HATE HOAX: Man who claimed to be victim of San Diego gay bashing that left him with burns actually was the perpetrator of beating of pregnant woman, police say

It has been revealed that a gay man who claimed to have been beaten and set on fire by a group of homophobes actually sustained his injuries while attacking a pregnant woman.
Scott Rowin, 39, originally alleged that he had been “gay bashed” while walking in his San Diego neighborhood, a story that was parroted by the media and local Antifa networks.
CCTV footage, however, showed that he was torched by the expecting mother as she defended herself from his violent actions, which landed her in the hospital with injuries.
Second IRS whistleblower backs up claims of DOJ improprieties during Hunter Biden investigation

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley previously came forward, alleging that federal prosecutors engaged in “preferential treatment and politics” to prevent charges from being brought against Hunter. Shapley subsequently testified to the House Committee on Ways and Means on May 26 to explain his concerns in detail. Just the News has obtained the transcript of that interview.
The second whistleblower, who remains anonymous, was a subordinate of Shapley and one of the IRS criminal investigators participating in the investigation. He and entire team of IRS agents were removed from the case after Shapley brought forward his whistleblower claims. Shapley’s attorneys informed Congress in mid-May that the DOJ had removed the team in what they deemed an act of retaliation.
The second whistleblower testified to the committee on June 1 and largely corroborated Shapley’s claims, whose testimony appeared to undercut a statement from Attorney General Merrick Garland, who indicated that U.S. Attorney David Weiss had free rein to pursue charges against Hunter Biden.
Illegal border crossers since 2021 total more than individual populations of 38 states

Put another way, the number of foreign nationals from all over the world believed to be primarily illegally entering the U.S. is comparable to the populations of eight Delawares, four New Mexicos, two Oklahomas or more than 13 Wyomings.
While most media attention has focused on southern, and more recently, northern border encounters, these numbers don’t account for all nationwide U.S. Customs and Border Protection encounters. CBP’s 20 sectors include U.S. territories and ports of entries nationwide that aren’t solely located at the northern and southern borders.
In an interview with The Center Square, former acting commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection Mark Morgan, who was also chief of U.S. Border Patrol, delved into the numbers.
CNN Calls out Joe Biden for Numerous ‘False Claims’ About Guns

According to CNN, the first of the six false claims was Biden’s assertion that his son, Beau, was the first to enforce a red flag law as an attorney general. (Beau served as attorney general of Delaware prior to his death.)
CNN noted, “Biden’s claim is false. Delaware did not have a red flag law when Beau Biden was state attorney general from 2007 to 2015.”
The next two false claims both centered on AR-pistol stabilizer braces, which Biden claimed transform pistols into guns. Biden also claimed such braces make pistols shoot “higher caliber” bullets.
CA mom claims her daughter, 19, was ‘murdered by gender ideology’

A California mom has claimed her 19-year-old daughter was ‘murdered by gender ideology’ after the CPS removed her from her home because her parents didn’t affirm her transgender identity.
Abigail Martinez stood before the California Judiciary Senate last week to blame gender ideology for taking her daughter Yaeli’s life.
Yaeli Mozelle Galdamez died by suicide in September 2019, three years after CPS removed her from her mother’s home.
In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com in March 2022, Martinez accused her Los Angeles County school of encouraging Yaeli to take hormones and undergo gender reassignment surgery as a child, while failing to properly treat her severe depression.
‘The school was telling her to go to these LGBT groups behind my back. She went from questioning her sexuality to her gender,’ she said.
Report: Four Children Found in Boston-Run Housing with Drag Queens, ‘Drugs, Sex Toys,’ and Dead Body

At-Large City Councilor Michael Flaherty called the situation “sickening.”
“I was informed by people at the scene that there were drugs, alcohol, sex toys all around the apartment as well as a dead body on the floor,” Flaherty said.
Multiple sources told the Herald that “Some of the adults were dressed as women when first responders arrived at the scene.”
“All of the adult parties were being uncooperative and did not provide helpful information,” the incident report added. “All adults present denied having children inside the apartment.”
AMC Theatres Pulls Documentary About Detransitioners After Transgender Backlash

No Way Back: The Reality of Gender-Affirming Care was set open on July 21. But AMC, which is the country’s largest cinema chain, will no longer show the movie after a group called The Queer Trans Project mounted a campaign accusing the movie of promoting so-called “hateful” and “harmful content.”
The Queer Trans Project claimed it successfully pressured AMC into pulling the documentary in an Instagram post this week.
“Intolerant, illiberal, histrionic IGNORANT loudmouths who have not even seen the film have pressured AMC theaters to make the hard decision to cancel our dates,” the site says.
RFK Jr. Planning to Testify Before Weaponization Committee on Censorship

A scion of the famous family dynasty and environmental lawyer, Kennedy has become known in part for raising questions about coronavirus vaccines and other health issues that have deviated from the mainstream.
Facebook and Instagram have removed content from Kennedy’s organization Children’s Health Defense in the past, but in a more recent occurrence, YouTube removed a video of Kennedy featured on Jordan Peterson’s channel this past weekend.
Kennedy responded on Twitter, “Do you really need Big Tech censors to decide what you should hear?”
“It may be that @YouTube has broken no laws in this blatant interference in the electoral process,” he added. “In that case, change will come only through public pressure. That’s democracy in action!”
IRS whistleblower says search warrants, charges for Hunter Biden blocked, Joe met Chinese client

“I am blowing the whistle because the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office, Department of Justice Tax, and Department of Justice provided preferential treatment and unchecked conflicts of interest in an important and high-profile investigation of the President’s son, Hunter Biden,” he told lawmakers.
Shapley divulged in his testimony that federal prosecutors twice blocked search warrants seeking evidence from Hunter Biden, including one for a storage locker with corporate documents and another for Joe Biden’s Delaware residence where Hunter Biden was living, even though agents had met the standards for probable cause.
Later when agents pivoted to seek a search warrant for a storage locker where Hunter Biden stored some of his corporate records, they were thwarted again and instead prosecutors alerted the Biden legal team. Shapley said the denial was unprecedented in his many years as an IRS agent.

