Capitol Police Chief Calls January 6 a ‘Cover-Up’ in Leaked Unaired Tucker Carlson Interview

On Wednesday, the National Pulse revealed pieces of an hour-long interview between Sund and Carlson that Fox News reportedly refused to air.

Sund discussed his disappointment with the way former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and former Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mark Milley handled the intelligence that suggested problems would arise on Capitol Hill on January 6.

“Because if people were reporting the intelligence correctly, if I was allowed to do my job as Chief, We wouldn’t be here today. This didn’t have to happen.” Sund told Carlson.

Sund has more than three decades of experience in law enforcement and served as the Capitol Police chief from 2019 to 2021. He went on to say that “Everything appears to be a coverup.”

“Like I said, I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but when you look at the information and intelligence they had, the military had, it’s all watered down,” Sund explained. “I’m not getting intelligence, I’m denied any support from National Guard in advance. I’m denied National Guard while we’re under attack, for 71 minutes.”

$4 million settlement for family of man who died covered in bug bites at Georgia jail

LaShawn Thompson, 35.

Thompson was held for three months in the jail’s psychiatric wing after he was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge in Atlanta in June 2022. He was found unresponsive in his jail cell Sept. 19 and was later pronounced dead, according to a Fulton County medical examiner’s report.

The report listed Thompson’s cause of death as undetermined. The report said there were no obvious signs of trauma on Thompson’s body, but his entire body was covered in bed bugs and his cell had a “severe bed bug infestation.”

“Mr. Thompson was found dead in a filthy jail cell after being eaten alive by insects and bed bugs,” Harper said in April.

An independent autopsy found Thompson had “innumerable” bug bites and was not receiving medication for schizophrenia at the time of his death. He also suffered from poor living conditions, poor grooming, dehydration and rapid weight loss, according to the report.

Iowa Is Sending National Guardsmen To The Border And They’re Making Biden Pay For It

The state will use funds it received from the American Rescue Plan to deploy 109 soldiers to support Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s efforts to enhance security at the U.S.-Mexico border, according to the statement.

Reynolds first deployed 1,305 national guard troops and 231 law enforcement personnel to help Abbott in June, along with 12 other Republican governors.

The deployment will last until September, according to Reynolds’ statement.

“Iowa is deploying National Guard troops and personnel from the Department of Public Safety to protect the citizens and interests of our state by supporting Operation Lone Star and helping secure the U.S. Southern border,” Reynolds said.

Hyundai and Kia recall nearly 92,000 vehicles and tell owners to park them outside due to fire risk

(AP Photo/David Zalubowski, File)

The affiliated Korean automakers are recalling the vehicles and also are telling owners to park them away from structures until repairs are made.

The recalls cover certain 2023 and 2024 Hyundai Palisades, as well some 2023 Tucson, Sonata, Elantra and Kona vehicles. Affected Kias include the 2023 Soul and Sportage as well as some 2023 and 2024 Seltos vehicles.

The companies say in documents posted Thursday by U.S. safety regulators that a capacitor on a circuit board in the oil pump assembly for the transmission may have been damaged by the supplier during manufacturing. That can cause a short-circuit and increase the risk of a fire.

Bloody passenger subdued on Delta Airlines flight landing in New Orleans after threatening attendant

A passenger on the flight, who wished to remain anonymous, reported that they were called to offer medical assistance to the unruly man, identified as 39-year-old Nelson Montgomery, who was already bleeding profusely from his neck.

In an unexpected escalation, the witness tells Fox 8 that Montgomery pulled a flight attendant into a chokehold, brandishing what appeared to be a shard of broken glass against the attendant’s neck and threatening to ‘cut off her head’ if anyone got too close.

The witness says it took the combined effort of eight people to subdue Montgomery until law enforcement could board the plane finally. The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office apprehended Montgomery upon landing.

Fox News obtains transcript of Devon Archer’s testimony before the House Oversight panel

Devon Archer told congressional investigators that Hunter Biden used then-Vice President Joe Biden as “defensive leverage” to send “the right signals” to his foreign business partners, while selling him as “the brand” that offered “capabilities and reach,” as well as a “unique understanding of D.C.”

