The accused neo-Nazi’s 2023 plot to distribute poisoned candy via an accomplice dressed up as Santa Claus was specifically targeted at racial minorities and children attending a Jewish school in Brooklyn.
According to the DOJ’s release, Chkhikvishvili also recruited his cult members to commit bombings against Jewish people and racial minorities.
The Georgian national is allegedly tied to a school shooting in January, where a 17-year-old gunman livestreamed his attack on Antioch High School in Nashville, Tennessee, before committing suicide, according to 6ABC Action News. Chkhikvishvili is also alleged in connection with an August 2024 knife attack in Turkey and an April 2022 murder in Romania, Action News reported.
United States Attorney General Pam Bondi called Chkhikvishvili a “a white supremacist, [who] recruited others to participate in a violent campaign of hatred against racial minorities and the Jewish community and to engage in the mass killing of children and others in these communities using poison, suicide bombs, firearms, arson fires, and vehicle explosions,” in another Friday press release from the DOJ.
FBI Director Kash Patel thanked authorities in Moldova for complying with the extradition in X post on Friday.
Christopher Raia, FBI Assistant Director in the Counterterrorism Division, said that the extradition, “is a clear sign the FBI, our Joint Terrorism Task Force, and law enforcement partners are committed to protecting our nation and city and will bring any individual desiring to enact racially motivated violence to justice,” in the DOJ’s press release…
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. MAHA Report Exposes Unprecedented Child Health Crisis Threatening National Security
The Make America Healthy Again Commission (MAHA), led by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., on Thursday released a report detailing the alarming deterioration of child health in the United States, noting that today’s children may live shorter lives than their parents despite the fact that the country spends more per capita on health care than other developed nations.
The report identifies multiple factors contributing to the increase in chronic diseases in young people, from ultra-processed foods to overprescription of medications and exposure to environmental chemicals.
In addition, the report, the result of an executive order signed by President Donald Trump in February, paints a troubling picture: more than 40% of the 73 million U.S. children (ages 0-17)suffer from at least one chronic disease, such as asthma, allergies, obesity, autoimmune diseases or behavioral disorders, according to CDC data.
Among the most notable findings, it notes that adolescent depression nearly doubled between 2009 and 2019, more than one in five children older than 6 years is obese, one in 31 children is diagnosed with autism by age 8, and childhood cancer cases have increased 40% since 1975.
Impact on National Security
The commissioners stressed that this health crisis has direct implications for National Security. Approximately 75% of young Americans between the ages of 17 and 24 are ineligible to serve in the Army due to health problems such as obesity, asthma, allergies, autoimmune diseases or behavioral disorders.
“We now have the most obese, depressed, disabled, medicated population in the history of the world, and we cannot keep going down the same road,” said FDA commissioner Marty Makary, according to Fox News….
Trump threatens European Union with 50% tariffs as of June 1
President Donald Trump on Friday threatened the European Union with 50% tariffs because of the difficulties the Republican administration has had with countries in the union in reaching a tariff deal.
“Their powerful Trade Barriers, Vat Taxes, ridiculous Corporate Penalties, Non-Monetary Trade Barriers, Monetary Manipulations, unfair and unjustified lawsuits against Americans Companies, and more, have led to a Trade Deficit with the U.S. of more than $250,000,000 a year, a number which is totally unacceptable,” Trump said in a message posted on Truth Social.
“I am recommending a straight 50% Tariff on the European Union, starting on June 1, 2025,” Trump added.

Man wanted for drugs, firearms turned over to Mexican authorities at Stanton Bridge
Sifuentes last illegally entered the U.S. in 2021 by walking across the U.S.-Mexico international boundary east of the Santa Teresa Port of Entry near Santa Teresa, New Mexico, ICE said.
ICE said that the following day, he was processed for removal and presented for prosecution. Upon time served, he was released by the Luna County Detention Center in Deming, New Mexico.
Sifuentes was first ordered removed from the U.S. in 2013 and was removed to his home country days later from Calexico, California, ICE said.
ICE said his criminal history in the U.S. includes convictions in California for felony robbery in 2008, for which he was sentenced to almost a year in jail; aggravated battery/spouse, a misdemeanor, in 2009, for which he was sentenced to serve 60 days in jail; and inflicting corporal injury spouse/cohabitation, a felony, in 2011, for which he received a two-year sentence…

Columbia University violated rights of Jewish students, fed probe finds
The HHS Civil Rights Office is in charge of enforcing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits any institution that receives federal funding from discriminating on the basis of race, color or national origin. In this case, it applies to discrimination against “actual or perceived Israeli or Jewish identity or ancestry.”
“The findings carefully document the hostile environment Jewish students at Columbia University have had to endure for over 19 months, disrupting their education, safety and well-being,” Anthony Archeval, the acting director of the Office for Civil Rights, said in a statement. “We encourage Columbia University to work with us to come to an agreement that reflects meaningful changes that will truly protect Jewish students.”
OCR said the investigation included witness interviews, examination of policies and procedures, media reports that captured antisemitic incidents live during university events and reports from the university’s own Task Force on Antisemitism…
This investigation comes as the Trump administration continues to crack down on alleged antisemitism at Harvard. The university sued after the administration said it can no longer accept international students.
