BLM Leader Calls For ‘Black Vigilantes’ To Descend On Cities Following Daniel Penny Acquittal

Black Lives Matter (BLM) leader Hawk Newsome called for “black vigilantes” to descend into major cities Monday to retaliate against 26-year-old former Marine Daniel Penny’s acquittal over the death of Jordan Neely.
Newsome called on “black vigilantes” to avenge Neely’s death and fight against white people who allegedly want to “choke” and “kill” black people for “being loud.”
“Like everybody else has vigilantes, we need some black vigilantes,” Newsome said. “People want to jump up and choke us and kill us for being loud, how about we do the same when they attempt to oppress us? I’m tired. I know you’re looking for us to be like ‘oh, go and march. Go and march.’ No, this weekend, I want you to hold a community event, everywhere from the Bronx, to Houston, to Seattle, to Florida. Black people hold community events and talk about what you need.”….
Grassley tells Wray it’s time to move on ‘for the good of the country’

Incoming Senate Judiciary Chair Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) told FBI Director Christopher Wray on Monday he has a “vote of no confidence” in his leadership, saying it’s time for him to “move on.”
The 11-page listing of grievances from Grassley signals his support for President-elect Trump to fire Wray, who became the FBI director in 2017 after his nomination by then-President Trump. Wray is serving a 10-year term that would keep him in the post until 2027, should Trump decide not to remove him.
“For the good of the country, it’s time for you and your deputy to move on to the next chapter in your lives,” Grassley wrote, faulting Wray for hindering his work by failing to respond to requests and having “prevented the truth on some issues from ever reaching the American people.”
Trump has announced his intention to nominate Kash Patel as FBI director. Grassley held off on supporting Patel for the role.
“I therefore must express my vote of no confidence in your continued leadership of the FBI. President-elect Trump has already announced his intention to nominate a candidate to replace you, and the Senate will carefully consider that choice. For my part, I’ve also seen enough, and hope your respective successors will learn from these failures,” Grassley concluded….
Biden’s Paranoid Pardons and Leftist Morality

Joe Biden has now established two precedents in presidential history.
First, he “pardoned” his own son Hunter.
No prior president has ever tried that shameless act, which is an affront to the entire hallowed notion of “equality under the law.”.
Second, he did so in a way that no president has rarely, if ever, pardoned anyone.
Hunter, a convicted federal felon awaiting sentencing, was gifted by his father a blanket exemption from federal prosecution over the entire past decade (2014-2024).
Biden thus exempted Hunter from a series of much-discussed past criminal activities and provided further pardons for any federal criminal exposure occurring over the last ten years—yet to turn up.
Given the Biden suppression of the justice system and the media’s complicity in hiding the Biden family’s criminality, it is quite possible that in the next few years, disinterested prosecutors might finally expose Hunter Biden’s long-suppressed, sordid career. And that could mean possible criminal exposure for three generations of Bidens.
Third, in the remaining waning 40 days of his now nonperforming presidency, Biden threatens to establish yet another presidential precedent.
He contemplates issuing pardons to a variety of controversial cronies, bureaucrats, and officers—even though none of them have yet been indicted or even are under federal investigation.
Plenty of average Joes also go to jail for knowingly committing federal perjury or deliberately and fraudulently completing a required federal background check.
But the real agenda behind the Hunter pardon, and possible future Biden family pardons to come, involved the current president of the United States.
Hunter’s ten-year window of exemption dates back to the last two years of Joe Biden’s vice presidency, when his sloppy shakedowns of foreign governments even bothered an embarrassed Obama administration.
By pardoning Hunter, and de facto other Bidens to come, Joe believes that there will be no subpoenaed witness who can testify about the source of the family’s some $20 million grift: where the money came from, what it was for, where it went, and whether anyone fully paid federal and state income taxes on these foreign cash infusions.
The sheer audacity of the Biden operation was evident—as, for example, when Joe boasted publicly that he got a special Ukrainian prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, fired for looking too closely into corruption involving Hunter Biden—by withholding U.S. congressionally approved aid.
(Note well: Donald Trump was impeached and tried in the Senate for merely suspending but eventually sending aid to Ukraine, out of legitimate worry that the Bidens had once unduly leveraged taxpayer money to have ensured their then steady revenue streams from Ukraine.)
Proof of the Bidens’ shake-down success was apparent in the lavish lifestyles of Joe and Hunter, otherwise inexplicable in light of Joe’s federal salary or any legal or consulting expertise evident in Hunter’s mostly grimy and grubby career….
Court Filings Call For End Of Leftist Wisconsin AG’s Witch Hunt Against 2020 Trump Electors