Archer’s comments came during a transcribed interview before the House Oversight Committee on Monday. Fox News Digital obtained the more than 140-page transcript of Archer’s interview, which took place behind closed doors.

Archer told investigators that Hunter Biden used his “very powerful name” to “add value” in pitching and securing foreign business ventures.

Archer said Hunter Biden “would not be so overt,” or “overtly” say “we’re going to use my dad for this,” but instead, Archer said that he would use the name to “get leverage.”

“Defensive leverage that the value is there in his work,” Archer said.

79-Year-Old White Farmer Tortured and Murdered One Day After “Kill the Boer” Rally – Elon Musk: “They Are Openly Pushing for Genocide of White People in South Africa”

There were already 5 farm attacks in four days before Malema’s inflammatory speech.

The day after the speech, on July 30, 79-year-old farmer Theo Bekker was brutally tortured and murdered on a farm in the Grootvlei area in Mpumalanga province (formerly known as East Transvaal).

He was severely beaten with a pipe before his throat was slit. The four attackers, between 16 and 19, then severely assaulted his wife, Marlinda.

The attackers fled with four firearms in Marlinda’s vehicle before losing control of the vehicle and crashing. All four were arrested.

On August 1, an elderly male victim was murdered in Biesiesvlei, North West province, after the front door was broken down, according to Afriforum security spokesman Jacques Broodryk.

There were 9 farm attacks and 2 murders July 22-30, Broodryk said.

REVEALED: DEI group received THOUSANDS from Trudeau government prior to leading training that led to Toronto educator’s suicide

KOJO brought in $30,510 for providing Employment and Social Development Canada with “training packages and courses,” as well as $25,730 for “other services.” For its work with the nation’s Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, which included “diversity and inclusion training sessions,” it was awarded $39,956.

Notably, all the contracts were listed as “sole sourced,” which means KOJO was deemed the only company capable of providing the desired services.

KOJO has also been hired by countless universities, schools, and corporations to lecture people about their privilege and spread the gospel of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The organization has been under fire since news broke that Bilkszto took his own life on July 13 after succumbing to the stress of dealing with those who criticized him for supporting equality-based policies over those focused on equity.

Saudi Arabia extends cuts in oil production for third straight month, 1 million barrels a day

The announcement was made by the government’s Ministry of Energy, which said the cut would be 1 million barrels a day.

This means that Saudi Arabia’s September oil production will be reduced to 9 million billion barrels next month, “in addition to” cuts announced in April that last through December of next year.

In July, Russia and Saudi Arabia, two of the largest oil producers worldwide, cited market stability as the reason for their ongoing declines in production.

Farage calls on Starmer to act after Labour councillor helps illegal migrants stay in UK using human rights laws

Irim Ali, a qualified solicitor specializing in immigration law and citizenship, had a social media post go viral last week in which she touted her services for those who had either arrived illegally in the U.K. or had overstayed their visas, urging them to get in touch with her so she could help secure their right to remain in the country.

“Do not fear. Irim Ali is here to help you regularize your visa in the U.K.,” she told viewers, before explaining that she would assist with the submission of a residency application to the Home Office based on human rights laws often used by immigration lawyers to delay or overturn deportation orders issued to illegal immigrants.

On Thursday, conservative broadcaster Nigel Farage revealed that Ali is an elected Labour councilor and cabinet member of Newcastle City Council in the northeast of England.

The local politician is responsible for the council’s housing and planning strategies.

Germany: Afghan rapist of 16-year-old schoolgirl avoids prison, instead sent to anti-aggression course

Mohammad M. reportedly committed one of the sexual assaults at the Regensburg Neupfarrplatz (pictured).

An Afghan asylum seeker who confessed to one count of rape and five of sexual harassment in Germany has avoided prison and instead been ordered to attend anti-aggression training after being described as a prime example of how to integrate into the country.

