Tensions Escalate Between India and Pakistan After Deadly Islamic Terror Attack

Military tensions are rising between nuclear-armed India and Pakistan after Islamic terrorists massacred 26 people in the Indian province of Kashmir. “The country has closed its main border crossing with Pakistan, expelled its military diplomats and suspended a landmark water-sharing treaty,” the BBC noted Thursday.

On Tuesday, terrorists gunned down 25 Indians and a Nepalese citizen at a popular holiday destination in the northern Indian region of Kashmir.

The gunmen separated Hindus and Christians from Muslims before shooting them at point-blank range. The attackers were seen filming their horrific murders.

Terrorists “were singling out non-Muslims from a large crowd of people who were in the Baisaran valley,” Indian news website The Wire reported Wednesday. “Highly placed source- and eyewitness-accounts collected by The Wire, some of which have been verified by officials, paint a horrifying picture of the carnage in which some victims were shot at point-blank range after their non-Muslim identity was confirmed by the gunmen, who were also apparently filming the attack with body cameras.”

India responded to the massacre by ordering Pakistani nationals to leave the country by April 29 and closing the main border crossing to Pakistan. “India announced a five-pronged diplomatic response following the Pahalgam carnage — one of the deadliest civilian attacks in the Valley in recent years — which included suspending the Indus Waters Treaty and scaling down diplomatic presence on both sides,” the Indian website Print reported.

Pakistan announced retaliatory measures, including closing its airspace to Indian carriers. “Islamabad has announced a series of retaliatory measures, including shutting down the Wagah border, suspending all SAARC visas for Indian nationals, and closing its airspace for Indian airlines,” the news outlet added.

The Pakistan-based Islamic terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), on Thursday, took responsibility for the massacre. “Kashmir Resistance, also known as The Resistance Front, has claimed responsibility for Tuesday’s attack on tourists in Indian-administered Kashmir,” Reuters reported.

Lashkar-e-Taiba, which also perpetrated the 2008 Mumbai attack, has training camps near the Indian and Afghan borders. Besides receiving support from Pakistani authorities, the terrorist group also has close operational ties with Afghanistan’s Taliban regime, reports say….

UK Launches £50 Million Sun-Dimming Trials Amid Climate Intervention Push

The United Kingdom is moving forward with a controversial new phase in climate intervention by approving outdoor experiments aimed at reducing the amount of sunlight that reaches the Earth’s surface.

According to the Daily Telegraph, the government’s Advanced Research and Invention Agency (Aria) has designated £50 million in funding for solar radiation modification research, signaling official support for techniques such as aerosol spraying and cloud brightening.

“We will be announcing who we have given funding to in a few weeks,” said Prof. Mark Symes, program director for Aria, “and when we do so we will be making clear when any outdoor experiments might be taking place.” He emphasized, “Everything we do is going to be safe by design. We’re absolutely committed to responsible research, including responsible outdoor research.”

These field trials, Symes confirmed, will be “small controlled outdoor experiments on particular approaches.” He also stated, “We have strong requirements around the length of time experiments can run for and their reversibility and we won’t be funding the release of any toxic substances to the environment.”

Critics have raised concerns over potential ecological side effects and the precedent of large-scale geoengineering. The Telegraph noted that proposals to dim the sun have long been debated, with previous academic studies outlining possible risks such as disrupted rainfall patterns, agricultural impacts, and unpredictable global temperature effects….

The Education System Is Failing, But Change Is Coming | Ep. 1582

Today on the Matt Walsh Show, the Trump administration just waged an all-out assault on the corrupt university system in this country. We’ll get into the details.

And, Democrats have found the strategy that will make them cool again, or so they think—it’s called “dark woke,” and it completely misses the point.

And Michelle Obama says that, as a black woman, she isn’t able to talk about her stresses and articulate her pain, which is weird, because that’s literally all she ever seems to do.

After Hours: Rep. James Comer on Tackling Govt. Corruption

The head of the powerful House Oversight Committee, James Comer (R-Kentucky) tells about epic battles going on right now between the “Deep State” and Trump agency heads.

He also gives a rundown on key oversight priorities, shrinking government, wobbly fellow Republicans, and a razor thin majority.

Democrat Representative Urges Protesters To Harass Congressmen At Church

While plotting upcoming protests, Rep. Delia Ramirez, D-Ill., urged demonstrators to target congressmen at church.

“Folks, colleagues of mine should not be able to go to church or to go to the neighborhood gas station — if they pump their own gas, because I work with a lot of billionaires,” Ramirez said. “They should not be able to, without seeing community asking them ‘What the hell are you doing [for] my Social Security? What the hell are you doing to protect my Medicaid? Why the hell are you not standing up to protect public education in this country?’”

