Trump heads to famous Cuban restaurant Versailles in Miami after court

Former President Donald Trump left federal court Tuesday and made a surprise stop at the iconic Cuban restaurant Versailles in Miami before departing Florida for his Bedminster, New Jersey resort.

There he prayed with religious leaders, took a photo with mixed martial arts fighter Jorge Masvidal, complained about a ‘government that’s out of control’ and was sang ‘Happy Birthday.’

The ex-president turns 77 Wednesday.

‘Food for everyone!’ the ex-president exclaimed at one point, as he pushed through the crowd of supporters and reporters, noting that a ‘great group’ was assembled.

Asked how he thought it was doing – after spending the day getting arrested, fingerprinted and charged with 37 federal crimes – Trump responded, ‘I think it’s going great.’

‘I think it’s a rigged deal here,’ he said. ‘I’m goint to make a little speech tonight in Bedminster and I hope you’re going to be there,’ the ex-president also said.

Legal Group Demands Investigation of Navy Drag Queen Digital Ambassador Over ‘Highly Partisan’ Social Media Posts

Department of Defense policy prohibits military members from “solicit[ing] votes for or against a partisan political party, candidate, or cause” whether or not they are in uniform.

AFL noted a verified Twitter account affiliated with Kelley’s Harpy Daniels alter-ego shared posts on social media advocating for people to vote for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacy Abrams in Georgia in 2018 and other Democratic candidates in the 2018 midterms. Kelley also retweeted campaign materials by President Joe Biden’s 2020 Democratic presidential campaign.

AFL noted political conservatives who had engaged in similar partisan commentary had been discharged from the military. U.S. Marine Sgt. Gary Stein received an “other than honorable discharge” and lost some of his military benefits after he formed a Facebook group in 2012 called “Armed Forces Tea Party” and posted a comment: “Screw [President Barrack Obama]. I will not follow all orders from him.”

In addition to Kelley’s alleged political commentary, AFL’s letter to the Navy also noted disparaging comments Kelley allegedly said about his military leaders. In 2019, the Harpy Daniels Twitter profile tweeted that “All of 7th fleet is lazy”—a comment AFL interpreted as a knock on the leadership of Navy Vice Admiral Phillip Sawyer and Rear Admiral Ted LeClaire.

Guy gets accused of racism by his doorbell… Amazon shuts down his smart home…

In today’s world of politically correct insanity, it’s truly baffling that a significant number of Americans willingly invite in their homes these advanced devices that constantly eavesdrop on their conversations and actions.

Yet, that’s become the norm with gadgets like Echo and Alexa, which feel like creepy spies sitting in the corner, recording every noise you make.

Well, one guy learned the hard way just how risky that idea can be when his doorbell accused him of being “racist” and Amazon completely shut down his entire “smart home.”

The guy’s name is Brandon Jackson, and he gave a detailed account of what went down that fateful day.

U.S. Earmarks Another $325 Million In New Military Aid To Ukraine

HIMARS multiple-rocket launchers, provided to Ukraine by the United States, are seen in action in Ukraine in July 2022.

The U.S. Defense Department has announced an additional $325 million in security assistance “to meet Ukraine’s critical security and defense needs.”

The authorization is the 40th drawdown of equipment from Defense Department inventories for Ukraine since August 2021 and includes “key capabilities to aid Ukraine’s efforts to retake its sovereign territory and support Ukraine’s air defenders,” the department said in a statement on June 13.

Trump Pleads ‘Not Guilty’ to 37 Counts

Former President Donald Trump was arrested, processed, and plead “not guilty” on 37 charges related to retaining national-defense information under the Espionage Act of 1917.

“Defiant,” Trump legal spokeswoman Alina Habba told Newsmax outside the courthouse, when asked how Trump was feeling.

“We are at a turning point in our nation’s history,” she said, reading prepared remarks outside the courthouse. “The targeted, political prosecution of a leading political opponent is the type of thing you see in dictatorships like Cuba and Venezuela.

