An Israeli man in his 50s is in serious condition after rocket shrapnel hit him in the head during a rocket attack on Nahariya earlier, the Magen David Adom rescue service said.
The man was taken to a hospital, where his condition worsened. He is unconscious but in stable condition at the moment, according to MDA.
The IDF said earlier that 25 rockets were fired at the area of Nahariya from Lebanon. Most of them were intercepted but some impacted in the area, the army said.
The IDF announced that soldiers of the 205th Reserve Brigade recently found a weapons storage facility hidden in a mosque in the heart of a civilian neighborhood.

McDonald’s says it is confident it can rebound from E. coli outbreak
A day after reporting an E. Coli outbreak linked to the Quarter Pounder, McDonald’s USA President Joe Erlinger said the company is moving quickly to restore confidence after one person died and at least 49 were sickened.
“We are very confident that you can go to McDonald’s and enjoy our classics,” Erlinger said on the TODAY Show. “We took swift action yesterday to remove the Quarter Pounder from our menu. This was swift and decisive action by us.”
Erlinger said the company is cooperating with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in trying to trace the origin of the outbreak that took the popular burger off the menu in 10 states. Not surprisingly, the case is also attracting the attention of the legal profession.
“This McDonald’s E. coli Outbreak is likely to grow,” said attorney Jory Lange, of the Jory Law Firm, with offices in four of the affected states. “Symptoms usually began one to 10 days after eating E. coli-contaminated food. Once people get sick and go to the hospital, it takes time for stool tests to come back positive for E. coli and for those test results to be reported to hospitals. That’s why the outbreak numbers will likely continue to rise.”
Attorney William Marlar of the Marlar Clark law firm says preliminary traceback and distribution information reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration shows that slivered onions served on Quarter Pounders are a likely source of contamination.

Indiana city wants federal help as more migrants arrive
Logansport, Indiana, a city with 18,000 residents, is known for its diverse population. People from 28 different countries currently call it home.
Officials have been overwhelmed, however, as thousands of Haitian migrants moved to the area in recent years, coming to work at places like Tyson Foods.
According to a report by the Cass County Health Department, overall growth of school enrollment in the city increased by nearly 150 kids in three years. This year, NewsNation local affiliate WXIN reports, there are 207 Haitian students in Logansport schools, up from 14 in 2021.
A lot of these minors are coming unaccompanied.
“I don’t think our school system can sustain what they are doing right now,” Serenity Alter, the administrator of the Cass County Health Department, said.
Alter said health care is one of the bigger issues facing the city. Their health officer, who is also an emergency room director, says Logansport has seen record numbers of people in the ER as well as obstetrics.
“We’ve had more people delivering this year, and that’s been difficult as well because a lot of the newcomers don’t see prenatal care, so we’ve had more concerns upon deliveries,” Alter said. “That’s been taxing on our OB department.”
Logansport Memorial Hospital told WXIN they are on pace for record births and more than 20,000 emergency room visits. Immigrants and anyone else who can’t pay for services sign up for presumptive Medicaid and then apply for charity care or a payment plan.
Another “big concern,” Alter said, is that when health department employees have gone into migrants’ homes to do tuberculosis testing, they’ve come across residences with as many as 20 to 25 people living in them.
Health department officials have also come across what they call “hot bunking” — when people rent a bed for the day and go to their job only for that bed to be rented out until their next shift….
Nearly 3 million illegal border crossers reported in fiscal 2024
The total reported nationwide was 2,901,142, with 198,929 reported at the northern border and 2,135,005 reported at the southwest border. The data includes Border Patrol apprehensions between ports of entry, CBP encounters at ports of entry. and Office of Field Operations apprehensions nationwide.
CBP’s fiscal 2024 data, which covers Oct. 1, 2023, through Sept. 1, 2024, is the second highest reported under the Biden-Harris administration and second highest in U.S. history.
The highest total reported in U.S. history was more than 3.2 million in fiscal 2023, followed by fiscal 2024, fiscal 2022’s more than 2.76 million and fiscal 2021’s 1.95 million. No other administration has reported totals as high as these.
Combined, CBP apprehension/encounter data under the Biden-Harris administration totals 10,553,454 after subtracting the first three months of fiscal 2021, before they took office.
This total excludes more than 2 million who illegally entered and evaded capture, known as gotaways. CBP does not publicly report gotaway data. The Center Square first reported gotaway data in 2021 after receiving it from a Border Patrol agent. Retired CBP officials say the number is higher because gotaway data is underreported by about 20%.
The total also excludes 1,383,000 inadmissables released into the U.S. through two parole programs created by Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
This includes more than 852,000 illegal foreign nationals processed and released into the country through the CBP One App and more than 531,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans deemed inadmissible and released into the country through the CHNV parole program, according to CBP data.

