US News:
NY Times, Wall St. Journal Admit ‘Global Immigration Backlash’

Therefore, public opposition is not a “backlash”. It is a rational response to the intended reality that immigrants will upwardly transfer wealth from ordinary Americans to wealthy investors, deliberately subverting the civic rules that help ordinary people manage their lives.
Immigration is successful In addition to forcibly reducing wages for Americans, rent increase and housing prices.
This influx also deprived many American-born people of careers in various business fields, increased mortality about poor Americans.
This deadly policy is also sucking jobs and wealth out of the core states by subsidizing coastal investors with large numbers of low-wage workers, high-occupancy renters, and government-backed consumers.
Biden administration expands parole program to millions from four more countries

Despite a federal judge in Florida ruling more than once that the Biden administration parole program is illegal, the administration has expanded it and created another parole program to allow even more people into the U.S.
There have been multiple “parole” programs created by the Biden administration, which critics argue violate federal law.
One created ahead of Title 42 ending expanded entry to citizens of four countries who were previously prevented entry or limited entry.
In May, 30,000 citizens each from Venezuela, Nicaragua, Cuba and Haiti, or 120,000 total, would be allowed in using the CBPOne App.
After scheduling an appointment through the app, they arrive at a port of entry and are processed by Border Patrol agents with the expectation of being released into the U.S.
Florida AG calls on Mark Zuckerberg to testify before Human Trafficking council

Moody (pictured above, right) did so while announcing what she described as the “stunning” and “disturbing” findings of a statewide investigation that found that Meta platforms are being used more than any other social media platforms by human traffickers to commit crimes.
It appears to be the first statewide inquiry and request of its kind.
According to the state’s recent investigation, over half of all reported instances of social media platforms used in Florida human trafficking cases since 2019 involve Meta platforms.
They include Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp.

“What are the most fundamental unanswered questions?” was the first tweet by the xAI account on Twitter.
Some San Francisco drug dealers make $350,000 every year, still get free legal defense in court: Report

San Francisco Board of Supervisors Member Matt Dorsey is asking City Hall to investigate the justice system in the city after a report that some drug dealers make upwards of $350,000 per year, but still are eligible for legal counsel from the Public Defender’s Office.
“Do street-level drug dealers who ‘can make as much as $350,000 a year — or even more if they help run a local operation’ receive taxpayer-funded legal services to defend their criminal cases in San Francisco?” Dorsey asked on Twitter Tuesday.
Dorsey also suggested that wealthy defendants might not deserve publicly founded legal aid. “The 6th Amendment and S.F. Charter ensure free lawyers to those who can’t afford them. Yes, EVERY indigent defendant deserves publicly funded legal counsel. But shouldn’t ONLY indigent defendants deserve publicly funded counsel?”
The San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, in turn, has criticized Dorsey for shining a light on the issue in a press release from Tuesday.
Glenn RESPONDS to MSM ‘fact check’: Will elites allow you to EAT MEAT in 2030?
AFP Fact Check recently claimed Glenn was “mislead[ing]” his audience by saying that “your family will eat zero amounts of meat and zero amounts of dairy” by 2030 if the World Economic Forum gets its way.
The mainstream media organization insisted that this is false because the goal Glenn cited — which came from a report tied to the mayors of dozens of the world’s biggest cities — was just an “ambitious target,” not an actual policy recommendation.
Plus, the World Economic Forum doesn’t have any real power, does it?! Glenn responds to this “fact check” point by point …

H&R Block Shared Taxpayer Data With Meta: Lawmakers

Their report urges federal agencies to investigate and potentially go to court over the wealth of information that the three company shared with the social media giant.
In a letter to the heads of the IRS, the Justice Department, the Federal Trade Commission and the IRS watchdog, seven lawmakers say their findings “reveal a shocking breach of taxpayer privacy by tax prep companies and by Big Tech firms.”
Their report said highly personal and financial information about sources of taxpayers’ income, tax deductions and exemptions was made accessible to Meta as taxpayers used the tax software to prepare their taxes.
Sheriff: Johnson City Middle School Principal tried having sex with minor

According to the sheriff’s office, Erickson had been communicating via Snapchat with a 16-year-old girl. Over time, he made statements indicating that he was going to have sexual intercourse with the student.
The sheriff’s office said Erickson agreed to meet her in a remote location with the intention to have sex.
He brought items such as a Grimace Shake from McDonalds, chicken nuggets and a box of condoms. However, detectives were at the location when he arrived and he was taken into custody without incident.
The initial conversation began when Erickson posed as a young adult on Snapchat.
He subsequently used his position as the principal of Johnson City Middle School and used database information from the school district to convince her who he really was.
California Bill Would Let Judges ‘Rectify Racial Bias’ in Sentencing, for ‘Reparations’