EXCLUSIVE: Whistleblower exposes hospital for performing genital sex change surgeries on minors

Slide from mandatory training

Kaiser Permanente, a healthcare company with hospitals across the United States, issued a mandatory training course for all Kaiser employees in Southern California.

The course covered topics on “gender-affirming care,” which included information on mastectomies, hysterectomies, vaginoplasties, and phalloplasties.

Internal documents indicated that these procedures are allowed to be performed on minors. The training also offered tips for proper binding and tucking.

Nurses were also given information on which Kaiser hospitals perform gender-affirming surgeries and issue hormone therapy. Adolescents can get hysterectomies, orchiectomies and hormone therapy at all Kaiser locations.

Genital and chest surgeries are offered at some of Kaiser’s medical centers across California and Hawaii.

WATCH: Vocal ‘Blacks for Trump’ speak out ahead of arraignment | National Report

On Tuesday’s “National Report,” the vocal conservative supporters group “Blacks for Trump” speaks out ahead of the arraignment of the former president in front of the courthouse in Miami, Florida. NEWSMAX’s Leonardo Feldman reports.

Special Counsel Lied in Trump Indictment

Judge Aileen Cannon:

The Justice Department’s special counsel team led by Jack Smith lied in the 37-count indictment filed last week against former president and GOP 2024 frontrunner Donald Trump.

Page 45 of the 49-page document is a form that prosecutors are required to submit with the indictment. Question number eight asks, “Does this case relate to a previously filed matter in this District Court.” If yes, the questionnaire continues, who was the judge?

The correct answer of course is yes. In August, Trump brought a suit in the southern district of Florida to request a special master to review the classified documents seized by the FBI in its raid on his Florida home, Mar-a-Lago.

Nevertheless, under the signature of Assistant Special Counsel Jay Bratt, the Smith team answered no — even though the DOJ’s classified documents case is directly related to Trump’s suit.

James Woods Blasts Establishment’s Plan to Take Down Trump: ‘Unrelenting Assault on the One True Outsider to the Swamp’

Associated Press

James Woods laid out the left’s 2024 plan in an impassioned tweet on Monday.

“Continue the unrelenting assault on the one true outsider to the swamp,” he wrote. “Cripple him in slow motion with a thousand cuts, because to destroy him in one violent blow would confer martyrdom.”

Woods added that the establishment will “neuter any viable substitute genuinely conservative candidate” and prop up “’hands-across-the aisle’ RINO sucker fish like Romney.”

“Why? Because there is only one trough and all these political hogs slop at it side by side,” he concluded, before adding:

San Francisco Retail Exodus Continues; Westfield Mall Stops Paying Mortgage

Ken Lund / Flickr / CC

As Breitbart News reported last month, the Nordstrom store in downtown San Francisco decided to leave the city due to a change in “the dynamics of the downtown,” a subtle reference to crime and decreased foot traffic.

Nordstrom was the anchor tenant of the Westfield mall, which has prompted the owners to leave the mall, too.

But San Francisco’s retail decline was particularly steep, augmented by a massive population exodus as the tech industry embraced work-from-home, and employees abandoned their commutes into the city. San Francisco’s recovery was, by some measures, the slowest of any major U.S. city.

In addition, San Francisco has suffered from street crime, homelessness, and open-air drug abuse, and was hit with a wave of “mass looting” events in late 2021 that hurt retail just as the local economy was reopening.

Pro-BLM ice cream chain sues Seattle over ‘extensive property damage’ from BLM autonomous zone ‘CHOP’: Report

The lawsuit claims that it “does not seek to undermine CHOP participants’ message or present a counter message.”

“Rather,” the suit continued, “this lawsuit is about [Molly Moon’s] constitutional and other legal rights of which were overrun by the City of Seattle’s decision to abandon and close off an entire city neighborhood, leaving it unchecked by police, unserved by fire and emergency health services, and inaccessible to the public at large, and then materially support and encourage a hostile occupation of that neighborhood.”