A judge in North Carolina has rejected a Freedom of Information (FOIA) claim for documents that almost certainly contain crucial evidence about the origin of COVID-19.
The case was brought by the transparency group U.S. Right to Know. The target of the request was the world’s most renowned expert on coronaviruses and godfather of gain-of-function experiments, Ralph Baric, Ph.D., who runs the Baric Lab at the University of North Carolina (UNC).
Baric is the brains behind the 2018 DEFUSE blueprint for making COVID-19-like viruses in the lab. The blueprint was designed in collaboration with Shi Zhengli, the Director of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, at whose lab some of the work was to have been done.
DEFUSE was not the first project on which Shi and Baric worked together.
In 2015, they created SARS viruses in a lab that could infect humans. At the time, Rutgers biologist Richard Ebright warned that the Shi-Baric experiments would cause a worldwide pandemic. He was sadly proven right.
While Shi and her laboratory have garnered significant attention, Baric has largely remained under the radar. This may be understandable, given that Shi’s lab is situated in the city where the pandemic originated; however, it is somewhat counterintuitive when one considers the availability of evidence.
On Sept. 12, 2019, shortly before the outbreak began in Wuhan, Shi’s lab deleted its entire virus database. Although this action is incriminating, the likelihood of obtaining any data from China has always been virtually nonexistent.
In contrast, for Baric, who falls under U.S. jurisdiction, the prospects of acquiring information should have been nearly certain — unless he was being shielded from scrutiny.
What makes the lack of interest in Baric — whether from the media, Congress, or any other oversight body — even more curious is that, as we report here for the first time, he has received at least a quarter of a billion dollars in U.S. taxpayer funding over the past two decades….

Over 7,000 Antidepressants Recalled Over Potentially Cancer-Causing Chemical
More than 7,000 bottles of the antidepressant duloxetine have been recalled across the United States after they were found to contain levels of a potentially cancer-causing chemical above the limit set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The recall of Duloxetine Delayed-Release Capsules—manufactured by Towa Pharmaceutical Europe—was first initiated on Oct. 10 owing to a “nitrosamine drug substance related impurity,” according to an FDA notice.
The notice points to the presence of a chemical called N-nitroso-duloxetine that is above the agency’s “proposed interim limit.”
N-nitroso-duloxetine is toxic if swallowed and is suspected of causing cancer, according to the National Library of Medicine…
Hundreds Of Migrants With Potential Ties To Venezuelan Crime Syndicate Identified In The US
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is investigating hundreds of migrants in the United States with suspected connections to Tren de Aragua, a dangerous international crime syndicate originating from Venezuela.
According to NBC News, DHS officials have identified over 600 individuals as “subjects of interest,” with approximately 100 confirmed as gang members. The remaining individuals may be victims, witnesses, or associates of the gang.
Tren de Aragua, which began as a prison gang in Venezuela in 2013, has rapidly expanded its operations across South America and into the United States. The gang has a confirmed presence in 15 states and a possible presence in eight others.
Since October 2022, ICE agents have apprehended over 100 individuals with suspected ties to Tren de Aragua, with many facing immigration violations or federal prosecution.
Identifying Tren de Aragua members among migrants arriving at the U.S. border is challenging due to strained relations with the Venezuelan government, which does not share criminal histories with U.S. authorities.
Law enforcement experts believe the actual number of Tren de Aragua members in the U.S. is likely much higher than the 600 identified by DHS….
Texas couple allegedly assaulted by police while praying on Jan. 6 sentenced to YEARS in prison
ATexas married couple who said police assaulted them while they were praying on Jan. 6 were sentenced to years in prison Oct. 22 on felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from their time outside the U.S. Capitol during protests and subsequent rioting.
Mark Fulton Middleton, 54, and Jalise Kay Middleton, 54, of Forestburg, Texas, had asked U.S. District Judge Randolph D. Moss to sentence them to home detention and probation, while the U.S. Department of Justice sought sentences of 7.25 years in prison for each.
Judge Moss sentenced Mark Middleton to 30 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release, while he gave Jalise Middleton 20 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
A guilty verdict on the felony charge of obstruction of an official proceeding was dismissed in September due to the June 2024 Supreme Court ruling in Fischer v. United States. That opinion vastly limits use of an accounting-fraud statute — 18 U.S. Code §1512(c)(2) — to prosecute cases that are not related to documents or other evidence. It was the most widely charged felony in Jan. 6 cases.