The four motions to dismiss, filed last week in Dane County Circuit Court in Madison, lay out the many reasons why Troupis, caught up in leftist political climber Kaul’s bogus “fake electors” case, did nothing wrong in faithfully representing President Donald Trump — the man the left loves to hate.
Kaul’s own office acknowledged as much long before the Democrat, who reportedly has visions of higher office, rolled out his political hit job against Troupis, fellow Trump campaign attorney Kenneth Chesebro, and Republican political operative Michael Roman in June.
Leftist prosecutors in Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona also are pushing charges against individuals involved in alternate elector strategies, part of the Democrat Party’s crumbled narrative that Trump, his attorneys, and anyone questioning the 2020 presidential election results are a threat to democracy.
Chesebro, viewed as the mastermind behind a legitimate strategy to protect electoral votes, has been harassed by liberal prosecutors in multiple states.
Troupis’ motions rip apart Kaul’s flimsy forgery charge, ultimately arguing that the Dane County Circuit Court, where the charges were filed, has no jurisdiction over the case because there simply is no case.
The attorney general’s office has failed to show probable cause that Troupis committed the crime of forgery or conspired with others to utter a forged document, as Kaul alleges, according to the motions. ..

Donald Trump says Ukraine is ready to end war with Russia

EPA
President Zelensky has said that 45,000 Ukrainian soldiers have died in the war as he warned Donald Trump he would agree only to an “enduring” and “just” peace.
The Ukrainian president held talks with Trump at the reopening of Notre Dame in Paris on Saturday, the first face-to-face meeting between the pair since the US elections last month.
Trump has threatened to cut off the supply of US weapons to Ukraine and promised to end the war within “24 hours” of entering the White House on January 20.
After his meeting with Zelensky, Trump said Russia had been weakened by the deposal of President Assad of Syria. He said he knew Vladimir Putin well and told the Russian president that it was “time to act” after the loss of 600,000 Russian troops.
“Zelensky and Ukraine would like to make a deal and stop the madness,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “They have ridiculously lost 400,000 soldiers, and many more civilians. There should be an immediate ceasefire and negotiations should begin.”…
Ex-Ivy League Student Identified as Person of Interest in Fatal Shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson

NYPD/X
Authorities have identified Luigi Mangione, a 26-year-old former Ivy League student, as a person of interest in the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Mangione, who was valedictorian of his high school class and had plans to study artificial intelligence at the University of Pennsylvania, was apprehended at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania, following a nationwide manhunt, New York Post first reported.
Upon his arrest, Mangione was found in possession of a handgun equipped with a silencer, multiple fake identification documents, and a handwritten manifesto expressing grievances against the healthcare industry.
Investigators are examining his online activities, which reportedly include admiration for anti-capitalist figures and critiques of the insurance sector.
Authorities believe Mangione acted alone and are working to establish a clear motive for the killing. The investigation is ongoing, with forensic analysis being conducted on evidence recovered from the crime scene and items found in Mangione’s possession…
‘Justice prevailed’: Hosts react to Daniel Penny acquittal
The ‘Outnumbered’ panel discussed the fallout from Daniel Penny’s acquittal in New York City after a jury decided he was not guilty of negligent homicide.
Fox News contributor Jonathan Turley also discusses his take on the major development.
Does the SHOCKING Daniel Penny Verdict Mean Justice is BACK in NYC?
A jury has found former marine Daniel Penny NOT GUILTY of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Jordan Neely. Glenn and Stu are shocked, especially since the jury couldn’t decide whether to convict him of second-degree manslaughter.
But while this is a good outcome for justice, Glenn and Stu argue that it isn’t a perfect outcome:
This case should have never gone to trial in the first place! The guys explain why Penny should have been seen as a hero, especially by those in New York City who know how subways work. Plus, they discuss how the leftist BLM crowds will react to the verdict.