Ramirez called for harassment of legislators in an April 23 Zoom call, planning protests commemorating the socialist holiday May Day. As The Federalist previously reported, far-left activists are planning a “May Day National Day of Action” across America.

The “May Day Strong” call included left-wing activists and union leaders, including Jackson Potter, vice president of the Chicago Teachers Union — the same group that claimed re-opening schools after COVID-19 was “rooted in sexism, racism, and misogyny.” He applauded Ramirez’s remarks as “fire” — “That’s a clarion call if I’ve ever heard one.”

“Instead of only talking about preserving a Constitution that was already imperfect and eroding before our eyes, we want to imagine a better union with social/economic rights,” Potter said. “Let’s get rid of the undemocratic nature of the system …”

Potter said activists have organized 600 protests nationwide in more than 500 cities, across 49 states — which rose to 50 by the end of the call. At one point, he said more than 2,400 organizers and volunteers were on the Zoom meeting. He said protestors would “shut sh*t down.”..

Trump signs more executive orders reshaping American education

President Donald Trump signed a handful of executive orders Wednesday evening aimed at dismantling key concepts and ideologies that have significantly shaped American education – some, more acutely within recent years, and others, across decades.

One such order seeks to reform higher education accreditation practices, another to revoke school discipline policies built around race, and another requires increased reporting of foreign investment and gifts to higher education institutions.

Major accreditors like the American Bar Association’s Council, the Liaison Committee on Medical Education or the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education all include statements on diversity, equity and inclusion or underrepresented groups in their accreditation standards, according to Trump’s executive order.

“Reforming Accreditation to Strengthen Higher Education” requires that accreditation standards be more focused on academic excellence and directs the secretary of education to deny or suspend accreditation recognition to accreditors who don’t abide by the new standards or “otherwise violate Federal law.”

It also directs the attorney general to go after “unlawful discrimination” in American law schools, medical schools, or graduate medical programs.

The “Reinstating Common Sense School Discipline Policies” executive order cites 2023 guidance from the previous administration which noted that “statistical racial disparities in student discipline may indicate violations of law, and encouraging schools to collect, analyze, and adjust their disciplinary policies in light of racial disciplinary data.” It aims to reverse that practice and end alleged racial discrimination in school disciplinary practices.

Trump also signed executive orders calling for the incorporation of artificial intelligence education into schools, federal workforce training programs aligned with “our country’s reindustrialization needs” and the “growing demands for skilled trades.”…

Trump Admin To Increase Gulf Oil Output By 100K Barrels Daily Under New Drilling Plan

The Trump administration is helping to increase oil production in the newly renamed Gulf of America by 100,000 barrels per day under a new policy following President Donald Trump’s executive order to increase American energy.

Interior Secretary Doug Burgum announced that all offshore oil drilling in the Gulf will now be able to tap multiple reservoirs at the same time and at increased pressure than previously allowed, which would boost output by close to 10%.

The department also cited a September 2023 study from the University of Texas that revealed over the next 30 years, up to a staggering 61% more oil can be produced than what is currently being produced.

“This is a monumental milestone in achieving American energy dominance,” Burgum said in a statement.

“We’re delivering more American energy, more efficiently, and with fewer regulatory roadblocks. That means lower costs, more jobs, and greater security for American families and businesses as President Trump promised.”

Just weeks before the Trump administration took over, the Biden administration tried to hinder the incoming administration by banning new offshore oil and gas drilling along most of America’s coasts.

On Trump’s first day, he reversed the move in an executive order…

Trump to Commemorate 100 Days in Office With Michigan Rally

President Donald Trump will be in Michigan next week to mark his first 100 days in office, holding a rally in the state that was a crucial part of his 2024 electoral coalition.

“President Trump is excited to return to the great state of Michigan next Tuesday, where he will rally in Macomb County to celebrate the FIRST 100 DAYS!” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a post on X.

It’s his first visit to the state since his 2024 election victory, when he won Michigan by 1.4 percent. It was one of three Rust Belt states that Trump flipped in that race, contributing to his 312 electoral vote victory over Vice President Kamala Harris.

Macomb County, a solidly Republican county northeast of Detroit, contributed to that win, backing Trump over Harris by a 14 percent margin.

Rep. John James (R-Mich.), who represents Macomb County, made a post about the upcoming visit on X.

“Macomb County is honored to welcome President @realDonaldTrump back to MICHIGAN to celebrate the first 100 days of America’s New Golden Age,” he wrote.

The first 100 days of a term marks an important milestone in American political life, and are seen as setting the tone for the administration’s coming four years.

In his first 100 days, Trump has sought aggressive reductions in the size of the federal bureaucracy, slashed or eliminated a variety of federal agencies, began his push to carry out “the largest deportation operation in American history,” and imposed sweeping new reciprocal tariffs on nearly every nation in the world.

