No accountability: Biden protects Covid vaccine makers until 2029
The Biden administration has extended liability protections for COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers and healthcare providers administering the vaccines through December 2029.
The decision, announced by Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra, will take effect on January 1, 2025.
It marks the 12th extension of the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act’s liability shield since its introduction in January 2020.
Critics argue the extension prioritizes industry interests over public accountability, shielding vaccine makers from lawsuits related to injuries or deaths caused by their products.

HHS defended the move, citing COVID-19 as an ongoing public health threat, with Becerra claiming that potential mutations and the need for sustained vaccine preparedness justify the protections.
Key implications of the extension:
- COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers remain immune from lawsuits over injuries or deaths caused by their products.
- Vaccine-related injury claims will continue to be handled by the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), criticized for low payouts and high denial rates.
- Advocates say the extension leaves victims without meaningful legal recourse.
Advocacy groups have highlighted the CICP’s failures, with over 13,500 claims filed but only 18 compensated. The average payout is just over $24,000, with most receiving far less.

GA couple who abused 2 adopted boys in ‘house of horrors’ sentenced to 100 years
A Walton County couple will spend the rest of their lives in prison after they were convicted for adopting two young boys, then sexually abusing them.
Deputies arrested William and Zachary Zulock in 2022 at a home in unincorporated Loganville.
Last week, a judge sentenced them to 100 years in prison. Neither defendant is eligible for parole, according to the DA’s office.
“These two Defendants truly created a house of horrors and put their extremely dark desires above everything and everyone else. However, the depth of the Defendants’ depravity, which is as deep as it gets, is not greater than the resolve of those that fought for justice and the strength of the victims in this case. The resolve I have seen from these two young victims over the last two years is truly inspiring,” District Attorney Randy McGinley said in a statement.
As Channel 2 Action News previously reported, the Walton County Sheriff’s Office raided a home after they learned a man named Hunter Lawless was downloading child pornography.
After interviewing him, Lawless said he’d been collecting those materials and identified another suspect living in Oxford.
Lawless also told deputies that suspect he’d mentioned was making child pornography with a child living at their home, leading the sheriff’s office to get a search warrant for the Zulock household.
Following the investigation, Lawless pled guilty to sexual exploitation of children and agreed to cooperate in the prosecution of the Zulocks….

Recent Studies Freeze Climate Alarmist Claims
Two recent studies set fire to climate alarmists’ credibility, providing yet more data to show that “global warming” isn’t about to destroy the planet and politicians’ “solutions” are actually pointless and ineffective.
Climate alarmists have not been right a single time in a major prediction for well over half a century, yet politicians continue to wreak havoc on energy, the economy, education, and other sectors of society and government based on claims of a climate apocalypse that is not coming.
Two studies this year provide evidence once again that the Earth is not about to turn into a burning ball of fire and that even if it were, the much-touted and much-funded “net zero” solutions would have little to no effect.
And that does not even address the active harms of cutting carbon, the building block of life, and wasting taxpayer money on programs that poison the environment and undermine the economy.
One study, published in October in Scientific Research Publishing, contains the following:
Data from ground measurements indicate that the downward (backward) radiation of the atmosphere shows indeed full saturation of the IR CO2 bands and does not support noticeable additional Thermal Forcing (TF) by increasing CO2 in the lower atmosphere… we can expect full saturation already at current concentrations.
Another table in the study provides data illustrating that doubling CO2 from its pre-industrial levels actually increases the global mean infrared absorption. If, like me, you prefer the answer in less scientific terms, Climate Change Dispatch explains that the higher the concentration of CO2, the less effective it is as an agent of warming! And “thus it can lead to just 0.5°C warming at most.”
Add to that the fact that it is virtually impossible to come up with a meaningful average global temperature, and you will see that as usual climate doom prophets have been gaslighting us. Or, since they hate gas, electriclighting us…

Was It Really Joe Who Just Spared Death Row Killers?
The Office of the President of the United States of America announced the commutations early Monday morning of Christmas week. A statement issued by the White House said the president was “guided by my conscience” to commute the death penalties for some of the worst of the worst offenders in America.
It begs the question of how consciously Joe Biden does anything these days after the Wall Street Journal last week detailed how the White House staff covered up the elected president’s mental deficiencies as the pall of dementia continued to overcome his cognition. Staff acted as the president.
The White House statement claimed that the president said he was “more convinced than ever that we must stop the use of the death penalty at the federal level. In good conscience, I cannot stand back and let a new administration resume executions that I halted.”
How much “good conscience” he possesses and the extent to which he ever had any moral conscience on the issue of life in the first place is also in question.
In the past, Biden has talked about the morality of the death penalty — taking the life of an adult who chose to take someone else — but continues to support abortion — the taking of an innocent life.
Three people, whose commutations would have been too politically thorny were left on death row. A statement claimed this was done in Joe’s — or somebody’s — good conscience. They were people who committed mass shootings in places of worship and the Boston bomber.
The killers given their lives back include, “Len Davis, a former New Orleans police officer who masterminded a drug protection ring involving several other officers and arranged the murder of a woman who filed a brutality complaint against him,” the Guardian reported.
The list includes people who killed cops and military personnel on federal property, including those who killed guards or other inmates in federal prisons.
One particularly notorious murderer, Kaboni Savage, was responsible for killing 12 people in a drug operation. Others who had their sentences commuted had been part of murder-for-hire schemes on a U.S. Navy base and kidnappers and murderers of children. One person, Ronald Mikos, killed a federal grand jury witness who told the feds about his Medicare fraud.
The New York Times reported that two of the death row inmates whose lives were spared, Brandon Leon Basham and Chadrick Fulks, were there for previously breaking out of prison and murdering a woman in South Carolina in 2004. …

