A sicko parolee raped a stranger in a terrifying attack on the streets of the Bronx early Tuesday — just weeks after he walked out of prison, police said.
Nicholas Dejesus, 42, grabbed the 33-year-old woman’s neck from behind as she stood on Broadway near West 230th Street in Kingsbridge at around 5:30 a.m., cops and sources said.
“Give it to me or I’ll kill you,” the creep told her, according to authorities.
The sicko repeatedly punched the victim in the face as she resisted, leaving her dazed and dizzy before forcing himself on her, cops said.
Dejesus then tried to stop the victim from leaving and walked with her southbound on Broadway, where he asked to have sex with her again, cops and sources said.
But the victim managed to escape into a Dunkin’ Donuts, where workers called 911, the sources said.
First responders rushed the victim to a local hospital, where she was treated for multiple cuts on her mouth and cheek, cops and sources said.
Dejesus took off, managing to evade capture for about 12 hours before he was arrested and charged with rape, sexual abuse, assault and harassment, police said. …

York County Shooting: Multiple Police Officers Shot In North Codorus Township In Spring Grove
Authorities are responding to an active police incident in North Codorus Township, York County, Pennsylvania, involving an officer-involved shooting. Multiple police and EMS units are on the scene, with several officers injured.
At least two officers are being transported via medevac units, which were requested due to the severity of the injuries. A helicopter and multiple fire police have been called to the area of the 1800 block of Haar Road, according to York County online dispatch records.
The Spring Grove School District has posted on its website that all district schools, from kindergarten through 12th grade, are sheltering in place due to the officer-involved incident. Officials confirmed that the situation is unrelated to students and staff.
Ted Czech, the public information officer for York County, confirmed that a call initially came in around 2:10 p.m. reporting the police incident.
Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro addressed the situation via a post on X, saying, “I’ve been briefed on the situation involving law enforcement in York County, and am on my way there now. We ask those in the area to please follow the directions of local law enforcement and @PAStatePolice.”

As expected, the most recent Houston operation has also been disregarded by the media though it was just as alarming. In only a week ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) arrested over 800 criminal aliens, many of them transnational gang members, with disturbing records. More than 320 of the offenders had previously been deported from the U.S. and 112 illegally reentered the country at least once after getting deported.
“During the past four years, transnational gang members, foreign fugitives and other violent criminal aliens took advantage of the crisis at our southern border to illegally enter the country,” said Houston’s ICE ERO Director Gabriel Martinez in a statement issued by the agency a few days ago. “Many of them remained in the Houston area and have gone on to wreak havoc in our local communities.”
Martinez added that the most recent weeklong operation focused on targeting those threats to public safety and resulted in the arrest of 822 illegal aliens, including five transnational gang members, seven child predators and three criminal aliens convicted of homicide-related offenses….

Assistant principal among three fatally shot outside Lincoln Middle School in Berwyn
A middle school principal was one of three shot and killed in a “domestic-related” shooting outside Lincoln Middle School in Berwyn, the school announced Wednesday.
Nerissa Lee was an assistant principal at Lincoln and she was identified as one of the victims of the Tuesday afternoon shooting in the 6400 block of 16th Street in Berwyn Tuesday, Berwyn North School District 98 Superintendent Michelle Smith said in a message to the school district community.
“It is with great sadness that I announce to you that Nerissa Lee, Assistant Principal at Lincoln Middle School, lost her life in yesterday’s tragic shooting that occurred outside of Lincoln,” Lee said in the statement.
About 4 p.m., police responded to a call of shots fired to find a man in a car firing shots into another vehicle with a rifle before fatally shooting himself, police said. He also fired shots at responding officers, who took cover but did not return fire.
Lincoln Middle School will resume classes Thursday with counselors available, Smith said.
No students were hurt in the shooting, and police believe it was an isolated incident.