The government has unleashed a brutal crackdown on the months of unrest — one of the deepest challenges to the Islamic regime since the revolution in 1979 — that erupted following the September 2022 death of Mahsa Amini.
Molavi Abdolhamid has said senior officials, including Khamenei, were “responsible” for the killing of protesters during the November 30 massacre in Zahedan.

Hong Kong groups urge gov’t to oppose Gay Games, say ‘obscene’ event could trigger ‘repeat’ protests

Representatives from several groups staged a demonstration outside the government headquarters on Wednesday, holding up banners that referred to the Gay Games as “indecent” and “obscene.”
“This event has been infiltrated with [ideas] about sexual liberation, bisexuality and homosexuality,” said Grace Kwong from pro-Beijing group Politihk Social Strategic. “[Such ideas] have even entered schools, poisoning our young people.”
“We parents do not want to see this and feel so helpless, because in 2019… we were already very scared,” Kwong said. “Could there be black riots that will happen [again]?”
The city saw widespread protests and unrest that year as demonstrators took to the streets to oppose a controversial extradition bill.
Polish government plans to accept up to 400,000 immigrants a year

The move could mark a major turning point for Poland, as the country moves from being one of the most ethnically homogenous countries in the world into embracing multiculturalism, even under what many believed to be a conservative government opposed to mass immigration.
The ministry intends to allow direct visa applications at the Polish Foreign Affairs Ministry, bypassing consulates.
Currently, only Belarusians have this privilege under regulations implemented in January 2021.
The project seeks to expand this access to citizens from a multitude of other nations, including Ukraine; countries in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Iran, Qatar, Kuwait, Turkey, UAE); the Caucasus region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia); Asia (Pakistan, India, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam); Nigeria; and Moldova.
The initiative is claiming it aims to respond to the needs of the labor market. “Although it is difficult to estimate the number of people who will take advantage of the easier visa issuance, it has been accepted in the Social and Economic Council that it will be ‘not less than 400,000 people per year,’” Rzeczpospolita reports.
‘We welcomed him as a friend’ – Afghan migrant in court for stabbing German mother and her daughter after she rejected sexual relationship

An Afghan migrant, who is accused of nearly killing a mother and her daughter in a stabbing attack after the 16-year-old rejected his desire to enter a relationship, is currently standing trial in a German court for his alleged crime.
Prosecutors say the 27-year-old man, Fuwad O., who had claimed refugee status, was welcomed as a friend by the mother and daughter in the German city of Speyer, but when the younger 16-year-old daughter turned down his advances, he stabbed her in a rage.
The two victims told police Fuwad O. was visiting them when the 16-year-old victim rejected him, prompting the Afghan to begin stabbing her three times.
The mother responded by jumping to her daughter’s aid, at which point, the mother was stabbed 13 times.
UK mortgage payers hit with shock rate hike

The move marked a 13th consecutive interest rate hike, as the regulator faces the challenge of taming inflation without creating a mortgage crisis or a recession.
The hike came after data published on Wednesday revealed stubbornly high inflation in the UK. However, higher interest rates will further strain British families with mortgages.
Economists have called the move a “hawkish super-hike,” warning that the BoE is likely to “inflict more pain” on the country’s households as it grapples to return to the 2% inflation target.

Elon Musk joins call for audit of US funds to Ukraine after top Ukrainian judge sentenced to 10 years in prison over 2016 bribery scheme

“This might be a salient point when Ukraine returns to Congress to beg for more US taxpayer funds. Why won’t Democrats accept my call for a Special Inspector General to oversee the billions we send to Ukraine?”
Musk’s sentiment echoes that of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has repeatedly demanded an audit of all US taxpayer dollars “given in any form to Ukraine.”
Greene suggested that the funds being sent for the war effort may “really funding something else that’s happening, maybe lining up Democrat donors’ pockets? Was that helping Democrat campaigns and candidates get elected?”
Rep. Matt Gaetz has suggested that defunding Ukraine should be a priority for the US. In early February, Newsweek reported that there were ten Republican lawmakers who backed Gaetz’s proposition.

Marjorie Taylor Greene to Force Joe Biden Impeachment Vote

By superseding House Republican leadership’s ability to control what comes to the House floor, Greene will launch articles of impeachment against Joe Biden, bypassing the usual process for bringing legislation to a full House vote.
Greene’s resolution will force House Republicans to vote on the measure.
“I don’t know what it’s going to take to get them to realize what fools Republicans look like in Congress for not moving forward on impeachment,” Greene exclusively told Breitbart News.
“Joe Biden is a criminal,” she said. “And as vice president of the United States, he committed crimes. He committed crimes, high crimes, and misdemeanors.”
Concerns for national security grow amid Biden administration’s increased energy spending

Under recent spending legislation such as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act, which both included increased spending and research into more sustainable energy sources, almost $83.6 billion will be going into 71 new department programs at the Department of Energy this year, almost doubling the department’s entire budget from last year of $44.3 billion.
Rodgers, R-Wash., pointed to concerns about an overreliance on supply chains from foreign powers, citing China Russia President Vladimir Putin’s control over Europe’s natural gas supply.
“This is our future if we continue to cede our energy and supply chain security to China,” she said at a Wednesday committee hearing.
The Biden administration says the funding is needed to further move the U.S. toward more renewable energy to combat the impacts of climate change.
