Data Uncovers Over A Million Migrants Entered U.S. Due to Biden’s Parole System

President Joe Biden’s expanded parole system has drawn over a million migrants to the United States since January 2023, according to federal data. Despite the significant influx, the administration faces mounting criticism for its inability to track the status of these parolees once they enter the country.
Federal data shows that around 460,000 migrants arrived in the U.S. on commercial flights after being granted parole, while another 630,000 obtained parolee status through the CBP One mobile app.
This surge has exposed a major flaw within the system: the lack of an effective tracking mechanism for parolees.
The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) raised concerns in May, questioning whether the administration could keep track of all individuals granted parole into the U.S. since 2021.
This issue became particularly evident with tens of thousands of Afghans who were paroled into the country following the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021 under the Operation Allies Welcome program…
At Last Pfizer Is Under Fire As More States Take Legal Action Against Vaccine Misrepresentations

Survivors of the so-called ‘safe and effective’ vaccine rollout, along with individuals and families who have endured injuries, permanent disabilities, or premature deaths, are increasingly seeking legal recourse against pharmaceutical companies and those who coerced or forced them to take the experimental and untested vaccines and boosters.
Recently, four additional states announced their intention to follow Kansas’s lead in filing large-scale lawsuits against pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, alleging that the company misled the public about the safety and efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine.
Last week, Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced a lawsuit against Pfizer for misleading Kansas residents about the safety and efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine.
At a press conference in Topeka, alongside Deputy Attorney General Fran Oleen and Assistant Attorneys General Kaley Schrader and Melanie Jack, Kobach detailed the allegations against Pfizer.
It is worth noting that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has also initiated legal action against Pfizer, citing allegations of deceptive practices related to the company’s COVID-19 vaccine.
The lawsuit asserts that Pfizer misrepresented the vaccine’s efficacy, particularly challenging the claim of 95% effectiveness, and accuses the company of trying to stifle public debate on the matter. Attorney General Paxton accuses Pfizer of violating the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act through “false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices.”
Texas Voters Punish Lawmakers Who Oppose School Choice

Texas lawmakers had an opportunity to take bold action on school choice in 2023. Instead, they sided with teachers unions and chose to preserve an educational monopoly that abandons millions of families in a one-size-fits-all system.
Voters paid attention to the do-nothing approach. The result was a shellacking for the 21 House Republicans who joined Democrats to kill school choice during four special sessions ending on December 5, 2023. Of this group, only seven Republicans survived their 2024 primary election season.
The other 14 GOP incumbents either lost in the first round on March 5, lost in a runoff on May 28, or retired and did not face reelection. In contrast, 54 of 63 Republicans who supported school choice cruised through their primaries—an 86 percent victory.
Cassandra Posey, a former public school teacher who now fights for school choice, followed the races closely and said school choice was a central issue. This was by design. Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott, who called the special sessions, made clear to lawmakers that if a school choice bill was not passed and sent to his desk, he would bring the issue to primary voters…
Naval War College Hosts Trans-Identifying Colonel To Discuss LGBT ‘Experiences’

Titled, “Learning from the developmental journeys of LGBTQ+,” the June 17 event was co-headlined by Col. Bree Fram, a male astronautical engineer with the U.S. Space Force who proclaims to be a woman and uses “she/her” pronouns.
According to his website, Fram — who acquired a master’s degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College in 2021 — is “currently stationed at the Pentagon to lead space acquisition policy development for the Department of the Air Force” and leads the branch’s “LGBTQ+ Initiatives Team.”
Much of the June 17 lecture focused on claims included in Fram’s new book, Forging Queer Leaders: How the LGBTQIA+ Community Creates Impact from Adversity, which, according to a book summary, “explores the unique and inspiring developmental experiences of LGBTQ+ leaders, the amazing capabilities they bring to teams, and what that means for everyone pursuing positive and inclusive organizational strategy.” Co-author and Naval War College Professor Elizabeth Cavallaro also partook in the lecture.
During his speech, Fram subtly dismissed the notion that the rising percentage of Americans identifying as LGBT is the result of social conditioning by left-wing activists, and instead claimed these high rates are “not a new phenomenon.”
Last week’s pro-LGBT speech wasn’t the first Fram has given at U.S. military institutions. Earlier this year, the Space Force colonel spoke at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he reportedly engaged in left-wing activism while in uniform…
Bodycam Footage: Top Atlanta Democrat Judge Arrested for Allegedly Assaulting Cop
Judge Christina Peterson was already facing over 30 ethics charges before this.
Probate Judge Christina Peterson should be removed, Georgia Supreme Court rules

