Bodycam Footage of Officers Shooting Woman After Ambush Attack in Tallahassee, Florida

Upon making contact with the suspect, Durrell Lee, a second man was seen with him whom officers recognized as making prior threats to law enforcement.
Additionally, a woman, 25-year-old Asia Fitzgerald was in the vicinity who was known to be associated with him. Lee was taken into custody for drug-related charges, and the man was detained shortly for questioning.
During this time, Fitzgerald walked away from the scene. As officers began releasing the man from custody, Fitzgerald reemerged and began firing a rifle at officers.
Multiple officers and one deputy fired back at Fitzgerald, who sustained injuries. Officers began rendering life-saving aid on scene to Fitzgerald, who was then transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

US Budget Deficit Soars as Medicare Outlays Jump

The U.S. budget deficit swelled in May from a year earlier as revenue tumbled and Medicare spending surged, the Treasury Department said Monday in its first monthly accounting of the government’s finances since a deal was reached to suspend the debt limit and avoid a first-ever federal default.
The May deficit shot up to $240 billion from $66 billion a year earlier, more than offsetting the $176 billion surplus recorded in April. The median forecast among economists polled by Reuters was for a deficit of $236 billion.
Revenues for May totaled $307 billion, down 21% from $389 billion a year earlier, with a decline in non-withheld individual income taxes and higher tax return payments accounting for most of the shortfall.
Full Measure: June 11, 2023 – Energy Crisis
We begin with an amazing development on the energy front. Right now, some of the world’s leaders in green energy are reluctantly returning to fossil fuel in a big way.
That’s because what some see as a climate emergency has been overtaken by a more immediate crisis: a global energy disaster.
Europe is rationing power and on the cusp of shortages and blackouts, worrying about citizens literally freezing over the winter.
Today, we travel to the United Kingdom and Germany, where experts say their experience is a warning of what may come here, as the U.S. follows in their green energy footsteps.
Supreme Court to Consider Hearing Guns/Domestic Abuse Case

The Supreme Court is set to decide whether to hear an appeal of a decision that vacated the conviction of a drug dealer because his Second Amendment rights were violated.
In February, a three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans ruled that a law making it a crime for people under domestic violence restraining orders to own firearms was unconstitutional.
In its decision, the 5th Circuit panel threw out the guilty plea and six-year prison sentence for Zackey Rahimi, who admitted to possessing guns found in his Kennedale, Texas, home after prosecutors said he participated in five shootings in December 2020, and January 2021.
Police ID alleged gunman, 3 killed in Annapolis mass shooting

At a press conference Monday, Jackson said the shooting happened at a residence in the 100 block of Paddington Place Sunday around 8 p.m. during some type of gathering.
Jackson says a long handgun and semi-automatic handgun were used in the crime.
Three victims were reported dead at the scene, he said. Three others were taken to Shock Trauma where they remain in stable condition.
The three killed were identified as 65-year-old Nicholas Morales, 27-year-old Antonio Morales, and 25-year-old Christian Marlon. All were from Anne Arundel County.

Trump Urges Miami Indictment Protesters to Stay Peaceful.

Speaking exclusively to Roger Stone about protests planned at the Miami courthouse – where Trump is due to be arrested on Tuesday – the 45th President said the American people have “plenty” to protest about – and they should do so “peacefully”.
“We need strength in our country now. Our country is being taken away from us; our country’s going communist, it’s going Marxist… the people of our country aren’t that way, but the people running it are,” he lamented.
“Look, our country has to protest. We have plenty to protest, we’ve lost everything. We’ve lost our borders, we’ve lost our election integrity, we’ve lost respect all over the world,” he added.
Trump highlighted a previous peaceful protest against his separate, state-level indictment in New York City, which was led by Gavin Wax’s New York Young Republican Club, as an example for others.
PHOTOS – Biden White House Accused of Violating U.S. Flag Code at Pride Event: ‘A Disgrace’

A photo in a group of other images from the event shows what appears to be the “Progress Pride Flag” hanging between the American flags while the President and First Lady are seen among attendees.
“Happy Pride from the White House!” the post read:
In a social media post on Sunday, Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) blasted the administration for the display, calling it a “disgrace.”
“Not only is it in breach of US Flag Code, but it’s a glaring example of this White Houses’ [sic] incompetence and insistence on putting their social agenda ahead of patriotism,” he wrote:
JPMorgan Chase Settles with Jeffrey Epstein’s Alleged Victims for $290 Million