Milwaukee Police Arrest Two After Finding Six Children Locked in Storage Unit
Police in Milwaukee say two adults were arrested after six children, ranging in age from 2 months to 9 years, were found locked inside a storage unit.
Milwaukee Police responded to a StorSafe storage facility at 1:36 a.m. Tuesday. Officers found six children – ages 2 months, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 9 – locked in a unit. None of them were harmed.
“Why would anyone keep six kids in a storage unit?” one resident said. “To me, it sounds like a cry for help maybe or maybe just needed help and didn’t know how to get it.”
A 26-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man were taken into custody in connection with the incident.
“They should’ve been arrested. I would’ve arrested them if I was the police,” the resident said.
Police have not released details about the relationship between the adults in custody and the children or the circumstances that led to the children being placed in the storage unit.
The investigation is ongoing.
Charges will be reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
Fed approves quarter-point interest rate cut and sees two more coming this year
The Federal Reserve on Wednesday approved a widely anticipated rate cut and signaled that two more are on the way before the end of the year as concerns intensified over the U.S. labor market.
In an 11-to-1 vote signaling less dissent than Wall Street had anticipated, the Federal Open Market Committee lowered its benchmark overnight lending rate by a quarter percentage point. The decision puts the overnight funds rate in a range between 4.00%-4.25%.
Newly-installed Governor Stephen Miran was the only policymaker voting against the quarter-point move, instead advocating for a half-point cut.
Governors Michelle Bowman and Christopher Waller, looked at for possible additional dissents, both voted for the 25-basis point reduction. All were appointed by President Donald Trump, who has badgered the Fed all summer to cut not merely in its traditional quarter-point moves but to lower the fed funds rate quickly and aggressively.
In the post-meeting statement, the committee again characterized economic activity as having “moderated” but added language saying that “job gains have slowed” and noted that inflation “has moved up and remains somewhat elevated.” Lower job growth and higher inflation are in conflict with the Fed’s twin goals of stable prices and full employment….

On September 15, Vice President JD Vance guest-hosted a special memorial episode of “The Charlie Kirk Show” from the White House following the assassination of the Turning Point USA founder last week.