The lawsuit also alleges that the city of Seattle’s failure to protect its residents from the protests “subjected businesses, employees, and residents of that neighborhood to extensive property damage, public safety dangers, and an inability to use and access their properties.”

Antifa Members Planning ‘Anti-Fascist Action’ Against Trump Supporters at Miami Courthouse

An apparent group of Antifa members are calling for a celebration at the courthouse where former President Donald Trump will appear on Tuesday to be arraigned.

A Twitter account sharing Miami Antifa-related news posted a notice for a “celebration of the federal indictment of Trump and anti-fascist action against his supporters.”

The notice posted the location of the courthouse, as well as a date and time to show up.

Another competing Antifa-related group claimed to be also at the courthouse.

‘TRANTIFA:’ Experts warn of ‘increasing trend’ of extremism and violence from far-left transgender activists

Conservative activist “Billboard Chris” assaulted by trans person at a pro-trans rally in Vancouver (Screenshot/Twitter)

From shootings to riots, Antifa and feminist experts warn that radical transgender activists are growing increasingly violent and extreme, with some using the term “Trantifa” to describe the phenomenon.

While Antifa is the far-left “anti-fascist” militant movement often associated with black clothing, face-masks and violent protest, the new term “Trantifa” has been “coined on social media to highlight the strong transgender presence within the anarchist outfit,” according to The Daily Mail, which used the definition of “far-left transgender activists willing to intimidate, harass and even use violence to advance their radical new ideas about gender.”

A top Wyoming Democrat shared a Facebook post suggesting Antifa and gun violence is needed to protect transgender people less than a week after the Nashville school shooting. The meme showed a person wearing a transgender flag outfit and holding an assault rifle with the caption, “Auntie Fa says protect trans folks against fascists [and] bigots.”

“They’ve got themselves completely worked up, they honestly think there’s a genocide going on against them,” Women’s Liberation Front founder Leirre Keith told The Daily Mail. “If you really think you’re under that kind of threat, then you can justify anything.”

Californian Voters to Schools: They’re OUR Kids. Don’t Support Secret Gender Counseling.

Parents don’t lose their rights at the schoolhouse door, according to an overwhelming majority of California voters, most of whom also support laws requiring schools to notify parents if a student identifies as transgender.

A new telephone and online survey by Rasmussen Reports and Real Impact finds that 82% of California Likely Voters disagree with the statement, “A person loses their parental rights when a child enters public school,” including 69% who Strongly Disagree. Only 12% think parental rights are lost when children enter public school. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Eighty-four percent (84%) of California voters would support a local law that required parents to be notified of any major change in a child’s physical, mental, or emotional health or academic performance, including 66% who would Strongly Support such a law. Only 12% would oppose a law requiring parental notification…

Grassley’s ‘17 Recordings’ Bombshell Brings Bidens And Burisma Back Into The Spotlight

These new details, coupled with the House Oversight Committee’s subpoenaing of Hunter’s business partner and fellow Burisma board member on Monday, place the Ukrainian oil and gas company back in the spotlight of the Biden family pay-to-play scandal.

The FBI refuses to release the FD-1023, however, prompting Grassley to call for transparency.

To that end, the Iowa Republican told the country that “the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them.”

“Seventeen total recordings,” Grassley continued. “According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden.” Another two audio recordings involve calls between Zlochevsky and then-Vice President Joe Biden, Grassley stressed.

Yesterday also brought news that the House Oversight Committee had subpoenaed Hunter’s ex-business partner and friend Devon Archer to testify on Friday.

Chloe Cole: Transition Surgery Was the Biggest Mistake of My Life

Chloe Cole was celebrated by the transgender community after she decided she was born in the wrong body and had her healthy breasts surgically removed at age 15.

During the post-operation process, Chloe began to regret her decision and had to come to terms with the irreversible damage done to her as a minor. She began speaking out against the very people who once celebrated her—and was met with vitriol and hate.

