5 Republicans Join Dems to Kill Censure Vote

Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) physically attacked ICE agents last May outside a New Jersey immigration detention center.
The New Jersey Democrat faces up to 17 years in federal prison after she was charged with slamming a federal agent with her forearm and forcibly grabbing him and using her forearms to strike another agent.
Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA), a former law enforcement officer, led an effort to censure McIver and remove her from the House Homeland Security Committee..
But that effort was killed Wednesday when members of the Republican party joined Democrats to save McIver’s seat.
Five Republicans — Reps. Don Bacon and Mike Flood of Nebraska, Dave Joyce and Mike Turner of Ohio and David Valadao of California — joined every Democrat in voting to table the measure, while two Republicans — Reps. Andrew Garbarino of New York and Nathaniel Moran of Texas — voted present.
And this is why President Trump is so frustrated with congressional Republicans. They are a feckless bunch of chicken-hearted, do-nothing RINO’s.
The fact that seven Republicans could not muster the moral courage or decency to punish a Democrat who physically attacked ICE agents is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. And the only proper response for the good people of Nebraska, New York, Ohio and California is to find red-blooded, America First Conservatives and primary every single Republican who voted no.
As for the two Republicans who only voted “present” — Mr. Moran and Mr. Garbarino — pardon me — but you need to grow a pair.

US Levels Sanctions Against Chinese Chemical Company for Trafficking in Synthetic Opioids

The Treasury Department sanctioned a Chinese chemical company for its role in the U.S. opioid epidemic.
The Department imposed sanctions on Guangzhou Tengyue Chemical Co., Ltd., a chemical manufacturer that sells synthetic opioids and other precursor chemicals used in the manufacture of narcotics. The FBI also unsealed an indictment against the company and others in connection with a drug trafficking operation in Ohio.
“Illicit opioids coming from China are destroying American lives, families, and communities,” Treasury Department Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence John K. Hurley said in a statement. “Under President Trump’s leadership, we will use all of the tools at our disposal—including sanctions and prosecutions by our law enforcement partners—to stop this epidemic.”
According to the press release, Guangzhou Tengyue and its representatives have on multiple occasions sold precursor chemicals to customers in the United States. These chemicals include: nitazenes, a group of synthetic chemicals illegal in the United States that produce a psychoactive effect similar to opioids but can also cause respiratory depression and arrest, which can be fatal; and xylazine, street name “tranq,” a sedative approved for veterinary use that is used to adulterate or “cut” synthetic opioids.
Xylazine is particularly notable because it does not react to naloxone (Narcan), the medicine used to reverse the effects of opioid overdose, which in turn increases the risk of a fatal overdose.
In August 2023, the company sold a kilogram of the chemical protonitazene to a buyer in the United States, with assurances that the package would clear customs.
Earlier this year, the company also facilitated the sale and shipment of another chemical similar to xylazine called metomidine into the United States. The company also advertised nitazenes and xylazine on its website as recently as August 2024.
Putin Invites Zelenskyy to Moscow for Talks If He’s Ready

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday invited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to come to Moscow for possible peace talks as the war rages on between the two countries.
Putin told reporters that he never ruled out a meeting with Zelenskyy, saying President Donald Trump pressed him on whether he’s open to the idea.
“Donald asked me if it’s possible to hold such a meeting. I said, yes, it is. After all, if Zelenskyy is ready, he can come to Moscow,” Putin said during a press conference.
Trump has previously expressed frustration with the Russian leader’s lack of engagement, saying he was “very disappointed” with him after the Kremlin shrugged off Trump’s efforts to arrange a summit with the two leaders.
Trump recently accused Putin of working to conspire against the United States, along with the leaders of North Korea and China, after the trio gathered together for a major military parade in Beijing.
“May President Xi and the wonderful people of China have a great and lasting day of celebration,” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social. “Please give my warmest regards to Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un, as you conspire against The United States of America.”
But during that visit to China, Putin said the Trump administration is listening to the Kremlin, unlike Trump’s predecessor, former President Joe Biden….
Suspected prostitute, 24, eyed in grisly axe murder of elderly man in his San Francisco apartment