The administration believes the tariffs stand to benefit places like Michigan, where manufacturing plants and union jobs are the primary source of income for many….

HS stabbing caught on video: Male, 15, appears to use knife against fellow student, 16; adult walks past fight, appears to take photo

A15-year-old student appeared to stab another student, 16, during a fight inside a Washington, D.C.-area high school Wednesday — and cellphone video of the fight caught an adult walking past the altercation while appearing to take a photo of it.

The fight started around 9:40 a.m. between three students at West Potomac High School in Fairfax County, authorities told WJLA-TV.

Cellphone video shows a student wearing a red T-shirt repeatedly punching a student wearing a black T-shirt, who’s curled up and lying on the floor by a wall in a hallway.

The video shows a third student with a dark backpack attempting to intervene, but the student wearing the red T-shirt begins punching him as well and backing him up to another wall.

With that, video shows the student wearing the black T-shirt getting up, approaching the student wearing the red T-shirt, and apparently using a knife to stab him.

A separate, blurred clip in the video shows what WTTG-TV described as a male on the ground “surrounded by a pool of blood.” A separate still image as part of the overall video shows the student wearing the black T-shirt holding a knife.

The 16-year-old was rushed to the hospital with injuries described as life-threatening, WJLA said, but Fairfax County Police hours later said the severity of the student’s injuries were downgraded to stable.

The 15-year-old suspect, a male, was taken into custody and is being charged with malicious wounding, WTTG said, adding that officials said the suspect and victim know each other….

Former ‘disinfo’ czar Nina Jankowicz tells Europeans to take a stand against the US, double down on social media regulation

Nina Jankowicz, the former czar of the Biden administration’s short-lived Disinformation Governance Board and briefly also an adviser to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, addressed the European Parliament this week, telling members to “stand firm against another autocracy: the United States of America.”

Fresh off telling the House Foreign Affairs Committee that the “censorship industrial complex is a fiction,” Jankowicz concern-mongered before foreign leaders about the Trump administration’s fight against censorship efforts at home and abroad.

Jankowicz stressed that Europeans should persist in their efforts to regulate content on social media, claiming that doing so while also throwing additional support behind Ukraine would be “the clearest signal the European Union could send to Russia and other adversaries that it will not stop fighting to preserve democracy at home and around the world.”

Like Democrats in the lead-up to the 2024 presidential election and those European elites challenged in recent years by ascendant populist parties, Jankowicz appears to use “democracy” to denote a state of play preferable to the ever-weakening liberal establishment…

Pro-Palestinian Protester Protected by Federal Judge

A U.S. District Court judge in Vermont has ordered at least temporary protection for a pro-Palestinian protester.

ABC News reported that Columbia University student Mohsen Mahdawi now has the court’s protection from being moved out of Vermont by federal immigration enforcement agents.

He is the co-founder of the Palestinian Student Union at Columbia, along with Mahmoud Khalil, according to the report. Khalil has been detained by the government since March 8.

Judge Geoffrey Crawford said he issued his order to “prevent disputes” about jurisdiction “or any other issues that may arise in the case of involuntary movement of a petitioner between states,” according to ABC.

The report said Khalil’s attorneys told the judge that he is a permanent resident of the U.S. and has been attempting to become a U.S. citizen. He was arrested during a citizenship interview with the government…

Trump Blasts Fox News Pollster, WSJ

President Donald Trump used his social media platform Thursday to rebuke Fox News’ pollster and the “China Loving” Wall Street Journal.

Both outlets are part of Rupert Murdoch’s media empire.

“Rupert Murdoch has told me for years that he is going to get rid of his FoxNews, Trump Hating, Fake Pollster, but he has never done so,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

“This ‘pollster’ has gotten me, and MAGA, wrong for years. Also, and while he’s at it, he should start making changes at the China Loving Wall Street Journal. It sucks!!!”

Fox News reported Wednesday that its latest poll showed voters were not happy with Trump over every issue except securing the southern border. The survey was conducted under the joint direction of Beacon Research and Shaw & Company Research, two companies that form “a slight to moderate liberal bias,” according to the independent Media Bias Fact Check.com.

Fox News’ polls have been off before when it comes to Trump.

In its final pre-election poll on Oct. 30, Fox News showed Vice President Kamala Harris ahead of Trump by two percentage points in both Michigan and Pennsylvania a week before voters went to the polls. Trump won both states in November.

Also in October, Trump hit “weak and soft” Fox News Channel over the network’s planned interview with Harris…

Firebrand Attorney Mike Davis Tells Steve Bannon, “Justice Is Definitely Coming!” After Meeting with AG Bondi and Top DOJ Officials (VIDEO)

Firebrand Attorney Mike Davis, the founder of the Article III Project, joined Steve Bannon on Wednesday to discuss his recent meeting at the Department of Justice with Attorney General Pam Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, Bondi’s Chief of Staff, Chad Mizelle, and incoming number three, Stanley Woodward.

