In The News Today:
Blue States, Cities Using COVID Funds to Support Illegal Immigrants

According to a Fox News Digital review of state and local programs, Democrat governors and mayors earmarked at least $517 million for the programs, which generally consisted of providing cash payments to individual illegal immigrants. The funding reviewed by Fox News Digital was drawn from the American Rescue Plan (ARP), the $1.9 trillion federal COVID-19 stimulus package President Biden signed into law in March 2021.
“This means the Biden Administration directly subsidized ‘undocumented’ immigration under the guise of COVID-19 pandemic relief,” a recent report from the Economic Policy Innovation Center stated, pointing to how federal ARP funds were diverted to illegal immigrants in Washington state.
Overall, in addition to Washington, Fox News Digital identified such a funding mechanism in Illinois and New Jersey, and the cities of Washington, D.C., Chicago, Denver and Boston. The jurisdictions, in particular, used funding from the ARP’s Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund, which was designed to help local governments recover from the pandemic.
We learned two weeks ago that Washington state used $340 million from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF), which was created by the American Rescue Plan Act, to help illegal immigrants.
Trans activist assaults students at Virginia March for Life

The students carried signs that read, “Silence in the face of evil is evil itself,” as well as “I [heart] life.” The group chanted “we are the pro-life generation” as the transgender activist broke through.
Video later showed the activist being arrested by police.
The march in Richmond featured Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin marching alongside students, as well as speakers such as Virginia Lieutenant Governor Winsome Sears.
Fmr Navy Intel Cmdr Reveals Biden Suppressed Info on Previous Chinese Spy Balloons

But now there’s confirmation that the Biden administration was aware of multiple spy balloons.
Former Rear Admiral Michael Studeman had headed up the Office of Navan Intelligence. In an op-ed at the Financial Times, he reveals that “when I was director of intelligence for the Indo-Pacific Command, for example, I watched as numerous requests to publicise Chinese malign activities were disapproved by Washington, including a recommendation to publicise Beijing’s use of high-altitude surveillance balloons over the sovereign airspaces of the US, our allies and Asian partners. This was many months before the shooting down of a Chinese balloon flying over the US last year.”
Now this is important because the Biden administration claimed that it was not aware of previous spy balloons.
Is There Anything California Can’t Turn Into a Right?

Endowed by the ballot harvester electorate and their taxpayer-funded community organizers with a supermajority, California Democrats have nowhere to go but to fulfill every crazy whim of their movement.
Banning single-sex toy sections for kids? Done.
Banning rat traps? Currently in development.
Banning cars? Underway.
But somebody in the California Democratic Party tried to rent an apartment while trying to bring Fido along and was turned down. Time to pass a bill.
IRS Official: “No Problem Going After Small People, Destroying Lives” Use of AI “Unconstitutional”
IRS official Alex Mena who works in “criminal investigations” says @IRSNews, ‘has no problem going after the small people, putting people in prison, and destroying people’s lives.’
Mena ‘doubts the constitutionality’ of his employer, the IRS, using AI to access everybody’s bank accounts nationwide.
Mena recalls IRS agents stating “…the first person you shoot you’re gonna remember, but after that you’re gonna shoot like a hundred people, you’re not gonna remember any of them.”
He says IRS agents “are assholes…they are the definition of an asshole, all of them.”

Google AI Tool Gemini Is Accused of Racism for Refusing To Create Images of White People

According to aggrieved users voicing their concerns on X, the AI tool is seemingly resistant to generating images of white individuals, a bias observed upon testing it with diverse prompts such as Popes, Vikings, American Revolutionary soldiers, and more.
One of the primary concerns centers around the individuals and organizations that program and control these AI systems. Since AI algorithms are designed and trained by humans, they inherently carry the biases, values, and objectives of their creators.
As such, those who develop and deploy AI technologies could gain unprecedented influence and power over society. This power dynamic is especially pertinent when considering Big Tech companies, which are already influential due to their size, reach, and control over vast amounts of data.

