Daughter of California man executed by Iran slams ‘incompetent’ Biden-Harris admin: ‘You left him to die’

The daughter of a California resident and German-Iranian dual citizen who was executed by Tehran on Monday slammed the Biden-Harris administration and German government for their alleged incompetence in saving him.
Gazelle Sharmahd posted a video of herself Monday night — dressed in all black — as she silently mourned her father, Jamshid Sharmahd’s, death while tying her hair back in a similar fashion to female protesters in Iran’s Women, Life, Freedom movement.
Gazelle criticized the silence from President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, whose governments she labeled “incompetent and corrupt.”
“What have they (#US & #German) done for 4 years when their German-American national was kidnapped in Dubai and taken to Iran by force?” Gazelle posted on X.
“As an American-German national was brutally and shamelessly kidnapped, tortured, held hostage for 4 years and (if confirmed) murdered by the biggest terrorist Organisation in the world, apparently for retaliation of Israeli strikes on the regime, this must have immediate and unmistakable grave consequences for them now,” she added.
Iranian officials announced that Jamshid, a dissident who lived in Glendora outside L.A. with his family, was executed Monday morning after the Islamic republic found him guilty of planning a 2008 attack on a mosque that killed 14 people and wounded over 200 others, in a trial slammed by Amnesty International as a sham….
Putin Orders ‘Massive’ Nuclear Strike Simulation in Response to Growing Geopolitical Tensions

Russian President Vladimir Putin ramped up Russia’s nuclear muscle on Tuesday by overseeing a large-scale exercise simulating a retaliatory nuclear strike.
The drill, which included missile launches, comes as tensions between Russia and the West continue to escalate over the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
The exercises featured the test-firing of intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) and cruise missiles from land, sea, and air, all part of what Russian officials described as a simulated “massive nuclear strike in response to an enemy attack.”
Putin, speaking via a video link with top military leaders, emphasized the importance of these drills given the “growing geopolitical tensions” and “emerging new threats.”
Defense Minister Andrei Belousov reported that the drills were aimed at practicing the actions that Russia’s top military officials would take in the event of a nuclear strike on the country. “These exercises show that Russia’s strategic forces are ready for action at any time,” he said…

As a successful lawyer, businesswoman, and the daughter of immigrants fighting for justice, why wasn’t Alina embraced by feminists who claim to support female “empowerment”?
Alina’s story challenges the narrative and exposes the hypocrisy of a movement that only supports women who align with its agenda.
Terrifying video shows the moment vehicles detach from carnival ride, critically injuring six

Ten people were injured, including six critically, when two gondola cars plummeted from a pendulum ride at a fairground in Ecuador over the weekend.
The terrifying scene unfolded when the cars suddenly broke off the thrill ride during the festivities in La Aurora in Daule Canton on Saturday night, JamPress video footage showed.
Onlookers fled screaming as the loaded gondolas came crashing down — with passengers still strapped in their seats.
There were blood spatters visible on the wrecked cars afterward, witnesses said.
Of the 10 injured victims, six were in critical condition with fractures and head trauma, according to local fire department chief Moisés Cano.
(WATCH) Terrorism Next

The next president will have to address a daunting list of national security threats: expanding violence in the Mideast, the specter of Islamic extremist terrorism, the possibility of Iran becoming nuclear-armed, and an unknown number of illegal border crossers in the US who are on the terrorism watch list. Lisa Fletcher reports.
No recent event highlights the ever-present danger of terrorism more than last year’s surprise attack on Israel by Islamist terrorists in Gaza.
America provides not just moral and monetary support to Israel; we give the country many of the weapons it’s using. So, no surprise that makes the US a target.
Earlier this year, FBI director Christopher Wray summed up the threat facing America this way…

Teri Garr, ‘Young Frankenstein’ and ‘Tootsie’ actress, dead at 79

Garr died Tuesday morning in Los Angeles after a long battle with multiple sclerosis, her publicist, Heidi Schaeffer, confirmed to The Post.
She is survived by her daughter Molly O’Neil, 30, and grandson Tyryn, 6.
The late star was best known for her roles in the films “Young Frankenstein” and “Tootsie,” the latter of which earned her an Oscar nomination.
Garr was born on December 11, 1944 in Lakewood, Ohio. She moved to Los Angeles and then later to New York to pursue acting. She started out as a go-go dancer and made appearances in six Elvis Presley musicals in the 1960s.
Her first on-screen speaking role was in 1968’s “Head,” written and produced by Jack Nicholson.
Some of her other earliest credits included appearances in shows like “Star Trek,” “The Sonny and Cher Comedy Hour,” and “The New Dick Van Dyke Show.”

‘Anti-disinformation’ group plotted to ‘kill’ Musk’s X, discredit RFK Jr.

The Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), known for its “Disinformation Dozen” list, reportedly set out to dismantle Elon Musk’s X (formerly Twitter) and conduct “black ops” against Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Leaked internal documents shared by Paul D. Thacker and Matt Taibbi show CCDH’s coordinated plan to pressure advertisers and target critics of vaccine mandates. Thacker stated he received “minutes from internal CCDH staff meetings” held from January to October.
Documents outline plans to push a US censorship law, modeled after Europe’s “Digital Services Act.” According to reports, CCDH founder Morgan McSweeney—a political operative with ties to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and US Vice President Kamala Harris—spearheaded the effort.
Harris reportedly supported CCDH’s agenda to establish stricter US regulations on “harmful content” through a proposal called the “STAR framework,” which would create an “independent digital regulator” to enforce penalties for content deemed harmful.
The documents further reveal CCDH planned to “kill Musk’s Twitter” by applying financial pressure through advertisers. They reportedly strategized to weaken X by urging companies to pull ad dollars and allegedly aimed to erode Musk’s influence and reduce X’s reach by fostering narratives that X enabled “hate” content.
CCDH also reportedly planned “black ops” targeting RFK Jr., citing his anti-vaccine stance and potential influence in the election. Kennedy, listed as one of the “Disinformation Dozen,” was viewed as a significant threat due to his reach and anti-establishment messaging. Internal minutes from CCDH meetings mention efforts to curb his influence through “direct attacks” intended to discredit and marginalize him.
Thacker’s tweet sharing the leak has amassed over 35 million views. The documents have raised questions about CCDH’s nonprofit status, with some speculating whether its political actions could violate tax-exemption laws…
Tennessee Awarded Federal Grant Funds to Pay Workers $25/Hour to Assist with Disaster Recovery Efforts