Lara Trump Steps Down As RNC Co-Chair Amid Speculation About Florida Senate Run

Lara only began her journey as co-chair in March and was vital in Republicans retaking control of the Senate while maintaining a small House majority.
According to reports, there has been discussions regarding whether she may be considered as a replacement for Florida Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), as Trump has said that Rubio will be chosen as the next secretary of state.
In November, during a discussion with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, Lara said that she “would love to serve the people of Florida” and “would love to consider” filling the seat if asked.
On Sunday, Lara discussed with Howard Kurtz how much of an honor it would be to even be considered.
“Certainly, we’ve all had the opportunity over the past nine years to fully involve ourselves in politics, to understand the American people, what they want, and we’ve all been residents of the state of Florida now for over three years,” she said. “If that’s something that’s put in front of me, it would be a true honor.”
She has received support from several people so far. Elon Musk responded to her X post, saying, “Lara Trump is genuinely great.” Senator Lindsey Graham, (R-S.C.), said on Hannity that he “would be like over-the-top excited” and that Republicans “could not do better … than Lara Trump.”

Dramatic video from Oakland, California sideshow on Sunday shows a car fully engulfed in flames.
The white BMW caught on fire early Sunday following the sideshow, but media reports did not immediately say if anyone was injured by the fire. The video was distributed via VideoElephant.
While KTVU Fox 2 said one sideshow took place around Stanford and Market Streets in West Oakland and another at 17th and San Pablo streets, the precise location of the burning car was unknown.
Police estimated 200 people participated in the sideshow, KTVU said.
Sen. Tom Cotton: GOP Senate Will Confirm All Trump’s Nominees

Cotton’s words hold a lot of water. He was elected in November to serve as Senate Republican Conference chair, the third-ranking post in leadership.
His bold pronouncement signals that the conference is ready to move past establishment media-generated controversy and get to work acting on Trump’s mandate by installing his picks to deliver his agenda.
Cotton acknowledged recent history showing that if a president wants his nominee to get confirmed and sticks by him – as Trump has done with Pete Hegseth, his nominee to lead the Pentagon – that nominee will receive the support of his party’s senators.
“Of the 72 cabinet secretary nominees since the Clinton transition, only 2 nominees have ever received NO votes from the president-elect’s party,” Cotton said in a subsequent tweet. “No one should be surprised that the Republican Senate will confirm President Trump’s nominees.”
In the Senate, where routine tasks can often get bogged down by arcane parliamentary drudgery, time is a luxury. And Senators likely do not wish to let nomination hearings and votes drag out unnecessarily at the expense of Trump’s legislative blitzkrieg.
Cotton’s prediction is a good indication the Republican-held Senate is ready to get to work…
Denver’s vow to defy Trump’s deportation plan exports crisis to neighboring towns

Denver Mayor Mike Johnston has pledged to thwart any future mass deportation initiatives by President-elect Donald Trump despite Colorado grappling with the growing influence of the vicious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua amid the Biden administration’s ongoing border crisis.
In a November interview with the Denverite, Johnston claimed that the majority of his constituents would oppose any mass deportation efforts. His remarks gained widespread attention when he asserted he would consider deploying the Denver Police Department to prevent Trump’s federal immigration agents from entering the city.
“It’s like the Tiananmen Square moment with the rose and the gun, right? You’d have every one of those Highland moms who came out for the migrants. And you do not want to mess with them,” he added.
Johnston’s controversial remarks sparked significant backlash.
Elon Musk claimed that Johnston “hates his constituents” for his refusal to address the immigration crisis.
Musk’s America PAC explained in a post on X that TDA has spread to 16 states, including Colorado, “where Denver Mayor Mike Johnston has vowed to protect illegal aliens from deportation.”

Trump minces no words when asked if he will fire FBI Director Christopher Wray: ‘He invaded my home‘

President-elect Donald Trump spoke to NBC News’ Kristen Welker for over an hour Sunday, detailing what he intends to do on his first days in office. When asked whether he actually intends to fire FBI Director Christopher Wray — whose term does not expire until 2027 — Trump answered in the affirmative and provided a damning justification.
“I can’t say I’m thrilled with him,” Trump told Welker. “He invaded my home. I’m suing the country over it. He invaded Mar-a-Lago. I’m very unhappy with the things he’s done.”
In August 2024, Trump attorney Daniel Epstein filed a notice of intent to sue the DOJ for $100 million. Epstein noted in the administrative tort claim that Garland and Wray’s decisions pertaining to the raid “were inconsistent with protocols requiring the consent of an investigative target, disclosure to that individual’s attorneys, and the use of the local U.S. Attorney’s Office.”
Despite having spoken at length earlier in the interview about Trump’s pick of Kash Patel for his next FBI director, Welker asked about the technical necessity of canning Wray.
“It would sort of seem pretty obvious that if Kash gets in, he’s going to be taking somebody’s place,” Trump responded. “Right? That somebody is the man that you’re talking about.”
Welker repeatedly attempted to goad Trump into stating that he would direct Patel to go after his political opponents, but Trump underscored that when it comes to his proposed FBI director as well as with his proposed attorney general, former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, he will take a hands-off approach…
American woman faces prison time in Europe for fatally stabbing migrant man who allegedly assaulted her