An unnamed victim known as “Jane Doe 1” filed the class action lawsuit on the behalf of more than 40 women, CNBC reported. She claimed that for years the bank ignored red flags pointing to Epstein’s sexual abuse of women and children.
Former JPMorgan Chase executive Jes Staley is being sued by the bank, which is accusing Staley of enabling Epstein’s conduct.
The bank said he should be held financially responsible for the settlement and wants eight years of pay returned. A 30-year employee of the bank, Staley is accused of covering up Epstein’s alleged sex-trafficking ring and engaging in “sexual activity with young women procured by Epstein,” NBC reported.
The settlement comes a month after Deutsche Bank settled a $75 million lawsuit brought by women who say they were trafficked by Epstein. He was a client of the bank from 2013 to 2018.
Fox News sends Tucker Carlson cease-and-desist letter over Twitter show

Carlson’s attorneys were informed last week that he breached his contract by launching his own show on Twitter, and the latest legal letter was confirmed on Twitter by Harmeet Dhillon, an attorney representing the commentator.
“My friend and client @TuckerCarlson will not be silenced — by the far left or by Fox News,” Dhillon tweeted with a link to an Axios story about Fox’s letter to Carlson.
Dhillon also said she will not appear on Fox until the network “stops trying to silence Tucker.”

Glenn: Here’s the PERFECT formula to UNCOVER far-left LIES
Hillary Clinton recently claimed that Florida is dangerous for people of color and for the LGBTQ+ community. Gavin Newsom recently said those protesting Target over its pride products are America’s true extremists.
And, according to the mainstream media, a Florida school recently banned from its library the poem that Joe Biden used during his inauguration. So, what’s the ACTUAL truth to these claims?
In this clip, Glenn pulls from the 1600s a formula that perfectly uncovers the far-left’s LIES.
You may have learned about it in high school…it’s called the scientific method, and it’s a sure-fire way to determine far-left LIES from TRUTH.
The U.K. Just Banned Chemical Castration For Kids. America Should Do The Same And More

The decision to halt the universal prescription of life-altering drugs is long overdue considering there was never any evidence that permanently manipulating a child’s body would remedy his or her mental struggles.
In recent years, pharmaceutical companies and bureaucracies began marketing a sterilizing chemical regime as a way to “pause” puberty for the growing number of kids who claim to struggle with gender dysphoria.
On the contrary, the increasing body of evidence shows that pumping kids full of neutering drugs causes irreversible harm, including sexual dysfunction and permanent infertility, a higher risk of cancer and cardiac events, impaired vocal cords, bone density issues, and transition regret.
NHS still allows doctors to “socially transition” children, a nonsense concept since “transitioning” sexes is physically impossible.
But the agency is not afraid to warn medical professionals that transgender interventions like wrong-sex hormones — which studies show lead to sickening regret — will “cause some irreversible changes.”
5 Tough Lessons From The Ukraine War Many Don’t Want To Hear

Much of the West has over invested in other domains (e.g., maritime, air) and niche capabilities, at the expense of combat power on land.
The war in Ukraine has validated the need for decisive land combat power to win large-scale wars.
These types of wars are far from extinction and finding the right balance of capabilities to wage war in appropriate fashion, remains a fundamental security challenge for Western nations.
Historically, military organizations have been known to cling to capabilities long past their ability to offer decisive returns.
Put simply, there is a continual sin to fight the way one might wish rather than the way one should, and equally important, one might not know exactly where they might have to fight and in which domains.
Conversely, there are continuities in war that do not change, and therefore, an alignment of military concepts and associated capabilities in a dynamic environment remains key.
World News:
Israel Plans News Settlements in West Bank

Israel informed President Joe Biden’s administration that it will build thousands of new housing units in the occupied West Bank, Axios reported.
The Biden administration previously said it would oppose any new settlements by Israel in the area, saying it undermines the hopes for a two-state solution for the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
Haaretz previously reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had shelved the plans for the controversial housing project due to widespread international criticism of the plan, which would have split the northern and southern parts of the West Bank.
However, Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, during a press conference on Monday, defended the project, saying: “We will have big news for the settlements in the West Bank imminently.”

After Battlefield Losses, Ukraine Tells Germany to Send More Leopard 2s

Leopard 2 tanks are worth “its weight in gold for the decisive offensive” and Germany should ship more of them to the front lines, so says former ambassador to Germany now working to drum up deliveries of equipment from abroad Andrij Melnyk.
He said, per Germany’s Tagespiegel:
“The Ukrainian army most urgently needs many more Western battle tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and other armoured vehicles”.
The paper notes Germany has donated 18 of the Leopard 2 main battle tanks so far, but has over 300 at home, so leading Melnyk to claim Berlin could spare more — as much as tripling the commitment — without “endangering” itself.
‘God Is Queer’ Declares Pastor at Protestant Church Congress in Germany

