Taxpayer dollars earmarked for COVID relief went to services for illegal migrants in Dem-run city: Report

Madison, Wisconsin, used taxpayer dollars earmarked for the city’s emergency COVID-19 relief response to fund services for illegal migrants, according to a recent probe conducted by the Institute for Reforming Government’s Center for Investigative Oversight.
The IRG’s report, released Thursday, revealed that the city approved “a $700,000 budget for ‘Services to Residents who are Undocumented,'” read a letter from state Sen. Duey Stroebel (R) to the city.
“This earmark for illegal immigrants is alarming since you point out these individuals would normally be ‘ineligible’ for ‘direct assistance’ in many cases,” Stroebel’s letter to the city continued.
In a Thursday post on X, Stroebel noted that according to Madison’s fourth-quarter report, the “pandemic funding could be used to pay for utility bills, gas cards, and more.”
“It’s insane that, at a time when Wisconsinites are struggling to keep up with inflation, that taxpayer dollars are being used to help illegal immigrants pay their bills,” he added.
Black Lives Matter activist on trial for fraud; accused of using George Floyd’s death to buy real estate, guns, and luxuries

Tyree Conyers-Page, a middling 35-year-old albino actor who calls himself Sir Maejor Page, appears to be another Black Lives Matter activist who realized that George Floyd’s death could be exploited as something more than just an excuse for wanton destruction — it could also serve as a means to self-enrichment.
Page, previously arrested on multiple occasions for impersonating a police officer, decided to impersonate a philanthropist in 2020, “fraudulently utilizing a Black Lives Matter non-profit organization by way of misrepresentations,” according to the FBI.
Although based in Toledo, Ohio, Page created a Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta fundraising campaign, bringing in hundreds of thousands of dollars. He allegedly used that cash to live the high life, buying himself tailored suits, guns, a security system, and a “new cribo-o” that Page’s defense lawyer suggests might have been opened to battered women.
The BLM activist went on trial this week, and it quickly became clear that his defense lawyer faces an uphill battle.
Former Trump Prosecutor Nathan Wade Accused of Contempt of Court by Ex-Wife

The former special prosecutor who was involved in the Georgia election case targeting former President Donald Trump is facing contempt of court charges for allegedly not paying child support and for his ex-wife’s medical bills, court documents submitted on Wednesday show.
Mr. Wade’s ex-wife, Jocelyn Wade, has filed contempt of court proceedings against him and accused him of failing to pay child support and more than $4,000 for her urgent medical procedure, according to divorce filing submitted by Ms. Wade in Cobb County, Georgia.
“Defendant urgently requires medical procedures, namely an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ultrasound, due to severe physical symptoms she has been enduring,” according to the new filing. “These symptoms have significantly impacted her ability to consume most foods, leading to a substantial weight loss.”
John Eastman asks judge to pause disbarment, citing $3 million in ‘legal fees’

“If the Order placing Dr. Eastman on inactive enrollment is not stayed, not only would it be highly prejudicial to Dr. Eastman, it would also be highly prejudicial to his clients,” Eastman’s attorney Randall Miller wrote in a motion Wednesday evening.
Attached to the motion were six declarations by Eastman’s current clients, including Reps. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), saying that Eastman has been working with them on a number of matters, including their “campaign committee” and “joint fundraising committee.”
“The time and energy he has already expended in preparing the case, obtaining documentation via public records requests, and defending against multiple motions to dismiss strongly favor his continued representation in the matter,” both Republican lawmakers wrote in their separate declarations.
Gaetz also wrote that the “various charges and allegations against Dr. Eastman are meritless and politically motivated” and that the judge’s decision should be reversed.