The last eight years at the Department of Justice have been a disaster for the rule of law. The sprawling intelligence and law enforcement agency ran the Russia collusion hoax, hamstringing President Donald Trump during his entire first term in office.
It interfered in the 2020 election by falsely telling social media companies that a laptop with incriminating information about the Biden family business was Russian disinformation, and telling them to censor speech and debate about the topic.
Under President Joe Biden, the department ran two norm-obliterating politicized prosecutions against Trump in an effort to silence, bankrupt, imprison, and defeat him.
Instead of rooting out the corruption at the department, most of permanent D.C. did absolutely nothing in response. Yet somehow the chattering class was shocked when Trump nominated loyal foot soldier Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fl., to be attorney general in Trump’s second term and to fix DOJ.
Gaetz had proven to be one of the most effective advocates against corruption at DOJ and was unwilling to back down in the face of overwhelming public pressure. However, Gaetz does not fit the education or experience profile of many previous attorneys general and has limited experience practicing law.
Many Americans are sick and tired of elected officials and media pundits doing nothing as DOJ attempted to destroy the country with its abuse of the rule of law.

Why Is a Sitting Texas Congresswoman Residing in an Assisted Living Facility?
Over the weekend, there was something of a debate about where sitting Texas Congresswoman Kay Granger is currently living because she’s not spending much time in Washington, D.C.
Not only was the Republican absent from voting during the whole spending bill debacle last week, but it turns out that she hasn’t actually cast a vote since July and has missed 54% of the voting all year.
On Friday, the Dallas Express reported, “We then received a tip from a Granger constituent who shared that the Congresswoman has been residing at a local memory care and assisted living home for some time after having been found wandering lost and confused in her former Cultural District/West 7th neighborhood.”
Dallas Express staff visited the congresswoman’s office, which was “packed up” before Thanksgiving. They also tried to call, but no one ever answered. It should be noted that Granger did not seek re-election and plans to retire in January, but by all accounts, it appears that she already has.
Furthermore, the assistant executive director for the senior living facility confirmed that Granger is, indeed, a resident there.
What happened next turned into something of a “he said, she said” kind of situation, but it didn’t negate the fact that Granger, a sitting Republican congresswoman, has been absent from her duty at such a crucial time.
The GOP’s narrow majority makes this story even more concerning.
Others — from both parties — agree. While Granger, who stepped down as chair of the House Appropriations Committee last spring, claimed leadership knew of her health and inability to travel, many have accused her of being deceitful. Drone Disaster: Florida Boy Undergoes Open Heart Surgery After Drones Fall From Sky
A festive holiday drone show at Lake Eola in Orlando turned into a terrifying scene when dozens of drones unexpectedly plummeted from the sky, injuring spectators and leaving a 7-year-old boy in need of open heart surgery.
Adriana Edgerton, the boy’s mother, recounted the horrifying experience to local news outlet WESH. She described how she and her family were enjoying the show when, suddenly, multiple drones collided and crashed into the crowd below.
“Everyone’s natural instinct was to duck and scatter, and before we realized it, my daughter found my son on the floor unconscious,” Edgerton told the outlet. “He had blood coming out of his face.”
Witness video footage shows the chaotic scene as drones, which were programmed to form festive shapes and patterns, fell from the sky, forcing people to scramble for safety.
The boy, who appears to have been struck in the chest by one of the falling drones, was rushed to the hospital.
Edgerton shared on Facebook that her son was undergoing open heart surgery and expressed her anger towards the City of Orlando and Sky Elements Drone, the company responsible for the show….

Tom Homan Lights Into New York Governor After Migrant Burns Woman To Death On Subway
Sebastian Zapeta, a 33-year-old Guatemalan migrant, was arrested Sunday by the New York Police Department in connection with the incident, as the Tampa Free Press reported. Homan ripped Hochul, who touted the subway’s safety after the killing, about the incident.
“This is another example of an illegal alien killing an American citizen. It’s almost a daily occurrence now. You know, because [a] historic number of criminal aliens [are] walking the streets because of this administration’s policy and sanctuary jurisdictions and lax immigration enforcement,” Homan told “Fox and Friends co-host Brian Kilmeade. “ICE has their hands tied. Secretary Mayorkas has given them priorities that they can’t even go arrest illegal aliens anymore unless he is convicted or convicted of a serious crime. Then maybe they can arrest him. So this is on this administration.”
“As far as Governor Hochul, shame on her. She supports sanctuary status in that state. She welcomed thousands of illegal aliens to her state,” Homan continued. “She sent them to Buffalo and Syracuse. Murders occurred by illegal aliens in Buffalo and Syracuse. She had the green light law. ICE and CBP can’t even work with local law enforcement. Local law enforcement can’t share DMV data with these people. Governor Hochul, shame on you, there is nothing can you say that’s going to make this right in New York.”
Homan also called out Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, accusing the impeached cabinet secretary of telling “nothing but lies” in an interview with CBS, before highlighting the number of children the Biden administration allegedly lost track of….
