top lieutenants.
This lawsuit is part of AFL’s ongoing investigation into the New York District Attorney’s Office over concerns of impartiality, politically motivated prosecution, and the weaponization of the justice system.
In March of 2023, AFL launched an investigation into D.A. Bragg’s Office to obtain its internal and external communications regarding President Trump and determine if political motivations played a role in D.A. Bragg’s prosecution of President Trump.
As part of this ongoing investigation, AFL also sued the DOJ last month to obtain records regarding Matthew Colangelo, a key figure in the partisan and politically motivated prosecution against President Trump in Manhattan. The American people deserve transparency, and AFL will do everything it can to uncover these records for the public. ….
America First Legal Launches Multi-Front Investigation into the Biden-Harris Administration’s Records of Ryan Routh, the Suspect in the Second Assassination Attempt Against President Trump
Today, following a second assassination attempt on President Trump, America First Legal (AFL) launched investigations into the Biden-Harris Administration’s records regarding Ryan Wesley Routh.
Yesterday, Routh, a convicted felon, was charged in U.S. District Court with two gun crimes. Routh is a political partisan who reportedly “hates Trump” — he has reportedly called on Iran to assassinate the former President and has claimed that the former President is a threat to “democracy.” Notably, Routh repeatedly traveled to Ukraine and very publicly recruited Afghan and other volunteers for the Ukraine Foreign Legion, a ground unit of the Ukrainian Army.
Given Routh’s criminal history and Ukrainian activities, there is reason to believe that he has been an individual of concern to the U.S. government.
To determine whether the Biden-Harris Administration was tracking Routh and knew or should have known that he could pose a risk to President Trump, AFL has filed urgent requests for information from the following departments and agencies:…
America First Legal Sues Secret Service and DHS for Illegally Concealing Records Regarding the First Assassination Attempt of President Trump
America First Legal (AFL) filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for illegally concealing government records related to the first assassination attempt of President Trump in Pennsylvania in July.
On July 16, 2024, AFL launched a flurry of investigations, on an expedited basis, into the federal government’s activities before, during, and after July 13, 2024. These investigations included requests for:
- Documents revealing potential USSS staffing shortages;
- Documents on USSS hiring and employment standards;
- All communications to or from DHS Secretary Alejandro Majorkas, DHS Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Deputy Secretary Kristie Canegallo, and DHS Chief of Staff Jonathan Davidson on July 13, 2024;
- Calendars from key government officials, including the Director of the United States Secret Service and the Deputy Director of the United States Secret Service Secretary.
To date, AFL has not received any requested records despite requesting expedited processing and meeting all of the standards in law to receive such expedited proceedings.
Notably, the USSS previously told AFL in July that it would not process AFL’s FOIA on USSS staffing shortages on an expedited basis, claiming there was no threat to the life or safety of anyone and that there was no urgency to inform the public about government activity. However, USSS granted AFL’s request for expedited processing of the FOIA request in another request that used the same justifications…..
America First Legal Asks Arizona Supreme Court to Order State Officials to Use Lawful Tools to Remove Noncitizens from Voter Rolls
Last night, on behalf of Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona, known as EZAZ.org, and Yvonne Cahill, a registered voter and naturalized citizen, America First Legal (AFL) asked the Supreme Court of Arizona to use all available lawful tools to confirm the citizenship status of 97,688 registered voters, and to remove any noncitizens from the voter rolls in an amicus brief filed in Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer v. Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes.
On July 17, AFL sent all 15 Arizona counties a demand letter threatening legal action if steps were not taken to stop illegal aliens from voting. On September 4, after failing to take action to remove illegal aliens from voter rolls, AFL sued all 15 counties in Arizona.
Last week, officials in Arizona discovered a flaw that allowed 97,688 voters to vote in state and local elections for years without ever providing proof of citizenship. This egregious error makes clear that Arizona state election officials have failed to fulfill their voter list maintenance duties.
On Tuesday, September 17, Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer filed a special action in the Arizona Supreme Court asking the court to order that all 97,688 voters should be moved onto the “federal only” voter list and thus denied the chance to vote in state and local elections. In other words, County Recorder Richer asked the court to disenfranchise tens of thousands of voters. On the other hand, Secretary Fontes asked the court to let all 97,688 individuals continue to vote in state and local elections without needing to actually prove their citizenship. This would violate Arizona law….
McConnell DOUBLE-CROSSES Trump, Voters
While Donald Trump has survived two assassination attempts, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is focused on aid to Ukraine. Christopher Bedford, senior editor for politics and Washington correspondent for Blaze Media, says McConnell is concerned with Pentagon funding rather than attaching the SAVE Act to a continuing resolution, which has been endorsed by Trump and is popular with voters.