The 23-year-old migrant, known as Mohammad M., molested five separate women between 2019 and 2022, including raping a 16-year-old schoolgirl and demanding oral sex from another under duress.

The migrant arrived in Germany back in 2015 as a teenager from Afghanistan and was welcomed into Western society. He graduated from secondary school and completed an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic before commencing work as a heating engineer in the Bavarian city of Regensburg.

Despite claiming to be under threat of persecution back in Afghanistan, Mohammad M. returned to the country, now controlled by the Taliban, for a vacation in January this year. Upon his return, he was arrested by German authorities at Munich Airport.

Belarusian Singer Who Refused Lukashenka Scholarship Handed Parole-Like Sentence

Patrytsia Svitsina (file photo)

Belarusian singer Patrytsia Svitsina, who in 2020 refused to accept a scholarship from authoritarian ruler Alyaksandr Lukashenka, citing her “moral principles,” has been handed a parole-like sentence on a charge of “actively participating in actions that blatantly disrupt social order.”

Judge Viktoria Shabunya of Minsk’s central district on August 2 found Svitsina guilty of taking part in unsanctioned rallies in August 2020 against the official results of the presidential poll that handed victory to Lukashenka, who has led Belarus with an iron fist since 1994.

The judge then sentenced Svitsina to 2 1/2 years of so-called house arrest-like restrictions known as “home khimia.”

The concept of “khimia” (chemistry) goes back to the late 1940s, when convicts were sent to work at dangerous facilities such as chemical factories and uranium mines while living in special nearby dormitories instead of being incarcerated in penitentiaries.

Iranian Satirist Reportedly Detained By Security Agents After Home Searched

Shaker Buri, an Iranian satirist

His arrest comes amid a crackdown on celebrities, and sports and cultural figures in the country who have supported protesters angered by the death of a young woman in police custody last year for an alleged violation of the mandatory head-scarf law.

Buri went missing on July 31 after visiting the IRGC Intelligence Office in Abadan to retrieve his mobile phone after it was confiscated during a raid on his home by plainclothes officers, according to social-media reports.

Since his disappearance, he has reportedly been unable to contact his family.

Several prominent public figures have been summoned by the police or arrested in recent months, with officials warning women to respect the hijab law.

The courts’ press service on August 3 said Danil Berdyugin of Novosibirsk had been found guilty of preparing to commit treason and attempted illegal border crossing.

No other details were available as the trial, which started on July 26, was held behind closed doors. Berdyugin took part in anti-war rallies and signed several petitions in Novosibirsk demanding an end to Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine launched in February 2022.

Mirvie Receives $4.6 Million Grant From The Gates Foundation To Study Preeclampsia, A Leading Cause Of Maternal Mortality Worldwide

MIRVIE

Preeclampsia disproportionately impacts mothers and infants in developing countries, affecting 10 million women globally, and is a leading cause of maternal death in this population. Mirvie is working to fill this need: a study published in Nature found Mirvie’s RNA platform detects 75% of those who will develop preeclampsia.

Sparked by the personal experience of one of the founders whose daughter was born prematurely, the idea for Mirvie turned into a proprietary Mirvie RNA platform combining revolutionary analysis of tens of thousands of RNA messages from the baby, the placenta and the mom, with machine learning, and opening a new window into pregnancy health for expecting parents to act and their doctors to intervene before unexpected complications become a crisis.

“Diversity and inclusion in maternal health research, especially at a global scale, is critical if we want to create meaningful progress and interventions to curb maternal mortality,” shares Dr. Alan Tita, Director of the Mary Heersink Institute of Global Health co-lead researcher for the study.

Commentary:

Trump Won

In under a decade, almost all Trump’s policies have achieved the status of conventional wisdom.

This became clear almost as soon as the man had left 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

Few modern presidents have so completely reshaped the American political landscape—FDR, LBJ, perhaps Reagan.

It is worth pointing out again that nearly the whole Republican nomination field is populated by candidates who are claiming the Trump mantle, arguing they are improved models rather than departures from the America First mold.

