He stated that Attorney General Reno reviewed the performance of Mr. Sessions and made the recommendation that his tenure be terminated. Following his opening remarks, President Clinton took questions concerning the executive order he announced earlier in the day lifting the ban on homosexuals in the military. Following the president’s comments, Attorney General Reno spoke to reporters about her findings concerning her recommendation to terminate Mr. Sessions.
