Four years after pipe bombs at DNC, RNC, feds show little progress on suspect: House report

(Image courtesy of FBI via Courthouse News)

The House on Thursday accused federal law enforcement of making little “meaningful progress” on a yearslong investigation into two pipe bombs discovered on Capitol Hill as lawmakers met to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election, according to a report conducted by the House Committee on Administration.

The pair of improvised explosive devices were placed near Democratic National Committee and Republican National Committee headquarters on Jan. 5, 2021 — just a day before the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. The pipe bombs were not discovered by law enforcement until the next morning as rioters were marching on the Capitol.

Despite the major security threat posed by the devices and the delay in their discovery, the FBI’s ongoing investigation had yet to identify, apprehend or charge any potential suspects, according to Administration Committee. Federal law enforcement has also been tight-lipped with Congress about potential leads in its inquiry.

“The devices placed many lawmakers, staff, law enforcement and residents in harm’s way,” the report said. “Yet, almost four years after the incident, Americans scarcely have any detail about who planted the bombs or why.”

Lawmakers added that the lack of information about potential suspects hampers Congress’ ability to legislate security improvements for the Capitol complex, and that failure to pinpoint a potential perpetrator “ultimately makes all Americans less secure.”…

EXCLUSIVE: DOJ Spent Over $100 Million Pushing DEI, Restorative Justice In Classrooms, Report Finds

The Department of Justice spent over $100 million on proposals promoting woke content in classrooms between 2021 and 2024, according to a new report first obtained by The Daily Wire.

An investigation conducted by Parents Defending Education (PDE) found that the Biden DOJ awarded over $100,113,942 through 102 grants, throughout 36 states, impacting 946 school districts and upwards of 3 million K-12 students.

Those funds were spent on proposals promoting restorative justice practices, social and emotional learning practices, and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in the classroom over the past four years, The Daily Wire has learned.

The funds were awarded through the Justice Department’s STOP School Violence Program, which provides grant money to school districts, nonprofits, and city and state governments through projects that “increase school safety by implementing solutions that will improve school climate.”

That climate phrasing, according to PDE, typically means replacing exclusionary discipline (removing the disrupter from the classroom) with restorative practices (bringing the offender and victim together to discuss what happened and “repair harm”) or social and emotional learning (supposedly to increase self-awareness, empathy, and goal setting, often laced with LGBTQ ideology).

“DOJ STOP grants were intended to be used to address and ameliorate school violence, which has been a major issue of concern to parents across the country over the past several years,” PDE president Nicki Neily told The Daily Wire on Thursday.

“It’s appalling,” she added, “although not surprising, that DOJ bureaucrats would prioritize DEI initiatives over student safety. American families deserve better, and the sooner waste like this is eliminated, the better.” …

Incoming ‘border czar’ rips border crisis bringing in terrorism risks

Jill Biden gets the priciest gift from a foreign leader in 2023 — a $20,000 diamond

President Joe Biden and his family were given tens of thousands of dollars in gifts from foreign leaders in 2023, according to an annual accounting published by the State Department on Thursday, with first lady Jill Biden receiving the single most expensive present: a $20,000 diamond from India’s leader.

The 7.5-carat diamond from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was easily the most costly gift presented to any member of the first family in 2023, although she also received a brooch valued at $14,063 from the Ukrainian ambassador to the United States and a bracelet, brooch and photograph album worth $4,510 from the president and first lady of Egypt.

The U.S. president himself received a number of expensive presents, including a commemorative photo album valued at $7,100 from South Korea’s recently impeached President Suk Yeol Yoon, a $3,495 statue of Mongolian warriors from the Mongolian prime minister, a $3,300 silver bowl from the sultan of Brunei, a $3,160 sterling silver tray from the president of Israel, and a collage worth $2,400 from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

According to the State Department’s Office of Protocol, which compiles the list that will be published in Friday’s edition of the Federal Register, several employees of the CIA reported receiving lavish gifts of watches, perfume and jewelry, nearly all of which were destroyed. Of the gifts destroyed, they were worth more than $132,000 combined.

CIA Director William Burns received a $18,000 astrograph, which is a telescope and astrological camera, from an foreign source whose identity is classified. That is being transferred to the General Services Administration. But Burns reported receiving and destroying an $11,000 Omega watch, while numerous others did the same with luxury timepieces.

