Elon Musk: Left-Wing ADL Was ‘Instrumental’ In Blacklisting Donald Trump from Twitter

Speaking to the All-In Podcast, Musk said that the ADL characterized his decision to allow the former President back on to Twitter/X as an example of hate speech.
The billionaire CEO of SpaceX and Tesla also said it was the ADL that led efforts to choke off the platform’s advertising revenue, after Musk promised to restore free speech.
“The fact of the matter is, the ADL did initiate a boycott. They call it a ‘pause,’ but you know, a ‘pause’ that is a never ending boycott — same thing!”
“We saw a massive drop in U.S. advertising. We saw basically no change in advertising in Asia, but domestically where the ADL is strong we saw a 60 percent drop. So, you know, that’s pretty intense.”
“This is despite showing repeated analyses of the system, including third party analysis of the system, showing that the number of views of hateful content declined. Third parties that have all the data analyzed and said, actually, there’s less hate speech.”
Food Inflation Record: Grocery Prices Up 19.6%

Food prices have been on an almost relentless rise since Biden took office, with food inflation becoming a constant feature of the American economy after nearly a decade of m mostly stable prices.
Prices for groceries have been up on a monthly basis in all but three months of Biden’s presidency.
The cumulative effect has been devasting for the budgets of many households. Since February 2021, food-at-home prices are up 19.6 percent.
Even though the rate of increases has declined since last year, when food prices were up 13 percent compared with the year before, there is no sign of a return to the pre-Biden price levels.
Instead, food prices seem to be settling into a permanently higher price level and a persistently higher rate of monthly increases.
Watchdog Memo: ‘Irregularities’ Found in DOJ Investigation of ‘F—ing Spy Chief of China,’ Biden Associate Patrick Ho

The Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation and prosecution of CEFC China Energy Co. boss and Biden family associate Patrick Ho displayed “irregularities,” including concealing known connections between the Chinese Communist Party-linked entity and the Bidens, and communication between Hunter Biden and the FBI agents involved in Ho’s case, according to a memo by the Heritage Foundation Oversight Project.
Ho, infamously referred to as “the fucking spy chief of China” by Hunter Biden, was arrested in November, 2017, and convicted in December, 2018, in the Southern District of New York and sentenced to 3 years in prison for violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and money laundering.
Ho’s first phone call upon his arrest was to Hunter Biden, who was allegedly providing legal services to him at the time.
The memo includes documentation of every claim it makes, and provides a list of questions for Congress to seek answers to in its impeachment inquiry.
Ex-FBI official in Trump-Russia probe who admitted to Russian oligarch scheme nearing plea deal in 2nd DC case

McGonigal was Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s counterintelligence division in New York from 2016 to 2018. He supervised investigations of Russian oligarchs, including Deripaska.
The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia later affirmed the sanctions against Deripaska, finding there was evidence he had acted as an agent of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
McGonigal could face a five-year prison term in connection to the New York case, and Judge Jennifer H. Rearden last month scheduled his sentencing for Dec. 14.
In Washington, D.C., McGonigal was indicted on the charge of falsification of records and documents, which carries a statutory maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
The nine-count indictment also included the charge of making false statements, which carries a statutory maximum sentence of five years in prison for each count. The charges also carry potential financial penalties.
Family looks to flee Minnesota home a week after moving amid crime wave, deadly shooting

Lecretia and her son – neither of whom were injured in the shootings – had reportedly moved to the area from California, and she admitted the neighborhood is not what she was “expecting” in terms of safety.
“The movers came maybe three or four days ago. Plenty of stuff in boxes on the floor, never got a chance to unpack and this happened,” she told the outlet. “I grabbed our suitcases that we had packed from our flights here. I’m like, ‘Let’s go.’”
Following the shootings, a community member reportedly set up a fundraising page to assist efforts by Lecretia and her son to relocate to a safer community.
KTSP noted that water restoration crews were spotted on Monday outside the apartment building, which has several holes in it.