A 24-year-old suspected sex worker is being investigated in connection to the grisly axe murder of an elderly man in his downtown San Francisco apartment, according to a report.
John Tyler, 69, was discovered by maintenance workers on May 6, dead in his blood-spattered apartment at Hayes Valley affordable housing complex, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
The victim was reportedly found in his bed and had been hacked at with an axe.
Autopsy reports showed the elderly man had 16 defensive wounds to his hands, head and face, and fractures to his skull and ribcage.
Police recovered a hatchet, a bloody knife, six cell phones and a blue latex glove.
Video surveillance footage from just outside Tyler’s apartment showed him entering alongside a young woman who wore a surgical mask on May 3, the Chronicle reported.
That suspected sex worker left at 9 a.m. on May 4 and no one came in or out of the apartment until Tyler was found by maintenance personnel, the report stated.
A building manager at the apartment complex told the Chronicle that Tyler was known to bring younger women into his apartment and she assumed they were prostitutes.
DNA evidence collected from the blue latex glove and hatchet match that of a young woman whose driver’s license photo appeared similar to the woman seen in the surveillance videos, according to San Francisco police.
The 24-year-old woman was arrested in Oakland on July 10 and on suspicion of homicide. But she was not charged and later released, the report said….
Newsmax sues Fox News over allegations of violating antitrust law

Newsmax Broadcasting, LLC, announced on Wednesday that it has filed a lawsuit against the Fox Corporation and Fox News Network, LLC.
The lawsuit is over allegations that Fox unfairly forced distributors into agreements aimed at excluding other right-wing networks like Newsmax and violated antitrust laws in the process.
The complaint, filed in a Florida federal court, accuses Fox of “exclusionary tactics” such as preventing coverage providers from carrying news from other conservative news channels. It also claims that distributors who choose to carry Newsmax are subject to financial penalties from Fox.
Newsmax also accuses the network of telling guests not to appear on Newsmax, as well as “online smear campaigns” and the use of private investigators to target Newsmax executives in order to harm the company’s reputation.
As a result of these tactics, Newsmax alleges Fox has restricted its growth as well as the expansion of other right-leaning news networks and essentially monopolized the market.
“Fox News has acted as a gatekeeper, silencing emerging voices and overcharging customers,” Newsmax CEO Christopher Ruddy said in a statement. “Our lawsuit seeks not only justice for Newsmax, but also to protect the rights of viewers who deserve choice and fair pricing.”
The lawsuit claims that such exclusionary practices prevented it from being carried on Fubo’s sports and entertainment package, Sling TV’s basic plans and other platforms.
The Fox News competitor is seeking three times the amount of damages it claims to have experienced as a result of the alleged practices, but an exact number has not been disclosed. The company is also seeking to block Fox “from continuing exclusionary contracts and monopolistic practices” as well as a court ruling finding Fox’s actions illegal under federal and state antitrust rules…..
Feds intercept 1,300 barrels of meth precursor chemicals shipped from China to Mexico

Federal officials made a high-seas interception of hundreds of thousands of pounds of two different precursor chemicals that are used to make methamphetamine, a shipment they say came from China and was destined for the Sinaloa Cartel in Mexico.
Jeanine Pirro, United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, announced what officials called the largest ever bust of precursor chemicals being shipped to a foreign terrorist organization during a news conference in Pasadena, Texas, on Wednesday.
“Tons of chemicals that are used to create synthetic drugs like methamphetamine and fentanyl are shipped from China to Mexico in China’s undeclared war against America,” Pirro said.
Pirro said that 1,300 barrels containing 363,000 pounds of benzyl alcohol and 334,000 pounds of N-Methylformamide were seized from two different vessels on the high seas. Both chemicals, Pirro said, are precursor chemicals that could have been used to produce 420,000 pounds of methamphetamine.
The meth produced from the seized chemicals would have an estimated street value of at least $569M, Pirro said.
ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons said the operation’s approach is to target the supply line for illicit drug manufacturers, such as chemical precursors, rather than the finished product.
“Had these precursors made it to the destination, they would have made hundreds of thousands of pounds of methamphetamine, with profits of over half a billion dollars, which would lead to more American deaths here, not only in Houston, but all across the country,” Lyons said.…
‘Good riddance’: Hegseth praises Army dumping command promotion boards aimed at eliminating bias

