Bondi orders evidence sent to grand jury for Russia collusion hoax: Report
Attorney General Pam Bondi on Monday signed an order for a federal prosecutor to present evidence to a grand jury to mull charges related to the Russia collusion hoax, Fox News reported.
The move follows Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard sending criminal referrals to the Department of Justice. The convening of a grand jury does not guarantee the filing of charges. Rather, it is the job of the grand jury to recommend charges if they believe sufficient evidence exists to justify a prosecution.
Gabbard, in July, stated that she had sent evidence to the DOJ related to U.S. intelligence officials allegedly politicizing intelligence connected to the Russia collusion investigation, calling the matter a “treasonous conspiracy.”
ODNI, at the time, said the evidence “revealed overwhelming evidence that demonstrates how, after President Trump won the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton, President Obama and his national security cabinet members manufactured and politicized intelligence to lay the groundwork for what was essentially a years-long coup against President Trump.”

Some 280,000 people live in the five northernmost counties of Idaho. One of the key public officials responsible for their health is Thomas Fletcher, a retired radiologist who lives on a 160-acre farm near Sandpoint.
Fletcher grew up in Texas and moved to Idaho in 2016, looking for a place where he could live a rural life alongside likeminded conservatives. In 2022, he joined the seven-member board of health of the Panhandle Health District, the regional public health authority, and he was appointed chairman last summer.
PHD handles everything from cancer screenings to restaurant hygiene inspections, and the business of the board is often mundane, almost invisible. Then, this February, Fletcher issued a short announcement online.
Parents, he wrote, should be informed of the potential harms of common childhood vaccines. It was time for the board to discuss how best to communicate those risks, rather than “withholding information contra the CDC narrative.”
Fletcher invited everyone who believes in “full disclosure and transparency when providing informed consent on childhood vaccines” to attend the next monthly meeting of the board, on a Thursday afternoon.
PHD board meetings tend to be sparsely attended. This one was standing-room only—the start of a monthslong debate over vaccine safety and the question of what, exactly, it means to provide informed consent.

“I know the state attorney here is going to be doing the Lord’s work to make sure that these people go away for absolutely as long as possible, and then those that shouldn’t have even been in this country, they’ll go back where they came from after they’ve served their time,” Uthmeier said during a press conference on this operation, as a handful arrested are foreign nationals with ICE detainers.
“To go after young kids, there is no defense, there is no justification, there is no excuse,” Uthmeier said. “It will not happen. It cannot happen in Florida, and we will work every day to make sure that we are getting every single one of these guys off the streets.”….