So, as the criminal cases against Trump unfold, as the outcome of the 2020 election is endlessly litigated and relitigated, remember that the 45th president made the political world we’re living in. Right, left, and center, his policies have become the air we breathe.

In a word (or two), Trump won. You might almost wonder whether the man is sick of it.

The Next Generation Is Being Groomed for Destruction – Here’s Why They Are Vulnerable

The past week the National Education Association, the largest teachers union in the US, issued guidance on the use of leftist activist symbols in public school classrooms.

As part of their advice to teachers, they recommended violating district and state rules and hanging items such as pride flags and BLM flags. This is generally cited as a means to “start a conversation,” a way for teachers to circumvent school rules.

They might not be able to spend each day spinning lessons on woke concepts, but if a child asks a question about the flags in the room, then they can provide “context.”

The NEA has been one of the primary driving forces behind the intrusion of woke ideology into the public school setting. Around 97% of their political fundraising goes towards Democrat candidates.

They seem to be obsessed with the grooming of children into the leftist fold with lessons focused on Critical Race Theory, gender fluid propaganda and socialism. If you want to know where the sudden surge in social justice cultism came from in terms of America’s kids, leftist teachers and the NEA are to blame.

Posie Parker: Anti-Trans Activist or Women’s Rights Champion? | Kellie-Jay Keen | EP 378

What you are about to watch is an abridged version of the full interview between Dr. Jordan B. Peterson and women’s rights activist Kellie-Jay Keen.

Due to content policies that could threaten our ability to use this platform, a 32-minute cut is necessary.

Regardless, the conversation contained within is important now more than ever.

Dr. Jordan B. Peterson and Kellie-Jay Keen, AKA Posie Parker, discuss her rude awakening as a women’s rights activist, the irony of arguing for women’s rights against transgender “women,” the censorship now abundant across leading streaming platforms, and why those speaking out continue to do so against all odds.

Who was Duns Scotus?

A shepherd before a church in Crete, 1937. Photo by Herbert List/Magnum

His name is now the byword for a fool, yet his proof for the existence of God was the most rigorous of the medieval period

One dogma that he thought philosophy could demonstrate was the existence of God.

As a Catholic theologian, he believed by faith that God exists, but he also thought that philosophy, or natural reason, could demonstrate that there is a supreme nature that is the first cause of everything else, is the ultimate purpose for which everything else exists, and is the most perfect being possible.

Moreover, this supreme nature has an intellect and will, and so is personal, and has all the traditional divine attributes such as wisdom, justice, love and power.

In short, Scotus thinks that philosophy, unaided by theology, can demonstrate God’s existence.

What if the George Floyd narrative is false?

While some of this national reckoning on race has been helpful, activists have used Floyd’s death to push forward an entire movement on diversity, equity and inclusion that has gone beyond the criminal justice system and infiltrated schools, corporations, and every aspect of society. All based on the narrative that the system is biased against blacks.

What if that narrative was false?

In 2021, for the first time, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension began documenting the race of criminal offenders in all crimes reported in the state.

The difference is significant, given 98 percent of white and 85 percent of black Minnesotans are law abiding.

In fact, from arrests to charges, sentences, and incarceration, white offenders received more certain and more punitive outcomes.

EXPOSED: The Deep State Plans for the 2024 Election | Ep 293

Donald Trump has been indicted not once, not twice, but THREE times in this year alone. Why? He committed the gravest sin known to man: He questioned the integrity of the 2020 election.

As we all know, that was the most secure election of all time! For context, before April, no former president had ever been indicted.

While the latest indictment focuses on events surrounding January 6, don’t be fooled. This has NOTHING to do with election 2020 and EVERYTHING to do with election 2024.

The Deep State is real, and its members have been building an election-winning machine for years now. They took it for a test drive in 2020. And they’re working hard to perfect it by 2024. Because once it’s fully operational, it will seem impossible for a dissident candidate to win a fair election ever again.
