In The News Today:
Blue States, Cities Using COVID Funds to Support Illegal Immigrants

According to a Fox News Digital review of state and local programs, Democrat governors and mayors earmarked at least $517 million for the programs, which generally consisted of providing cash payments to individual illegal immigrants. The funding reviewed by Fox News Digital was drawn from the American Rescue Plan (ARP), the $1.9 trillion federal COVID-19 stimulus package President Biden signed into law in March 2021.
โThis means the Biden Administration directly subsidized โundocumentedโ immigration under the guise of COVID-19 pandemic relief,โ a recent report from the Economic Policy Innovation Center stated, pointing to how federal ARP funds were diverted to illegal immigrants in Washington state.
Overall, in addition to Washington, Fox News Digital identified such a funding mechanism in Illinois and New Jersey, and the cities of Washington, D.C., Chicago, Denver and Boston. The jurisdictions, in particular, used funding from the ARPโs Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund, which was designed to help local governments recover from the pandemic.
We learned two weeks ago that Washington state used $340 million from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF), which was created by the American Rescue Plan Act, to help illegal immigrants.
Trans activist assaults students at Virginia March for Life

The students carried signs that read, “Silence in the face of evil is evil itself,” as well as “I [heart] life.” The group chanted “we are the pro-life generation” as the transgender activist broke through.
Video later showed the activist being arrested by police.
The march in Richmond featured Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin marching alongside students, as well as speakers such as Virginia Lieutenant Governor Winsome Sears.
Fmr Navy Intel Cmdr Reveals Biden Suppressed Info on Previous Chinese Spy Balloons

But now thereโs confirmation that the Biden administration was aware of multiple spy balloons.
Former Rear Admiral Michael Studeman had headed up the Office of Navan Intelligence. In an op-ed at the Financial Times, he reveals that โwhen I was director of intelligence for the Indo-Pacific Command, for example, I watched as numerous requests to publicise Chinese malign activities were disapproved by Washington, including a recommendation to publicise Beijingโs use of high-altitude surveillance balloons over the sovereign airspaces of the US, our allies and Asian partners. This was many months before the shooting down of a Chinese balloon flying over the US last year.โ
Now this is important because the Biden administration claimed that it was not aware of previous spy balloons.
Is There Anything California Canโt Turn Into a Right?

Endowed by the ballot harvester electorate and their taxpayer-funded community organizers with a supermajority, California Democrats have nowhere to go but to fulfill every crazy whim of their movement.
Banning single-sex toy sections for kids? Done.
Banning rat traps? Currently in development.
Banning cars? Underway.
But somebody in the California Democratic Party tried to rent an apartment while trying to bring Fido along and was turned down. Time to pass a bill.

Google AI Tool Gemini Is Accused of Racism for Refusing To Create Images of White People

According to aggrieved users voicing their concerns on X, the AI tool is seemingly resistant to generating images of white individuals, a bias observed upon testing it with diverse prompts such as Popes, Vikings, American Revolutionary soldiers, and more.
One of the primary concerns centers around the individuals and organizations that program and control these AI systems. Since AI algorithms are designed and trained by humans, they inherently carry the biases, values, and objectives of their creators.
As such, those who develop and deploy AI technologies could gain unprecedented influence and power over society. This power dynamic is especially pertinent when considering Big Tech companies, which are already influential due to their size, reach, and control over vast amounts of data.

No Farmers No Food: Greek Tractor Protests Head to Parliament

The farmers โ whose demands are similar to those at farmer protests elsewhere in Europe โ have spent weeks staging sporadic blockades along highways and in rural towns. Farmers in central Greece are also still reeling from major floods last year.
The center-right government has expressed sympathy with the farmers but said budgetary constraints prevent it from meeting all their demands, beyond substantial electricity cost reductions.
Protesters say thatโs not enough. They want tax-free fuel, debt forgiveness, measures against foreign competition and speedier compensation for damage from natural disasters. Farmers also criticize the substantial markup in shelf prices compared to what wholesalers pay them for their produce.

Polish Farmers Blockade Ukrainian Border, Undermining Globalist PM Tusk and Angering Zelensky

In a significant blow to recently installed globalist Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who has vowed to be the most โpro-Ukrainian politician in Europe,โ farmers from his country riled Kyiv once again by shutting down the border crossings at Lublin and Podkarpackie with hundreds of tractors, completely blocking off large transport trucks from coming in and out of the country and sparking queues dozens of miles long, Polandโs PAP news agency reported.
Flying the red and white Polish flags, tractors bore signs reading: โStop the uncontrolled influx of Ukrainian goodsโ and โAgriculture is dying little by littleโ .
Speaking to the French news agency AFP, a farmer at the protest, Tomasz Golak said: โI am here so that we abandon the restrictions introduced by the European Union on fallowing, and the Green Deal, and above all so that these Ukrainian foods stop arriving,โ adding: โThis year, wheat is selling for half the price of last yearโ.
Exclusive โ Trump Lawyer Alina Habba on NY Ruling: I Will Respond in Appeal and โYou Can Read It and Weepโ