The Georgia Supreme Court has ruled that Judge Christina Peterson should be removed from the bench. Additionally, she will not be eligible to be elected or appointed to any judicial office in Georgia for the next 7 years.
The first-time judge for Douglas County has been the subject of several FOX 5 I-Team investigations since she took office in late 2020.
The Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) decided in April that Peterson was guilty of “systemic incompetence” because she ignored courthouse rules, abused courthouse personnel, made inappropriate posts on social media and, in repeated cases, failed to do her job.
Their decision was made after four separate hearings on 30 ethics charges where Peterson had a chance to testify and confront her accusers.
She was also arrested last week in connection to an incident outside a restaurant and lounge in Buckhead. She is accused of striking an Atlanta police officer and refusing to provide her name during the arrest process…
“Billions of us will come and kill you.” They maced a Jew. And the Los Angeles police did nothing. Op-ed.

Thirty minutes after Hamas supporters first set up their operation outside a Los Angeles synagogue, they maced their first Jew.
And the Los Angeles police did nothing.
Not until an hour into the terrorist rally outside a synagogue, did the LAPD finally step in, pushing back masked Jihad supporters in keffiyeh terror scarves from the entrance of Congregation Adas Torah (Congregation of the Bible) which they had occupied.
And then the mob, chanting calls for “intifada” and the destruction of Israel, moved outward to target two smaller synagogues attended by Persian Jewish refugees from Islamic terror in Iran.
“Billions of us will come and kill you,” a heavily accented Middle Eastern man in a keffiyeh unprompted rasped at me as I walked up. Only dozens had actually shown up, but they made up for it with bullhorns, robotic chants, and assaults in the middle of a Jewish neighborhood.
The Jewish counterprotesters had come waving American and Israeli flags while the other side was a sea of terrorist flags. A man wore an Antifa cap, another had come in ski goggles during 90-degree heat, while others toted bear spray, metal bottles, and other implements of violence…
‘Swear on Allah’: French antisemitic rape victim told to convert to Islam – report

“Before letting her leave, they made her swear on Allah not to say anything, and that she should not tell anyone, neither her parents nor the police,” her mother said in the interview.
The girl had reported to the police last week that she had been gang raped by three teenagers aged between 12-14 in what has been characterized as an antisemitic crime, according to Le Parisien.
The girl’s father described the impact the attack has had on his daughter. The “shock caused her to have flashbacks at night. She has difficulty falling asleep and wakes up at night. It’s a pretty painful daily life,” he said to Le Parisien. “Her attackers stole her childhood.”
The father has no doubt that this is an antisemitic attack and linked it to the “importation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict into France.”
This is not the first antisemitic attack that her daughter experienced in the wake of the Israel-Hamas war, added the mother…
10 vs 2: German teens hospitalized by migrant gang, one in ‘acute danger of death’

Following an altercation, the public prosecutor’s office explained how the suspects punched the victims to the floor before kicking them as they lay defenseless on the ground.
After witnesses called the police, the group casually walked from the crime scene toward the town center.
According to a press release by Bielefeld Police Headquarters, the migrant gang comprised around 10 people, all of whom were male and between 19 and 20 years old. They were described as “Southern,” a phrase often used in Germany to describe men of Maghreb or Arab origin. Some were dressed in Adidas designer tracksuits.
The 20-year-old victim was hospitalized in critical condition after sustaining multiple, serious head injuries. He is in “acute danger of death,” according to the authorities.
An investigation has been launched into bodily harm and attempted homicide involving serious bodily harm and is being conducted by the Bielefeld public prosecutor’s office and the homicide unit of Bielefeld Police…
Suppression of Dissent