George Soros pours $250,000 into the Global Disinformation Index
The records show the Soros-backed Foundation to Promote Open Society, a major grantmaking organization, sent $250,000 in 2023 to Disinformation Index, Inc., the American outpost of the Global Disinformation Index. That British group, which previously received $150,000 from Soros along with funding from the State Department, has faced “censorship” scrutiny from Congress ever since a series of Washington Examiner reports shed light on its efforts to defund news outlets in the U.S.
“If the American people had any doubt that there is a well-funded and well-connected effort to censor free speech in America, documents like these remove any doubt,” said Gene Hamilton, executive director of America First Legal, a group of ex-Trump administration officials investigating alleged censorship efforts by the Biden-Harris administration.

House asks five states to probe possible illegal ‘straw’ donations to Democrats via ActBlue
The powerful chairman of the House committee that oversees election integrity is asking five states to open investigations into “potential criminal activity” in the routing of hundreds of millions of dollars in political donations to Kamala Harris and other Democrats through the fundraising platform known as ActBlue.
House Administration Committee Chairman Bryan Steil, R-Wis., made five referrals on Wednesday evening to Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares and Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, saying a massive computer analysis conducted by his committee uncovered a suspicious pattern of donations from individuals with net worths too small to donate what has been credited to them via ActBlue reports to the Federal Election Commission.
“This investigation focused on potential unlawful exploitation of unwitting ‘straw donors,’ whose identities may have been used to channel illicit funds into campaigns in your state,” Steil wrote the top law enforcement officials in the five states.
“The final analysis produced a set of anomalous donor profiles, ranked by the severity of the inconsistencies. In reviewing this analysis, it became clear there is suspicious activity occurring that warrants further review,” he added.
“Straw donors” are donors who are either given money by others to donate to federal candidates or whose identity is misused by others to make donations to evade federal campaign contribution limits…..

Can Harris’s Cynical, Run-out-the Clock Campaign Succeed?
Cynically running out the clock has been the overarching principle of the entire abbreviated 105-day presidential campaign of Kamala Harris—ever since Joe Biden, at the 11th-hour, dropped out in July.
Harris seems unwilling or unable to answer any impromptu question that she has not been previously prepped for. Her answers at the debate were memorized and canned. They never addressed the questions asked.
Her single, 11-minute post-debate Philadelphia interview was a shipwreck of dodging and dissimulating—even though the host was sympathetically left-wing.
Even socialist Bernie Sanders pointed out that for Harris to get elected, she must temporarily disown her lifelong leftist credentials.
As vice president, she must further deny co-ownership of the unpopular record of the Biden-Harris administration.
Left unstated is that whether she wins the presidency—or loses it and continues as vice president for another three months—nonetheless she will inevitably revert back to her hard-core, lifelong leftist beliefs.
In addition, Harris has reconstructed her privileged upbringing as a child of two PhDs, living in a posh Montreal neighborhood into a struggling, middle-class Oakland childhood.
How can she stage such a complete makeover—and contemptuously count on the voting public to be so easily deceived?
She avoids all news conferences, one-on-one nationally broadcast interviews, and town halls. And like Biden, she will debate only on leftist venues with impartial pro-Harris moderators.
When asked to provide the details of her past responsibility for the open border, inflationary economy, spiraling crime, attacks on fossil fuels, and collapsing foreign policy, Harris smiles, makes hand gestures, and dodges. She changes the subject to her empathetic personality, her “joy” campaign, and her iconic profile as a supposedly dynamic black woman….
