Judicial Watch: Court Raises New Questions About Fani Willis’ Trump Anti-Collusion Records Scandal
Judicial Watch announced today that a Georgia state court ordered Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis to provide new information and potentially conduct a new search for Trump-related records because her recent affidavit to the court made no reference to whether any searches of the devices of former Fulton County Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade or those of Chief Investigator Michael L. Hill, who was involved gathering evidence and coordinating investigative efforts, and likely met with the January 6 Committee.
The court order was issued in a Judicial Watch lawsuit filed after Willis falsely denied having any records responsive to Judicial Watch’s earlier Georgia Open Records Act (ORA) request for communications with Special Counsel Jack Smith’s office and/or the January 6 Committee (Judicial Watch Inc. v. Fani Willis et al.(No. 24-CV-002805)).
A March 7, 2025 court order directed Willis to turn over 212 pages of records and provide an affidavit detailing how the records were found and the reason for withholding them from the public. The records were belatedly found in response to Judicial Watch’s request and lawsuit. In a February 28 hearing Willis’ lawyers admitted to finding the records after what was believed to be a fifth search of her office.
The court awarded Judicial Watch $21,578 “attorney’s fees and costs.” (Willis’ office made payment to Judicial Watch 10 days after the court-ordered deadline.)
The new court order states:
On 7 March 2025, this Court, after hearing about Defendant’s desultory efforts to determine the full universe of responsive information, ordered Defendant to produce for in camera review the records that had been identified — after repeated denials of their existence — but which were being withheld on the basis of being exempt from disclosure under the State’s Open Records Act…. Defendant timely complied with the March 2025 Order, providing the Court with (1) an affidavit from her Legal Counsel summarizing the steps taken to conduct an actual, meaningful search for the requested information and (2) a digital storage device containing 212 pages of search protocols, e-mails, text messages, and written correspondence. The Court has since reviewed these materials and concurs with Defendant that, at this point, given that the criminal case related to these materials remains open (if not particularly active), pursuant to the exceptions set forth in O.C.G.A. § 50-18-72, these records are not presently subject to disclosure. Specifically, the Court finds that the documents are “[r]ecords of law enforcement, prosecution, or regulatory agencies in any pending investigation or prosecution of criminal or unlawful activity” (and they are not “initial police arrest reports and initial incident reports”)….
Defendant’s work is not yet done, however. In reviewing the submitted materials, in particular the search protocols prepared by each employee of Defendant whose records and devices were reviewed, the Court noticed the following omissions:…
Soros-Funded Group Behind Last-Ditch Rally for Accused MS-13 Gang Member, Human Smuggler Kilmar Abrego Garcia
As Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents were readying to take custody of Abrego Garcia on Monday, the far-left group CASA held a rally in support of the accused human smuggler — who has also been accused of MS-13 gang membership, domestic violence, and abuse of women.
CASA’s Lydia Walther-Rodriguez translated at the rally for Abrego Garcia, who said he is a victim of President Donald Trump’s mass deportation efforts.
As Breitbart News has long reported, Soros’s Open Society Foundations have thrown millions at CASA to advocate for mass immigration over the years.
In 2023, the Open Society Foundations awarded CASA a $250,000 grant and CASA in Action, the group’s political action committee (PAC), with $1.6 million.
