Damning video exposes former Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn’s tortured relationship with Jan. 6 truth

YouTube screenshot.

Former U.S. Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn prides himself on telling the truth.

When it comes to January 6, though, he and the truth often appear to be at odds.

That is the powerful contention in a new Blaze Media video production, “A Day in the Life of Harry Dunn: Part One — A Leisurely Pace,” streaming on BlazeTV and social media.

The video chronicles some of the tales told by the most famous police officer on Jan. 6 — and then reveals what really happened.

Steve Baker, a Blaze News investigative reporter who researched and narrated the production, said Dunn’s carefully crafted story — told before Congress, on network talk shows, and in his best-selling book — is nothing but fiction.

“Everything he did to establish his fame was done deceptively,” Baker said, recalling Dunn’s dramatic retelling of a briefing he attended at the Capitol early on Jan. 6. It was a meeting that security video proves never took place.

“When one opens their own narrative with so much detail about the time, the location, the content of the meeting that never happened,” Baker said in the film, “well, then everything else he says about January 6 must be called into question.”

Just as more doubts began to emerge about his truthfulness in 2024, Dunn retired from the Capitol Police. After a losing bid for the U.S. House of Representatives, Dunn joined the presidential campaigns of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris…..

London Hands Over Important U.S. Military Base to China Ally

Britain’s left-wing government announced a plan on Thursday to surrender sovereignty of a British Overseas Territory in the Indian Ocean that has hosted an important joint U.S.-UK military base and listening post for the past 50 years.

The United Kingdom is giving the Chagos Islands to Mauritius, from whom it bought the archipelago in the 1960s. The announcement is the latest development in years of sovereignty claims by Mauritius, now drifting into China’s sphere of influence, which until recently were not even recognised as legitimate by the UK or its allies.

Westminster is on recess for the political conference season, meaning Parliament isn’t sitting, and many MPs are expressing concern this pretty major change to the United Kingdom and its overseas territories was announced as a fait accompli without debate.

Wendy Morton MP summed up the feeling of some, writing this afternoon: “Very disappointing to see this being announced when Parliament is not sitting. Where is the accountability?”. Nigel Farage MP, leader of Reform UK likewise stated: “Giving up the Chagos Islands is a strategic disaster. Our American allies will be furious and Beijing delighted. Labour are making the world a more dangerous place.”…

Five Chinese Nationals Charged with Lying About Midnight Visit to U.S. Military Base

John L. Russell, File/AP

The defendants, who were University of Michigan students at the time, were caught with cameras near a major National Guard live-fire training exercise at Camp Grayling. The exercise, dubbed “Northern Strike,” involved military vehicles and classified communications equipment. Visiting personnel from Taiwan were involved in the drills.

The indictment filed on Wednesday did not pertain to the suspicious activities of the students near the military base, but rather to the false statements they gave investigators. When they were approached by a National Guard officer after bypassing abundant caution tape and “no trespassing” signs to enter the Northern Strike area, the five Chinese nationals falsely claimed to be members of the media, then fled the area.

One of the students, 23-year-old Renxiang Guan, changed his story after he was detained at Detroit Metropolitan Airport while attempting to travel to Shanghai a few months later. Guan reportedly claimed the five were “stargazing,” but two photos of military vehicles taken on the day of their visit to Camp Grayling were found in his personal electronics.

The other four students – Zhekhai Xu, 22; Haoming Zhu, 21; Jingzhe Tao, 22; and Yi Liang, 23 – were questioned by the FBI three months later, when they flew into Chicago O’Hare International Airport from Iceland.

The quartet gave inconsistent statements to FBI investigators, including implausible claims of visiting the Camp Grayling to watch a meteor shower on a rainy, overcast night. They also gave conflicting statements about whether they knew they were near a military base, and made false statements about when they booked their motel room.

The complaint referred to other instances of Chinese students performing what appeared to be surveillance of sensitive American facilities, including two other University of Michigan students who were caught snapping photos at Florida’s Naval Air Station Key West in 2020…..