The Key to Being ‘Woke-Proof,’ Is Standing On The Authority Of Scripture
What do I say?
In our cancel culture, have you ever been at a loss for words during a sensitive conversation? Are you looking for help on how to respond to issues like gay marriage, abortion, or racism?
During a seminar at the Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove last month, Ken Ham reminded attendees that they don’t need the answer to every question. They only need a foundation in Scripture.
In “The Key to Being Woke-Proof,” Ham showed that by studying God’s Word—including Genesis 1–11—Christians can develop a Biblical worldview that will help them respond to any moral issue today. The apologist and founder of Answers in Genesis shared that addressing the culture is less about knowing facts and figures. It’s more about standing on the authority of Scripture and sharing that with others, he said.
Setting the Foundation
Many can quote Genesis 1:1 from memory: “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” Though it’s familiar, Ham urged the audience not to brush past this ancient truth.
“If that verse is not true, neither is the rest of the Bible,” he said.
Some people today already disagree with the idea of an omnipotent God, said Ham, adding that we should be compassionate toward those who struggle with this concept. But we can also be confident that the intricacies of creation point to a loving Creator.
“We’re created beings, and we had a beginning. Because of that, we can’t conceive of someone that doesn’t have a beginning,” he explained.
Starting with an all-powerful God sets the stage for the Bible’s central message of redemption. The main story throughout Scripture, in fact, is God’s plan to save His people.
Still, said Ham, we buck against the idea of an Authority who has say over our lives.
“Man wants to be his own God,” he said, addressing today’s culture. “God created everything and defines everything. Man didn’t. All he can do is take what God has defined and … redefine it.”
In conversations about faith with your non-Christian friends, he said, start at the beginning. If the other person can’t comprehend the idea of a Creator, for example, start there. Encourage him or her to seek truth in Genesis and show how God sets boundaries not to enslave or burden us but to protect us.
Understanding the Main Problem
A couple of chapters past Genesis 1, God shows us the root cause of every issue in our culture: sin.
Genesis 3 isn’t just the story of Adam and Eve eating fruit from a tree; it’s the beginning of sin spreading to the rest of humanity. If we can’t understand the core problem in the world around us, we can’t see the solution.
“Man has a heart problem,” Ham reminded the audience. “The solution is a heart change.”
It’s easy to get caught up in hot-button cultural issues, but when we know they all lead back to sin in the Garden of Eden—and in the heart of every human being—we can have hope because the Bible shows the way to salvation from that sin.
“Here’s the exciting thing for us as Christians: If they’re all the same problem, they all have the same solution,” Ham said. “God’s Word and the Gospel have always been the solution.”
That’s why Christians can start at the beginning of God’s story when sharing the Good News…..
Until The Rapture Trumpet Sounds, The Church Must Not Cower In The Corner
Shock. Horror. Disbelief.
In the moments after learning the news, these emotions swept over many Americans.
Then came the questions. Why did this happen? Who is behind it? Are there other targets? How do we move forward? What will America be like tomorrow?
Twenty-four years and one day separate the despicable murders that brought similar emotions and questions for many Americans.
September 11, 2001, is a date forever etched upon the minds and hearts of Americans old enough to remember the devastating attacks by terrorists who hijacked planes and used them as weapons of mass destruction. Evil people plotted to destroy America. The terrorists wanted to instill fear and panic to make America stop in its tracks and cower in the corner.
On that day, a 7-year-old boy, growing up in the Chicago suburbs, saw how evil could bring a nation to its knees. But he also saw the resolve of a nation that stood up to bullies and proudly protected its freedoms.
That boy grew into a man who loved Jesus, his family and his country. He displayed a tenacious boldness to confront evil. A gifted communicator and keen debater, Charlie Kirk was a star that shone brightly as he championed biblical values in the political arena. This freedom-loving American took on ideological bullies and proudly defended the truth.
September 10, 2025, will live on in its own form of infamy. Twenty-four years minus one day after September 11, 2001, a Christian citizen like you and me, Kirk, became the target of an evil person – or movement, perhaps – who plotted to destroy him and what he stood for. The assassin wanted to silence this bold conservative voice and many like-minded Americans. The goal was widespread panic, intimidation and destruction.
In a moment, with one fatal shot, the gunman killed 31-year-old Kirk, striking terror into the hearts of many. But just as on September 11, 2001, this terrorist didn’t defeat what Kirk represented.
I believe what this murderer intended for evil will be turned into good, as a chorus of Christians with a biblical worldview are now emboldened to live out their faith in the public square.
The Demonic Roots of this Rage
What is the root of these murderous actions? Jesus reveals the answer in the Gospel of John.
Locked in a furious debate over His Messianic claims, Jesus spoke hard truths to the crowd surrounding Him. “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not” (John 8:44-45).
When a society walks away from the truth, it opens the door for unbridled lawlessness, lust and yes, even murder. Jesus boldly warned His hearers that this attitude is demonically inspired. Satan twisted God’s truth to convince Adam and Eve to follow their hearts and write their own truth. He baited the devilish hook and caught them when they took the bait. He enjoyed watching their destruction. What a demonic attitude!
This demonic agenda is very much at work in the world today. We saw it on September 11, 2001. We saw it on September 10, 2025. This sinful world spirals downward toward its doom.
Jesus warned His fellow truth-tellers to expect rejection and hatred: “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you” (John 15:18).
Because he spoke the truth, Kirk was hated by some Americans. But he never led an army or a militia. He never took up arms in his fight. His weapons were words as he fought against ideas destroying countless souls and the fabric of America’s foundation. And he fought valiantly.
Jesus also said, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly” (John 10:10). The September 11 hijackers and Charlie Kirk’s killer followed their father, the devil, in stealing, killing and destroying innocent lives.
That is the great contrast in John 10:10. Jesus came to give His abundant life! Satan will never win. Jesus promised the devil’s defeat. One day, evil will be defeated once and for all. ….
DOJ Recommends Bill Aiming To Help Detransitioners Seek Justice
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has approached the issue of gender transition procedures for minors from a unique angle, transmitting a legislative proposal to Congress last Wednesday. The bill aims to help detransitioners seek justice, and it applies only to circumstances in which the federal government has clear jurisdiction.
The legislation forbids doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers to “directly engage in the planning, authorization, prescription, administration, or performance of any act constituting chemical or surgical mutilation,” including prescribing or administering puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, carrying out gender transition surgeries, or knowingly coordinating any such treatments.
The legislation is enforced by allowing “an individual subjected as a child to chemical or surgical mutilation” to bring a civil action for damages in federal court.
Notably, the bill stipulates an unusually long statute of limitations. The minor may bring a suit “either within 25 years from the date of the eighteenth birthday … or within 4 years from the time the cost of a detransition treatment is incurred, whichever date is later.” The stated reason for this timetable is “because these decisions are often made by parents, or medical providers, on a child’s behalf, and because these actions often have long term effects that are not discovered until years after the medical actions have been taken.”
This language evidently reflects the influence of detransitioners, who have petitioned federal officials for justice but have found their efforts blocked by much shorter statutes of limitations. In fact, Attorney General Pam Bondi suggested as much in a press release. “The Department of Justice has heard from far too many families who have been devastated by mutilative medical procedures that fly in the face of basic biology,” she said.
“Until we can extend that statute of limitations for everybody, nothing is going to happen,” said attorney Martha Shoultz, who leads the group Transition Justice. “Most of these kids will be stuck with no remedy.” For instance, North Carolina recently extended its window of malpractice claims from four years to 10, which would allow some detransitioners like Prisha Mosley to sue, but not all.
The timetable in the federal bill would allow detransitioners to sue over the harm done to their bodies until at least the age of 43….