The fragile facade of transgender ideology has cracked over the past year.
Whistleblowers from within the medical profession have emerged to provide damning evidence that doctors are performing procedures based on shoddy scientific evidence under the label of “gender-affirming care,” as outlined in the WPATH Files and the Cass Review.
Former patients who received “gender-affirming” care as adolescents have now detransitioned and are suing the doctors who cut off their breasts and put them on hormones that permanently damaged their bodies. Businesses ranging from Target to NFL teams are scaling back or eliminating Pride-themed merchandise and promotions.
The public, too, is increasingly turning against transgender ideology. The tide is shifting.
The Left has adopted a new approach in response: political persecution of those speaking out against trans dogma.
Earlier this month, the Department of Justice indicted Eithan Haim, a surgeon at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) who exposed the hospital’s secret continued use of irreversible sex-change procedures on minors after having publicly stated that it had stopped.
By indicting Haim, the DOJ is seeking to silence future whistleblowers and to signal its disregard for the mounting evidence that gender-affirming care is harmful, and often irreversible.
This week, an unsealed indictment revealed that the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas is charging Haim with four felony counts of violating HIPAA. A press release on the indictment alleges that Haim accessed patient information “under false pretenses and with intent to cause malicious harm to TCH.”
According to a letter written by Haim’s lawyers, Assistant U.S. Attorney Tina Ansari admitted that she hadn’t reviewed the purported evidence against Haim and was instead relying on what FBI agents told her. In the same discussion, Ansari insisted that the documents Haim sent to Rufo included children’s names, but nothing in the documents Rufo saw identified any individuals. All were redacted….
Sen. Rand Paul Outlines New Legislation To Prevent Future Pandemics

This issue of gain-of-function research and the various federal agencies that fund pathogen research has since been a priority for Paul.
Later this summer he will reveal legislation intended to decrease the likelihood of future pandemics by increasing regulation around pathogen research.
The bill also aims to disconnect the people funding research from those overseeing the research so the U.S. can better respond to future pandemics.
“The main thing is control needs to be outside of the hands of the people receiving or dispensing grant money. It’s too tight of a web there, and it’s too much self-policing,” Paul told RCP in an interview last week.
In the interview, he specifically referenced that organizations such as the National Institutes of Health not only played a part in funding research on pathogens in the Wuhan Institute of Virology through the EcoHealth Alliance but also played a role in the pandemic response.
This response included Francis Collins, director of the NIH from 2009 through December 2021, asking about how the NIH can “put down” the theory that COVID-19 was released from the Wuhan Institute of Virology….
Biden is a threat to free speech. Trump should call him on it.

Since his dystopian speech outside of Independence Hall in 2022, President Joe Biden has made “democracy is on the ballot” his campaign theme. Pundits have repeated the mantra, claiming that if Biden is not elected, American democracy will perish.
While some of us have challenged these predictions, the other presidential candidates are missing a far more compelling argument going into this election. While democracy is not on the ballot this election, free speech is.
The 2024 election is looking strikingly similar to the election of 1800 and, if so, it does not bode well for Biden.
One of the greatest villains in that history was President John Adams, who used the Alien and Sedition Acts to arrest his political opponents – including journalists, members of Congress and others. Many of those prosecuted by the Adams administration were Jeffersonians. In the election of 1800, Thomas Jefferson ran on the issue and defeated Adams.
We are now seeing what is arguably the most dangerous anti-free speech movement in our history. President Joe Biden is, in my view, the most anti-free speech president since Adams. Under his administration, we have seen a massive censorship system funded and directed by the government.
A federal judge described the system as “Orwellian” in its scope and impact.
Biden has repeatedly called for greater censorship and accused social media companies of “killing people” by not silencing more dissenting voices. Other Democrats such as Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts have pushed for restrictions on “unacceptable” speech…
Police apprehend man suspected of killing 5 people in North Las Vegas shooting spree

A man suspected of killing five people and critically injuring a 13-year-old girl was arrested Tuesday morning after a manhunt.
In a press release, North Las Vegas Police identified 57-year-old Eric Adams as a suspect in the killing spree.
Officers arriving at the apartment found two adult women, one in her early 40s and another said to be in her late 50s, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Both women were pronounced dead at the scene, police said. As of this report, neither woman had been publicly identified.
Also inside the apartment, police found a 13-year-old girl suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. She was taken to University Medical Center’s trauma center, where she is said to be in critical condition.
Two women in their mid-20s and a man in his early 20s were soon found dead from apparent gunshot wounds in a neighboring apartment, police noted in an updates press release. The three additional victims are believed to have been shot by Adams, according to police…

Dystopian nightmare: Canadian police threaten journalist with jail time over bogus ‘hate crime’