Now, she dedicates her life to spreading awareness about the dangerous gender-affirming path society is barreling down.

Rufo was once a filmmaker, making documentaries for PBS about things like American poverty.

But then his research on poverty connected him with government workers who leaked documents about absurd “woke” training programs.

The documents showed that Seattle’s Office of Civil Rights, for example, trained employees to “practice self-talk that affirms … complicity in racism” and to work on “undoing your own whiteness.”

CESSNOCK, Australia—A bus driver was driving too fast when the vehicle rolled on its side and hit a guard rail in heavy fog in an Australian wine region, killing 10 wedding guests and injuring 25 others, police alleged Tuesday.

It was Australia’s most deadly road accident since 1994, when a bus skidded on its side across a highway and down a steep embankment in Brisbane, killing 12 people and injuring 38.

Of the 25 passengers taken to hospitals, 14 had not been discharged by Tuesday, with two remaining in an intensive care unit in critical but stable condition, Waddell said.

The dead and injured were aged from their 20s to their 60s, Waddell said.

Women to get gay-conviction pardons for first time

Gay women who have been convicted of offences linked to same-sex activity will for the first time be able to apply to have their convictions wiped. From Tuesday anyone who has been either cautioned or convicted for abolished offences involving same-sex activity will be able to apply for them to be cleared from their records.

In what is being described by the Home Office as “a significant step forward in addressing the wrongs of the past”, the government’s disregards and pardons scheme has been significantly widened from today.

Up until now, only men have been able to apply to have convictions wiped under a specified list of offences.

NATO to upgrade ties with Australia, New Zealand, South Korea

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization will deepen collaboration with its four major partners in the Indo-Pacific region, simultaneously preparing bilateral cooperation documents with Australia, Japan, New Zealand and South Korea, Nikkei Asia has learned.

The four countries, collectively known as the Asian-Pacific partners (AP4), are currently tagged as “partners across the globe” by NATO.

The alliance will formulate what is known as an Individually Tailored Partnership Program (ITPP) with all four — an upgrade to a higher form of partnership. With the documents serving as a road map, the partners will explore collaboration on issues such as cybersecurity, space and fighting disinformation.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has proposed opening a NATO liaison office in Tokyo next year, but the idea has faced opposition from France, which fears it sends the wrong message to China, and that it may also raise concerns among members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.

Brussels blocks €100 million compensation package for CEE farmers over dumping of Ukrainian grain

A compensation package worth €100 million for Central and Eastern European farmers is being blocked by the European Commission, as it alleges that Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Slovakia are preventing the transit of Ukrainian products being exported to countries that wish to receive them.

Sources in the European Commission have confirmed reports that there are problems with signing off on the financial support for farmers who have been affected in recent months by the dumping of cheap Ukrainian grain flooding the internal European market.

It is understood that €40 million of the compensation is designated for Poland.

According to the Commission’s spokesperson Miriam Garcia Ferrer, “there are still issues to be resolved and some challenges to be confronted” before the package of support for the farmers can be made available.

The Commission alleges that the five countries are failing to meet their side of the bargain per which the EU executive approved a ban on Ukrainian imports into those countries in return for the removal of unilateral bans and the lifting of restrictions on transit.

UN Nuclear Chief Says Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant Faces ‘Dangerous Situation’

The largest nuclear power plant in Europe faces “a relatively dangerous situation,” the head of the United Nations nuclear watchdog said, facing peril from both the Kakhovka dam burst last week and the start of Ukraine’s counteroffensive.

Rafael Grossi, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, spoke to journalists on June 13 in Kyiv just before leaving for the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant.

The dam break, which removed water needed for cooling the reactor, does not yet represent an “immediate danger,” though Grossi said he was “very concerned” about the plant potentially getting caught again in open warfare.