No Farmers No Food: Greek Tractor Protests Head to Parliament

The farmers – whose demands are similar to those at farmer protests elsewhere in Europe – have spent weeks staging sporadic blockades along highways and in rural towns. Farmers in central Greece are also still reeling from major floods last year.
The center-right government has expressed sympathy with the farmers but said budgetary constraints prevent it from meeting all their demands, beyond substantial electricity cost reductions.
Protesters say that’s not enough. They want tax-free fuel, debt forgiveness, measures against foreign competition and speedier compensation for damage from natural disasters. Farmers also criticize the substantial markup in shelf prices compared to what wholesalers pay them for their produce.

Polish Farmers Blockade Ukrainian Border, Undermining Globalist PM Tusk and Angering Zelensky

In a significant blow to recently installed globalist Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who has vowed to be the most “pro-Ukrainian politician in Europe,” farmers from his country riled Kyiv once again by shutting down the border crossings at Lublin and Podkarpackie with hundreds of tractors, completely blocking off large transport trucks from coming in and out of the country and sparking queues dozens of miles long, Poland’s PAP news agency reported.
Flying the red and white Polish flags, tractors bore signs reading: “Stop the uncontrolled influx of Ukrainian goods” and “Agriculture is dying little by little” .
Speaking to the French news agency AFP, a farmer at the protest, Tomasz Golak said: “I am here so that we abandon the restrictions introduced by the European Union on fallowing, and the Green Deal, and above all so that these Ukrainian foods stop arriving,” adding: “This year, wheat is selling for half the price of last year”.
Exclusive — Trump Lawyer Alina Habba on NY Ruling: I Will Respond in Appeal and ‘You Can Read It and Weep’

“Ms. [Letitia] James is supposed to value properties now? She’s got a bunch of associates under her, giving you what they think the value of Trump Tower is, and that’s the basis of a lawsuit?” Habba continued, pointing to the absurdity of the entire case.
“Meanwhile, Deutsche Bank and Trump have no problems, no lawsuits. No one’s saying they lost money. No one’s saying they were hurt. Everyone’s saying we did our due diligence. Trump’s saying we did our due diligence. Everybody looks at the values. They put a number on it, they get a deal. They make a contract, and then they’re good on the terms of that contract. Where is the harm? Because Ms. James and Judge Engoron say Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million?” she asked, adding that these people “live in this world where they frankly, have no real knowledge.”
“If you look at Judge Engoron he made a terrible decision that was reversed, hurting landlords and tenants in the state of New York, and he’s known for that. He has said on the record, that even if a jury says something and gets it wrong, he won’t agree with it, and he can use his own powers as a judge to completely disregard what a jury says,” she said. “This is who we are dealing with.”
Arizona prosecutor refuses to extradite suspect in NYC hotel slaying, says Manhattan DA can’t be trusted

An Arizona prosecutor said Wednesday her office will not extradite the man accused of killing a woman in a New York City hotel, calling out Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s “treatment of violent criminals.”
Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell told reporters in Arizona that she’s ordered her staff not to cooperate in any efforts to send Raad Noan Almansoori, 26, back to New York where he’s wanted in connection to the slaying of Denisse Oleas-Arancibia, 38.
“This is not aimed the New York Police Department at all. I know they did a hard job, they did a good job, but we will not be agreeing to extradition,” Mitchell said. “I’ve instructed my extradition attorneys not to agree to that. We’re going to keep him here.”
Almansoori is being held without bail in Arizona, where he’s been accused of stabbing two women.

“Once the state is done with their business with him, we would love for him to be brought into our custody,” he told the news outlet.
VIDEO: Woman throws tantrum in pet store, slaps customer in face

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A woman’s temper tantrum in a pet store left another woman with a bloody nose over the weekend.
Both cellphone and surveillance cameras in a New York City pet store, Citipups, capture the woman kicking a puppy kennel and then yelling at a manager who asked her to leave the store.
The frantic woman is seen trying to grab a man’s phone, who was filming her rampage before she aggressively slaps another customer, spits at her, and walks out.
Court: D.C. Must Fork Over Data About ‘Deceased’ People On Voter Rolls From Leftist-Linked ‘Maintenance’ Group

Judge Ana Reyes of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia oversaw the settlement that determined that Monica Holman Evans, the executive director of the D.C. Board of Elections (DCBOE), must forfeit data reports that ERIC generates about deceased or potentially deceased individuals on D.C.’s voter registration lists to the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF).
As The Federalist has previously reported, the Electronic Registration Information Center, or ERIC, is a widely used voter-roll management organization founded by Democrat activist David Becker that was “sold to states as a quick and easy way to update their voter rolls.”
In actuality, the program inflates voter rolls by requiring member states to contact eligible but unregistered residents to register to vote.
Black California Lawmakers to Introduce Package of 14 Discrimination Reparations Bills