A 20-year-old American woman has been accused of fatally stabbing a migrant man in Germany, who she said sexually assaulted her at a train station, leading to the stabbing.
The incident took place at the Kaiserslautern Central Station in southwest Germany on June 29, the Kaiserslautern Public Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement last week.
“According to the results of the investigations, the stabbing was preceded by the fact that the 64-year-old sexually harassed the 20-year-old by grabbing her buttocks, an exchange of words, and that the 20-year-old opened a folding knife she was carrying with her, so that she made stabbing movements in the direction of the 64-year-old,” the prosecutor’s office said.
“The 64-year-old then grabbed the 20-year-old’s arm, which she was using to wield the knife. The 20-year-old freed herself from this grip and stabbed once in the same movement,” the statement continued, adding that the man died “within a few seconds.”
The American woman said she acted in self-defense and did not aim for the man’s heart, and she was charged with bodily injury resulting in death.
“The accusation of bodily injury resulting in death requires intent only with regard to the bodily injury and (only) negligence with regard to the consequence of death,” the prosecutor’s office said. …
Man Being Questioned in Altoona, PA, in Connection of UnitedHealthcare CEO Killing

A man in Altoona, Pennsylvania, is being questioned by authorities in connection to the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
NBC New York reported that detectives have yet to determine whether the man being questioned is the suspect who killed Brian Thompson last week in Manhattan.
Currently, NYPD investigators are en route to Altoona to question the man being held.
NBC 4 News Steven Bognar stated the guy who is being questioned had a gun similar to the one used in the killing of Brian Thompson.
On Saturday, New York City Mayor Eric Adams indicated to reporters Saturday that the UnitedHealth CEO’s shooter has been identified after a days-long ongoing manhunt.
However, he declined to say whether or not they have the suspect’s name, stating that he doesn’t want to tip off “the person we are seeking.”
The Daily Mail has also obtained newly released photos from the NYPD, showing the alleged killer seated in the back of a cab…
Daniel Penny Acquitted — Jury Finds Marine Not Guilty in Jordan Neely Subway Death Case

Daniel Penny was found not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Jordan Neely during an incident on a New York City subway in 2023.
The jury reached this verdict after more than 24 hours of deliberation across five days.
Penny had pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide, following an altercation in which he placed Neely in a chokehold.
Penny placed Neely in a chokehold, a technique he had learned during his military service, for several minutes, after which Neely stopped moving and was later pronounced dead. The incident was captured on video and widely circulated, prompting public outcry and debate.
Neely has been arrested 42 times over the last decade. His most recent arrest was in November 2021 for assaulting a 67-year-old woman.35
He had pleaded guilty to attempted kidnapping in 2015 for dragging a 7-year-old girl down a street.678
At the time of his death, Neely had an active warrant for an alleged assault.
Initially, the jury was tasked with considering both charges of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. However, the second-degree manslaughter charge was dismissed by Judge Maxwell Wiley after the jury declared a deadlock, indicating they could not reach a unanimous decision on it.
At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Assistant District Attorney Dafna Yoran moved to dismiss the manslaughter charge….
Deep-sea vessel discovers primitive creature “barely changed since the age of the dinosaurs” after 15-year quest

“Being in the control van for our first sighting of this animal was pretty incredible,” says Jacob Ottaviani, video engineer and documentarian on this expedition, and Video Editor at OET. “Everyone was so excited – you could feel the collective energy and childlike joy – finally seeing something everyone had been hoping to see.”
The nautilus is the most primitive cephalopod. There are 11 different species of chambered nautilus, which have different sections inside their shell that help them move around like a submarine.
In one of the videos, the strange animal can be seen moving along the seafloor using jet propulsion. “It’s chugging along,” one of the researchers comments.
“In addition to the obvious milestone of seeing a nautilus while onboard the eponymous Nautilus, it was also surreal to encounter an animal whose body plan and behaviours have barely changed since the age of the dinosaurs,” says Samantha Wishnak, Expedition Leader and Operations Coordinator at OET.
Viewers can watch OET’s deep sea expeditions from home on their live stream at www.NautilusLive.org.
Israel deploys paratroopers to Syria in ‘defense activities’ after fall of Assad