Exclusive: Boebert calls out Biden-Harris admin for ‘carelessly permitting’ transportation of migrants
In the letter, addressed to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, TSA Administrator David Pekoske, and ICE Director Patrick Lechleitner, Boebert expressed her concern for American citizens’ safety in light of the surge of migrants entering the country illegally.
Boebert also called out the Biden-Harris administration for “carelessly permitting migrants” to utilize various informal kinds of identification while applying a separate, more stringent version of identification to Americans, according to the letter. In a surfaced video, a TSA agent explains that migrants use a “different process on a need-to-know basis.”
“As an influx of illegal aliens continues to infiltrate our border, the safety and security of American citizens is put at an all-time risk,” the letter reads.
“At a bare minimum, the rules that apply to American citizens should also apply to illegal immigrants, particularly regarding identification,” the letter continues.
Currently, there are over 13,000 illegal aliens convicted of homicide, nearly 16,000 convicted of sexual assault, and over 425,000 total “non-detained, noncitizen convicted criminals” walking free in the United States under the Biden-Harris administration, according to the letter.
Additionally, there have been two million migrant “getaways,” 1.7 million migrants with final removal orders, and seven million on the non-detained docket….
40 sheriffs torch Biden-Harris’ open-border policies for unleashing crime and drugs on small-town America
In the letter, obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation, the sheriffs expressed “grave concern for the safety and security of our communities” nationwide, noting that under the current administration, “Every town is a border town.”
“As sheriffs, our first duty is to protect the citizens we serve, but today, we find ourselves confronted by a growing crisis that threatens the very fabric of our country and its sovereignty: open-border policies,” they wrote.
The sheriffs blamed the administration for allowing between 10 to 15 million foreign nationals to cross the border illegally, adding that those totals are “more than the individual population of 46 states in our nation.”
By refusing to enforce the country’s existing immigration laws, the Biden-Harris administration has “allowed dangerous criminals, human traffickers, and drug cartels” to infiltrate American communities, they contended.