Ezra Levant has many different titles — lawyer, journalist, author, political activist, and founder of Rebel News, “which is a lot like Blaze News in some ways,” says Glenn Beck.
He’s also a target for the authoritarian Canadian government.
Levant and his Rebel News team have been “outspoken” when it comes to Canada’s crusade against free speech (and just freedom in general), and it’s made him an enemy of the state.
“The Canadian government has been after [Levant and his team] for a long time,” says Glenn, adding that Levant is “now having to fight the censorship bill” that Canada passed last year.
“It looks like he may be facing prison time because of ‘hate speech,”’ which we know is just a catchall phrase for anything the government doesn’t want said.
“Toronto, Canada, where I live, is the site of a pro Hamas encampment,” Levant tells Glenn. “There’s screaming, mask-wearing thugs marching through the city every week … besetting synagogues and residential areas. There was a Jewish school that was shot up a few weeks ago. … It’s an anti-Semitic crime wave.”
However, when Rebel News “drove [its] jumbo tron truck around the city, showing some of the scenes of Hamas thugs threatening to kill people, blocking the downtown streets, [and] having a mass prayer gridlocking the city … the police chief made an announcement on Twitter that he was investigating [the team] for a hate crime.”..

US Army’s new precision missile hit moving target in Pacific exercise

The AML launcher, still in prototype form, will be able to operate in a convoy and use autonomous way point navigation, tele-operation and remote launcher turret and fire control operations.
The missile — which can launch from both the M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and the M270A2 Multiple Launch Rocket System — will be critical to the service as it seeks a deep-strike capability that can counter Russian and Chinese technologies. Both European- and Indo-Pacific-based U.S. commanders have been eager to receive the capability that can hit targets at standoff locations greater than 400 kilometers.
Hitting a moving target at sea from land is extremely challenging.
For example, the Army’s HIMARS rockets missed a ship during a live-fire exercise off the coast of a Philippine training facility near Subic Bay in 2023. The service identified challenges with targeting because the munitions were not able to easily account for drift. Drifting at sea is a complex problem because ships can move 30 to 40 meters in the time it takes to lock in a target and fire a munition.
A PrSM with a ship-killing seeker would make the task much easier.
America’s 2019 withdrawal from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty with Russia has allowed the U.S. Army to develop the missile to fly farther. The treaty had prevented the development of missiles with ranges between 499 kilometers and 5,000 kilometers….
Judge partially lifts gag order imposed on Trump during hush money trial

ANew York judge on Tuesday partially lifted a gag order on Donald Trump following his conviction last month in his so-called hush money trial.
The revised order now allows Trump, the presumptive 2024 GOP presidential nominee, to speak publicly about witnesses in the case. However, the order keeps in place restrictions on his comments about prosecutors and others involved in the case.
Trump’s lawyers argued the gag order was stifling his campaign speech, and said it might limit his ability to respond to attacks from Democratic President Joe Biden during their coming debate on June 27, according to Reuters.
Prosecutors with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office said limits on Trump’s speech about trial witnesses were no longer needed. But they urged Justice Juan Merchan to keep in place restrictions on his comments about jurors, court staff and individual prosecutors, citing risks to their safety,
Pentagon doesn’t know if it funds dangerous biological research in China, new audit reveals

Despite years of warnings that China operates an illicit biological weapons program, the U.S. military remains unable to determine whether it sends American tax dollars to Beijing for research that could make pathogens more dangerous or deadly, the Pentagon’s chief watchdog declared in a stunning new warning to policymakers.
“The DoD did not track funding at the level of detail necessary to determine whether the DoD provided funding to Chinese research laboratories or other foreign countries for research related to enhancement of pathogens of pandemic potential,” the Pentagon inspector general concluded in a report released this month.
“The DoD is shipping tax dollars to China to institutions connected to the CCP, the PLA, and they are not following the money once it gets there. And they have no idea how our tax dollars are being spent,” Justin Goodman, senior vice president at the White Coat Waste Project, told the “Just the News, No Noise” television show…
Assange Stops on His Way to US – and Later Freedom