The bill, AB 852, passed the State Assembly in May and is currently going through the committee process in the State Senate. It notes that existing law already allows defendants to challenge their sentences as racially biased, but it would add that judges can consider race in sentencing.
The bill was introduced in February by State Rep. Reggie Jones-Sawyer (D-South Los Angeles) and is intended as part of the “reparations” package recently proposed by a state panel to the legislature.
It is unclear whether the law is constitutional under either the California’s state constitution, which bars the state from using race for the purposes of affirmative action, or under the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

‘We’re not Amazon’ – UK responds to Ukraine’s weapons requests

The remarks, which were quoted by the British media, were made during an event on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Lithuania on Wednesday.
Wallace, who is normally a vocal supporter of Kiev, said it would help Ukraine’s cause if they displayed some gratitude.
“Sometimes you are asking countries to give up their own stocks,” Wallace said. “Sometimes you have to persuade lawmakers on [Capitol] Hill in America. You have to persuade doubting politicians in other countries that it is worth it.”
The British official said he heard complaints from US counterparts that Ukraine was treating their nation like an Amazon store, even as it provides billions of dollars worth of military assistance.
French-Algerian man says ‘we’re going to colonize’ the French ‘until death, until the end of time’ in viral video

In an interview that has gone viral, one French-Algerian man says that he lives in France even though he claims it is racist, explaining that he is there to colonize the country and warning that he and his people will colonize France “until death, until the end of time.”
“Racists, they colonized us for 132 years. And now it’s our turn to come here. How can I explain it to you? I can’t find the words. They’ve colonized us for 132 years and now we’re going to colonize them for life until we die. Until the end of time.
The video has been seen nearly 4.5 million times. Many social media users see it as evidence of the underlying ideology of many newcomers to Europe and North America, with a significant number holding hostile views toward the countries they enter.
China’s export ban on green energy minerals hits EU leaders hard

The European Commission was so surprised by the Chinese export restrictions on critical resources for Europe’s green energy transition, that it appears unable to even react, even despite China’s export ban being very predictable.
Brussels has nothing to say in response to China’s recent announcement of export restrictions on two critical minerals essential to the green transition, gallium and germanium — literally nothing.
Instead, European Commission officials have resorted to total silence. According to those with insight into the matter, there is total consternation in Brussels, which is quite surprising.
China has now taken the plunge against the EU.
More than 1,000 Canadians take CRA to court over pandemic payments — and some win

The rollout of the pandemic relief payments saw billions doled out to individuals and businesses on a pay-now-ask-questions-later basis. But the verification process was far from perfect.
The government’s subsequent attempts to claw back pandemic funds from those it now deems ineligible set the stage for more than 1,000 battles in Federal Court between claimants and the Canada Revenue Agency.
A review of dozens of such cases show many involve self-represented litigants, in what one law professor described as “profoundly unequal” contests against the legal might of the federal government.

China Holds Large-Scale Military Drills Near Taiwan

China conducted a second day of military exercises, sending navy ships and a large group of warplanes, including fighter jets and bombers toward Taiwan, the island’s defense ministry said on Wednesday.
By 7 a.m. local time (2300 GMT) Taiwan had detected 30 Chinese aircraft over the sea, which included J-10 and J-16 fighters. On Wednesday, a total of 23 planes crossed the midline of the Taiwan Strait, which acts as a security buffer zone.
Similar military activity by China was reported on Tuesday in the same area when 32 Chinese air force planes had crossed the midline. The drill included four nuclear-capable H-6 bombers that flew to Taiwan’s south
The Chinese aircraft flew in coordination with its ships to carry out joint training to the south of Taiwan, and four of its warships were engaged in “combat readiness patrols,” according to the ministry.
People Trafficker Jailed For Suffocating 39 Migrants to Death in ‘Unspeakable’ Conditions

Now another member of that trafficking gang has been jailed, with 50-year-old Marius Draghici getting 12 years for 39 counts of manslaughter and one count of conspiracy to assist unlawful immigration, reports the BBC. The judge is reported to have called Draghici a “small but essential cog in the wheels of this criminal conspiracy” and the court heard he was a driver for the people smugglers and a “right-hand man” to the ringleader.
11 people have now been jailed in the United Kingdom over the deaths, as well as 19 people convicted in Belgium.
The case was one with, tragically, other parallels as people smugglers made huge amounts of money to illegally carry people across Europe. 71 migrants were found dead, locked in the back of a truck in Austria after the smuggler driving the vehicle abandoned it at the side of the road.
Phone recordings of the smugglers revealed they could hear the migrants in the back screaming and trying to break their way out. Four smugglers were sentenced to 25 years in prison each.
No End To War Until ‘West Abandons Plans to Maintain Dominance’, Says Russia