Biden under fire for waiving Iran sanctions despite militant attacks

President Joe Biden is under fire for waiving more sanction requirements for Iran even as Iranian-backed militant terrorist groups continue to launch attacks on Israel as well as U.S. and other ships in the Red Sea, hiking costs for Americans.
Several U.S. Senators are criticizing Biden, accusing him of an “ongoing strategy of appeasement” to the Iranian regime.
Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., led the letter with a dozen other Senators to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Secretary of State Tony Blinken raising concerns about the administration’s decision to issue a waiver last month allowing Iran to access billions of dollars via electricity sold to Iraq.
WATCH: Mexico Aggressively Rounding Up Migrants Approaching Texas Border from Juarez

In another video, a migrant woman pleads with Mexican immigration officers to let her continue her journey to Texas.
Center for Immigration fellow Todd Bensman reports the moves by Mexican immigration officials are part of a Biden-Obrador election ploy intended to deflect from the magnitude of the border crisis in Texas.
Breitbart Texas reported last week about Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador’s efforts to “extort” the U.S. government into providing $20 billion in aid to countries in Central America and the Caribbean.
The president also demanded the Biden administration lift sanctions against Venezuela and lift the embargo on Cuba.
In February, Breitbart’s Randy Clark wrote about the impact of the 2024 presidential elections in Mexico and the United States and how the political maneuvering by both sitting presidents could impact border policy for years to come.

Donald Trump: Jack Smith Should Be ‘Sanctioned or Censured’ for ‘Attacking’ Judge Aileen Cannon

Trump’s statement came in a post on Truth Social Thursday morning:
Deranged “Special” Counsel Jack Smith, who has a long record of failure as a prosecutor, including a unanimous decision against him in the U.S. Supreme Court, should be sanctioned or censured for the way he is attacking a highly respected Judge, Aileen Cannon, who is presiding over his FAKE Documents Hoax case in Florida.
Trump also called Smith “a lowlife who is nasty, rude, and condescending, and obviously trying to ‘play the ref,’” in his post on Thursday before comparing his case to President Joe Biden’s classified document probe and twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s home-brew email investigation.

Exclusive — Lara Trump: March the ‘Largest Fundraising Month for the RNC in History’

This week it was announced that the Trump campaign and RNC raised a joint $65.6 million in March alone, bringing cash on hand to $93.1 million. Lara Trump provided greater perspective on this feat as the election is now less than 31 weeks away.
“It took three presidents — Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and God bless us all, the current President of the United States, as hard as it is to say, Joe Biden — to raise $26 million at the glitzy Radio City event last week,” Lara Trump explained, providing the stark contrast by noting that it took just one president, former President Donald Trump “as of this Saturday, in one single event” to raise more than that.
“This is our first major fundraising event with our joint fundraising committee, Trump 47 Committee. This is a fundraising committee between the RNC and the campaign.
We have $40 million that we’ve already raised for that single event. As of yesterday, we reported our March fundraising numbers — $65.6 million we have brought in just in the month of March,” she said, describing the haul as “the largest fundraising month for the RNC in history.”
Florida woman seen on video escaping after months of alleged captivity, torture

Surveillance video from a Mobil gas station in Seffner captured the moment that the victim ran toward the gas station’s convenience store screaming for help.
“She was screaming and crying and said ‘I need help. I need help,’” gas station clerk Ashraf Zakhar told FOX13 Tampa. “She just ran to the bathroom and locked herself in.”
“Her face was swollen, black eyes,” Zakhar told the station. “Her whole face was beat up so bad.”
The woman, whose identity has not been released, had allegedly been held captive and brutally tortured by 48-year-old Walter Medina. Medina had met the victim while she was panhandling in the Tampa area in January and gave her food and drugs, but soon his actions turned violent, authorities said.
Tuberculosis breaks out at Chicago migrant shelters following measles cases

The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) said the TB cases were reported in “a few different shelters” in the city. However, officials did not disclose the exact number of confirmed cases or which shelter locations they originated from, Fox 32 Chicago reports.
The agency says its medical teams are ramping up contact tracing to address the health issue. Tuberculosis is an infectious bacterial disease that mainly affects the lungs.
The confirmed tuberculosis cases come as more than 55 measles cases have now been confirmed in Chicago, with the majority of those cases being reported in the Pilsen migrant shelter on Halsted Street.