‘Kamala was forced on us so hard you’d think she was patented by Pfizer’: Comedian Whitney Cummings roasts DNC live on CNN

Stand-up comedian and writer Whitney Cummings unleashed an uncensored fury of roast jokes live on CNN’s New Year’s Eve show, shocking host Andy Cohen multiple times.

Along with performing at comedy roasts, Cummings is well known for creating two successful sitcoms, “Whitney” and “2 Broke Girls.”

Cohen then asked where Cummings would be when midnight struck, to which she answered, “After what I’m about to do, I think I’ll probably be in a huddle with a bunch of lawyers or something.”

At this point, the comedian let loose and started firing shots in every direction.

Cummings said 2024 needed to be held “accountable” because that is “what white women do now” because they don’t understand irony.

“We started being wistful about murderers,” Cummings continued. “Remember, this was the year where we were like, ‘Were the Menendez brothers so bad? Were we too hard on the Menendez brothers?'”

Cummings went on, saying 2024 was a year when the number of “white supremacy groups reached record highs. It got so bad, Ariana Grande became white again.”

“2024 totally broke our brains. … We started watching the WNBA. Was that — what happened?” she asked.

The 2024 election “fried our brains,” Cummings then told CNN viewers, before delivering her biggest laughs of the night…

Proposed U.S. House rules package includes unrelated GOP legislation

Republicans have released a new House rules package for the incoming 119th Congress that is packed with political wishlist items.

It would also make ousting the House speaker more difficult.

The new proposal would allow only members of the majority party to introduce motions to vacate, plus require at least eight cosponsors from the majority party.

It also would dissolve the congressional Diversity and Inclusion Office and authorize subpoenas of Attorney General Merrick Garland and other officials connected to the investigation of the Biden family’s finances.

Democratic lawmakers blasted the resolution, with the top Democrat on the House Rules Committee accusing Republicans of “injecting partisan extremism into the rules.”

In addition, the package contains 12 bills for consideration under a closed rule – meaning no amendments can be proposed – that fulfill multiple Republican objectives, such as requiring proof of U.S. citizenship when an individual registers to vote in federal elections and ensuring biological sex distinctions in sports are protected under Title IX rules.

Other bills would authorize the deportation of migrants illegally residing in the U.S. who have committed domestic violence, sex offenses, or assaults on law enforcement, and require the Department of Homeland Security to take into custody any migrants charged with theft.

Legislation would also make sanctuary cities ineligible for federal funds to support migrant services, prohibit moratoriums on hydraulic fracking, and require physicians to provide “the proper degree of care” for infants born alive after failed abortions….

New Orleans’ 65-Year-Old DEI Police Chief Faces Backlash Amid Reports of Teaching FBI Course on ‘Bias and Diversity’

In the aftermath of a shocking terrorist attack in New Orleans, Police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick, a prominent advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, finds herself under scrutiny—not only for the city’s lackluster response to the attack but also for her controversial involvement in teaching FBI courses on “bias and diversity.”

The early morning attack, allegedly perpetrated by Shamsud Din Jabbar on January 1, exposed glaring miscommunication between the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) and federal agencies. Kirkpatrick initially described the incident as a “potential terror attack.”

However, another DEI, Special FBI Agent Alethea Duncan, who wore a nose ring, directly contradicted this at the same press conference, stating, “This is not a terrorist event. What it is right now is there were improvised explosive devices that were found, and we are working on confirming if this is a viable device or not.”

Anne Kirkpatrick’s leadership style is now under the spotlight.

According to The Tennessee Star, Kirkpatrick serves as a National Instructor for the FBI’s Law Enforcement Executive Association’s Leadership Training Program, where she teaches topics such as “bias and diversity” and “emotional intelligence.”

Critics argue that this emphasis on DEI and related “woke” initiatives detracts from the hard-nosed law enforcement strategies needed to address violent crime and terror threats effectively….

Deaf, Blind 21-Year-Old Was Only 59 Pounds at the Time of His Death; Parents and Caregiver Arrested for the Fatal Neglect

Sherrilynn Hawkins, 42, Hatchett’s mother and caretaker, and Loretta Harris, 45, a caretaker for the deceased man, were arrested after investigators determined that they had neglected to care for Hatchett, the New York Post reported.

An arrest warrant was also issued for Vernon Hatchett, 39, the young man’s father, who had not been apprehended as of Thursday morning.

“Detectives found that from February 2024 to Sept. 18, 2024, Tylim Hatchett had lost 31 pounds, dropping from 91 pounds to 59 pounds in approximately seven months,” the release continued.

