Federal agent: Madigan guilty verdicts ‘victory for justice, accountability’

Federal agents say the guilty verdicts delivered Wednesday against former Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan are a victory for justice and accountability.

Federal prosecutors alleged Madigan, D-Chicago, led a criminal enterprise to use his public office as speaker to curry favor with major utilities and developers for the personal gain of himself and his associates.

After a more than four-month-long trial, and two weeks of jury deliberations, Madigan was found guilty on 10 counts involving conspiracy and bribery with ComEd and counts of wire fraud around a state board appointment. No sentencing date has been scheduled.

Of the 23 counts, guilty verdicts were delivered for 10, not guilty verdicts for seven. The jury was deadlocked on six counts against Madigan and codefendant Michael McClain, including racketeering conspiracy, wire fraud and bribery separately involving a Chinatown parcel and AT&T.

Morris Pasqual, acting United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, said prosecutors hadn’t made a decision yet about retrying the deadlocked counts…

President Donald Trump’s new Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Tulsi Gabbard, was sworn in at the White House on Wednesday, just hours after being confirmed by the Senate.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters during her briefing, “Senate Republicans continued to confirm President Trump’s exceptionally qualified nominees, most recently Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, who will be joining us later at the White House for her swearing-in ceremony.”

“It’s imperative that the remainder of the president’s Cabinet nominees are confirmed as quickly as possible,” she added.

The Senate confirmed Gabbard in a 52-48 vote. The divide was along party lines, with the exception of former GOP Senate leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., who opposed her.

Christian Plank, Ph.D., chief technology officer at Ethris, said, “If successful, this approach has the potential to transform vaccine delivery and accessibility on a global scale.”

However, according to epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher, “Nasal administration of mRNA encoding for toxic antigens will still pose severe health risks.”

Hulscher said the nasal mucosa has a high concentration of blood vessels. “Certain formulations of mRNA — especially those using lipid nanoparticles — may cross epithelial barriers and enter the bloodstream, leading to systemic, uncontrolled antigen production.”

In conventional mRNA COVID-19 shots, lipid nanoparticles deliver mRNA to human cells. However, researchers have found that lipid nanoparticles also deliver DNA contaminants into cells.

In an analysis on Substack, biostatistician Jessica Rose, Ph.D., said it has been difficult to produce lipid nanoparticle products “because we don’t have good ways to measure where they go and what the physiological effects would be if they showed up in say, the heart.”

According to Hulscher, nasal mRNA vaccines are not intended to reduce the spread of viruses and respiratory illnesses but are instead “an attempt to increase mRNA uptake in a world that increasingly rejects gene-based technologies.”

Her parents claim that she was denied the opportunity of being put on the list since she has not been vaccinated for COVID-19 and the flu.

According to a report from The Cincinnati Enquirer, Adaline Deal was born with two rare heart conditions that her family knew would one day require a transplant, her mother Janeen Deal told the outlet.

She continued, stating that Adaline, a distant relative of Vance by marriage through his half-siblings, has been treated at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital for nearly 10 years. Her parents hoped that she would, one day, receive her heart transplant there.

However, Adaline’s parents explained that the hospital now requires patients to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and the flu in order to receive a transplant. They also added that the hospital declined to make an exception, even after they expressed that their religious beliefs as non-denominational Christians did not make them feel comfortable to go through with it.

Merck, FDA Knew Gardasil HPV Vaccine Was Contaminated With DNA

A landmark lawsuit against Merck is underway in a Los Angeles courtroom, marking the company’s first jury trial over claims it misrepresented the safety of its highly profitable Gardasil HPV vaccine.

Newly declassified documents in the trial have revealed troubling details about Merck’s failure to conduct key safety tests.

Internal emails reveal that Merck knew its Gardasil vaccine was contaminated with HPV DNA fragments from the vaccine‘s manufacturing process and lobbied regulators to bypass testing requirements.

Concerns over Gardasil’s residual DNA contamination have persisted for over a decade.

In 2011, Dr. Sin Hang Lee, a pathologist with extensive experience in DNA analysis, discovered high levels of HPV DNA fragments in 16 Gardasil vials from several countries, including the U.S., New Zealand, Australia, Spain, Poland and France. (See previous story here.)

These DNA fragments, originating from the plasmid DNA used in vaccine production to code for the HPV virus’s L1 protein, are supposed to be removed during manufacturing…

Pfizer Vaccine From ‘Highly Lethal Batch’ Likely Caused Man’s Death 555 Days Later

Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine likely caused the death of a 47-year-old man who died from a pulmonary embolism 555 days after receiving the vaccine, which came from a highly lethal batch, according to a new peer-reviewed study.

The study, Feb. 8 in the International Journal of Innovative Research in Medical Science, determined that at the time of his illness, the 47-year-old had a good medical history and was not taking medication.

The study noted that the COVID-19 shots “have been previously associated with pulmonary hemorrhage, typically observed shortly after vaccination.”

In a Substack post, epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher, co-author of the study along with cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough — noted that this “is the first published instance of a fatal adverse event occurring more than one year after a COVID-19 mRNA injection, highlighting the potential for serious long-term adverse effects.”

According to the study, the 47-year-old “exhibited symptoms of a mild respiratory infection” before his death. However, his health rapidly deteriorated, as he experienced severe respiratory distress and cardiac arrest “with evidence of profuse pulmonary bleeding.” His heart size remained normal.

“The evidence suggests that this man died of a cardiopulmonary arrest most likely as a result of acute pulmonary hemorrhage, with the COVID-19 vaccine potentially playing a role in the development of cardiopulmonary pathology and hemorrhage,” the study concluded….

Trump has been under intense investigation by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Police video shows teen stabbing cop, who survives; chief says if wound were an inch over, it would be a ‘different story’

It was reported that an unknown caller made statements to the police dispatch center that he had killed two people, police said, adding that the claim was later determined to be false.

While investigating the incident, the suspect — a 16-year-old male — ran toward an officer and immediately began assaulting him, police said.

During the assault, the teen stabbed the officer once in the upper body with a knife and was then taken into custody, police said.

Police Chief Kevin Davis told WRC-TV that no weapons were used on the suspect.

The officer was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and has since been released, police said, adding that it was determined that the stabbing suspect was the individual who called police dispatch with the false claim.

Detectives from the department’s Major Crimes Bureau have charged the 16-year-old with malicious wounding, and he was in custody, police said. Davis added to WRC that the teen is not being charged as an adult…

DHS report provides another damning insight into how FEMA wasted billions of dollars

It’s become clear in recent months that behind the scenes, the agency is something of a disaster itself — prioritizing “equity” as its top strategic goal; blowing hundreds of millions of dollars on an emergency food and shelter program for illegal aliens while American citizens struggled; allegedly giving tens of millions of dollars to luxury hotels to house illegal aliens; reportedly denying aid to Americans on the basis of political affiliation; and bungling disaster relief.

A recent report from the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General revealed that the agency’s mismanagement of funds and resources under Biden-nominated FEMA administrator Deanne Criswell is possibly worse than previously imagined.

According to DHS Inspector General Joseph Cuffari — not among the IGs that President Donald Trump has so far chosen to fire — FEMA mismanaged nearly $10 billion in COVID-19 emergency protective measures grants during fiscal years 2020 through 2023.

The Jan. 30 report indicated the waste at FEMA was the result in part of the agency “not following established requirements when delivering Public Assistance funding.” When it came to a medical staffing grant, for example, “FEMA did not validate the reasonableness of cost estimates provided by the state before obligating funds.”..
