China Is Deliberately Using Fentanyl to ‘Kneecap’ the US, FBI Director Says

Communist China has a long-term plan to weaken the United States by fueling the fentanyl crisis, according to FBI Director Kash Patel.
Patel sat down for a wide-ranging interview with podcaster Joe Rogan on June 6, saying that President Donald Trump has done an “amazing job” at going after drug trafficking organizations and shoring up the southern border. However, the root of the U.S. fentanyl crisis lies with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), he added, due to China’s exports of fentanyl precursors.
One thing is clear is that China is “not making a ton of money” with its precursor exports, Patel added.
“In my opinion, the CCP [has] used it as a directed approach because we are their adversary,” Patel said. “And their long-term game is, ‘how do I,’ in my opinion, ‘kneecap the United States of America, our largest adversary?’” Patel said.
Patel said that the long-term plan is to “take out generations of young men and women” who could have taken on jobs such as a police officer, a soldier, or a teacher.
“That’s what they [China] are doing, when you wipe out tens of thousands of Americans a year. It’s a long-term plan for them,” he said.
In 2024, there were an estimated 48,422 deaths involving synthetic opioid fentanyl, according to data from the CDC.
In March, Trump imposed an additional 20 percent on Chinese imports over China’s role in facilitating the production of fentanyl.
Patel said China has lied to the world about stopping fentanyl precursors…
Minnesota state lawmaker confesses she’s an illegal immigrant
AMinnesota state representative on Monday admitted to being an illegal alien during remarks on the state House floor and said her father had misrepresented his familial relations in the paperwork.
“My father as the one processing the paperwork, put my grandmother down as his mother. And so I am illegal in this country. My parents are illegal here in this country,” said the representative. The speaker in the video appeared to be state Rep. Kaohly Vang Her, DFL.
She made the remarks while discussing illegal immigrant eligibility for public health care. Video footage of her remarks went viral on social media amid ongoing anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) riots in Los Angeles.
Responses to the clip included tagging ICE and calls for her arrest.
The Trump administration has deployed the National Guard to Los Angeles to restore order and the president has traded barbs with Gov. Gavin Newsom, D-Calif. Images of rioters flying Mexican flags has also gone viral, leading to major conservative pundits calling for large-scale immigration moratoria.

More than 1 million foreign-born workers left labor market since March

In perhaps the strongest sign yet that President Donald Trump’s efforts to deport illegal immigrants, encourage self-deportation, and clear the workforce of foreign competition is working, the St. Louis Fed reported that more than one million foreign-born workers left the workforce since March.
In March of this year, the foreign-born labor force amounted to 33.719 million people, according to the St. Louis Fed. By May, however, that figure had fallen to 32.706 million, reflecting a drop of 1.013 million foreign-born workers.
By contrast, the overall civilian labor force went from 170.653 million in March to 170.216 million in May, for a drop of 0.437 million. The noticeable disparity in exits by place-of-birth appears to reflect more than simple exits from retirement or other conventional factors.
In March of this year, the Trump administration began to seize on data highlighting jobs growth specifically for “native-born” workers, specifically highlighting that they gained 284,000 jobs in February while foreigners lost 87,000.
“For the first time in 15 months, the job gains for native-born Americans… exceeded job gains for migrant and foreign-born workers,” Trump celebrated at the time. “You’ve heard the same stat where foreign workers were taking up all the jobs.”
Trump Is Racking Up Court Victories

While mainstream news outlets, cable networks and social media obsess over Elon Musk’s latest antics, they have neglected a far more important story — the Trump administration is accumulating a significant catalogue of appeals court and SCOTUS victories.
Last Friday alone three more wins were added to the list. The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the White House may exclude AP from its press pool while SCOTUS stayed a district court order requiring DOGE to heed a Freedom of Information Act request and ruled that it can access Social Security Administration records.
These rulings follow a spate of similar wins last month.
On May 30, the Supreme Court stayed a district court ruling that DHS Secretary Kristi Noem couldn’t revoke former President Biden’s parole of 532,000 non-citizens. On May 29, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit stayed a U.S. Trade Court ruling that President Trump’s tariffs are somehow unlawful.
On May 22, SCOTUS stayed a district court order reinstating two Biden administration officials fired by Trump. On May 19, SCOTUS stayed a district court ruling that Secretary Noem does not possess the legal authority to terminate the temporary protected status of 350,000 Venezuelan non-citizens.
The seven cases noted above do not exhaust the list of the Trump administration’s wins.
During April the administration won three Supreme Court cases. On April 17, Justice Elena Kagan declined to stay a deportation order involving four Mexican nationals without referring the case to the full court. On April 8, SCOTUS stayed a district court order to reinstate 16,000 fired federal employees.
On April 7, the Court vacated a district court order blocking deportations pursuant to the Alien Enemies Act. This particular ruling, combined with two others, led the editors of the Wall Street Journal to conclude that the Supreme Court was sending a message to the district courts:…
Here are the violent criminals ICE agents were attacked for arresting