The bills are meant to be the first step in a multi-year effort. Among several issues, they would compensate people whose property was taken in race-based cases of eminent domain, seek an apology from the governor and legislature for human rights violations, and fund community-based programs to decrease violence in Black communities.
But none of the bills being proposed call for cash reparations to be paid, which has garnered criticism from some members of the Black community.
“While many only associate direct cash payments with reparations the true meaning of the word, to repair, involves much more,” Assemblywoman Lori D. Wilson, chair of the California Legislative Black Caucus, said in a written statement.
Exclusive: Iran sends Russia hundreds of ballistic missiles

Iran’s provision of around 400 missiles includes many from the Fateh-110 family of short-range ballistic weapons, such as the Zolfaghar, three Iranian sources said.
This road-mobile missile is capable of striking targets at a distance of between 300 and 700 km (186 and 435 miles), experts say.
The shipments began in early January after a deal was finalised in meetings late last year between Iranian and Russian military and security officials that took place in Tehran and Moscow, one of the Iranian sources said.
An Iranian military official – who, like the other sources, asked not to be identified because of the sensitivity of the information – said there had been at least four shipments of missiles and there would be more in the coming weeks. He declined to provide further details.
Another senior Iranian official said some of the missiles were sent to Russia by ship via the Caspian Sea, while others were transported by plane.
“There will be more shipments,” the second Iranian official said. “There is no reason to hide it. We are allowed to export weapons to any country that we wish to.”
Trident ‘Nuclear’ Missile Crashed Into Sea During Failed Test Firing Off Cape Canaveral

A Trident missile launched off the East Coast of the United States in January from British ‘bomber’ submarine HMS Vanguard “crashed into the ocean” after launch. The missile had a ‘dummy’ warhead and no nuclear material onboard.
The Sun report states claims from the government that it was the test conditions themselves which contributed to the failure, although there was no discussion of what they may have been, although a preference towards using time-expired older missiles due to be scrapped for training could feasibly play a part.
Update 1600: Testing equipment caused failure
UK Defence Minister says the government has “absolute confidence” in Trident after the failed nuclear delivery system test last month. The Times notes he called the missiles: “effective, dependable and formidable… beyond doubt”.
Police search for couple who ran over server after unpaid bill

“I’m just extremely sore,” said Keirah Stack, the server and victim. “I have an infection in my knee now, basically learning to walk all over again.”
With visible bruises and cuts on her ankles and knees, Stack says it’s a miracle she has no broken bones. However, she’s still unable to walk and still in shock over what happened Friday night.
“I just remember, oh my gosh, that did not just happen,” Stack said. “There’s no way they ran me over and are just pulling off.”

Here’s Trump’s shortlist for vice president — some potential running mates may surprise you

“Are they all on your shortlist?” Ingraham asked Trump.
“They’re all solid,” Trump said moments later. “And I always say I want people with common sense because there’s so many things happening in this country that don’t make sense.”
Trump, 77, explained that the “first quality” he’s looking for in any potential running mate is their ability to be “a good president because if something should happen, you have to have somebody that’s going to be a great president.”
However, he acknowledged that “you would like to get somebody that could help you from the voters’ standpoint.”
As for the former president’s last remaining GOP primary opponent — former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley — Trump said he “settled it about three months ago” that she wouldn’t be on his 2024 general election ticket.

Biden fast-tracks $1.2 billion in student loan debt relief for more than 150,000 borrowers

The move comes as Biden has encountered growing dissatisfaction from young voters for several reasons, including his failure to extend student loan debt forgiveness to all American borrowers in the face of his 2024 White House reelection campaign.
The president last year put forward a plan that would have made good on that campaign promise before the Supreme Court ruled his unilateral debt forgiveness proposal unconstitutional.
Wednesday’s announcement affects some 153,000 borrowers owing $1.2 billion, all of whom are eligible for shortened debt forgiveness under the “Plan B” debt plan Biden unrolled following the Supreme Court’s decision, a full six months ahead of the president’s previously announced schedule, according to senior administration officials.