The Army has canceled its Command Assessment Program (CAP), a promotion board that factored psychological assessments and potential biases into leadership considerations.
“Good riddance,” Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth wrote on X. “Promotions across [Department of Defense] will ONLY be based on merit & performance.”
The program, which was implemented broadly across the Army in 2020, was aimed at reducing conscious and subconscious biases and using peer assessments and behavioral analysis to choose candidates for command posts.
Former Army Secretary Christine Wormuth had formally deemed CAP an official program of record in January 2025 just before President Donald Trump took office.
“The battery of psychometric assessments employs several different instruments to measure cognitive capacity, emotional intelligence, conscientiousness, self-awareness, and other behavioral traits,” Army documents explaining CAP said.
Each year, around 2,000 candidates were assessed under CAP for Army leadership positions. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll paused the program and placed it under review last month.
The program did not generate greater interest in leadership roles. Around 54% of the Army’s eligible senior officers chose not to participate in CAP last year, declining the opportunity to take on a command role. That was up from 40% in 2019.
The Army will now revert to its prior assessment process, Centralized Selection Board/List, (CSL), for choosing commanding officers. Officers who serve on CSL boards assess a candidate’s past assignments, performance and potential.
CAP’s credibility was further compromised when Gen. Charles Hamilton, commander of Army Materiel Command, was relieved of duty. He was investigated for improperly influencing the selection process in favor of a lieutenant colonel who had failed her CAP assessment. An Inspector General investigation led to his firing in December 2024….

Deranged Florida Woman Charges Police Officer with a Knife Following Multiple Hit-And-Run Incidents and Pays an Expected Price (VIDEO)

Bodycam footage has emerged showing the moment a Florida woman made a near-fatal mistake by taking a knife to a gunfight with a police officer.
As WJHG reported on Tuesday, the Port St. Joe Police Department released bodycam footage showing the moment a woman was shot multiple times after charging a police officer with a 16-inch fillet knife.
WMBB notes that the bodycam shows not only footage of the shooting but also events that led up to the August 15 incident. For example, the woman was involved in several hit-and-run incidents.
The footage also shows officers trying to disarm her with a taser. These efforts fail, and then she forces one officer to make a split-second life-or-death decision.
The woman then jumps out of the car with the knife and charges like a maniac toward the police sergeant. He responds by unleashing gunfire, dropping her to the ground.
“She came at me with a knife, what the h*ll did you expect me to do?” the policeman says to witnesses….

Trump Asks Top Court to Overturn $5M E. Jean Carroll Ruling

President Donald Trump is seeking relief in the Supreme Court to overturn a $5 million sexual abuse and defamation judgment against him in writer E. Jean Carroll’s civil case — and has asked for more time to prepare the appeal.
In a filing with Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Trump’s attorneys requested a 60-day extension to file a petition for review of the 2nd Circuit’s decision upholding Carroll’s verdict. Without an extension, the petition is due Sept. 11; Trump’s team is requesting until Nov. 10.
“Trump intends to seek review by this Court of significant issues arising from the Second Circuit’s erroneous decision in Carroll II,” the filing stated.
The brief argued the jury’s award in Carroll II was the product of “significant errors” and that the judgment improperly influenced the earlier Carroll I case where Carroll later won an $83.3 million verdict.
“As a result of significant errors, Carroll obtained a $5 million award in Carroll II,” Trump’s lawyers wrote. “Based on the incorrect findings in Carroll II, the district court wrongly applied issue preclusion in Carroll I.”
Trump’s legal team said more time is needed because of “a significant press of business” with multiple deadlines in other cases this fall.
The Supreme Court has not yet acted on the extension request.
Because the case arose from the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, which covers New York, federal court rules assign emergency and procedural applications from that circuit to Justice Sonia Sotomayor, the Supreme Court’s circuit justice for the Second Circuit. In that role, she handles initial requests such as deadline extensions or stays, though she can act on her own or refer them to the full Court.