Paid agitators and rioters, including those with the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA), attacked U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers tasked with apprehending violent criminals off of the streets.
Over the weekend, ICE agents arrested 118 illegal foreign nationals, including five gang members and those with criminal histories of “alien smuggling,” assault, cruelty to children, domestic violence, drug trafficking and robbery.
They made the arrests as assaults against them increased by 413% due to several factors including sanctuary policies prohibiting local cooperation and Biden administration catch and release policies that facilitated releasing violent criminals into U.S. communities instead of detaining them for removal, authorities have explained to The Center Square.
“As rioters attacked federal ICE and law enforcement officers on the LA streets, Mayor Bass took the side of chaos and lawlessness over law enforcement,” acting ICE Director Todd Lyons said.
“Our brave officers were vastly outnumbered, as over 1,000 rioters surrounded and attacked a federal building. It took over two hours for the Los Angeles Police Department to respond, despite being called multiple times. The brave men and women of ICE were in Los Angeles arresting criminal illegal aliens including gang members, drug traffickers and those with a history of assault, cruelty to children, domestic violence, robbery, and smuggling.”
In response, President Donald Trump federalized the California National Guard.
The rioters and “sanctuary politicians are choosing to side with criminals over American victims,” DHS said.
Among those arrested were violent men all in the country illegally, according to ICE:
Vietnamese national Cuong Chanh Phan, convicted of second-degree murder;
Philippino Rolando Veneracion-Enriquez, whose criminal history includes burglary in Ontario, Calif.; sexual penetration with a foreign object with force and assault with intent to commit rape in Pomona, Calif.;
Mexican national Lionel Sanchez-Laguna, with a criminal history in Orange Calif. of discharging a firearm at an inhabited dwelling and vehicle; battery on spouse or cohabitant; willful cruelty to child; driving under the influence; assault with semi-automatic firearm; and personal use of a firearm;
Mexican national Armando Ordaz whose criminal history includes sexual battery and petty theft in Los Angeles and receiving known or stolen property in Norwalk, Calif.;..

Decades After Teen Double Murder At Grad Party, Killer Arrested Again In LA ICE Sweep

Cuong Chanh Phan, a 49-year-old Vietnamese man with a prior conviction for a notorious double murder, was arrested during a recent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation in Los Angeles.
Phan is in the United States illegally.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirmed Phan’s arrest on June 7, highlighting his criminal past as part of a broader federal immigration enforcement action that has been met with significant local resistance.
According to a DHS statement released on June 9, 2025, Phan was convicted of two counts of second-degree murder. The charges stem from a 1994 incident where Phan and alleged fellow gang members opened fire on a high school graduation party in San Marino, California, following a dispute.
The shooting resulted in the deaths of Dennis Buan, 18, and David Hang, 15, and left seven others wounded. A massive manhunt at the time led to the arrest of Phan and eight other individuals linked to the crime.
The recent ICE operation that led to Phan’s arrest is part of a larger federal initiative that has seen numerous individuals detained in the Los Angeles area. This has prompted a volatile response, with large-scale protests and clashes between demonstrators and law enforcement….

Maxine Waters taunts armed agents after feds slam door on her during LA riots: ‘You better shoot straight’

Rep. Maxine Waters had a federal building door slammed in her face during the L.A. migrant riots – and was caught on video taunting armed agents, asking if they planned to shoot her.
Video shows Waters hurrying past graffiti-covered walls of a government building and up the steps to a plywood-shielded doorway where a small crowd had gathered.
“Hello, hello, hello,” Waters, D-Calif., called out as she saw the California National Guard approaching the door, to enter.
“I just came to use my congressional authority to check on David Huerta,” she said, referring to the SEIU union leader who was arrested during the weekend’s protests.
The last agent to enter turned to her and said, “Ma’am, our lobby is secure right now to all visitors.”
But that did not deter the 86-year-old 18-term Democrat.
“Excuse me, I need to get in,” she said, as the agent told her to “contact our public affairs office,” as he closed the door in her face.

‘Worse and More Violent’: LA Riots Escalate
Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell said in a Sunday evening press conference that the violence was “getting increasingly worse and more violent.”
“This violence that I’ve seen, it’s disgusting,” McDonnell said, according to Fox News. “It’s escalated now, since the beginning of this incident. What we saw the first night was bad. What we’ve seen subsequent to that is getting increasingly worse and more violent.”
“We’ve seen people with hammers … breaking the bollards behind the federal building and taking the rocks. If you will, or pieces of concrete and throwing them at officers,” McDonnell added. “We’ve had liquid—of who knows what, description thrown at officers. There’s no limit to what they’re, doing to our officers,” he added.
President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social, “Jim McDonnell, the highly respected LAPD Chief, just stated that the protesters are getting very much more aggressive, and that he would ‘have to reassess the situation,’ as it pertains to bringing in the troops. He should, RIGHT NOW!!! Don’t let these thugs get away with this. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, a Democrat, wrote on X, “Angelenos — don’t engage in violence and chaos. Don’t give the administration what they want.”
The Department of Homeland Security posted on X, “ORDER WILL BE RESTORED” and “Violence and intimidation against federal law enforcement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”….
