Coalition of state AGs seek to bypass Biden pardon and hold Fauci accountable

Just hours before leaving office, former President Joe Biden issued a pardon for Anthony Fauci, giving the fifth director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases a pass for possible federal crimes going back to Jan. 1, 2014 — around the time the Obama administration supposedly halted funding for dangerous gain-of-function research.

While Biden’s stated intention was to spare the 84-year-old immunologist from “being investigated or prosecuted,” the geriatric Democrat could not ultimately spare Fauci from being held accountable for possible violations of state laws.

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson and 16 other state attorneys general have launched an investigation into Fauci’s role in the COVID-19 pandemic response, “demanding accountability for alleged mismanagement, misleading statements, and suppression of scientific debate.”

After referencing damning findings by the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic concerning Fauci, the attorneys general urged House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) and Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) in a letter Wednesday to “consider using all available tools” at Congress’ disposal to “ensure that former President Biden’s shameful pardon does not frustrate accountability.”

The state attorneys general evidently have one particular “tool” in mind.

Underscoring that Biden’s pardon does not “preclude state-level investigations or legal proceedings,” they noted that members of Congress can refer pertinent findings to state officials who “possess the authority to address violations of state law or breaches of public trust.”..

Trump’s DOJ sues Chicago over sanctuary city laws ‘thwarting’ ICE

President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice has ramped up its efforts to dismantle sanctuary laws by filing a lawsuit on Thursday against Illinois, Cook County, and Chicago that alleges their policies “impede” federal immigration enforcement.

The complaint also named Governor J.B. Pritzker, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, and other local officials.

Specifically, the DOJ accused the Illinois TRUST Act, the Chicago Welcoming City ordinance, and the Way Forward Act of hindering Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s efforts to detain and deport illegal aliens.

The Way Forward Act was enacted in 2021 and amended the TRUST Act to provide additional protection to illegal aliens. It states that “a law enforcement agency or law enforcement official may not inquire about or investigate the citizenship or immigration status or place of birth of any individual in the agency or official’s custody or who has otherwise been stopped or detained by the agency or official.”

The DOJ’s lawsuit claimed that the state and local laws are “designed to and in fact interfere with and discriminate against the Federal Government’s enforcement of federal immigration law in violation of the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution.”

The agency further stated that the policies “obstruct the Federal Government’s enforcement of federal immigration law” and “impede consultation and communication between federal, state, and local law enforcement officials that is necessary for federal officials to carry out federal immigration law and keep Americans safe.”..

Unacceptable: CDC Fails to Back Up Claim That COVID-19 Jabs Do Not Alter DNA

As humanity nervously awaits to see what will transpire from Big Tech’s frightening recent announcement of individualized, AI-created mRNA vaccines to cure cancer, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is unable to supply Del Bigtree’s Informed Action Consent Network (ICAN) with any records to support its bold claim that the mRNA “COVID-19 vaccines do not alter DNA.” In addition to that, the CDC also failed to provide ICAN with documents to back up its claim that “nearly all the ingredients in COVID-19 vaccines are also ingredients in many foods—fats, sugars, and salts.” In part one of a two-part report on the CDC’s failure, ICAN announced:

“The CDC.gov website is supposed to be one of the most authoritative public health websites in the world. Perplexed by many of the statements made on its (ironically-titled) webpage “Bust Myths and Learn the Facts about COVID-19 Vaccines,” ICAN’s legal team submitted numerous FOIA requests asking CDC for the evidence it relied upon to make those statements. Disturbingly, CDC failed to provide any evidence whatsoever.”

Considering the nightmarish propaganda promoted by taxpayer-funded government agencies during the pandemic, the CDC’s failure to back up its claims with proof is not all that shocking. Nonetheless, it is indeed disturbing and completely unacceptable. The first segment of ICAN’s series scrutinized the CDC’s assertion that “nearly all the ingredients in COVID-19 vaccines are also ingredients in many foods—fats, sugars, and salts.”