“The investigation also found that Hawkins and Harris both were receiving money and submitting hours to Aveanna Healthcare to be compensated for time they were not caring for Tylim Hatchett,” the document added.

Hawkins and Harris would allegedly “clock in” to indicate they were caring for the disabled man when they were not actually caring for him.

Between Sept. 1 and Sept. 18, he was allegedly left alone in the apartment for 356 of the 425 hours.

He required several daily medications but was unable to administer them himself. The investigation found, “Harris had not provided him any medications when she visited.”

2012 Whistleblower of the Year Exposed Psycho Pharma Corruption: Continues to Call for Unyielding Accountability

Former Investigator, Allen Jones. Photo: Houston Press

With the recent nomination of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to lead the Department of Health and Human Services, (HHS) the nation’s premier federal health agency, it’s important to remember Kennedy’s rising star began decades ago by exposing fraudulent medical/corporate research and food safety issues. In a sense, Kennedy is a kind of whistleblower on a national level.

But he’s not the only one and, with Kennedy’s rise to power, AbleChild is reminded of another whistleblower, Allen Jones, whose exposure of dirty dealing between the pharmaceutical industry and state mental health agencies needs to be remembered and recognized.

In a nutshell, Jones, as an investigator with the Pennsylvania Office of the Inspector General, was tasked with investigating the State’s chief pharmacist, Steve Fiorello, who was reported to have been receiving payments from drug companies. A clear violation of Pennsylvania law.

But Jones uncovered a much deeper financial scheme where the money flowing into Fiorello’s unregistered account was also flowing out of it and into an account belonging to the Director of the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation. Jones had no idea that he was about to run head-first into the then controversial Texas Medication Algorithm Project (TMAP).

Basically, TMAP was a system of collecting information about pharmacological management and providing an algorithm-driven mental health management program. In other words, what psychiatric drugs work best for specific mental health diagnoses. Then those chosen drug treatments (algorithm) would be used by state mental health programs.

Aside from the fact that there is no one-size-fits-all psychiatric drug regimen, the problem is that TMAP was compromised when Johnson and Johnson and its subsidiary, Janssen, were paying state officials in a number of ways to promote the TMAP….

Biden Administration Pushes Permanent Ban on Offshore Oil and Gas Drilling

The decision builds upon a series of environmentally focused initiatives by the Biden administration.

Earlier this week, the Department of the Interior proposed a 20-year moratorium on oil, gas, and geothermal leasing across 264,000 acres in Nevada’s Ruby Mountains.

The move followed intense advocacy from Native American tribes, conservationists, hunters, and anglers who argued that the pristine wilderness was too valuable to risk.

Environmental groups have widely applauded the anticipated ban.

The permanent protections for U.S. coastal waters will, according to advocates, significantly reduce the risk of catastrophic oil spills and help protect marine ecosystems already under stress from climate change and pollution. Additionally, these measures align with the Biden administration’s ambitious goals to transition the nation toward renewable energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

While the decision has garnered praise from environmentalists, it has drawn sharp criticism from the energy sector and some Republican lawmakers, who argue that such policies could have adverse economic effects. Offshore drilling has long been a cornerstone of domestic energy production, providing jobs and revenue for coastal states. Critics warn that the ban could hinder the U.S.’s ability to achieve energy independence and force increased reliance on foreign oil imports.

“This decision puts America at a strategic disadvantage,” said Mike Sommers, CEO of the American Petroleum Institute. “By shutting down access to vital energy resources, the administration risks driving up energy costs for consumers and stifling job creation in energy-producing states.”

Industry representatives also argue that advances in technology have made offshore drilling safer and more efficient than ever before, reducing the likelihood of spills and other environmental impacts. However, such assurances have done little to sway an administration intent on prioritizing environmental protection….

J6’er exposes rapes by guards and chaplain in prison she was sent to for misdemeanor…

If there’s one thing to be said about the J6 political prisoners, it’s that, despite the injustices they endure, they never stop fighting to expose our broken system.

They continually find ways to shine a light on the corruption festering within our crumbling jail and judicial systems.

Their unfair and un-American suffering has illuminated these flaws, forcing the cockroaches to scurry as the spotlight grows brighter. With any luck—and perhaps divine intervention—real change might finally be on the horizon.

One patriot leading the charge is Danean, a woman who attended the January 6th event and was sentenced to jail for a measly misdemeanor.

While incarcerated, she bore witness to horrific crimes committed against women—by guards, the warden, and even the chaplain. Refusing to stay silent, Danean bravely vowed to expose these atrocities and fight for those women, revealing to America just how deeply our system is decayed.

