Illegal Immigrant Violently Gropes Uber Driver, Causes Her To Crash
Oscar Ernesto Sanchez-Aguire, who hails from El Salvador, snuck across the border undetected, the Department of Homeland Security told The Daily Wire. Last month, authorities finally learned about him after he allegedly violently groped the ride-share driver.
The unidentified victim said Sanchez-Aguire, 26, told her to turn down a dark street before he covered her mouth and began attacking her, according to Local 10.
The woman was left with bruising to her chest, scratches to her neck and scrapes to her mouth, according to the local news outlet.
“In that moment, I panicked and lost control of the car and crashed,” she said.
The woman crashed into another car, causing it to hit the wall of a church. Her vehicle then hit the concrete wall of a storage facility.
Sanchez-Aguire then allegedly jumped out of the car and began running, but was later nabbed.
A witness, Candela Navarro, reported seeing the Uber driver “trapped inside the car,” which “was completely destroyed,” according to 7News.
“She was, like, stuck inside of the car and in a state of shock that you can’t even imagine, so I immediately – the deal was to get close to the car and, like, tell her I’m going to help her. Like, I don’t care if the car maybe can explode or whatever, because the car was a mess,” Navarro said.
“What she immediately [said] was, ‘He tried to rape me, he tried to rape me, he tried to touch me, abuse me,’ and I was like, ‘Oh, my God,’” the witness said.
“This is yet another example of how years of open border policies have resulted in a heartbreaking number of preventable attacks. This monster should never have been in our country in the first place and had the opportunity to prey on this innocent woman,” Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement on Friday.
“Every day, we’re working to get illegal aliens out of our country before more innocent Americans are victimized,” McLaughlin said….
Brian Cole Jr.’s location just the latest snag in the DOJ’s evolving Jan. 6 pipe-bomb narrative
The FBI’s narrative about the autistic Virginia man being prosecuted in federal court for allegedly placing two pipe bombs on Capitol Hill keeps running into snags, including suspect Brian J. Cole Jr.’s apparent location during key segments of the pipe-bomb timeline.
After arresting Cole, 30, of Woodbridge, Va., on Dec. 4, the FBI said Cole waived his Miranda rights and made a “detailed confession” with no attorney present. Cole allegedly said he planted bombs at the Democratic National Committee building and the Capitol Hill Club adjacent to the Republican National Committee building on Jan. 5, 2021.
Some of the details in Cole’s confession, which his attorneys now question, conflict with newly developed evidence from independent investigations.
Cole’s prosecution does not explain other case details, including years of the FBI altering video evidence, failure to preserve key case evidence, and the dozens of police officers and Secret Service agents who went near the bombs on Jan. 6 but did not act as if they were a threat to the public.

6 minutes of separation
In a court filing in the U.S. Department of Justice’s criminal case against Cole, the FBI said Cole parked his blue 2017 Nissan Sentra SV on the south side of D Street SE sometime prior to 7:34 p.m. on Jan. 5. The FBI claims Cole then walked to the DNC building to place the first of the two pipe bombs he allegedly transported to Capitol Hill.
The section of D Street that runs between Folger Park and Providence Park is just beyond the coverage area of U.S. Capitol Police street cameras.
The pipe-bomber was able to avoid CCTV detection for eight minutes of the more than 50-minute bomb-drop period, possibly due to a familiarity with the location of USCP security cameras. That potential familiarity is evidenced by the suspect’s seeming sudden appearance at 7:35 p.m., disappearance from the bomb route at 8 p.m., and reappearance at 8:08 p.m.
The FBI has theorized that the suspect retreated into or near Folger Park — which is bounded by 2nd Street, D Street, 3rd Street, and E Street — likely to retrieve the second pipe bomb for placement behind the Capitol Hill Club.
In a October 2025 video update, the FBI stated the bomber only carried one device at a time in a backpack. Folger Park, where there are no USCP cameras, appears the likely place to which the suspect retreated during the “missing” eight minutes when the bomber didn’t appear on security cameras…..
Satellite images show Iran focusing on repairing ballistic missile sites damaged in US strikes
Satellite images indicate Iran is working swiftly to repair more than a dozen ballistic missile facilities damaged in US and Israeli strikes last year — with the Islamic Republic apparently prioritizing its missile arsenal over destroyed major nuclear sites.
Various degrees of construction work have already been underway at more than half of the two dozen missile sites that were hit during the 12-day war with Israel, according to experts and a New York Times analysis of the imagery.
Minimal work appears to have been carried out, though, at the three major nuclear plants President Trump said had been “obliterated” during the brief conflict last June.
Experts said the repair timeline was a sign Iran was prioritizing bolstering its missile stockpile — just as fears mounted among the Islamic Republic’s clerical leadership that Trump may follow through with threats to strike the region.
“The emphasis that’s been put on rebuilding the missile program stands in contrast to the nuclear program,” Sam Lair, a research associate at California’s James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, said.
The satellite images suggest some repair works were made in the immediate aftermath of the strikes — and have only ramped up in recent months.
The Shahroud Space Center — an Iranian missile test facility — appeared to up and running again just a few months after the strikes unfolded, according to the images….