Migrant man deported 7 times charged with murder in Ohio

A migrant man is facing charges of aggravated murder following the discovery of a body in an alley in Hamilton, Ohio, just north of Cincinnati.
Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, 46, has entered the U.S. illegally multiple times from Mexico and encountered the U.S. legal system several times, according to Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones.
Garcia-Gutierrez, who has been deported from the U.S. seven times, has also been jailed 11 times, Jones said, with his first arrest dating back to 2001. Police allege Garcia-Gutierrez used at least seven different names and three different birth dates.Death row inmate Michael Smith: I pray my family

Joe Biden Moves to Slash Medicare Advantage

The Biden administration on Monday will cut base payments for Medicare Advantage plans by an average of .16 percent despite pressure from Republicans and healthcare experts. T
his follows Biden making controversial moves in the risk adjusting coding system to allegedly make Medicare Advantage payments more accurate.
Biden’s move would impact more than half of Medicare enrollees, as many American seniors now look to Medicare Advantage for their healthcare needs.
American seniors enrolled in Medicare Advantage could see their supplemental benefits reduced or cost-sharing increased by $33 a month in 2025, according to experts.
Biden’s move to slash Medicare Advantage comes as Trump told Breitbart News he will never touch Social Security or Medicare. This runs contrary to claims from Biden and Democrats that he would cut entitlement programs.

WATCH: Denver Official Seen Telling New Migrants to Leave, ‘New York Gives You More. Chicago Gives You More’

Carrera, who moved into Denver Mayor Mike Johnston’s administration from the administration of Democrat Gov. Jared Polis last year, is seen warning migrants, who arrived in the city on March 26, that there is nothing for them in Denver and that they should quickly move on to New York City or Chicago, where they can “get more.”
In the video, Carrera tells migrants in Spanish, “The opportunities are over,” Denver News 9 reported Saturday.
“New York gives you more. Chicago gives you more. So I suggest you go there where there is longer-term shelter. There are also more job opportunities there,” the Denver migrant official adds.
Exclusive: Migrants Continue Breach of El Paso Border Barriers After March Attack on Texas Guardsmen

Once on the north side of Texas-built barriers, the migrants surrender to Border Patrol agents to claim asylum and win a quick release into the United States as their cases drag on for years in overburdened immigration courts nationwide.
The source, currently on deployment to El Paso, says the soldiers make every effort to deny and prevent the migrants from entering the United States and reaching the Border Patrol. In the end, most do, the source bemoaned.
The guardsman, who is not authorized to speak to the media, says the human smugglers and migrants are cutting the fence and concertina wire nightly as if it were butter. Repairs are made daily, and additional layers are added occasionally, but the repairs seem to offer little deterrent to the hundreds of migrants seeking to gain entry each day.
Illegal Alien Rapist Among Nearly Two Million Known ‘Got-Aways’ Under Biden

In July 2016, according to FOX 45 News, 40-year-old illegal alien Jose Pavon-Fermin of Honduras followed a woman onto a Norwalk, Connecticut, public bus and eventually got off at her stop.
The woman said Pavon-Fermin lured her into his apartment and then raped her. Two years after the rape, he was convicted of third-degree sexual assault and first-degree unlawful restraint.
In June 2021, after serving his sentence, Pavon-Fermin was turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and deported to his native Honduras. Sometime later, he again successfully illegally crossed the U.S.-Mexico border and traveled back to Norwalk.
In January 2023, Pavon-Fermin was arrested in Norwalk for disturbing the peace but instead of being turned over to ICE agents, he was released from police custody. Despite a requirement to register as a sex offender, Pavon-Fermin had not.
DHS Chief Mayorkas Pressed to Answer How Terrorists Were Reportedly Freed into U.S.

In a letter to Mayorkas on Wednesday, Committee Chairman Mark Green (R-TN), as well as Reps. Clay Higgins (R-LA) and August Pfluger (R-TX), who chair subcommittees, asked Mayorkas to provide them with a classified briefing on several reported cases of migrants on the Terrorism Watch List getting released into the nation’s interior.
The congressmen noted Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Christopher Wray’s testimony last month before the Senate Intelligence Committee where he warned he is “very concerned” over the possibility of human smuggling networks to the U.S. with ties to the Islamic State (ISIS).
“The Committee is concerned with DHS’s current practices in processing and releasing known or suspected terrorists encountered at the Southwest border,” the congressmen write.