Mexican Military Kills Six Middle Eastern Migrants Headed to U.S. Border

Breitbart Texas / Cartel Chronicles

Mexican Army soldiers mistook a fleeing convoy of vehicles that was moving a large group of Middle Eastern migrants for cartel gunmen in the state of Chiapas. The subsequent chase and shooting killed at least four migrants, while some accounts point to six dying.

The shooting took place on Wednesday evening in the southern Mexican state of Chiapas along the highway that connects the towns of Villa Comaltitlan and Huixtla, a statement from Mexico’s Army revealed.

According to the military, a contingent of soldiers patrolled the roads when they saw a pickup that suddenly sped off. The fleeing vehicle was closely followed by two cargo trucks that gunmen commonly use the military claims in that region.

Two soldiers claimed to have heard gunshots and began firing at the fleeing vehicles. One of the trucks stopped, and when military forces approached, they found a total of 33 migrants from Egypt, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India, and Cuba….

Nondisclosure: Vaccine Ad Blitz Sidestepped Transparency Rules

“A bun in the toaster oven,” a woman exclaims off-camera, handing an ultrasound image to family members who erupt into tearful emotion over the news. “Oh my God!”

The touching baby announcement video then gets down to business as text appears on the screen amidst the ongoing celebration, suggesting the best way to stay alive for this joyous birth is by becoming vaccinated against COVID-19. “Why will you get vaccinated? …  Because some people you just want to meet in person.”

It closes with the tagline: “Science can make this possible. Only you can make it real.”

The evocative 2021 television spot was funded by Pfizer just as the pharmaceutical giant was rolling out its COVID-19 vaccine. The spot may have seemed like any other pharmaceutical advertisement. But there was something missing.

The ad, and many others like it financed by vaccine manufacturers, did not include any of the typical disclaimers about risks associated with vaccines, nor any disclosures that they had not yet received Food and Drug Administration approval.

Although Pfizer and other pharmaceutical companies were operating under a special Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) that allowed them to sell their COVID vaccines without going through the traditional testing and approval process, that authorization explicitly required vaccine ads to include a prominent warning that the medicines had not been fully tested for potential risks.

Yet the role of the COVID-19 vaccine ads, which widely shaped public opinion and galvanized support for the drug industry, remains largely unexplored. Critics say it is another example of rules for pharmaceutical companies that were tossed to the wayside as maximalist policies swept through society. Online censorship, vaccination mandates, school closings, general lockdowns, and other draconian restrictions were imposed on citizens, while drug companies poised to reap unprecedented multi-billion dollar profits were given unusual and largely unscrutinized leeway.

The attorneys general of Texas and Kansas have accused Pfizer of widely misleading the public on the effectiveness of its vaccine. Both states contend that the company violated rules that bar pharmaceutical firms from deceptive messaging, though their lawsuits largely focus on statements by company officials. Pfizer has denied that it misrepresented the vaccine and said in court documents that it is “immune” from claims since the company was acting under authorization from the federal government.

These so-called “direct-to-consumer” drug ads are a contentious area of public health. The United States and New Zealand are the only countries that permit such ads. A study from the Government Accountability Office found that from 2016 through 2018, drug manufacturers spent $17.8 billion on direct-to-consumer ads for just 553 drugs, almost all of which were brand name. Experts have sharply criticized the ads for misleading patients and encouraging many to seek out medications that are not clinically appropriate. ….

Former Mesa, CO Clerk and Gold Star Mother Tina Peters Sentenced to 9 Years in Latest Political Persecution

Screenshot: Tina Peters/[S]election Code

In yet another blatant display of political persecution, former Mesa County, Colorado Clerk Tina Peters, 68—a gold star mother—has been sentenced to 9 years in prison.

After bravely raising questions about election irregularities, Peters was relentlessly pursued by local and federal authorities, culminating in charges that were politically motivated from the outset.

Peters’ crime? Exposing the truth about what happened in the 2020 election.

Last month, Tina Peters was found guilty on seven of ten charges for preserving critical election data.