The U.S. Department of Labor has approved an initial $5 million in National Dislocated Worker Grant funds for the state of Tennessee to assist 12 counties with recovery efforts in wake of damage caused by remnants of Hurricane Helene.
Disaster Dislocated Worker Grants “provide funding to create temporary employment opportunities to assist with clean-up and recovery efforts, when an area impacted by disaster is declared eligible for public assistance by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.”
The funding approved for the Volunteer State is available through Tennessee CAREs grant program, which is administered by the First Tennessee Development District and the East Tennessee Human Resource Agency.
Residents of Carter, Greene, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, Washington, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, and Sevier counties whose employment was interrupted by the disaster are eligible to apply for part-time work under the CAREs program.
Those who apply for part-time work under the CAREs program do not need “specialized skills” to assist in recovery efforts, according to the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
Individuals employed by the CAREs program will earn $25 per hour for part-time, temporary positions “working to remove storm debris from public areas” throughout the impacted counties.
The Department of Labor specifically identified “transportation and debris removal” as high priorities for the state, noting how “19 sections of state routes are closed and six state bridges are impassable, five of which were destroyed.”..

RNC Demands Answers after Pennsylvania Voter Arrested at Polling Location

The Republican National Committee (RNC) is demanding answers after a supporter of former President Donald Trump was arrested at an early voting polling location in Delaware County, Pennsylvania for allegedly encouraging voters to stay in line and cast their votes.
“Do not get out of line,” the woman can be heard telling voters as she is escorted away in handcuffs by law enforcement.
The incident was caught on camera by a man who can be heard in the video saying, “That’s crazy!”
Another woman in the video claimed the woman was arrested for “influencing voters,” to which the man filming said, “She is not influencing people. She is not at all.”
Michael Whatley , chairman of the RNC, shared the video on X, saying, “A supporter of President Trump’s was arrested today for encouraging people to stay in the early voting line and cast their ballots freely in Pennsylvania.”
Whatley added, “This follows reports from across the commonwealth that voters are being turned away in conservative areas. This is voter suppression from the left. Do not let them turn you away. GO VOTE!”
The woman arrested by law enforcement has since been identified as Pennsylvania Republican Party State Committeewoman Val Biancaniello.
Biancaniello said she was arrested after encouraging voters to stay in line and vote because “the Democrats were discouraging voters from in person voting today in Delaware County.”…
Treasury finds hundreds of transactions linked to fundraising platform ActBlue flagged by banks: GOP memo

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer briefed his panel’s Republican members last week on the “potentially fraudulent and illicit financial activity” involving the political donations portal following briefings with Treasury Department staff.
“Although Treasury has not yet produced any records, it is currently reviewing hundreds of potentially responsive records,” Comer (R-Ky.) revealed in the Oct. 25 memo.
“Treasury revealed this is one of the largest records reviews it has conducted this Congress,” he added.
Those records could include evidence of money laundering, fraudulent or counterfeit use of credit or debit cards, wire transfer fraud, identity theft or other financial crimes flagged since Jan. 1, 2023, in Suspicious Activity Reports that financial institutions file with the federal government.
Comer told Oversight panel members that his staff was “working closely with Treasury to obtain the materials expeditiously.”
GOP-led congressional committees and Republican state attorneys general in Missouri, Texas and Wyoming have probed ActBlue this year over similar allegations of fraudulent fundraising.
So-called “dummy” accounts have potentially made thousands of individual donations to Democratic causes.
Ex-Herman Cain chief of staff and Wisconsin Republican strategist Mark Block alleged in an explosive racketeering lawsuit earlier this month that his identity was one of many that had been stolen — and used this year to make at least 385 donations worth $884.38 to the Harris Victory Fund and other left-wing committees…
California Election Officials Registered ‘Self-Confessed’ Noncitizens To Vote: Report

A county registrar is the first line of defense in keeping a noncitizen off the voter roll. But registrars in Alameda County, California, have approved dozens of voter registrations from “self-confessed foreign nationals” — some of which tried to vote — according to records obtained by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF).
Alameda County disclosed in a dataset provided to PILF that there were at least 54 noncitizens who had been on the voter rolls, with at least one voter having been on the rolls for 14 years, though the “average time” on the voter roll was four years. The earliest known illegal registration began in 2004, according to PILF.
PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement that the records prove “incompetence” of election officials.
“States should enact safeguards against noncitizens registering and voting,” Adams said. “These records show incompetence by election officials. When someone admits they are not a U.S. citizen, they should never be registered to vote. California has the resources and data to better verify citizenship in voter registration if only Governor Newsom had a willingness to act.”
The records were obtained after PILF sued Alameda County for allegedly violating the National Voter Registration Act’s (NVRA) disclosure provision. According to the suit, PILF uses multiple types of records to check whether state and local election officials are taking appropriate steps to keep voter rolls free from noncitizens.
But the county allegedly would not provide the requested records that fell under the NVRA’s disclosure provision…