Wildfires Destroy Historic California Town as Newsom Leaves State — Again

The San Francisco Chronicle reported:
Several buildings in the historic Gold Rush town of Chinese Camp have been destroyed by fire as firefighters battle multiple blazes in the Mother Lode region, Cal Fire officials told the Chronicle.
CalFire spokesperson Emily Kilgore confirmed to the Chronicle that some structures have been destroyed by fire in the town, which is a registered California landmark with several significant historic structures that are also part of California’s heritage. Kilgore could not confirm how many structures were impacted, or which historic structures are still standing.
…
Numerous blazes ignited in California on Tuesday morning amid a burst of dry lightning. Cal Fire’s Tuolumne-Calaveras Unit said earlier Tuesday that more than a dozen fires were seen in the foothills.
Newsom’s office confirmed that he is out of the state, but would not say exactly where he had gone. His deputy, Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis, presided over the state’s Labor Day commemorations.
Earlier this year, Newsom flew to South Carolina to explore a presidential run among Democratic Party primary voters in rural areas while several wildfires were burning in the state he is supposed to be governing.
Two years ago, Newsom went on vacation to the beach in Mexico while deadly blizzards trapped Californians in their homes in the San Bernardino Mountains. He declared a state of emergency before leaving the state.

DACA Illegal Alien Accused of Murdering 22-Year-Old Las Vegas Woman Before Fleeing to Mexico

Erick Rangel-Ibarra, a 30-year-old DACA illegal alien whose parents crossed the southern border when he was 8 months old, is back in the United States after spending four years on the run in Mexico.
On Aug. 29, 2020, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department alleges that Rangel-Ibarra murdered 22-year-old Lesly Palacio at his residence before getting his father, Jose Rangel, to help him move the woman’s body into the bed of a truck.
Palacio’s remains were found two weeks later in the Valley of Fire State Park.
Police have long believed that Rangel-Ibarra fled to Mexico within 48 hours of allegedly murdering Palacio, as he has family ties to the country. Rangel-Ibarra’s father spent just nine months in prison after having been convicted of helping his son move Palacio’s body.
Mexican law enforcement arrested Rangel-Ibarra in July 2024, and the U.S. Marshals Service coordinated his extradition to the United States, taking him into custody and returning him to the U.S. in late August 2025.
Rangel-Ibarra could have been nabbed by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in 2018 after he was arrested in Las Vegas for carrying a concealed weapon. For that charge, he was released from jail by a judge.
Rangel-Ibarra is now in custody at the Las Vegas jail. His next court appearance in the murder case is scheduled for Sept. 3.
Illegal Alien Accused of Soliciting Sex from Young Boys After Using Cruise Ship to Enter U.S.

Indonesian national I Made Gitayana, a 31-year-old illegal alien, has been arrested by the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office in Alabama and charged with electronic solicitation of a child.
According to police, Gitayana illegally entered the U.S. after disembarking from a Miami-docked cruise ship in July of this year. After leaving the cruise ship, for which he was an employee, Gitayana traveled to Alabama.
While in Alabama, police allege that Gitayana contacted an underage boy whom he solicited for sexual acts. The underage boy was actually a decoy operated by law enforcement.
Gitayana set a time and place to meet the underage boy for sex, according to police. Law enforcement was at the location where Gitayana soon arrived and was subsequently arrested.
“Every child deserves to be safe. Those who seek to exploit and abuse them will find no refuge here,” Limestone County Sheriff Joshua McLaughlin said in a statement. “I commend my team, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security for their relentless work in making this arrest. I promise our community that we will never stop pursuing those who threaten the safety of our children.”
Gitayana remains in police custody at the Limestone County Detention Facility, where he potentially faces additional charges.