He decided to make a placard and go along with many other concerned English people, to the Holiday Inn Express, Rotherham, which had been holding asylum seekers, to make his feelings known about the increasing cronyism within the government and voice his opinions at the state of the nation. He was angry about the murder of 3 little girls in Southport on July 29th, 2024, while they had been attending a Taylor Swift themed dance workshop. Being a family man, and concerned for the future of not only his own family, but the future of the way this country has changed so rapidly, with an illegal immigration explosion over the last decade. He also named many other dodgy, self-serving institutes on his banner, which obviously made him a target to authority.
He was vocal, he was very upset with the police being in the pocket of these sinister players, but he never, not once, hurt anyone on that day. Regardless of that fact, he was treated like a dangerous criminal and was promptly arrested and held on exaggerated charges.
There were some aggressive and frustrated people there that day, and some damage was done. However, none of those same people would have been there if the government had not, yet again, ignored completely, the concerns of the British public. Concerns that were well founded, after many news reports in the mainstream media over the last few years of violent crimes being committed upon native British victims, while defending the perpetrators and whipping up resentment and fear with every story that appeared.
Mr Lynch was told by his legal council to plead guilty, which is usually looked at by a judge favourably. It also speeds up the process and saves money. That was a huge mistake in the cases being judged by Jeremy Richardson KC. Although the judge admitted that Mr Lynch didn’t attack anyone, he decided this man was such a huge danger to the public, that he sentenced him to 2 years and 8 months.
While this same judge has been very lenient on child predators and actual violent offenders, his corrupt view and privileged position made him feel entitled to throw the book at this poor man. The UK legal system is there to be fair, but also just in how it dishes out penalties, while not being swayed by private, individual beliefs or being used as a tool for the corrupt opinions of any government.
This man and many others were paraded in front of the courts following these protests and were used as scapegoats, having the legal system let them down at every turn. The government decided these people’s views needed to be destroyed and Keir Starmers inflated ego would not show them any mercy.
Mr Lynch had no previous criminal history, yet, he was treated like a common criminal, branded as a ‘far right’ thug and was put into prison alongside a large community of individuals who believed that was true. He, from that moment, had a large target put on his back….
Bill Gates to Stand Trial in Netherlands in COVID Vaccine Injury Lawsuit
A Netherlands court last week ruled that Bill Gates can stand trial in the Netherlands, in a case involving seven people injured by COVID-19 vaccines.
According to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, the seven “corona skeptics” sued Gates last year, along with former Dutch prime minister and newly appointed NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and “several members” of the Dutch government’s COVID-19 “Outbreak Management Team.”
Other defendants include Albert Bourla, Ph.D., CEO of Pfizer, and the Dutch state.
“Because Bill Gates’ foundation was involved in combating the corona pandemic, he has also been summoned,” De Telegraaf reported.
According to Dutch independent news outlet Zebra Inspiratie, the plaintiffs allege that Gates, through his representatives, deliberately misled them about the safety of the COVID-19 shots, despite knowing “that these injections were not safe and effective.”
Dutch independent journalist Erica Krikke told The Defender that the seven plaintiffs — whose names are redacted in the lawsuit’s publicly available documents — “are ordinary Dutch people, and they have been jabbed and after the jabs they got sick.”…
Gisele Pelicot: Husband ‘destroyed’ and betrayed me, says woman at centre of France mass rape trial
Gisele Pelicot, 72, was sedated and raped by her former husband Dominique Pelicot.
For almost a decade, he crushed sleeping pills and other anti-anxiety drugs into her food and drink and allegedly recruited men online to rape her.
He’s already admitted his crimes, carried out between 2011 and 2020, and said he organised dozens of men to come to the house and rape her while she was comatose.
Supported by family, Ms Pelicot was applauded as she arrived at court on Wednesday.
She spoke directly to her ex-husband during the testimony
“I still don’t understand how this man who was the perfect man could do this, could destroy my life and betray me,” she said.
“I haven’t been able to look Dominique Pelicot in the face – but today I talk to him,” she said as part of a statement at the mid-point of the trial.
“We have 50 years together. I was a happy wife; we have three kids and seven grandkids.
“You were a good husband and a good man, and I trusted you. I never doubted you,” she said, beginning to cry.
But this good man, she told the court, was responsible for her being raped 100 times.
Ms Pelicot expressed anger and disbelief that he allegedly allowed people in their bedroom when he knew she was against swinging….
Several killed in terror attack at Turkish aerospace company in Ankara
Local media reported a loud explosion and showed footage of an exchange of gunfire at the site in the Turkish capital Ankara.
“A terrorist attack was carried out against the TUSAS facilities in Kahramankazan, Ankara”, interior minister Ali Yerlikaya
said on X.
“Unfortunately, we have martyrs and injured people.”
Mr Yerlikaya later added that two attackers had been killed, but three people were dead and 14 injured.
TUSAS (Turkish Aerospace Industries) is one of Turkey’s most important defence and aerospace companies and produces KAAN, the country’s first national combat aircraft, among other projects.
Kurdish militants, the Islamic State group and leftist extremists have all carried out attacks in the country in the past….
United States confirms North Korean forces are in Russia
The United States has confirmed that North Korean forces are in Russia. US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said there is evidence of troop movements, and if North Korea joins the war in Ukraine, it will be a “very, very serious issue.”
South Korea’s intelligence service had reported 1,500 troops had been sent to Russia, but now, South Korean lawmakers say that number is up to 3,000.
As of now, it’s not completely clear what North Korea’s intentions are for being in Russia, according to Austin.

Three sources confirmed to the New York Times that Bill Gates donated to Future Forward, though he reportedly wanted the donation to remain private, considering he often does not endorse presidential candidates. Social media in support of Harris campaign celebrated news of his donation.
