Trump embraces special prosecutor for weaponization probe and Epstein, vows new declassifications

President Donald Trump on Wednesday embraced the FBI’s decision to open a conspiracy probe into a decade of alleged intelligence abuses and weaponized law enforcement, suggesting it could be led by a special prosecutor and even delve into “credible evidence” in the Jeffrey Epstein case in order to give Americans a greater dose of transparency and accountability.

He also vowed to declassify two highly sensitive pieces of intelligence to help further the prosecutor’s efforts.

“Well, I’m happy that they did that,” Trump said during a wide-ranging interview with the Just the News, No Noise television show when asked about the FBI’s decision a few weeks ago to open a probe that examines abuses from 2016 to 2024 by Democrats and government officials as a continuing criminal conspiracy. “I don’t know much about it, but it deserves to be done.”

“It was a disgrace what happened, what happened in 2016 and what happened in 2020. It’s a disgraceful situation,” he said. “And our voting has to be straightened out. I always say if you don’t have borders, if you don’t have fair and free voting, you don’t have a country.”

Unprompted, Trump then volunteered on his own that a special prosecutor – if one is appointed by Justice – to look at weaponization could also delve into “anything credible” on Jeffrey Epstein and his files to make sure Americans have a full accounting.

“I think they could look at all of it. It’s all the same scam. They could look at this Jeffrey Epstein hoax also, because that’s the same stuff that’s all put out by Democrats,” Trump said, when asked what he’d most like to see the FBI investigate.

When pressed whether he was comfortable with a special prosecutor on weaponization also looking at Epstein, he answered, “They’ve already looked at it, and they are looking at it, and I think all they have to do is put out anything credible.”

The Trump administration vowed to release all remaining evidence in the now-deceased financier’s sex scandal and prosecutions, but its early efforts were hampered by missteps by Attorney General Pam Bondi, which created distrust in the MAGA base….

Trump DOJ indicts 9 in Spokane ICE protest; sheriff backs action, mayor outraged

After federal authorities arrested nine individuals in Spokane on Tuesday, some local officials rushed to call it politically motivated – an attempt to silence dissent against President Donald Trump’s immigration agenda – but the county sheriff says some actions have consequences.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Washington announced the arrests Tuesday in connection with a June 11 protest at a federal facility in Spokane. Former City Council President Ben Stuckart had led the demonstration that eventually led to his arrest and that of 10 others.

Local law enforcement charged many of the protesters with failure to disperse. A few others got charged with unlawful imprisonment and assault, but the U.S. Department of Justice stepped in on July 9, filing a grand jury indictment. Now, the nine defendants could face years behind bars.

“I support the right to protest peacefully and legally, but criminal conduct, as alleged in yesterday’s federal indictments, is not protected by the Constitution,” Spokane County Sheriff John Nowels told The Center Square. “If found guilty, these individuals must be held accountable for their actions.”

According to a press release, Stuckart faces federal charges of conspiracy to impede or injure officers along with the other eight people arrested Tuesday.

That includes Justice Forral, director of operations for Spokane Community Against Racism, who the mayor appointed to the Human Rights Commission, and local artist Erin Lang, who were both initially charged locally for felony unlawful imprisonment. Forral was also charged locally with assault in the days after the protest…..

Rand Paul says the best way to ‘test’ the autopen pardon is to indict Fauci…

It’s been a long time coming, hasn’t it? The idea of Anthony Fauci actually facing justice for everything he did—lying to Congress, covering up the origins of COVID, pushing lockdowns and mandates while he played both sides, and the vaccine lies—has felt almost impossible in this upside-down country where elites seem to get away with murder.

But Senator Rand Paul has never given up on taking Fauci down.

And now, with the whole “autopen pardon” scandal blowing up, and Fauci being at the very center of that, Rand just laid out a simple plan to put it all on the table and test those flimsy pardons: Indict Fauci.

Let him try to use that shady pardon. Then fight it out in court.

Pretty smart, right?

In a video clip blowing up on social media, Paul demands that Fauci be held accountable for the devastating lies he told during the COVID pandemic. Especially surrounding the gain-of-function research and the origins of the so-called deadly virus (with over a 90 percent survival rate).

But there’s more at stake here than just one man’s lies. This is about the entire Dem-led weaponization of a pandemic that was used to reset, censor, control, and crush the American people and hijack a US election…

Trump Trashes Own MAGA Supporters Who Want More Jeffrey Epstein Answers, with Rich Lowry

Megyn Kelly is joined by National Review’s Rich Lowry to discuss Trump trashing his own MAGA supporters who want more Jeffrey Epstein answers, promising to release further documents that are “credible” but slamming the entire story as a “hoax,” his ongoing support for AG Bondi, and more.

Were They Right All Along?!

A French court just ruled it’s not defamatory to say Brigitte Macron is a man—and the internet has exploded.

Piers Morgan, Candace Owens, and a chorus of critics are weighing in. But beyond the genital jokes and bizarre theories, is there something deeper here?

What does it mean when world leaders have secrets they’d rather not discuss—sexual or otherwise? And why do these strange stories seem to pop up wherever power congregates? Join me as we peel back the satin curtain and ask: what’s really going on in the bedrooms of the elite?