As ICAN points out, the CDC anoints itself the nation’s “leading science-based, data-driven, service organization,” when actually—and solely based on its own actions and lack of transparency—nothing could be further from the truth. With 1,700 scientists on its payroll, one would presume that statements published on its website undergo meticulous vetting by at least one. Unfortunately, that is not the case. ICAN has closely analyzed the ingredient lists of all COVID-19 vaccines and was perplexed by the CDC’s glossed-over claim that the ingredients in COVID-19 vaccines are found in many foods. To get answers, ICAN’s attorneys sent numerous FOIA requests, worded many different ways, asking the CDC for all records showing:…

Emerging Tech Uses Wi-Fi and Cell Towers for Mass Surveillance Without Your Knowledge or Consent

new study conducted by researchers at the Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering, Technology and Science at the University of Porto, Portugal, has revealed that wireless radiation may be leveraged to track human activity without consent.

The study, published on arXiv, and reported by The Defender, demonstrates the ability of radiofrequency (RF) waves to detect gestures, monitor breathing rates, and generate visual images of people’s movements with over 90% accuracy.

The researchers utilized Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) panels, which can be mounted on walls, ceilings, streetlights, and billboards to manipulate and steer Wi-Fi signals.

Fariha Husain of Children’s Health Defense‘s Electromagnetic Radiation & Wireless Program warned that these panels could be used in smart city infrastructure for large-scale surveillance.

Future 6G networks, which are currently in development, are expected to integrate RIS technology. W. Scott McCollough, a lead litigator for Children’s Health Defense, noted that while RIS is not yet widely deployed, it could soon become a key component of 5G and 6G networks.

He emphasized that government and industry reports explicitly mention RIS as a tool for mass surveillance.

“This technology poses serious concerns for privacy, data security, and personal freedoms,” Husain stated. McCollough added that engineers developing the technology rarely consider the ethical consequences, saying, “Their job is to make things work, not to question the implications.”…

“Mexico Department of Defense (SEDENA), Mexican National Guard (GN), Mexico Attorney’s Office (FGR), Chihuahua Department of Public Safety (SSPE), Juárez Police Department (SSPM), Chihuahua Attorney General’s Office (FGE), and the Chihuahua Investigation State Agency (AEI) were at the scene Tuesday afternoon,” KVIA ABC7 in El Paso reported.

The U.S. Border Patrol and Drug Enforcement Administration assisted in the investigation that led to the finding of a tunnel alleged to be used for human smuggling into Texas.

KVIA reported that tunnels from Juarez to El Paso had been discovered for the second day in a row. “The tunnel reported in this operation does not represent an illegal passage into the United States. However, the operation will begin intermittently in the coming days, as CBP has indicated the possible existence of another tunnel in the area,” a spokesperson with SSPE told the local ABC affiliate.

Shellenberger: USAID Paid for Trump Impeachment Effort

The United States Agency for International Development and the CIA funded the 2019 impeachment effort against President Donald Trump, according to investigative journalist Michael Shellenberger.

Shellenberger took to social media Wednesday night to explain his findings.

“USAID’s defenders say it’s about charity and development in poor nations. It’s not. It’s a $40 billion driver of regime change abroad. And now the evidence suggests that it, along with the CIA, were behind the 2019 impeachment of Trump — an illegal regime change effort at home,” Shellenberger posted on X with an image of his Substack “Public” story.

Shellenberger then posted a video and transcript detailing his findings surrounding the December 2019 impeachment that stemmed from a White House whistleblower claiming Trump abused his powers by withholding military aid to Ukraine in order to dig up dirt on his rival, former President Joe Biden.

The whistleblower claimed to have heard from White House staff that Trump directed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to work with his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, to investigate Biden and his son Hunter Biden.

“The whistleblower who triggered the impeachment was a CIA analyst who was first brought into the White House by the Obama administration,” Shellenberger said in the interview…