Rotten to the very core.

Danean took to X, posting a chilling exposé on the degeneracy within the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California.

Danean:

I went to prison for J6 misdemeanors. Several ladies I was incarcerated with in FCI Dublin were raped by the warden, chaplain and guards. My inmate friends who reported the rapes were retaliated against. I promised them I’d try to amplify their voices when I got out.

This is my lane. I try not to veer from it, but I often fail.

These courageous women were awarded $116M in damages last week. The abuse they suffer is real and ongoing at other facilities.

Our prison system is broken. We desperately need reform.

Please search “FCI Dublin” for the back story.

Well, Danean, we did some digging—and surprise, surprise—the stories about abuse and settlements are all too real. It turns out our jail system is just as broken as our justice system. A system that throws a woman in prison for a misdemeanor while someone like Hunter Biden walks free, untouched and unbothered.

How’s that for fairness?

Christians increasingly persecuted worldwide as ‘modern and historical factors converge’

Activists and members representing the Christian community display placards as they take part in a peaceful protest rally against what they claim is an increase in hostility, hate and violence against Christians in various states of the country in New Delhi on Feb. 19, 2023. (Arun Sankar/AFP via Getty Images)

Reports for years have indicated that religious intolerance is on the rise around the globe in the face of increasing authoritarian rule and the continued spread of Islamic extremism, but a report released Thursday indicates that Christianity, above all others, is taking the biggest hit.

“The world is seeing an increasing push toward oppressive control over religion, particularly Christianity, as a consequence of several modern and historical factors converging,” Jeff King, president of the International Christian Concern (ICC), a non-profit based in Washington, D.C., told Fox News Digital. “Christians face oppression in more countries than any other faith group, with significant challenges in regions like the Middle East, Africa and Asia.”

A report titled “The Global Persecution Index 2025,” released by the ICC on Thursday, outlined which nations have become the biggest offenders when it comes to religious oppression, particularly against Christian populations, and found the majority of religion-based persecution is carried out under authoritarian leaders and by Islamic extremist groups.

“In many authoritarian states, Christianity is seen as a proxy for Western influence and values, which regimes often reject as imperialistic or destabilizing,” King told Fox News Digital. “Christianity and other faiths emphasize allegiance to a higher moral authority, which inherently challenges authoritarian regimes that demand complete loyalty to the state.”

“Nations like China exported sophisticated surveillance technology to other authoritarian regimes, enabling tighter control and monitoring of religious groups,” he added.

Some nations have increasingly viewed Christianity as a threat to their cultural norms, including India, which in recent years has seen a severe increase in the number of attacks against Christians, according to not only the ICC and the PRC reports, but also a report submitted to the United Nations General Assembly by the Human Rights Council in February.

“In countries like India and Pakistan, social media platforms were used to incite mob violence and spread disinformation about Christian communities, leading to targeted attacks,” King explained….

Mosque Attended by New Orleans Terrorist Refers FBI Inquiries to CAIR

Alex Brandon / Associated Press, File

More than a dozen were killed and dozens wounded in the terror attack in the early hours of New Year’s Day on Bourbon Street, in which Jabbar drove a truck with an ISIS flag into a crowd of revelers.

Newsweek reported:

A mosque near the Houston home of Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who police say carried out the New Year’s Day attack in New Orleans, has urged its congregation not to respond to media inquiries and to refer to other Islamic organizations if contacted by the FBI.

In an Instagram story posted after the attacker’s identity was announced, the Masjid Bilal condemned what it said were “terrible acts.” It added, “If approached by the FBI and a response is necessary, please refer to CAIR and ISGH,” referring to the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the Islamic Society of Greater Houston.

CAIR is a radical organization that has provided assistance to terrorists’ families in the past. As Breitbart News reported in 2015, the local branch of CAIR provided help to the families of the ISIS-affiliated terrorists who carried out a mass shooting against San Bernardino county employees (their colleagues) during a Christmas holiday party.

Social Media Scrutiny Reignites Anger Over UK’s History of ‘Grooming’ Child Rape Gangs

A days-long resurgence of interest in so-called “grooming gangs” — a polite newspeak for racist child rape gangs — in the UK has seen horror and outrage reignited and X-platform owner Elon Musk weigh in, amplifying the already surging discussion.

UK social media has been dominated over New Year’s by attention to the decades-long scandal, but really only made public in the past ten years, of gangs of predominantly but not entirely Pakistani men sexually abusing young English children.