New York City’s first Muslim mayor cited verses from the Quran before saying he is strengthening sanctuary city laws to protect illegal aliens.
Mayor Zohran Mamdani (D) made the comments during an interfaith prayer meeting on Friday morning. The order will prohibit Immigration and Customs Enforcement from entering city property without a judicial warrant.
“I consider my own faith, Islam, a religion built upon a narrative of migration,” said Mamdani. “The story of the Hijrah reminds us that prophet Muhammad … was a stranger too who fled Mecca and was welcomed in Medina.”
The order will also create a new task force to focus on immigration and ICE, increase protections on private data, and institute a review on agency policies to ensure they follow the mayor’s directives.
He went on to site several other Quran verses.
“‘As for those who immigrated in the cause of Allah after being persecuted, we shall surely bless them with a good home in this world,'” he quoted. “Or as the prophet Muhammed … said, ‘Islam began as something strange and will go back to being strange. So glad tidings to the strangers.'”
Here the audience applauded his quote.
“If faith offers us the moral compass to stand alongside the stranger, government can provide the resources,” Mamdani continued. “Let us create a new expectation of city hall, where power is wielded to love, to embrace, and to protect. We will stand with the stranger today, tomorrow, and all the days that are still to come.”

Kid Rock says TPUSA’s alternate halftime show is for people who love Jesus and America
Musician Kid Rock pushed back against critics as he prepares to headline Turning Point USA’s “All-American Halftime Show” this weekend, saying the event is meant to celebrate a love of country, not spread hate.
Turning Point USA, which was co-founded by Charlie Kirk, is hosting its own alternative to the Super Bowl halftime show this Sunday. The event comes as conservatives criticize the NFL’s choice to feature Latin music star Bad Bunny as the halftime performer.
“I think I speak for Turning Point and all the artists involved, that none of us are approaching this with any hate in our hearts at all,” Kid Rock said Friday on “Fox & Friends.”
“It’s just a love for our base and love for music, our country,” he added.
Kid Rock is slated to headline the event, which will also feature Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice and Gabby Barrett.
The Detroit native, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, argued that many Americans feel like they’re not being seen by the NFL and the entertainment industry.
“There’s a big portion of this country, like it or not, that’s underserved entertainment-wise. We’re just [going to] go play for our base. You know, people who love America, love football, love Jesus,” Kid Rock said….
DOT crackdown pulls hundreds of English-illiterate, illegal immigrant truckers off roads as crashes mount
Federal transportation officials nabbed hundreds of truckers found not to be proficient in English, as otherwise routine stops at weigh stations led to thousands of violations amid a three-day national crackdown.
The latest iteration of Operation SafeDRIVE (Distracted, Reckless, Impaired, Visibility Enforcement) ran from Jan. 13–15 on trucking corridors in 26 states and the District of Columbia and removed nearly 2,000 unqualified truckers and other drivers from the road, USDOT’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) told Fox News Digital.
The news comes just days after a Kyrgyz national caused a deadly wreck after he failed to brake for stopped traffic on a state road in Jay County, Indiana, crossed the median and slammed into oncoming traffic.
USDOT Secretary Sean Duffy told Fox News Digital that Operation SafeDRIVE saw the FMCSA partner with state law enforcement in a high-visibility enforcement and education effort, addressing unsafe drivers of all types on the nation’s highways.
Operation SafeDRIVE conducted more than 8,200 inspections that led to 704 drivers being taken off the road and out of service.
About 500 of those truckers were penalized for failing English proficiency standards….
Gov. Newsom’s ‘Big Oil’ war creates collateral damage as private property values rendered worthless
California Gov. Gavin Newsom has made his war on the state’s oil and gas industry a hallmark of his administration. In 2023, he declared that he “took on Big Oil and won,” after passing laws requiring refiners to publicize data as part of an effort to find evidence of price gouging, which turned up none.
After years of passing stringent regulations on the state’s oil and gas industry, refineries closed and Chevron moved its headquarters to Texas.
While “Big Oil” has been Newsom’s primary target, individual mineral owners have been swept up in the governor’s effort to stamp out oil and gas production. A law Newsom signed in 2022 bans new oil and gas operations around “community spaces.” This means California mineral owners that are near one of these areas can no longer use their property.
According to a lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California by two mineral owners in the state, this constitutes an unconstitutional taking of their property under the Fifth Amendment.
The law, SB 1137, bans new oil wells within 3,200 feet of “health protection zones,” which are areas around homes, schools, hospitals and just about anywhere people live, work or gather.
Sometimes real estate has what is called split estate, where the surface of the property has one owner and the minerals beneath the surface have a different owner.
Mineral rights owners can engage in the development of resources beneath the surface, such as mining or oil and gas production, and surface owners can build, rent, live on, or farm the land.
According to their complaint, the Morgans’ grandmother passed some of Hancock’s mineral rights to the siblings via a trust. The complaint adds that the Morgans were in talks with operators about drilling new wells or turning idle wells into producing wells. Both activities are now banned under SB 1137.
Since the siblings don’t own the surface rights, their property has now been rendered worthless, they say. ..