ICE Agent Run Over by Carload of Fleeing Illegals in Florida
The harrowing incident unfolded on Sunday in Homestead, a city in Miami-Dade County.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) pulled over a vehicle when the driver threw the car into reverse, striking an agent and nearly crushing him, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) explained in a press release.
The driver collided with several ICE vehicles while attempting to flee but then crashed into a utility van and came to a stop.
Four illegal aliens bailed out of the damaged vehicle and took off running before they were apprehended by law enforcement.
All four received medical treatment and were taken into ICE custody.
They have been identified as follows:
- Henry Isaul Garcia illegally entered the U.S. on or around March 10, 2022, near Eagle Pass, TX.
- Ruben Sales Garcia illegally entered and was removed from the U.S. in 2007. He illegally reentered at an unknown location and date.
- Marlon Gomez Hernandez illegally entered the U.S. in 2018 at an unknown location and date.
- Jorge Perez Martin illegally entered the U.S. at an unknown location and date.
Isaul Garcia, a citizen of Guatemala, has been identified as the driver of the vehicle.
The illegals have been placed in removal proceedings.
“These dangerous attempts to flee law enforcement come after sanctuary politicians have openly encouraged and provided tips for how to evade our ICE officers,” said DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
“We are praying for the speedy recovery of our law enforcement officer. The violence against our brave ICE law enforcement must come to an end. This is the second incident in a week where an officer was injured while arresting an illegal alien. This type of rhetoric is contributing to our ICE officers facing a more than 1,000% increase in assaults against them. It is time to tone down the rhetoric.”
Last week, a fleeing illegal alien was shot dead as he dragged an ICE officer down a street in Chicago.
In both cases, the injured agents were hospitalized in stable condition.

Happy Constitution Day (to Those Who Celebrate)
September 17 marks Constitution Day, the date in 1787 when the Framers of the U.S. Constitution signed the document and sent it for ratification to the thirteen states.
The importance of Constitution Day is on the minds of many Americans in the wake of the assassination of Charlie Kirk one week before, as he was demonstrating the exercise of the First Amendment, debating in front of an audience of college students before he was gunned down by a murderer who hated his views.

The Chicago Police Department (CPD) says the suspect behind the wheel of the car, 30-year-old Dejuan Wingard, was driving nearly 100 mph at the time of the crash.
Investigators say he was part of a theft crew that broke into a Louis Vuitton store on Michigan Avenue. The crime was caught on camera as one suspect was seen driving a truck through the store windows. The suspects then went inside and stole nearly $700,000 in merchandise, according to court records.
At least seven people are now charged in connection to that smash-and-grab, which then led to the fatal crash. Police charged Keith Perkins, Anthony Hemphill, Harvey Fisher, Alton Jackson, Dejuan Wingard, Darius Bowdry and Kellen McMiller with a long list of charges including murder, burglary and felony theft. The crew also has long rap sheets, according to court documents.
Darius Bowdry, 30, has been arrested 12 times as an adult in Chicago, according to CPD records.
Kellen McMiller, 35, reportedly known as an anti-violence “peacekeeper,” had at least four fugitive warrants, according to authorities.
Alton Jackson, 37, has been out on parole since May after receiving a two-year sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm. This is the fifth time he has been arrested in Chicago since turning 18.
Harvey Fischer, 26, has been arrested six times so far by Chicago Police.

Dearborn’s Muslim mayor tells Christian he’s ‘not welcome’ in debate on honoring pro-terror Arab leader
At a Dearborn City Council meeting last week, Mayor Abdullah H. Hammoud told local resident Edward “Ted” Barham, a Christian, that he was “not welcome” in the city after Barham raised concerns about new street signs honoring Arab American News publisher Osama Siblani.
FOX 2 Detroit reported that the signs honoring Siblani were placed at intersections on Warren Avenue by Wayne County, not the City of Dearborn. But the mayor escalated the debate, telling Barham, “Although you live here, you are not welcome here.”
Barham introduced himself as “Ted Barham, Dearborn resident,” and objected to two intersections being renamed after Siblani.
He said, “He’s a promoter of Hezbollah and Hamas” before quoting past remarks from Siblani, including, “He talks about how the blood of the martyrs irrigates the land of Palestine … whether we are in Michigan and whether we are in Yemen. Believe me, everyone should fight within his means. They will fight with stones, others will fight with guns, others fight with planes, drones, and rockets.”
Barham compared the signs to naming a road “Hezbollah Street or Hamas Street,” calling them “provocative” and stressing that as a Christian, he wanted to encourage peace. He closed by quoting Jesus: “Blessed are the peacemakers.”….
Mayor Hammoud responded with remarks that shocked many in attendance. “The best suggestion I have for you is to not drive on Warren Avenue or to close your eyes while you’re doing it. His name is up there and I spoke at a ceremony celebrating it because he’s done a lot for this community,” Hammoud said.
He went further, accusing Barham of being “a bigot, and you are racist, and you’re an Islamophobe,” before declaring: “Although you live here, I want you to know as mayor, you are not welcome here. And the day you move out of the city will be the day that I launch a parade celebrating the fact that you moved out of this city.”….