In the parlance of the UK media, these gangs are called ‘grooming gangs‘ as a polite shorthand, because the girls are ‘groomed’ with bribes including sweets, alcohol, and drugs before they are drawn into patterns of coercion and sexual abuse, and because it circumvents printing the graphic detail of cases in headlines.

Over half a century such gangs have worked in dozens of UK towns, have abused thousands of victims, and have involved acts of the most extreme depravity.

It is descriptions of these abuses of children, as found in Judge’s sentencing remarks — and therefore a matter of legal fact, not allegation or whipped-up moral panic — that have driven much of the outrage in recent days.

One such viral post showing a Judge sentencing Mohammed Karrar of the Oxford grooming gang describes a “very young” girl, who had been raped while younger than the age of 13, and how she had been anally gang raped, and punished for trying to resist by being raped with a baseball bat. This just illustrates two lines from one judgement for one grooming gang, there are hundreds if not thousands of such instances that many will be encountering now for the first time.

In other instances journalists who have dedicated years to trying to expose the truths are suddenly finding new prominence as their work gets fresh attention.

Independent filmmaker-turned GB News Journalist Charlie Peters has stated beyond the abusers themselves, an important target for new scrutiny as 2025 dawns are the police officers and local government functionaries who are said to have covered up the abuse for years, allegedly in a bid to keep a lid on ‘community relations’.

Yesterday, Peters reported the UK government is refusing repeated requests for a central inquiry into historic child sex abuse….

An FBI That Targets Political Opponents Instead Of Terrorists Doesn’t Deserve To Lead New Orleans Investigation

Biden might trust the FBI to handle investigations like the one into Shamsud-Din Jabbar’s allegedly ISIS-inspired massacre on Bourbon Street, but Americans who have seen the nation’s premier law enforcement agency weaponize itself against the Biden regime’s political opponents overwhelmingly don’t.

The FBI claims protecting the nation from terrorist attacks is its “number one priority.”

Yet the agency spent recent years redirecting its attention and resources from top issues like violent criminal acts that lead to mass casualties and child sex abuse cases to arresting meemaws for walking around the U.S. Capitol grounds on January 6, 2021 and praying at abortion facilities.

The FBI’s laundry list of corruption extends far beyond smearing Catholicsconcerned parents, and Trump voters as domestic terrorists, manufacturing scandals like the Russia collusion hoax, killing the Hunter Biden laptop bombshell, raiding the home of a former and future president even if it required “deadly force,” and interfering in elections.

Yet, the DEI-plagued agency, despite its discrediting track record, is routinely accepted as the lead on investigations into real terrorism.

The FBI wholly disqualified itself from being the lead on the New Orleans investigation when it deemed anyone questioning the regime guilty of wrongthink at the same time it allowed, entrapped, and even groomed true threats.

How can an entity that openly hyper-fixated its best efforts on “white supremacy” accurately and adequately evaluate a threat as serious and as widespread as Islamic terrorism? It can’t….

Here’s Who Biden’s FBI Decided To Persecute Rather Than Hunt Down Real Terrorists

Early Wednesday morning, a radical Islamic terrorist drove his truck through a crowd of people celebrating the start of the New Year in New Orleans. Fifteen people were murdered and more than 35 injured. But maybe this tragedy could have been avoided if the FBI spent less time targeting parents, Catholics, and countless other dissidents and instead focused its resources on catching actual terrorists.

Shamsud-Din Jabbar plowed through a crowd in his Ford F-150 Lightning EV truck draped with an ISIS flag before shooting at police officers, who fatally shot Jabbar. Jabbar “recently converted to Islam” and “began acting erratically in recent months,” according to The New York Times.

Unfortunately under the leadership of then FBI Director Christopher Wray, the FBI was too busy doing things like helping to orchestrate a kidnapping plot targeting Democrat Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to catch a terrorist.

Here are some others the FBI was too busy targeting while a terrorist became radicalized on U.S. soil.

Catholics

Documents obtained by House Republicans in 2023 reveals multiple FBI field offices were involved in the drafting of the infamous memo that labeled Catholics as potential domestic terrorists.

A leaked FBI memo revealed a Richmond, Virginia, field office was investigating alleged “white supremacy” amongst Catholics who attended Latin Mass. The memo warned of “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” and noted possible infiltration into Catholic communities using “various kinds of informants.” Subsequent memos show FBI field offices in Los Angeles and Portland were involved in targeting Catholics.