โMs. [Letitia] James is supposed to value properties now? Sheโs got a bunch of associates under her, giving you what they think the value of Trump Tower is, and thatโs the basis of a lawsuit?โ Habba continued, pointing to the absurdity of the entire case.
โMeanwhile, Deutsche Bank and Trump have no problems, no lawsuits. No oneโs saying they lost money. No oneโs saying they were hurt. Everyoneโs saying we did our due diligence. Trumpโs saying we did our due diligence. Everybody looks at the values. They put a number on it, they get a deal. They make a contract, and then theyโre good on the terms of that contract. Where is the harm? Because Ms. James and Judge Engoron say Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million?โ she asked, adding that these people โlive in this world where they frankly, have no real knowledge.โ
โIf you look at Judge Engoron he made a terrible decision that was reversed, hurting landlords and tenants in the state of New York, and heโs known for that. He has said on the record, that even if a jury says something and gets it wrong, he wonโt agree with it, and he can use his own powers as a judge to completely disregard what a jury says,โ she said. โThis is who we are dealing with.โ
Arizona prosecutor refuses to extradite suspect in NYC hotel slaying, says Manhattan DA can’t be trusted

An Arizona prosecutor said Wednesday her office will not extradite the man accused of killing a woman in a New York City hotel, calling out Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s “treatment of violent criminals.”
Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell told reporters in Arizona that she’s ordered her staff not to cooperate in any efforts to send Raad Noan Almansoori, 26, back to New York where he’s wanted in connection to the slaying of Denisse Oleas-Arancibia, 38.
“This is not aimed the New York Police Department at all. I know they did a hard job, they did a good job, but we will not be agreeing to extradition,” Mitchell said. “I’ve instructed my extradition attorneys not to agree to that. We’re going to keep him here.”
Almansoori is being held without bail in Arizona, where he’s been accused of stabbing two women.

Court: D.C. Must Fork Over Data About โDeceasedโ People On Voter Rolls From Leftist-Linked โMaintenanceโ Group

Judge Ana Reyes of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia oversaw the settlement that determined that Monica Holman Evans, the executive director of the D.C. Board of Elections (DCBOE), must forfeit data reports that ERIC generates about deceased or potentially deceased individuals on D.C.โs voter registration lists to the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF).
As The Federalist has previously reported, the Electronic Registration Information Center, or ERIC, is a widely used voter-roll management organization founded by Democrat activist David Becker that was โsold to states as a quick and easy way to update their voter rolls.โ
In actuality, the program inflates voter rolls by requiring member states to contact eligible but unregistered residents to register to vote.
Black California Lawmakers to Introduce Package of 14 Discrimination Reparations Bills

The bills are meant to be the first step in a multi-year effort. Among several issues, they would compensate people whose property was taken in race-based cases of eminent domain, seek an apology from the governor and legislature for human rights violations, and fund community-based programs to decrease violence in Black communities.
But none of the bills being proposed call for cash reparations to be paid, which has garnered criticism from some members of the Black community.
โWhile many only associate direct cash payments with reparations the true meaning of the word, to repair, involves much more,โ Assemblywoman Lori D. Wilson, chair of the California Legislative Black Caucus, said in a written statement.
Exclusive: Iran sends Russia hundreds of ballistic missiles

Iran’s provision of around 400 missiles includes many from the Fateh-110 family of short-range ballistic weapons, such as the Zolfaghar, three Iranian sources said.
This road-mobile missile is capable of striking targets at a distance of between 300 and 700 km (186 and 435 miles), experts say.
The shipments began in early January after a deal was finalised in meetings late last year between Iranian and Russian military and security officials that took place in Tehran and Moscow, one of the Iranian sources said.
An Iranian military official – who, like the other sources, asked not to be identified because of the sensitivity of the information – said there had been at least four shipments of missiles and there would be more in the coming weeks. He declined to provide further details.
Another senior Iranian official said some of the missiles were sent to Russia by ship via the Caspian Sea, while others were transported by plane.
“There will be more shipments,” the second Iranian official said. “There is no reason to hide it. We are allowed to export weapons to any country that we wish to.”
Trident โNuclearโ Missile Crashed Into Sea During Failed Test Firing Off Cape Canaveral

A Trident missile launched off the East Coast of the United States in January from British โbomberโ submarine HMS Vanguard โcrashed into the oceanโ after launch. The missile had a โdummyโ warhead and no nuclear material onboard.
The Sun report states claims from the government that it was the test conditions themselves which contributed to the failure, although there was no discussion of what they may have been, although a preference towards using time-expired older missiles due to be scrapped for training could feasibly play a part.
Update 1600: Testing equipment caused failure
UK Defence Minister says the government has โabsolute confidenceโ in Trident after the failed nuclear delivery system test last month. The Times notes he called the missiles: โeffective, dependable and formidableโฆ beyond doubtโ.

Biden fast-tracks $1.2 billion in student loan debt relief for more than 150,000 borrowers

The move comes as Biden has encountered growing dissatisfaction from young voters for several reasons, including his failure to extend student loan debt forgiveness to all American borrowers in the face of his 2024 White House reelection campaign.
The president last year put forward a plan that would have made good on that campaign promise before the Supreme Court ruled his unilateral debt forgiveness proposal unconstitutional.
Wednesdayโs announcement affects some 153,000 borrowers owing $1.2 billion, all of whom are eligible for shortened debt forgiveness under the โPlan Bโ debt plan Biden unrolled following the Supreme Courtโs decision, a full six months ahead of the presidentโs previously announced schedule, according to senior administration officials.