His comments came ahead of Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky’s symbolic talks with NATO leaders at their summit in Lithuania on Wednesday.
Turning to Indonesia, Lavrov praised what he called Jakarta’s independent foreign policy on the conflict.
NATO leaders vowed after the first day of their summit that “Ukraine’s future is in NATO”, and shortened the eventual process Kyiv would have to go through to enter the alliance.
But they did not offer a timeline on Ukraine’s prospective membership, reflecting concerns in Washington about being dragged into a nuclear conflict with Russia.
Russia mulls plan to display destroyed NATO hardware outside embassies

Moscow could place destroyed military hardware on display outside the embassies of Western nations that supplied it to Ukraine. The idea was floated in Russia’s lower house of parliament, the State Duma, on Wednesday.
Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin has tasked the parliament’s Defense Committee with discussing the idea with the Defense Ministry to iron out the details of potential ‘exhibitions’.
“The proposal to place burned [military] hardware near the embassies of those countries that send it to Ukraine is particularly interesting,” Volodin stated.

Thailand arrests 2 Germans over body found in freezer

A 52-year-old German man was apprehended Tuesday evening in Bangkok, and a 47-year-old German woman turned herself up earlier in the day, the Khaosod newspaper reported.
The mutilated corpse of 62-year-old Hans-Peter Mack was found Monday night stuffed into a chest freezer in a home in Nong Prue.
Citing Tawee Kudthalaeng, the police chief in the town of Nong Prue, the media reported that the two suspects had been charged with murder and the third suspect was still being sought.
Hans-Peter Mack, the German real estate broker, a resident of Thailand for several years, had been missing for a week. Police had pieced together security camera footage in the hope of finding him alive.
German defense company Rheinmetall to open APC factory in Ukraine

Rheinmetall will also train Ukrainian units to maintain the tanks and other armored vehicles produced at the plant.
“The Ukrainians have to help themselves. It is not a solution that they always have to wait for the Europeans or the Americans to help them in the next 10 or 20 years,” Papperger said.
Rheinmetall announced the construction of the plant in Ukraine earlier this year, promising at the time that it will assemble 400 armored vehicles at the new factory.
Papperger has now also revealed that the future workers at the factory will produce and repair the TPz Fuchs 2 armored personnel carrier, under a German license.
Rheinmetall will operate the plant in partnership with the Ukrainian state defense group Ukroboronprom, which will also own the facility.

Jim Jordan lists DOJ, FBI, Homeland Security targets for funding bills

“Since the start of the 118th Congress, the Committee on the Judiciary and its Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government have been conducting oversight to address the problems created by the Biden Administration and to protect fundamental civil liberties. This work has generated a number of potential reforms that the House of Representatives can advance through its ‘power of the purse,’” Jordan said in a letter to House Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Kay Granger (R-Texas) Tuesday.
The House is in the process of crafting its annual appropriations bills ahead of a Sept. 30 funding deadline — bills conservatives aim to use to push their priorities.
A number of other suggestions take aim at what Republicans argue is a politically biased law enforcement system, including establishing a policy that requires career Justice Department staff rather than political appointees to oversee “politically sensitive” investigations.
Jordan also aims to block funding to enforce a number of immigration, asylum and border enforcement policies crafted by the Biden administration.
Senate Republicans: Biden ‘created largest child trafficking ring in US history’

U.S. Senate Republicans launched a video on Wednesday claiming that President Joe Biden has “created the largest child trafficking ring in U.S. history.”
The video quotes Republican senators at hearings expressing concern about the extraordinary number of unaccompanied minors being trafficked to and through the U.S. southern border.
Biden does not care about the 300,000 plus unaccompanied children that have been placed with sponsors since he became president.”
Initial reports indicated more than 45,000 children, in just a few months evaluated in an Axios investigation, were missing by early 2022.
Since then, that number has more than doubled. Unaccompanied minors using falsified papers have been working in meat processing plants, prompting federal investigations over alleged child labor law violations.
They’ve also been involved in encouraging others to participate in organized crime at a public school by soliciting funds to pay their human smuggler, or coyote, who helped them illegally enter the U.S.
EXCLUSIVE: House GOP Is About To Drop A Massive Report Alleging That Biden’s DHS Chief Broke The Law

House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green is set to release a lengthy report detailing his initial findings of his probe into Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas that details ways he believes he broke the law, he told the Daily Caller News Foundation in an exclusive interview.
Green launched a probe into Mayorkas on June 14 with the initial phase focusing on the DHS secretary’s alleged “dereliction of duty.”
Green says the more than 100 pages of findings from the first phase of his ongoing probe will be released within the next couple of weeks.
Green cited several instances where he believes Mayorkas has committed “intentional” and “willful dereliction of duty,” he said, referring to DHS’ use of the CBP One phone application to allow tens of thousands of migrants to enter the country each month through ports of entry at the southern border.
He also believes Mayorkas lied to Congress when he asserted that DHS had “operational control” of the U.S.-Mexico border.