STUDY: Wearing Masks are Toxic & Harmful to Health

“While eight times the normal level of carbon dioxide is toxic, research suggests that mask-wearers (specifically those who wear masks for more than 5 minutes at a time) are breathing in 35 to 80 times normal levels.
Mask-wearers breathe in greater amounts of air that should have been expelled from their bodies and released out into the open.
“[A] significant rise in carbon dioxide occurring while wearing a mask is scientifically proven in many studies,” write the German authors. “Fresh air has around 0.04% CO2,” they observe, while chronic exposure at CO2 levels of 0.3 percent is “toxic.”
How much CO2 do mask-wearers breathe in? The authors write that “masks bear a possible chronic exposure to low level carbon dioxide of 1.41–3.2% CO2 of the inhaled air in reliable human experiments.
The authors write that “it is clear that carbon dioxide rebreathing, especially when using N95 masks, is above the 0.8% CO2 limit set by the US Navy to reduce the risk of stillbirths and birth defects on submarines with female personnel who may be pregnant.”
In other words, mandates have forced pregnant women to wear masks resulting in levels of CO2 inhalation that would be prohibited if they were serving on a Navy submarine.
The Supreme Court Could Weigh In On Alleged ‘Overcriminalization’ Of Jan. 6 Cases

Edward Lang and Garrett Miller, who allegedly both entered the Capitol on Jan. 6, are asking the Supreme Court to dismiss an obstruction charge against them before their trials, alleging prosecutors broadened an unrelated statute to “over-penalize” those who participated in the riots, according to their petitions.
If the Supreme Court takes the case, it could have broad implications for hundreds of other Jan. 6 defendants indicted under the statute.
In an amicus brief filed Aug. 30, three other defendants with pending cases before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia asked the Supreme Court to hear the case to prevent “a cascade of errors and misconceptions in the application of the law and undeserved harm to the defendants and the public perception of the courts.”
Over 200 defendants have been charged under the statue, according to the brief.

The 46-year-old was found guilty of 20 offences, including six of rape, following a trial at Liverpool Crown Court.

“The indictment reflects a highly calculated and cynical course of grooming behaviour.”
Trawler’s attempt fails to free grounded cruise ship in Greenland

HELSINKI (Reuters) -A fish trawler’s attempt to free a luxury cruise ship that ran aground two days ago in a remote part of Greenland has failed, leaving the vessel and the 206 people on board still stranded, Denmark’s armed forces said on Wednesday.
The Ocean Explorer has since Monday been stuck in mud and silt in the Alpefjord national park, some 1,400 km (870 miles) northeast of Greenland’s capital Nuuk, the Danish military’s Joint Arctic Command (JAC) said.
The large trawler sought to pull the cruise ship free during Wednesday’s high tide, but the attempt ultimately failed, the JAC said in a statement.

Scottish witch cult held disturbing rituals, tried to lock kid in microwave: prosecutors

Seven men and four women are facing a combined 32 charges after allegedly forcing kids to participate in séances, including using a Ouija board to “call on spirits and demons,” and reportedly recording themselves sexually abusing the kids, according to Sky News.
At least three girls and one boy were allegedly victimized by the group between 2010 and 2020.
The suspects were identified as: Iain Owens, 45; Elaine Lannery, 39; Lesley Williams, 41; Paul Brannan, 41; Marianne Gallagher, 38; Scott Forbes, 50; Barry Watson, 47; Mark Carr, 50; Richard Gachagan, 45; Leona Laing, 51; and John Clark, 47. They have all denied the charges against them.
The alleged child victims in the case were reportedly forced into witchcraft classes, where they would point wands and cast spells that made them believe they “metamorphosed into animals,” according to Sky News.
One child was allegedly forced into a microwave, a freezer and a cupboard in a murder attempt, the BBC reported, and was allegedly told to “act like a dog” and eat pet food. The suspects are accused of chasing the child while wearing a devil mask.
Ukraine launches ‘biggest attack’ on Russian Black Sea Fleet in occupied Crimea, damaging 2 warships: report

