An individual identified as Edward Fredrick Wackerman from Mariposa, California, has been apprehended by authorities on charges of aggravated arson.
The arrest follows an investigation into a significant fire that engulfed Yosemite National Park in July 2022, resulting in the destruction of numerous homes and injuries to multiple firefighters. Democratic politicians had previously attributed the blaze to climate change.
According to government records, Wackerman, the alleged arson suspect, has made political contributions totaling $1,775 to Democratic candidates and committees since 2020.
New York DA Alvin Bragg Sued For Refusing To Release Trump Records

Two lawsuits have been filed against Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, accusing him of non-compliance with state Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests.
The requests sought information regarding potential communications between Bragg’s office and the Justice Department, White House, and Democratic lawmakers in relation to Bragg’s prosecution of former President Trump.
In March, Bragg brought forth 34 felony charges against Trump for allegedly falsifying business records in the first degree.
YouTube Deletes ANOTHER Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Interview, This Time With Dr. Jordan Peterson

A torrent of opinions gushed in the podcast, as Peterson lambasted vaccine mandates, accusing them of sowing seeds of fear and demoralizing the young “to a degree that’s almost incomprehensible.”
Kennedy furnished a 2010 University of California, Berkeley study that cited the influence of atrazine, an endocrine disruptor, on fertility.
To paint a vivid picture, he mentioned its impact on frogs, as it “will chemically castrate and forcibly feminize every frog in there and 10 percent of the frogs—the male frogs—will turn into fully viable females able to produce viable eggs.” The extrapolation to the human realm was no leap of faith for Kennedy Jr., who spoke of atrazine’s ubiquity in the water supply.
Mike Tyson Posts Censored Interview With RFK JR. On Rumble After YouTube Censorship

In a bold move against YouTube’s content censorship, Mike Tyson, the former heavyweight boxing champion, has taken the gloves off.
Tyson’s “Hotboxin’ With Mike Tyson” posted an interview with US Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Rumble, a growing video-sharing platform that respects free speech, after tech giant YouTube removed the original video.
Context: YouTube took down a podcast interview between Tyson and Kennedy that had been on the platform since 2020.
The takedown happened this month and was noticed by video journalist Matt Orfalea. Additionally, another interview featuring Kennedy, this time with comedian Theo Von, vanished from YouTube around the same period.
New Docs Reveal DHS Plot to Assign Social Credit-Like Scores to Americans

The Brennan Center for Justice procured these documents through a public records request, and Motherboard was the first to report on them. Project Night Fury aimed at utilizing automation to detect and evaluate social media accounts for connections to terrorism, illegal opioid distribution, but also disinformation campaigns.
The DHS document stated, “The Contractor shall develop these attributes to create a methodology for developing a ranking, or ‘Risk Score,’ associated with the identified accounts.”
Project Night Fury had also planned on incorporating involvement from Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to provide “cross-mission operational context,” according to one of the documents.
Teachers trade tips on transitioning kids without telling parents

DailyMail.com gained access to an online session hosted by the Midwest and Plains Equity Assistance Center (MAP), which is funded by the Department of Education, attended by some 30 teachers from Michigan, Iowa, Ohio, Illinois and beyond.
In the four-hour workshop, they discussed helping trans students in the face of new laws in Republican-run states on gender, pronouns, names, parents’ rights, bathroom access, and sports teams.
Some teachers said they followed the rules, but others discussed being ‘subversive,’ how their personal ‘code of ethics’ trumped laws, and how to ‘hide’ a trans student’s new name and gender from their parents.

Judge: Trump Can’t Review Evidence in Documents Case Unsupervised

The order from U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart also put strict conditions on Trump’s access to the materials.
“The Discovery materials, along with any information derived therefrom, shall not be disclosed to the public or the news media, or disseminated on any news or social media platform, without prior notice to and consent of the United States or approval of the Court,” the order filed on Monday said.
It also specified that Trump “shall not retain copies” and that he may only review case materials “under the direct supervision of Defense Counsel or a member of Defense Counsel’s staff.”
The order granted a motion filed last week by prosecutors who had asked the court to put conditions on how the defense stores and uses the documents.
Full Measure – June 18, 2023: FBI Whistleblower
The FBI has been mired in controversy. An FBI lawyer — caught doctoring documents to spy on a Donald Trump campaign supporter.
Former FBI Director James Comey — given a pass after being referred for criminal charges. He’d allegedly mishandled documents in a campaign to smear Trump.
The FBI misdirecting the public on the Hunter Biden laptop just before the election. And, of course, the FBI’s Russia collusion probe of Trump, ginned up by the Clinton campaign.
All this time we’ve heard little to nothing publicly from FBI insiders. Until now.
Your Tax Dollars at Work: Military Monitors Social Media for Mean Posts About Generals

The U.S. Army’s Protective Services Battalion (PSB), the Department of Defense’s equivalent of the Secret Service, now monitors social media to see if anyone has posted negative comments about the country’s highest-ranking officers.
Per a report by the Intercept, the PSB’s remit includes protecting officers from “embarrassment,” in addition to more pressing threats like kidnapping and assassination.
An Army procurement document from 2022 obtained by the Intercept reveals that the PSB now monitors social media for “negative sentiment” about the officers under its protection, as well as for “direct, indirect, and veiled” threats.
Obama Suggests Digital Fingerprints For Internet Access

Former President Barack Obama spoke in a video about the importance of journalism against threats towards democracy in celebration of World Press Freedom Day.
Former President Barack Obama suggested in a new interview the development of “digital fingerprints” to combat misinformation and distinguish between true and misleading news for consumers.
Obama sat down with his former White House senior adviser David Axelrod for a conversation on the latter’s podcast, “The Axe Files,” on CNN Audio. During the interview, Axelrod noted he’s seen “misinformation, disinformation, [and] deepfakes” targeting Obama.
Critics were quick to point out that Obama promoted the debunked narrative that former President Donald Trump colluded with Russia to win the 2016 election and that Obama infamously won Politifact’s “Lie of the Year” in 2013 by telling Americans, “If you like your health care plan, you can keep it,” referring to the Affordable Care Act.
Report: U.S. ‘Outlier’ Among Western Nations in Transgender ‘Care’ for Children

Described by many Democratic politicians as “gender-affirming care” for “trans kids,” puberty-blocking drugs and sex reassignment surgeries at a young age may not reduce psychological distress, and may have long-term and irreversible consequences that children cannot factor into their decision-making at a young age.
The Wall Street Journal reported Monday:
The U.S. is becoming an outlier among many Western nations in the way its national medical institutions treat children suffering from distress over gender identity.

Israel speaks out on Ukraine lionizing Nazi collaborators

Israel disagrees with Kiev’s honoring of WWII-era perpetrators of the Holocaust as national heroes, but the dispute should not pose a threat to Israeli support of the Ukrainian government, the country’s envoy there, Ambassador Michael Brodsky, has said.
The senior diplomat addressed the issue on Saturday in an interview with Iton TV, an Israeli Russian-language online outlet. Brodsky said in Israel the perception of historic figures, including Stepan Bandera, Roman Shukhevich or Andrey Melnik, was very different than that in Ukraine.
“Those people supported the ideology of Nazism. They wanted to see Ukraine without Jews as part of their struggle for independence, as well as without Poles, communists and probably many others,” he mused.

“The Prophet Muhammed also foretold the conquest of Rome and of Europe,” he explained. “This and everything else that was foretold by the Prophet Muhammed will happen at its destined time.”
The message comes as Europe faces a sudden surge of mass migration, with many Western nations seeing near-record numbers of boat migrants arriving on their shores in recent months.