From 2018 to 2022, the Open Society Foundations gave CASA about 1.6 million in grant funding to carry out its far-left immigration advocacy.
Abrego Garica, who was returned to the United States from El Salvador after the Justice Department charged him with human smuggling, is now facing deportation to Uganda after he was released from federal custody.
YouTube Secretly Uses AI to ‘Improve’ Videos Without Asking Creators First
BBC reports that YouTube, the world’s largest video-sharing platform, has been employing AI to make subtle alterations to creators’ videos without their knowledge or permission.
The AI-driven changes, which include sharpening wrinkles in clothing, smoothing skin textures, and even warping ears, have left many content creators feeling unsettled and misrepresented.
The issue first came to prominence when popular music YouTubers Rick Beato and Rhett Shull noticed something amiss in their recent uploads. Beato, who runs a channel with over five million subscribers featuring popular interviews with music legends, initially thought he was imagining things when he spotted strange artifacts in his video.
“The closer I looked, it almost seemed like I was wearing makeup,” he recalls. Shull, a friend of Beato’s, investigated his own posts and found similar AI-generated distortions, prompting him to create a video on the subject that has garnered over 500,000 views.
After months of speculation and complaints from users on social media, YouTube finally acknowledged that it has been running an experiment on select YouTube Shorts, the app’s short-form video feature. The company stated that it uses “traditional machine learning technology” to unblur, denoise, and improve clarity in videos during processing, comparing the process to the enhancements made by modern smartphones when recording video.
However, experts argue that there is a significant difference between users having control over AI features on their personal devices and a company manipulating content without the consent of the creators…..
Florida Tests Armed Drone System to Engage School Shooters
Newsweek reports that several school districts in Florida are taking an technology-based approach to combat the threat of school shootings. The districts are set to trial a drone response system that aims to confront and subdue an assailant, buying time for law enforcement to arrive at the scene.
The system, developed by Texas-based manufacturer Campus Guardian Angel, can be activated within five seconds of a silent alarm being triggered. The company claims that the drones can confront the shooter within fifteen seconds.
When not in use, the drones are stored on charging pads across the campus and are remotely piloted by a team of employees at the company’s headquarters in Austin.
Campus Guardian Angel CEO Justin Marston, drew a comparison between the drone system and sprinkler systems found in every school.
He stated, “The sprinkler system is able to put water on the fire in seconds because it’s already there. You still want the fire trucks to come, you still want the guys with hose pipes to show up — but since sprinkler systems were installed, there hasn’t really been a mass fire in a school that killed a bunch of children.”
The quick response time of the system is largely due to the presence of a significant number of drones on each campus. In an interview with CBS News, Marston revealed that the company places between 30 to 90 drones in every school.
The drones are agile, capable of reaching indoor speeds of up to 50 miles per hour and equipped with a glass breaker to help navigate through potential obstacles.
Each drone carries pepper spray pellets designed to blind or slow down an attacker. In the event that these measures fail, the drones themselves can be used as a weapon.
Marston told CBS, “If somebody persists in wanting to murder children, then our answer is we’ll just continue to hit them with drones until law enforcement is on scene.”…
School Districts Across Nation Forced To Ditch Electric Buses After Biden-Funded Company Went Bankrupt