During the interview, Mike Davis delivered a clear message to the American people: Justice is coming.

Davis reassured concerned Americans who have lost faith in Bondi’s leadership, stating, “Just because you’re not seeing criminal indictments right now,” Davis explained, adding, “that does not mean they’re not coming. They are very much incoming.”

For the record, Mike Davis is not the type of person to just shoot off his mouth for attention.

Pam Bondi is the Atorney General. She is a rock solid constitutionalist. She’s bold, she’s fearless. She’s not being flashy about what she’s doing behind the scenes. She is very much doing things behind the scenes…

Courthouse Ambush: ICE Arrests Illegal Alien in Virginia Moments After Judge Dismisses Case (VIDEO)

Teodoro Dominguez Rodriguez, a 41-year-old illegal alien and house painter, had just walked out of a courtroom a free man—thanks to a dismissed assault charge—when he was immediately intercepted by plainclothes ICE officers.

The operation, captured on video and obtained by The Daily Progress, shows Rodriguez being calmly handcuffed and escorted into an unmarked van by Homeland Security personnel.

In the video, ICE officers are seen acting professionally as they approach Rodriguez.

Despite this, leftist agitators attempted to interfere, demanding a warrant, and a woman physically blocked the agent.

Another woman even tried to interfere with the arrest. The lead agent rebuffed her, warning, “Do not touch me or impede me in my lawful duties… There is a crime for you to do so.”..

What followed was a predictable meltdown from the left…

Trump Slams Russia After At Least Nine Killed, 80 Injured In Biggest Strikes on Kyiv in Months

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky has cut short his diplomatic visit to South Africa after Russia launched a major air strike on his capital Kyiv which is said to have killed at least nine people.

The Ukrainian government said Wednesday night’s strike, which lasted 11 hours and involved hundreds of missiles and drones, was the most significant against the capital city since July 2024, nine months ago.

Air strikes against Kyiv itself have been comparatively rare in the later phase of the war, as the capital has comparatively good air defences and Russia has focussed more on front-line areas and cities.

While at least a dozen people are still missing and may be, dead or alive, trapped beneath the rubble the Kyiv city government said at least nine people were killed and 80 injured. Of those, 31 people were hospitalised including five children.

U.S. President Donald Trump, who has recently expressed his anger and frustration at both Russia and Ukraine for what he says is dragging out the peace process, responded to the air raid with a statement on social media calling out Russia. He said: “I am not happy with the Russian strikes on KYIV. Not necessary, and very bad timing. Vladimir, STOP!”.

Noting there are 5,000 soldiers a week being killed in the fighting, President Trump said “Let’s get the peace deal DONE!”….

Trump urges Supreme Court to let trans military ban proceed

(Getty)

In a filing on Thursday, the Justice Department requested that the high court stop the lower court’s injunction and allow the military to disqualify from service “individuals who have gender dysphoria or have undergone medical interventions for gender dysphoria.”

“Absent a stay, the district court’s universal injunction will remain in place for the duration of further review in the Ninth Circuit and in this Court – a period far too long for the military to be forced to maintain a policy that it has determined, in its professional judgment, to be contrary to military readiness and the Nation’s interests,” lawyers for the Trump administration argued.

At issue is President Donald Trump’s Jan. 27 executive order requiring the Defense Department to update its guidance regarding “trans-identifying medical standards for military service” and to “rescind guidance inconsistent with military readiness.”

U.S. District Judge Benjamin Settle issued a preliminary injunction in March, barring the administration from identifying and removing transgender service members while the case proceeds.

The administration appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, but a three-judge panel rejected its request to stay the injunction….

Resistance Democrats embrace combative, profanity-laced ‘dark woke’ rebrand to combat Trump

(Photo by Jemal Countess/Getty Images for MoveOn)

“Resistance” Democrats are starting to abandon civil politics in favor of a new provocative and combative “dark woke,” a new report says.

The term “dark woke” refers to an online meme that gained popularity in January amid President Donald Trump’s inauguration. Under the “#darkwoke” tag, left-leaning X users share jokes and memes delighting in or wishing for the suffering of Trump supporters.

Though the term is largely an online phenomenon, some members of the Democratic Party are beginning to see some benefits to the “crass” and “rude” attitude.

The Times used Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett as an example of Democrats going on the offensive against Republicans, such as her attacking Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., for having a “bleached-blonde, bad-built, butch body.”

According to The Times, more Democrats are following Crockett’s lead as party insiders encourage politicians to use “a new form of combative rhetoric aimed at winning back voters who have responded to President Trump’s no-holds-barred version of politics.”

Many Democrats have taken to injecting profanity into their vocabulary in response to MAGA and in an attempt at “authenticity.”…