Tina Peters is the Election Clerk from Mesa County, Colorado. She made a copy of her machines’ information before performing the action requested by Griswald, who demanded that all voting machines’s election data should be erased (which is against the law) after the 2020 election.

Ms. Peters was attacked for her actions.

Mesa County District launched a criminal investigation against Peters for allegedly posting election system passwords on the internet.

Peters maintains she had nothing to do with the crime she is accused and is being targeted for documenting election fraud in her county.

“We have a secretary of state that is drunk with power. She makes emergency decrees and when we query her – she refuses to answer in violation of the state law,” she told the crowd during Mike Lindell’s symposium…..

Palestinian terrorist who lynched two Israelis over 20 years ago — and captured it in infamous bloody hands photo — killed in airstrike

Abdel-Aziz Salha, 43, was taken out in a targeted strike in Deir Al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip early Thursday, according to the Israel Defense Forces.

Salha, a West Bank Hamas militant, had been jailed for life for taking part in the lynching of the two Israeli reservists in Ramallah back in 2000 — but was later released to Gaza in a prisoner swap.

The soldiers, Sgt. First Class Yosef Avrahami and Cpl. Vadim Norzhic, had taken a wrong turn and ended up in the Palestinian-controlled city when they were seized and beaten to death by a mob.

A now-infamous image showed Salha proudly showing off his blood-soaked hands to a cheering crowd in the wake of the murders.

In recent years, the IDF said Salha had been involved in plotting terror attacks in the West Bank…

How To Blow Up the Middle East War in Five Easy Steps

When Joe Biden became president, the Middle East was calm. Now it is in the midst of a multifront war.

So quiet was the inheritance from the prior Trump administration that nearly three years later, on September 29, 2023—and just eight days before the October 7 Hamas massacre of Israelis—Biden’s national security advisor Jake Sullivan could still brag that “The Middle East region is quieter today than it has been in two decades.”

So, what exactly happened to the inherited calm that led to the current nonstop chaos of the present?

In a word, theocratic Iran—the nexus of almost all current Middle East terrorism and conflict—was unleashed by Team Biden after having been neutered by the Trump administration.

The Biden-Harris administration adopted a 5-step revisionist protocol that appeased and encouraged Iran and its terrorist surrogates Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis.

The result was a near guarantee that something akin to the October 7 massacres would inevitably follow—along with a subsequent year of violence that has now engulfed the Middle East.

First, on the 2020 campaign trail, Biden damned long-time American ally Saudi Arabia as a “pariah.”

He overturned the policies of both the previous Obama and Trump administrations by siding with the Iranian-supplied terrorist Houthis in their war on Saudi Arabia.

Biden accused the kingdom of war crimes, warning it would “be held accountable” for its actions in Yemen. Biden-Harris took the murderous Houthis off the U.S. terrorist list.

Almost immediately followed continuous Houthi attacks on international shipping, Israel, and U.S. warships—rendering the Red Sea, the entryway to the Suez Canal, de facto closed to international maritime transit.

Worse still, by the time of the 2022 midterms, when spiraling gas prices threatened Democratic congressional majorities, Biden opportunistically flipped and implored Saudi Arabia to pump more oil to lower world prices before the November election. Appearing obnoxious and then obsequious to an old Middle East ally is a prescription for regional chaos….

FEMA runs out of money for Helene while spending hundreds of millions on migrants

The Center Square

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told reporters Wednesday that FEMA does not have enough funding to last the rest of the year even as it has spent hundreds of millions of dollars on migrants under the Biden administration and more hurricanes could be on the way.

DHS oversees FEMA, putting Mayorkas in charge of the emergency relief agency which has recently been focused on helping migrants settle in the U.S.

“We are meeting the immediate needs with the money that we have,” Mayorkas told reporters. “We are expecting another hurricane hitting. FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season.”

The startling admission by Mayorkas comes as FEMA grapples with the widespread damage of Hurricane Helene, A Category 4 hurricane that ripped through the southeast costing billions of dollars, causing widespread infrastructure damage, food shortages, and more than 100 deaths. Many are still unaccounted for as well.Expand article logo  Continue reading