The IDF said the deployment was meant to “proactively ensure the defense of Golan” amid the instability in Syria. Footage and images show paratroopers and heavily armored tanks deploying to the buffer zone. The move comes as both the U.S. and Israel have struck multiple targets within Syria following Assad’s ouster.
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar said early Monday morning that Israel also conducted strikes on suspected Syrian chemical weapons sites.
Assad infamously used chemical weapons on his own civilians when former President Barack Obama was in office. The U.S. and Israel are taking steps to ensure that those weapons do not fall into the hands of the Islamist rebels now in control of Syria.
“The only interest we have is the security of Israel and its citizens,” Saar said Monday. “That’s why we attacked strategic weapons systems, like, for example, remaining chemical weapons, or long-range missiles and rockets, in order that they will not fall in the hands of extremists.”
Leaders in the U.S. and Israel have praised the toppling of Assad but also expressed concern about who will lead the country moving forward. The main rebel group at play is Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, which translates to Organization for the Liberation of the Levant. The organization is a terrorist group with links to both ISIS and al Qaeda…
Trump: ‘Maybe’ Biden Should Preemptively Pardon Cheney, Kinzinger, Pelosi
Democrats and media allies urged Biden in previous weeks to pardon a number of his allies including those who sat on the partisan January 6 committee.
Members of the committee stand accused of deleting over 100 files before Republicans took control of the House in 2022, an act Trump says is illegal.
“Biden can give them a pardon if he wants to,” Trump told NBC News’s Kristen Welker. “And maybe he should.”
“Just remember, the unselect committee – a year and a half of sworn testimony, and after getting all of the testimony, they deleted it, wait, and they destroyed almost everything,” Trump explained. “There’s nothing left. It’s unprecedented, and they deny you do that. In a civil case, you go to jail.”
“So you think Liz Cheney should go to jail?” Welker asked Trump.
“Anybody who voted in favor –” Trump replied.
“Are you going to direct your FBI director and your attorney general to send them to jail?” she followed up.
“Not at all,” Trump said. “I think that they’ll have to look at that … they can do whatever that want.”..
Adam Schiff to Take Office Monday, Not in January, After Newsom Makes Power Play to Help California

The gambit, while technically legal, is an evident attempt by California to gain an edge in the Senate by giving Schiff seniority over newly elected senators from other states, who will only be sworn into their offices on January 3, 2025.
Newsom’s office said in a statement:
Governor Gavin Newsom today announced the appointment of Senator-elect Adam Schiff to complete the remaining U.S. Senate term of Senator Laphonza Butler following her resignation.
Senator Butler announced her resignation effective December 8, 2024, to ensure Californians have their duly elected representative seated as soon as possible. Senator-elect Schiff, who won election to a full term beginning in January, is expected to be sworn in on Monday, December 9, 2024.
Newsom appointed Butler after Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) died in office last year. Some black Democrats were furious with him for not appointing Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA), who was running for Senate at the time against Schiff.
Schiff was in the news Sunday for another reason: President-elect Donald Trump told NBC News that he believes all of the members of the January 6 Committee — including Schiff — should be in jail for their abuses of civil liberties.
Schiff responded:…
Nearly 4 Years Later, No Letup in Jan. 6 Prosecutions, Possible Pardons or Not

AP
Even as President-elect Donald Trump promised on Sunday to act “very quickly” on pardons for many of the protesters involved in the events of January 6, the Biden administration’s Justice Department is continuing to arrest and try people for actions that occurred almost four years ago while opposing motions to delay trials because of the need for “the prompt and efficient administration of justice.”
If the defeat of Kamala Harris constituted at least a partial repudiation of the lawfare against Trump and his supporters, the message appears to be lost on top brass at the DOJ. Prosecutors are pushing ahead with what they consider the department’s crowning achievement: the so-called “Capitol Siege” investigation into the events of Jan. 6, 2021.
In what Attorney General Merrick Garland describes as the biggest criminal investigation in Department of Justice history, more than 1,560 people have been charged for federal crimes never before used against political protesters, including under a post-Enron obstruction statute overturned by the Supreme Court in June.
At least 1,000 of these defendants have been convicted – either at trial or by accepting plea offers – with some 650 defendants ordered to serve time in a federal prison.
Sentences range from a few days in jail to up to 22 years as the DOJ seeks “terror enhancements” to tack on additional time.
Activity in the J6 investigation accelerated the month before the election. At least 16 individuals were arrested; home security camera footage obtained by RCI shows the heavily-armed pre-dawn FBI raid of a subject in California on October 17….