‘Ukraine drone’ strike hits oil refinery 80 miles from Putin’s palace

Russia has suffered a major explosion at an oil refinery in a suspected drone or sabotage attack, just 80 miles from Vladimir Putin‘s Black Sea palace.

The blast came as yet another Russian general was killed in Moscow’s on-going war against Ukraine, this time in a missile strike.

The double blow for Putin came as Ukraine stepped up its counteroffensive, with Kyiv’s forces claiming they have liberated at least four front-line villages – amid reports that Russian troops are being killed fleeing through their own minefields.

Yevgeny Prigozhin, the founder of Russia’s Wagner mercenary group, said on Tuesday that he was “not sure” if Wagner would stay in Ukraine after having taken the eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut after a months-long battle.

Wagner mercenaries have in the past been active in Africa and the Middle East too and still have some contracts there.

On Sunday, Russia’s most powerful mercenary said his Wagner fighters would not sign any contract with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, publicly refusing an attempt by the defense ministry to bring his fighting force under its sway.

Prigozhin has repeatedly attacked Russian President Vladimir Putin’s top military brass for what he casts as treachery for failing to fight the war in Ukraine properly.

Russian missiles kill at least 10 people in Zelenskyy’s hometown

Russian missiles hit civilian buildings in a central Ukrainian city overnight, killing at least 10 people, regional officials said Tuesday as rescuers searched for at least one person still believed to be trapped under the rubble.

Kryvyi Rih mayor Oleksandr Vilkul said that the death toll had risen to at least 10. He said that one person is still believed to be trapped under the rubble and 28 were wounded.

The strike involving cruise missiles hit a five-story residential building, which was engulfed in fire, Gov. Serhiy Lysak of the Dnipropetrovsk region wrote on Telegram.

Bank of England’s credibility and UK economy at risk from Net Zero radicalism

According to media reports, Ms Greene has called for the bank to create “preferential” interest rates to help speed up the push for Net Zero, despite acknowledging that such a move could threaten its independence.

In an article published before her nomination, Megan Greene warned that central banks needed to “go further” to help combat climate change and to “give banks preferential (negative) rates if they direct the funds toward green investments”.

Lord Frost, the former Cabinet minister told the Sunday Telegraph that the UK would be “deranged” to adopt Ms Greene’s idea, adding: “It is deeply troubling that a prospective member of the Monetary Policy Committee should have advocated such a collectivist and socialist approach.”

Pictured, transgender-for-youth promoter Justin Trudeau with his pit-bull LGBT pusher, Liberal Minister of Gender, Marci Ein.

It’s no exaggeration to state that a wave of parental backlash against LGBT propaganda in Canadian public schools is rapidly gaining grass-roots momentum.

Provincial Education Minister Bill Hogan announced the changes: from July 1, 2023 forward, children under 16 “must have parental consent to alter their names and pronouns at school.”

PM Trudeau immediately came out of the bag against Premier Higgs’ common sense decree. CAP can understand why. Mr. Trudeau has a strange and twisted attitude toward the Canadian family unit.

Sen. JD Vance Pledges To Block Biden Nominees Over Trump Indictment

Republican Ohio Sen. JD Vance announced Tuesday that he would place a hold on most Biden administration Department of Justice nominees in response to the indictment of former President Donald Trump.

“Donald Trump is merely the latest victim of a Department of Justice that cares more about politics than law enforcement. Merrick Garland’s department harasses Christians for pro-life advocacy, but allows hardened criminals to walk our streets unpunished. This must stop, and I will do everything in my ability to ensure it does,” Vance said in a statement. “Starting today, I will hold all Department of Justice nominations. If Merrick Garland wants to use these officials to harass Joe Biden’s political opponents, we will grind his department to a halt.”

Vance’s office clarified that his hold applies to all DOJ appointees, except U.S. Marshals. Nine senior DOJ positions are currently vacant, according to The Washington Post’s Political Appointee Tracker. Several U.S. Attorney positions also remain vacant.