A plane carrying Julian Assange landed Tuesday in Bangkok for refueling, as the WikiLeaks founder was on his way to enter a plea deal with the U.S. government that will free him and resolve the legal case that spanned years and continents over the publication of a trove of classified documents.
A chartered flight from London that Assange’s wife, Stella, confirmed was carrying her husband landed at Don Mueang International Airport. Officials there told The Associated Press the plane was scheduled to continue on to Saipan, the capital of the Northern Mariana Islands, a U.S. commonwealth in the Pacific, where Assange is expected to appear in court on Wednesday.
He’s expected to plead guilty to an Espionage Act charge of conspiring to unlawfully obtain and disseminate classified national defense information, according to the U.S. Justice Department in a letter filed in court.
Stella Assange told the BBC from Australia that it had been “touch and go” over the past 72 hours whether the deal would go ahead but she felt “elated” at the news. A lawyer who married the WikiLeaks founder in prison in 2022, she said details of the agreement would be made public once the judge had signed off on it….
Emmanuel Macron Warns of ‘Civil War’ in France if Public Votes for Populists

The president of the National Rally and the populist party’s candidate for prime minister in the snap legislative elections, Jordan Bardella said that Macron’s heated rhetoric was dangerous in and of itself for the country, while stating that civil unrest was already a feature of Macron’s presidency.
Bardella referred to the racially-inspired riots which broke out throughout France last year following the police shooting of an Algerian-heritage teenager who attempted to flee from arrest. The shooting sparked weeks of BLM-style riots, which resulted in over $1 billion in damages, over 800 police officers injured, over 5,000 cars set on fire, and more than 3,300 people arrested.
Bardella said: “They are the ones who scare the French! We are in June, one year since the riots that hit the towns and villages of France. I want to respond to a demand for authority. A President of the Republic should not say that.”
While the riots were perhaps the most fierce of his presidency, Macron’s tenure in office has been consistently marred by chaos in the streets, from the Yellow Vest uprisings of 2018 and 2019 against his green agenda-inspired energy tax hikes to the mass strikes and protests last year over his government’s move to bypass the French National Assembly and push through a reform of the state pension system, raising the retirement age from 62 to 64…
UN-linked Study Confirms: No Famine in Gaza, Though Risk Remains High

The new report comes on the heels of a similar report earlier this month. As Breitbart News reported at the time: “In May, the Famine Early Warning Systems Network (FEWS NET), which was founded and is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), run by Israel critic Samantha Power, reported that famine was possible in northern Gaza.”
However, the IPC study said that it failed to find evidence to substantiate claims of famine there.
The new report says:
In contrast with the assumptions made for the projection period (March – July 2024), the amount of food and non-food commodities allowed into the northern governorates increased. Additionally, the response in the nutrition, water sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and health sectors was scaled up. In this context, the available evidence does not indicate that Famine is currently occurring.
However, the situation in Gaza remains catastrophic and there is a high and sustained risk of Famine across the
whole Gaza Strip.
It is not clear why the Biden administration would have raised alarms about potential famine in northern Gaza if those warnings were not supported by the evidence. Samantha Power has a history of anti-Israel positions and votes.
New Video Shows Hamas Militants Taking Three Injured Hostages to Gaza, Including Israeli-American Hersh Goldberg-Polin

Gruesome, newly released video shows gun-toting Hamas terrorists driving three blood-soaked Israeli hostages whom they had just abducted from the Nova Festival in a truck back to Gaza as they scream, “Allahu Akbar.”
Hostages Hersh Goldberg-Polin, Or Levy and Eliyah Cohen can be seen covered in blood in the bed of a white truck as the gleeful terrorists brandish their weapons and celebrate the capture of the festival-goers, according to footage released Monday by the Hostages and Missing Families Forum.
Goldberg-Polin, an Israeli American citizen, can be seen with his bone protruding from his arm as the triumphant terrorists lift him by the hair and force him to look directly into the camera.

WOW: 15 Ways that Orwell’s ‘1984’ is REAL LIFE in 2024
George Orwell’s “1984” seems eerily reflective of life in 2024 under the Biden administration. The White House’s recent push to discredit videos of Biden as “cheap fakes” echoes the novel’s “don’t believe your own eyes” mantra.
Additionally, the administration’s political correctness campaigns often feel like they are pushing a single agenda, reminiscent of Orwell’s thought control.
There is also concern that policies promoted by the administration undermine traditional family structures, which is a key theme in Orwell’s dystopia. Is our society slowly being reshaped to mirror the totalitarian world Orwell warned us about?