Report: Microsoft’s Chinese Engineers Access Pentagon Systems with Minimal Oversight from ‘Digital Escorts’

Jason Redmond/AFP/Getty

A ProPublica investigation has uncovered that Microsoft is relying on engineers based in China to help maintain sensitive computer systems for the U.S. Department of Defense, with only minimal oversight from U.S. personnel.

This arrangement, which Microsoft deems critical to winning the Pentagon’s cloud computing business, could potentially expose some of the country’s most sensitive data to espionage and hacking by China.

The system relies on U.S. workers with security clearances, known as “digital escorts,” to supervise the Chinese engineers and serve as a firewall against malicious activities.

However, ProPublica found that these escorts often lack the advanced technical skills needed to effectively monitor the foreign workers, who possess far greater coding expertise. Some escorts are ex-military with little software engineering experience, earning barely above minimum wage.

While Microsoft claims it has disclosed details of this escort model to the government, former U.S. officials interviewed said they were unaware of the arrangement.

Cybersecurity experts were also surprised, noting that this setup presents a prime opportunity for Chinese operatives to infiltrate U.S. networks….

Japan calls axis of China, Russia, North Korea the ‘gravest threat’ to global order since WWII

The joint operations between China and Russia combined with threats coming from North Korea pose the greatest threat to global order since World War II, Japan’s defense ministry said in a new document.

“The existing order of world peace is being seriously challenged, and Japan finds itself in the most severe and complex security environment of the post-war era,” Defense Minister Gen Nakatani said in the annual document. “The international society is in a new crisis era as it faces the biggest challenges since the end of World War II.”

The world’s greatest threats are centered in the Indo-Pacific, where Japan is located, and are expected to get worse in coming years, he added.

And amid questions about what role Japan would play if war broke out between the U.S. and China over Taiwan, the minister called the U.S. a “key pillar of our national security policy and the cornerstone of peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.”..

The presence of Chinese warships off the coast of southwestern Japan has tripled in the last three years, including in waters between Taiwan and the neighboring Japanese island of Yonaguni, the paper said.

Russia has engaged in joint activities with China involving aircraft and vessels. …

Senate marches toward passing Trump’s $9B clawback bill after dramatic late-night votes

Late-night dramatics and surprise defections capped off the push to advance President Donald Trump’s multibillion-dollar clawback package through procedural hurdles, but now lawmakers are nearing the finish line.

Lawmakers cruised through hours of debate on Trump’s $9 billion rescissions package Wednesday morning and are now entering into another vote-a-rama, where both sides of the aisle can offer an unlimited number of amendments to the package.

At stake are clawbacks that would yank back congressionally approved funding for foreign aid programs and public broadcasting, which Senate Democrats, and some Republicans, have admonished.

The president’s rescissions package proposed cutting just shy of $8 billion from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and over $1 billion from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), the government-backed funding arm for NPR and PBS.

Republicans have broadly lauded the targets, arguing that they are scraping back funding for “woke” programs that do little more than to gird the government’s spending addiction…

Laura Ingraham Obtains Criminal Referral on Adam Schiff — Shocking Allegations of Mortgage Fraud and Falsified Bank Records Revealed

Screenshot: Fox News

On Tuesday night’s episode of The Ingraham Angle, Laura revealed that she had exclusively obtained a criminal referral for none other than Democrat Senator Adam Schiff — and the allegations are explosive.

The criminal referral, reportedly submitted to the U.S. Department of Justice by Housing Director Bill Pulte, accuses Schiff of falsifying bank documents and property records over a period of 16 years in order to score more favorable mortgage terms.

The fraudulent activity allegedly spanned from 2003 to 2019, and centers on a lavish Potomac, Maryland home — while Schiff simultaneously maintained a questionable condo in Burbank, California.

“The referral, submitted to the DOJ by Housing Director Bill Pulte, alleges that Schiff has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms—impacting payments from 2003 to 2019 for a Potomac, Maryland-based property. Schiff owns a home in California and another in Maryland,” said Ingraham.

“Well, perhaps—perhaps—when the Democrats decided to have Mr. High and Mighty Adam Schiff head an impeachment witch hunt against Trump, they should have done their due diligence—not just on their absurd allegations, but on their own chairman.”

Rumble and Truth Social Fight Back After Another Censorship Demand From Brazil

Rumble and Truth Social have taken their fight against Brazil’s censorship to a Florida courtroom again, objecting to what they call an illegitimate and overreaching demand from Brazil’s Supreme Court.

The companies accuse Justice Alexandre de Moraes of yet again attempting to enforce Brazilian judicial authority beyond its borders, targeting US-based platforms and violating international norms.

That order commands Rumble to block an account connected to political commentator Rodrigo Constantino throughout Brazil and to surrender user data or face a fine of R$100,000 (around US$20,000) per day, starting that same evening.

The companies argue that the demand is both procedurally flawed and legally unenforceable.

Rather than being transmitted through established treaty mechanisms, the order was sent by email. Rumble and Truth Social contend this method is improper and strips the order of legal validity.

Constantino, now a US citizen, is entitled to privacy protections under American law, and the platforms maintain that sharing his data would breach those protections.

They also note that the account in question has been inactive since December 2023, and that their services have already been blocked in Brazil since February.

“Rumble [platform] does not intend to comply with the defendant’s demands because they are invalid and unenforceable,” the companies declared in the filing…