South African-born Quinton Caesar, who has served as a pastor in the town of Wiesmoor in Lower Saxony over the past year, declared at the final service of the German Protestant Church Congress in the main market in Nuremberg that “God is queer” while advocating for a slew of other leftist causes, the German newspaper Die Welt reported.
During his sermon, the 38-year-old pastor went on to proclaim that “we are all the last generation,” a thinly-veiled reference to the far-left green extremist activist group, Letzte Generation (Last Generation), which regularly blocks highways in Germany to protest the supposed looming armageddon of climate change.
Ceasar, who reportedly describes himself as a “theologian activist pastor”, reminded his audience that “black lives always matter” and advocated on behalf of refugees.
The US Is Preparing Evacuation Plans for American Citizens in Taiwan (Exclusive)

The planning has been underway for at least six months and “it’s heated up over the past two months or so,” said a senior U.S. intelligence official who spoke on the condition of anonymity because he wasn’t authorized to discuss the planning.
The official said a “heightened level of tension” had driven the preparations. “It’s nothing you wouldn’t read in the news,” he told The Messenger. “Forces building up. China aligning with Russia on Ukraine.”
The planning process has been kept quiet because it is a sensitive subject for the Taiwanese government, one source said; more generally, one former State Department official said, “Even talking about an [evacuation plan] starts people thinking something may be going on even if it is just prudent planning.”
Ukraine Claims 4th Village Retaken in Counteroffensive

Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Maliar wrote on Telegram that Ukraine’s flag was again flying over the village of Storozhov, and she predicted the liberation of “all Ukrainian land” would the final outcome.
A day earlier, Ukrainian officials said three other small villages clustered together south of the town of Velika Novosilke in the eastern Donetsk region had been liberated.
The villages are located in the so-called “Vremivka ledge,” a section of the front line where the Russian-controlled area protrudes into territory held by Ukraine.
The area has become one of several epicenters of intense fighting.

Joe Biden Returns America to UNESCO with $600 Million Payment, Undoing Trump’s Withdrawal

The United States left the organization, whose most well-known objective is to aid countries in preserving sites of cultural and historical significance, under President Donald Trump in 2019 on the grounds that it consistently supported the interests of Palestinian terrorist groups and unfairly maligned Israel, often at the detriment of protecting heritage sites. Israel also withdrew from UNESCO in 2019.
The Trump administration made the decision to withdraw in 2017 but had to formally wait for its membership in the body to expire.
As part of Trump’s foreign policy, he greatly reduced American spending and involvement in the United Nations generally, including withdrawing America from the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) and the Human Rights Council, whose members are mostly repressive dictatorships.
America’s return to the historical preservation body — which failed to prevent, among other disasters, the rampant destruction of priceless artifacts and ancient sites by the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria in the last decade — will also restore $600 million in funding that Washington did not pay after leaving the agency, according to the Associated Press. America has historically been a top funder of United Nations projects.
The head of UNESCO, French former Culture Minister Audrey Azoulay, celebrated Biden’s decision on Monday as a “strong act of confidence” in her organization.
Trump: I Will Appoint a Real Special Prosecutor to Go After ‘Biden Crime Family’

The defiant post comes days after the Biden Justice Department moved to indict him for allegedly retaining classified documents at Mar-a-Lago after he left office.
It also comes after the House Oversight Committee was allowed access to an FBI document where an informant alleged that Joe Biden and his son Hunter were involved in a bribery scheme with a Ukrainian executive where they would receive $5 million each.
Even after the indictment, Trump widened his lead in the GOP primary over his opponents, as reported by Breitbart News.
Tulsi Gabbard on Trump’s Indictment
Trump indictment undermines democracy because if a law is going to be enforced, it should be enforced equally and fairly across the board.
The selective use of govt institutions and law enforcement to go after political or personal opponents undermines the very essence of the rule of law, which is the foundation for our democracy.
Hemingway: GOP Has No Option But To Fight DOJ Corruption With One Voice
“We have a Department of Justice that had Hillary Clinton — who was never a president and never will be a president — mishandling classified information, and they invented a new legal standard simply to let her go. … We had the Russiagate collusion hoax, in which the Department of Justice … participated in a Democrat-invented conspiracy theory to say that Donald Trump was a traitor.”
‘I think the entire Republican Party does not realize what a world of hurt they’re in unless they loudly condemn and stop this with one voice.’ said Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway.
Hunter Biden’s suspicious email on Ukraine raises red flag for classified doc probe

Alec Tabak
At least one email from Hunter Biden’s laptop during his father’s vice presidency stands out as worthy of Hur’s scrutiny, to determine if there is any overlap with classified documents found in Joe Biden’s Delaware home or various offices.
Hunter refers to “my guys upcoming travels” in his email to business partner Devon Archer dated April 13, 2014, one week before Joe visited Ukraine as vice president.
It was an uncharacteristically sophisticated email, listing 22 points about Ukraine’s political situation, with detailed analysis of the upcoming election and anticipating an escalation of Russia’s “destabilization campaign.”