“We confirm a large landing vessel and submarine were hit. We do not comment on the means (used) for the strike,” Ukrainian military intelligence official Andriy Yusov told Reuters after the attack, which took place early Wednesday.
The attack on the fleet was confirmed by Russia, which said Ukrainian forces used 10 cruise missiles and sea drones to hit vessels being repaired at the port and attack ships at seas, causing fires that damaged two warships and injured dozens, according to a report from NBC News.
The Russian defense ministry said seven of the cruise missiles were shot down, while the sea drones were destroyed by Russian forces, adding that both damaged ships are expected to be fully restored and “will continue to serve in combat as part of their fleets.”
Andriy Ryzhenko, a retired Ukrainian navy captain, told Reuters that the attack was “the biggest attack on Sevastopol since the beginning of the war.”
Germany suspends migrant intake from Italy

Germany will not be taking in migrants from Italy under a voluntary solidarity pact until further notice, the country’s interior ministry said on Wednesday.
The agreement would have seen Germany take in 3,500 asylum seekers who had first entered the EU in Italy. This was meant to alleviate the situation in Italy, which is one of the EU’s main entry points for migrants.
Germany took in 1,700 people before pausing the agreement.
The decision had been taken due to “the currently high migratory pressure on Germany,” a spokesperson for the interior ministry told German newspaper WELT.
This pressure is in part caused by Italy’s refusal to take back migrants from Germany in line with the so-called Dublin regulations, according to the ministry.

Glenn SHREDS Democrats’ claims that there’s ‘NO EVIDENCE’ to impeach Joe Biden
Democrats and media outlets are insisting that Republicans in the House of Representatives have NO EVIDENCE to impeach President Biden on. But this couldn’t be further from the truth.
Glenn breaks down the evidence that already exists — before the impeachment inquiry has even begun — and also explains how this investigation would differ from the impeachment inquiries against former president Donald Trump.
There’s so much evidence of the Biden family’s corruption, Glenn says, that either his entire family was somehow making millions behind Joe Biden’s back or he has lied to the American people.

Exclusive — Rep. Jason Smith: Impeachment Inquiry to ‘Expedite’ Wider Biden Investigations

Smith explained that the announcement of the impeachment inquiry will “speed up” and “expedite” the process after the IRS, the Department of Justice (DOJ), the FBI, and the Secret Service have “continued to stall” regarding their investigations.
The three chairmen have asked 13 federal employees to come before the committees for interviews.
Smith lamented that the DOJ Attorney General Merrick Garland announced its special counsel, which he said is being used to “obstruct” a congressional investigation.
“Now the administration says Congress can’t continue to work because of the special counsel’s ongoing investigation that has left us with no choice but to open this impeachment inquiry to use our full congressional authority,” he said.
The Ways and Means chairman said that they will continue to investigate witnesses they have requested from the IRS and teased that they have received additional information from the IRS whistleblowers, although that information will have to be voted out of committee.
The White House, congressional Democrats, and media outlets sympathetic to Democrats have often claimed that there is no evidence to link President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden

He also criticized the policies of both President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump. Romney pledged to keep working for the public until January 2025, when his term is set to be over.
His decision comes as age has been a major factor in the 2024 presidential election. Trump is 77 and at 80, Biden is the oldest U.S. president.

Trump Slams “Crooked Joe” Biden Over Iran Deal, Calls On GOP To Invoke 25th Amendment

Trump was reacting to news from Monday that President Joe Biden’s administration would swap five Iranians for five Americans now jailed in Iran and free up $6 billion of Iranian assets held by U.S. allies.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced that the money would not face U.S. sanctions imposed for Teheran’s support for international terrorism.
National Security Council spokesman Adrienne Watson added that the administration was moving to secure the freedom of five “wrongfully held” Americans.
Republicans, however, were angry at the deal and also at the timing of the announcement. The news came on the 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Trump reacted on Monday on Truth Social, his social media platform, saying,
“Can you believe that Crooked Joe Biden is giving $6 Billion to the terrorist regime in Iran? That money (will) be used for terrorism all over the Middle East, and, indeed, the World.”