Chicago mother knocked out by career criminal in random attack — as Trump prepares to send in National Guard

A suburban Chicago mother was randomly knocked out on her way home from work by a serial attacker as President Trump prepares to deploy the National Guard to combat out-of-control crime in the Windy City.
Kathleen Miles suffered several broken bones in her face, a black eye and a concussion when she was the target of the brute’s unprovoked attack near Union Station in downtown Chicago on Aug. 19.
The Lake Villa, Ill., resident, who only goes in to work once a week, was allegedly attacked by William Livingston, a career criminal who has at least 12 arrests since 2012 for battery or aggravated assault, according to arrest records viewed by The Post.
Miles was walking with a co-worker when Livingston allegedly squeezed between the two employees and became violent.
“She had said, ‘This man came in between the two of us, shoved us apart, and then hit me in the face,’” Miles recalled her colleague telling her, according to ABC 7 Chicago.
Miles says she only remembers waking up in a hospital bed in pain, with no recollection of the brutal attack.
“I woke up, and my co-worker was standing above me, saying, ‘You’re OK. You’re in the hospital. You’ve been assaulted,’” she said.
Miles lost consciousness again, only to wake up with her daughter by her side.
“The next thing I remember is my daughter, Deanna, saying, ‘Hi, Mama, I’m here. You’re OK,’” Miles said.
Livingston, 32, was arrested and hit with three aggravated battery charges, causing great bodily harm and reckless conduct.
The suspected serial attacker has racked up a disturbing rap sheet, having been arrested 17 times since 2014, a majority for battery and aggravated assaults against females and law enforcement.
Miles ripped into the policies and politicians of the Democrat-run city for allowing Livingston to continue to walk the streets.
“It’s 2025, and he’s out. And if he had been held accountable for his actions, then I wouldn’t be sitting here with injuries,” Miles said….
Archaeologists Found 5 Mysterious Bodies Under the Floors of Hitler’s Secret Lair

Amateur archaeologists were recently searching for stray artifacts in an abandoned building in Poland when they made a sinister discovery beneath the floorboards: five decaying bodies with their hands and feet missing.
The site was an infamous villa that belonged to Nazi Party leader Hermann Göring within Adolf Hitler’s secret military headquarters, the Wolfsschanze (Wolf’s Lair), which was deserted after a 1944 assassination attempt on Hitler and later partially destroyed by retreating German forces near the end of World War II.
Reuters reports that the Latebra Foundation, which has scoured the site of the Wolf’s Lair “with official permission for several years,” discovered the bodies of three adults, an older child, and a baby buried just below what would have been the floor of Göring’s villa. In 1939, Hitler designated Göring, at the time the commander of the German air force, as his successor.
The discovery at the site raises a host of haunting questions, including about what transpired beneath the villa’s ruins in the decades since the fall of the Third Reich.
“Everyone wondered what might have happened there … We tried to think of something, but nothing reasonable comes to mind,” Latebra member Dominik Markiewicz told Reuters. “We didn’t know what we were dealing with at all. Were they some occult rituals of Third Reich fanatics? We have no idea.”
Latebra called the police, prompting an investigation and a forensic examination of the remains. Although the case has since been closed, and there are no conclusive answers, a new report has provided additional clues into the potential origins of the bodies…..
Moment brand new luxury yacht sinks, just minutes after it is launched – as rich owner is forced to swim ashore

This is the terrifying moment a brand new £700,000 ($940,000) luxury yacht turned over and sank just 15 minutes after being launched into the water, forcing its owner to swim to shore.
The incident happened about 200 metres offshore in the Eregli district of Zonguldak in northern Turkey on Tuesday.
Footage shows the yacht tipping onto its side and sinking into the sea as those on board jump overboard in panic.
A man, believed to be the owner, can be seen standing on the side of the vessel as it begins to sink, before he plunged into the sea and begins to hurriedly swim to shore.
The boat’s captain and two crew members are also understood to have jumped overboard.
No injuries were reported.
The vessel, named Dolce Vento, was between 24 and 30 metres long and had been completed at the Med Yilmaz Shipyard in about five months before being delivered to its owner from Istanbul.
Coast Guard and port teams were dispatched and established a security perimeter.
Violent Male Offender Assaults Inmate In Women’s Prison, Highlighting Dangers Of Transgender Policy