Gun Control Fail: 8 Shot, 2 Killed Monday Morning in Los Angeles
KTLA reported that the incident occurred in an area where there was an “afterparty” following a festival called, “Way After You Go Hard – Afterparty Day 2.”
Another party had also been held in the area, which police broke up around 11:00 p.m.
ABC 7 noted that a 29-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman were killed in the shooting. Of the six who were injured, two of them are in critical condition.
California leads the nation in Second Amendment restrictions, with Mike Bloomberg-affiliated Everytown for Gun Safety ranking the Golden State number one for gun control.
The controls include an “assault weapons” ban, “high capacity” magazine ban, universal background checks, firearm registration requirements, a 10-day waiting period on gun purchases, a limit on the number of guns a law-abiding citizen can buy each month, a ban on campus carry for self-defense, a ban on K-12 teachers being armed for classroom defense, and a ban on licensed concealed carry in so-called sensitive places, among many other prohibitions.
Despite all these gun laws, California also led the nation in “active shooter incidents” in 2021 and 2023.
ICE lodges detainers against 3 Venezuelans charged with capital murder in Texas
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement lodged detainers against three migrants from Venezuela who have been charged with capital murder in Texas.
Yosguar Aponte Jimenez, Jose Trivino-Cruz and Jesus Bellorin-Guzman allegedly were involved in the June 20 shooting death of 48-year-old Santiago Lopez Morales at a Motel 6 in Garland, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
“Three depraved criminal illegal aliens from Venezuela were released into the U.S. under the Biden administration and are now facing capital murder and robbery charges for shooting and killing a man at a motel in Dallas County, Texas,” Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement provided to Fox News.
“Thanks to the brave men and women of ICE law enforcement, these criminal illegal aliens’ crime spree is OVER. These vicious criminals have no place in the U.S. ICE has lodged a detainer to ensure they are removed from our country after they face justice for their heinous crimes,” she added.
The DHS, citing local media reports, said investigators linked the June 20 shooting to an aggravated robbery at a Deluxe Inn located about a mile away from the Motel 6.
In that incident, the victim said two Hispanic males were banging on her door and when she opened it, they forced their way inside at gunpoint, made her undress and assaulted her before stealing jewelry, cash and an ID, KDFW reported, citing a police report.
The station added that the suspects later allegedly admitted to Garland detectives that they would arrange meetings with prostitutes to rob them of their money and valuables, with Jimenez allegedly claiming they performed more than 25 robberies….
European leaders decry Hamas video of Israeli captives: ‘unlimited inhumanity’
Leaders from across Europe responded in horror on Sunday to the recent footage released by Hamas of Israeli captives Rom Braslavski and Evyatar David, who were taken hostage nearly 670 days ago.
French President Emmanuel Macron took to X to call the clearly emancipated state of both hostages a depiction of Hamas’ “unlimited inhumanity” and decried it as “abject cruelty.”

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz echoed Macron’s comments in an interview with German outlet Bild on Sunday and reportedly said the videos of the hostages “show that Hamas should no longer play a role in the future of Gaza.”

U.K. Foreign Secretary David Lammy also took to X on Sunday and called the videos “sickening” displays of Hamas “propaganda.”

Despite the best efforts of Russiagate-complicit media to dismiss as “Russian disinformation” the latest revelations in this escalating scandal implicating President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton in the treasonous “years-long coup” against President Trump, the public is paying attention and wants heads to roll.
According to a Rasmussen poll released Monday, nearly two-thirds of voters (65%) are following declassified releases over the past month by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) “very closely” (32%) or “somewhat closely” (33%), repudiating the calculated media silence about the Obama administration’s fake narratives and manipulation of intelligence to frame Trump as a Kremlin stooge to cover up Clinton’s wrongdoing.
The poll of 1,172 likely voters, conducted July 29-31, shows 54% believe Obama administration officials committed serious crimes in “manipulating intelligence,” with 37% saying it’s “very likely” and 17% saying it’s “somewhat likely.”
A staggering 69% agree it is critical that the perpetrators be held accountable “for the survival of our country.”
Even more disturbing for Democrats is that it’s not just Republicans who are concerned. The poll shows 56% of Democrats are following the investigation, 32% believe serious crimes were committed and 59% agree the perpetrators must be “held accountable.” The respective Republican comparison is 75%, 83% and 86%.
Hispanics are more cynical about the scandal than either black or white voters, with 66% saying serious crimes were committed and 74% wanting accountability, compared to 51% and 65%, respectively, for blacks and 53% and 69%, respectively, for whites.
Men are more concerned than women, with 74% vs. 59% following the revelations closely, 60% vs. 49% believing there is serious criminality, and 72% vs. 66% favoring accountability.
It’s a demonstration of the impotence of Democrat-allied media, like the New York Times, Washington Post, ABC, NBC and CBS, which showered themselves with praise and Pulitzer Prizes for their since-debunked stories about Russiagate and are hoping their audience is willing to be duped again. But like the boy who cried wolf, no one is listening anymore.
According to Gabbard’s office, ABC, CBS and NBC spent a total of 2,284 minutes covering Russiagate, yet they have devoted only 2 minutes and 17 seconds on the disclosures of the last couple of weeks. Even when they mention the story, it’s to try to debunk it.
