In The News Today:
IIlegal Immigrant with Alleged Terrorist Affiliations Detained at U.S. Border

The National Targeting Center had previously alerted agents to De Leon-Ramirez’s potential record of terrorist activities. During his interview, De Leon-Ramirez acknowledged his voluntary involvement with the AUC in 2004 and 2005. He described his duties as patrolling the rural, mountainous regions of Istmina, Colombia, in search of members from the FARC (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia) and other groups implicated in extortion and trafficking activities. De Leon-Ramirez is now facing criminal proceedings in the Western District Court of Texas.
The U.S. government classified the AUC as a foreign terrorist organization in 2001, a designation that was revoked in 2014. Despite disbanding in 2006, splinter groups continued to engage in drug trafficking and human rights violations. The group was notorious for its violent actions against those suspected of supporting leftist guerrilla movements, as outlined in a report by the Congressional Research Service.
In light of these events, a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official anonymously expressed to the DCNF their concern over border security policies, stating, “The border is open. Wide open. Don’t believe the media. Don’t believe the White House.” The official further advised, “Arm yourself, protect your homes and your families because this joke of an administration isn’t doing anything.”
Venezuela Deploys Military To Oil-Rich Guyana’s Border

The deployment, visible in satellite images made public Friday and in videos recently posted by Venezuela’s military on social media, is a significant escalation in Caracas’s attempts to obtain some leverage over its neighbor’s newfound energy reserves.
It comes despite a written agreement reached in December between Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and Guyanese President Irfaan Ali that denounced the use of force and called for a commission to address territorial disputes.
Venezuela’s threats have raised concerns among other neighbors, including Maduro’s close ally Brazil, which in recent days deployed dozens of armored vehicles and troops to beef up security at its borders with Venezuela and Guyana.
Hamas Patron Qatar Has Spent $6 Billion Lobbying the U.S. Government and Funding Universities

Qatar has given or contracted more than $5.6 billion to 61 American schools since 2007, including Ivy Leagues such as Harvard University, Yale University, Cornell University, and Stanford University, according to funding records reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.
The country has also doled out more than $243 million on lobbying efforts in the United States since 2015, with more than $16 million spent in 2023 alone.
The money, experts and lawmakers say, has enabled Qatar to have outsized influence in American politics and academia, efforts they say have mainstreamed anti-Israel propaganda and silenced criticism about Doha’s longstanding ties to Hamas, the Iranian regime, and other terror groups.
Hamas’s “three top leaders alone are worth a staggering total of $11 billion and enjoy a life of luxury in the sanctuary of the emirate of Qatar,” according to the New York Post.

Gunman shoots tourist in Times Square, fires at officer; manhunt underway: Police

Two of the three suspects went to the lobby, where a female security guard confronted them and took back the stolen property, Chell said.
The gunman then fired toward the security guard but instead shot a 38-year-old woman visiting New York from Brazil, police said.
The gunman — identified as a teenager from Colombia, according to police sources — fled a few blocks away where he fired two shots at a pursuing officer, police said.
The officer wasn’t hit and didn’t return fire because there were too many people nearby, police said.
Flight from hell: Husband, 63, dies beside his wife when ‘litres of blood’ shoot out of his nose and mouth all over the interior of the plane in front of screaming passengers flying from Bangkok to Germany

The 63-year-old traveller, who has not been named, was said to have boarded the Lufthansa flight from Bangkok to Munich visibly ill before his condition rapidly deteriorated.
‘It was absolute horror, everyone was screaming,’ fellow passenger Martin Missfelder, 53, from Zurich, Switzerland, told Swiss outlet Blick.
The man – who was travelling with his Filipina wife – had got on with ‘cold sweats’ and was ‘breathing much too quickly’ before passengers rushed to help him, offering chamomile tea and taking his pulse.
But as the plane took off, his health went quickly downhill. The man was said to have been spitting into a bag when a ‘gush of blood’ came out of his mouth and nose, splattering the walls of the Airbus A380 aircraft.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna to Introduce Bill Mandating Frontline Duty in Ukraine for Members of Congress Supporting Schumer’s $60 Billion Proposal

In what can only be described as an extraordinary move, Representative Anna Paulina Luna, who served as an airfield management specialist in the U.S. Air Force from 2009 to 2014, has drafted legislation that could radically change the accountability landscape for elected officials.
The bill, which was not meant to be public knowledge just yet, was leaked to The Daily Mail.
Dubbed the SCHUMER Act, an acronym for Senators Can Help Underpin Military Engagement and Readiness, the proposed bill aims to mandate that members of Congress who support military aid to Ukraine must themselves serve on the front lines of the conflict.
This initiative directly challenges the support for a Schumer-backed proposal that advocates for an additional $60 billion in aid to Ukraine.
Iranian Asylum Seeker Who Took Hostages on Train Shot Dead: Not Terror, Say Police

Nearly 100 members of the emergency services responded to a hostage-taking aboard a local train service stopped Essert-sous-Champvent train station after passengers managed to contact police to alert them of the situation.
A “screaming” 32-year-old Iranian asylum seeker armed with an axe and a knife had tied up at least some of the 14 passengers and the driver of the Sainte-Croix to Yverdon train, leading to a four-hour hostage situation, reports Switzerland’s 20 Minutes.
Police were eventually able to speak to the man through Whatsapp installed on the cell phones of hostage passengers, but had to use an interpreter as the attacker only spoke Farsi and English.
Eventually, the Iranian hostage taker stood away from his captives for a moment, giving police a window for action. Explosives were set off to dazle the man, and officers stormed the carriage while police snipers stood by.
Watch: citizen reporter discovers that illegals are excited to vote for Biden in 2024…

This eye-opening revelation came from a citizen journalist who, after conversing with illegals, found out they’ve been led to believe (by whom, exactly?) that their (fake) asylum claims grant them the right to vote in US elections.
And their candidate of choice? Joe Biden, without a doubt.
Here’s what went down:
Terrifying video: Creep grabs 4-year-old boy, tries to leave store with him. But Dad is right there — and does what dads do.

The boy’s mother was walking out of the CVS Pharmacy on the corner of Collins Avenue and 74th Street just before noon, and her son and her husband were walking behind her, WPLG-TV reported.
The surveillance video shows a man whom police identified as 26-year-old Nicolas Sternaman walking into the store at the same time — then turning, bending down, and grabbing the boy by the neck, the station said.
Sternaman lifted the boy off the ground and turned to face the store’s door to leave, but the father sprang into action and grabbed Sternaman until he let go of his son, WPLG said, citing the arrest report.

Report: 26 Illegal Alien Killers, Pedophiles Arrested in Sanctuary State California

California has the strictest sanctuary state policy in the United States.
The policy bans local law enforcement agencies and state officials from cooperating with ICE agents to help find, detain, and ultimately deport illegal aliens convicted and charged of the most egregious crimes against American citizens.
Today, nearly five million illegal aliens and their U.S.-born children, commonly referred to as “anchor babies,” reside in California — the largest of any state in the nation.