Christopher Williams, a man who “identifies” as a woman, attacked a female WCCW inmate on August 7. He reportedly punched her in the face, knocked her down and kicked her repeatedly before several inmates dragged him away.
In an interview with America First Policy Institute (AFPI), the victim said the assault occurred in front of a female officer who was reportedly too scared to intervene.
Williams transferred to WCCW in late 2021 under the Transgender Inmate Policy, despite a long history of violence and sexual deviancy.
Williams began a 28-year sentence for first degree assault in 2010. He served almost nine years in a male prison before documents obtained by The Daily Caller suggest he began “identifying” as a woman in March 2019.
Later that year, a committee denied Williams’ first request to transfer to a women’s prison, citing his “level of past violence toward women.” He had pled guilty to the “third-degree assault with sexual motivation” of his nine-year-old sister in 2005.
By the time he entered WCCW, Williams had racked up more than 60 infractions, including for fighting, sexual harassment, assault, possession of sexually explicit material and “providing false information in a sexual misconduct investigation.”
Surprise, surprise: Just three months later, Williams reportedly assaulted his female cellmate…..
Violent Attacks Against Christians Increase As Global Media Turns A Blind Eye

In Africa, where more Christians reside than on any other single continent—and one in five are persecuted—seven of the 10 deadliest countries for Christians lie in the sub-Saharan area: Nigeria, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Niger, Central Africa Republic, and Mozambique.
Last June, more than 200 Christians were brutally massacred in the village of Yelewata in central Nigeria—and daily killings continue unabated despite President Bula Tinubu’s orders to “crush terrorists responsible for the attacks.”
In a recent CBN News interview, Nigerian lawyer and Yelewata native Barr Franc Utoo, passionately shared, “The way they kill our people is in the most horrific, the most gruesome, the most cruel manner anyone could ever think. They will [light a] fire on the house, and then, when you are coming out, they will now hack you down with a machete. So, they cut you as if they’re cutting a piece of wood, not even as if they are killing a wild animal. You don’t even kill a wild animal that way.”
Barr Utoo pointed out that the jihadists will chant “Allahu Akbar” while slaughtering their victims. He states that his own government turns their heads, wanting to be “politically correct because the kinsmen of these people are the same people who constitute the top echelon of the Nigerian political structure, business structure, and institutional structure.”
In the early morning hours on July 15, over 30 armed Islamic terrorists stormed the community of Bidi Jebu in the Nigerian Plateau State. Davou Musa, pastor of a 300-member congregation, lost nine members of his family who were burned alive in the attack.
He stated, “They kicked the door down and marched in, shooting and shouting, ‘Allahu Akbar’ (Allah is the greatest). Then they set fire on the building and started shouting, saying they had conquered.” A total of 27 people, including a three-month-old baby and three-year-old toddler, were murdered.
Masara Kim, a reporter for Truth Nigeria, shared on CBN News on July 16, that more than 30 terrorists had swarmed the compound, broke into homes, pouring gasoline on sleeping victims, and setting them on fire.
“He [Pastor Musa] could literally hear them screaming [at the top] of their voices and shouting for help,” Masara relayed. “But definitely no one came to their help until they could no longer scream. They could no longer breathe. When I got to that compound at sunrise yesterday, the bodies of these victims were still smoking.” He stated that this is a pattern of violence, where more than 1,000 people have been killed in the last 10 months in the Plateau State alone….

Courts Just Shut Down Another California Gun Control Law.
California thought they could sneak this past you: a background check every single time you buy ammo. That means paying fees, swiping your ID, and asking the government for permission just to exercise your rights. But the 9th Circuit just shut it down—and Newsom is furious.
He says it’s about “safety.” The truth? It was always about control. Think about it: criminals don’t care about background checks. They don’t follow the law.
These rules only punish the people who do. And if politicians can turn buying bullets into a privilege, what’s stopping them from doing the same to every other right you have?