School districts throughout the United States are ditching electric school buses, manufactured by a Canadian company that has fallen into bankruptcy, for diesel school buses, citing the difficulty in getting electric buses repaired.
The return to diesel school buses comes as Quebec-based Lion Electric, which the Biden administration awarded $159 million ‘to manufacture 435 school buses between 2022 and 2024,’ has fallen into bankruptcy, according to the Washington Free Beacon. As a result, the company has ‘warned school districts that its dire financial straits prevent it from servicing’ the electric school buses.
Kamala Harris made the push for electric buses a feature of her vice presidency. Yet by 2024, only 60 buses had been delivered under a $5 BILLION grant.
Breitbart and the Free Beacon gave several examples of local districts that are returning to diesel:
‘We are going to keep our electric fleet on the roads for as long as possible,’ Mike Leskowich, who serves as the superintendent of the Homer Community School District in Michigan, told the outlet. Leskowich’s school district ‘received $2.8 million in federal funding to procure seven Lion buses in 2022.’

Charlie Butler, who serves as the superintendent of a Louisiana school district, told the outlet that while the ‘14 Lion buses his district received are still new,’ he is having difficulty finding ‘companies that can repair them.’

Israel Declares It Will Leave Southern Lebanon If Hezbollah Disarms-What About Christian Population?
Today, Axios published an article describing quiet progress in the Trump administration’s efforts to bring peace to the Lebanon situation. While the article likely accurately reflects the situation on the ground in-country, and the progress of negotiations, it glaringly highlights a problem with Lebanese geopolitics for decades – there is no mention of protection of the Christian population.
The Christians in Lebanon have been attacked for decades. The priority now needs to be establishing a home for those of the faith expelled from Iraq, and Syria, and elsewhere in the region.
The security issue for Christians also needs to be dealt with. There are 2M Syrians who fled the Assad regime still in Syria. They are not returning. There is a rational fear among the Christian population that a Lebanese Oct 7 style attack could be in the works.
There are 50,000 mercenaries brought to Syria by Western powers to fight the Assad regime. There is fear in Lebanon they could cross the Syrian border to attck the Christian population.
The U.S. government, Israel and other states look to make peace in Lebanon, which is needed and to be commended. However, peace will not be achieved until Lebanon is returned with security for the Christian population….
NORAD intercepts 3rd Russian plane near Alaska in a week
The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) scrambled U.S. fighter jets Sunday to intercept a Russian reconnaissance plane near Alaska. It was the third time in less than a week that a Russian Ilyushin IL-20, known as a “Coot,” entered the Alaskan Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ), according to a NORAD news release.
The command said it dispatched two F-16s, an E-3 airborne warning aircraft and two KC-135 tankers to identify the Russian aircraft. NORAD stressed that the plane remained in international airspace and did not enter U.S. or Canadian sovereign territory.
An ADIZ is a designated stretch of international airspace just outside sovereign borders where foreign aircraft must declare their presence for security reasons. The Alaskan zone spans thousands of miles, including the Aleutians, parts of the Arctic Ocean, the Bering Sea and the northern Pacific.
NORAD says such Russian planes frequently cross into the ADIZ but are not considered threatening. However, U.S. and Canadian forces still track them.
What other incidents happened this week?
Last Wednesday, a Russian IL-20 flew within 30 miles of St. Lawrence Island in the Bering Sea, a U.S. territory 140 miles from Alaska and just 46 miles from Russia, NORAD spokesperson Capt. Rebecca Garand said.
The next day, another IL-20 entered the zone and stayed for more than two hours, passing 125 miles from Cape Lisburne in northwest Alaska.
Why does this matter?
U.S. officials say Russian flights in the Alaskan defense zone have increased this year, with encounters in January, April and July. Last September, a Russian Su-35 fighter jet flew within feet of a NORAD aircraft. A U.S. commander called the action unsafe and unprofessional, according to Stars and Stripes….

‘Protect Our Children’: Advancement Of Dangerous California Bill Halted After Thousands Rally In Sacramento
Democrat lawmakers in California thought they could get away with it—AB 495, a reckless bill that would allow for child trafficking. They thought wrong. Sacramento may not have been listening before, but after a massive pro-God, pro-family, pro-parental rights rally on the steps of the capital, they are definitely listening now.
Thousands of common-sense conservatives swarmed the California capital Tuesday, along with tens of thousands more online. Jack Hibbs, Pastor of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills and founder of the Real Life Network, encouraged all those opposed to child trafficking to keep praying and keep fighting to protect children.
“This is exactly what evil fears,” Hibbs said to the crowds. “You guys are all shining examples of what it means to make a difference.”
Hibbs was right; the difference those individuals at the rally made was huge. Assembly Bill 495 has been placed into “suspense,” a procedural move that delays its advancement, but does not stop the bill entirely.
Earlier this month, Pastor Hibbs went viral for telling parents with young children to “leave California” if Governor Newsom were to sign AB 495 bill into law.
“It didn’t excite me to say to our congregation, ‘Hey, if he passes it, you’ve got to go,’” Hibbs explained. “But what trumps anything and everything about this is the innocence of our children.”…

DC arrests surpass 1,000 as Trump-backed crackdown enters 12th homicide-free day
Arrests under President Donald Trump’s federal crime crackdown in Washington, D.C., have blown past 1,000 as the nation’s capital marked its 12th consecutive day without a homicide, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro announced Monday.
Pirro said that on Sunday alone there were 86 arrests and 10 illegal guns seized, bringing the totals to 1,007 arrests and 111 guns taken off the streets.
“What does that mean? They can’t be used to shoot people, to kill people,” Pirro said Monday on “Fox & Friends,” referring to the weapons seizures. “And on top of all of that, we’ve got a government now where the people in D.C. are feeling safer. They know that there is a president who’s looking to protect them.”
Pirro credited President Donald Trump’s deployment of federal agencies with reshaping public safety in the capital.
“D.C. was one of the most violent cities in the world, and but for President Trump coming in and bringing in our federal partners … we’ve got a unified force of people and law enforcement who were going into the crime-ridden areas and making a difference,” she said.
“And I’ll tell you why it’s making a difference. Today is the 12th day without a homicide in Washington, D.C. So far this year, we’ve had 101 homicides. But for the last 12 days, nothing. Yep. Policing works.”
FBI Director Kash Patel said 26 of Sunday’s arrests came from FBI operations, including five drug seizures.