Shocking $8.6 billion new fraud uncovered in California
More massive fraud has been uncovered in California.
Only a day after the state’s Attorney-General Rob Bonta dismissed as ”baseless” claims of widespread fraud raging across the state, the Small Business Administration announced they’ve uncovered $8.6 billion in dodgy COVID-era loans.
SBA administrator Kelly Loeffler announced Friday the agency has suspended more than 111,000 California borrowers suspected of committing fraud during the pandemic.
They are accused of collecting money under the paycheck protection and economic injury disaster loans from the federal government that were supposed to ease the economic burden from COVID.
“Once again, the Trump SBA is taking decisive action to deliver accountability in a state whose unaccountable welfare policies have created a culture of fraud and abuse at the expense of law-abiding taxpayers and small business owners,” Loeffler told The Post.
“This staggering number represents the most significant crack-down on those who defrauded pandemic programs, and it illuminates the scale of corruption that the Biden Administration tolerated for years.”

Ever since then, Satan has been on the defensive—and has targeted the line through which the Messiah would come: the children of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel.
If Satan could have totally corrupted all of the human race before the flood, then there would be no Messiah. He failed. If Satan, working through Pharaoh, could have destroyed all the Hebrew baby boys, then there would be no Messiah. Again, he failed. Satan tried to destroy the Jewish people through the Assyrians, the Egyptians, the Babylonians, the Medes and Persians, King Herod, the Romans in 70 AD, Hitler in World War II, and through the horrors and atrocities that we saw on October 7th, 2023.
Again and again, Satan failed to destroy the Jewish people. Why would he even want to do that? Very simply, because he hates what God loves.
God loves the Jewish people and has a very bright future for Israel.

Trump Moves To Strip Protections From Senior Bureaucrats In Escalation Of Deep State Crackdown
The Trump administration is preparing a sweeping overhaul of federal employment rules that would make it significantly easier to discipline—and potentially fire—career officials in senior government positions, intensifying President Donald Trump’s long-running campaign against what he describes as a hostile “deep state.”
According to a Wall Street Journal exclusive, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is set to issue a final rule creating a new employment category for high-ranking career officials whose roles involve shaping or executing administration policy. Roughly 50,000 federal workers could fall under the change, losing long-standing civil-service protections that have made dismissals difficult for decades.
Under the new framework, affected employees would no longer be able to appeal firings or disciplinary actions to an independent civil-service board. OPM officials say the rule targets positions that are policy-determining, policymaking, or policy-advocating in nature, aligning accountability more closely with presidential authority.
The move is part of a broader effort by the Trump administration to overhaul federal agencies, shrink the bureaucracy, and root out internal resistance. Senior political appointees argue entrenched officials have actively obstructed Trump’s agenda, fueling the president’s claim that unelected bureaucrats have undermined democratic governance.
OPM Director Scott Kupor said the rule is designed to address what officials view as deliberate obstruction inside government agencies. He warned that “conscientious objection” crosses a line when it becomes sabotage or an effort to thwart lawful policy objectives, adding that such conduct would no longer be shielded by civil-service rules….

The initial announcement came weeks after conservative outrage mounted over Spanish-language rapper and singer Bad Bunny’s selection as the Super Bowl halftime performer. Many Republican figureheads labeled the Puerto Rican superstar a “massive Donald Trump hater,” an “anti-ICE activist,” and slammed him for having “no songs in English.”
As part of its announcement, Turning Point USA included a link to a website, prompting users to fill out a form to sign up for updates about the upcoming event. One of the questions asked, “What music genres would you like to see featured?” with the listed options: Anything in English, Americana, Classic Rock, Country, Hip Hop, Pop and Worship.
The All-American Halftime Show, which promises to celebrate “faith, family and freedom,” is scheduled to take place the same night as the 2026 Super Bowl — February 8.
It’s still unknown where the event will be held, though it will broadcast across four conservative networks: Charge!, DailyWire+, TBN and Real America’s Voice. It will also stream on Turning Point USA’s social media channels, including YouTube, X and Rumble….
