DOJ’s Harsh Treatment of J6 Defendant Drove Him to Suicide: ‘They Completely Broke Him,’ Relative Says

Investigative journalist Lara Logan has set out to tell stories about defendants charged in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol incursion that Americans are not hearing from the establishment media.
The first episode of “The Rest of the Story with Lara Logan” was posted last week on Truth in Media’s account on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.
It is part 1 of the story of Pennsylvania man Matthew Perna, who pleaded guilty in December 2021 to offenses related to the incursion 11 months earlier. In February 2022, the 36-year-old, facing potentially years in prison, took his own life, according to USA Today.
The treatment that Perna and other Capitol incursion defendants have received from the Department of Justice stands in stark contrast to its handling of leftist rioters, such as those who tried to burn down the federal courthouse in Portland, Oregon, during fighting that took place night after night in 2020.

Inside Colony Ridge: The ‘Fastest Growing Development’ In The U.S. Is A Magnet For Illegal Immigrants

PLUM GROVE, Texas — A Texas land developer has established a sprawling settlement north of Houston where thousands of illegal immigrants are believed to have settled, raising concerns among experts and elected officials that the development 400 miles in the interior of the United States could become a strategic asset for cartels.
Located in Liberty County, Texas near the small town of Plum Grove, the Colony Ridge development is a sprawling community that, based on an analysis of publicly available information, is now over 60 square miles and nearly the size of the nation’s capital, Washington, D.C.
Its population is estimated to be anywhere between 50,000 to 75,000, and it is growing rapidly thanks to a marketing plan targeted at Texas’ hispanic population.
The Daily Wire surveyed the development by helicopter to assess the true extent of its growth. The flight began in the wealthy Woodlands neighborhood, but it was only minutes before the designer homes and pools gave way to half-built homes, dilapidated trailers, and heaps of trash.
Houses on the ground fly the flags of foreign countries and many homes display their addresses on spray painted pieces of plywood. Many structures, some of which are not hooked up to running water, were under construction, while others were unfinished but didn’t appear to be actively getting worked on.
James Woods Tells Jamie Dimon He Better ‘Come In Heavy’ After Threats Of Seizing Private Property

Famous actor James Woods stuck it to JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon by telling him he better “come in heavy” in a tweet issued September 19.
Critics have slammed Dimon for his suggestion that the U.S. Government and climate-conscious corporations should seize citizen-owned property to enact climate initiatives.
In his annual letter to shareholders, the JP Morgan CEO demonstrated his willingness to push this elitist agenda.
However, Woods simply isn’t having it.
“You better come in heavy, champ,” Woods publicly taunted Dimon in a tweet.
Dimon’s letter states governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and businesses may need to begin using eminent domain to reach their green energy goals.
“At the same time, permitting reforms are desperately needed to allow investment to be done in any kind of timely way. We may even need to evoke eminent domain — we simply are not getting the adequate investments fast enough for grid, solar, wind and pipeline initiatives,” the letter read.
13-year-old girl gets attacked at Southern California McDonald’s, while bystanders pull out phones and record

Kassidy Jones told FOX 11 Los Angeles that she and her classmates stopped by the fast-food restaurant on their way home from school on Sept. 6.
The 13-year-old said it was there where an unidentified woman cornered her and then started attacking her.
“What the F are y’all looking at? I fight kids. I fight you,” Kassidy recalled the woman saying to her.
Kassidy said she does not know the suspect, who can be seen in videos obtained by FOX 11 dragging Kassidy to the floor, punching her and pulling her by her hair.
WATCH: Patriots Fan Dies After Fight in the Stands at Gillette Stadium

Dead is 53-year-old Dale Mooney of Newmarket, New Hampshire, who was caught up in a fracas that turned to physical violence during the game.
The altercation occurred in the fourth quarter and was allegedly the culmination of a series of taunts and arguments between the deceased and an unnamed Miami Dolphins fan who was sitting a few rows away from Mooney.
“By the fourth quarter it had just kind of come to blows,” said witness Joe Kilmartin, according to CBS News.
Caught on cam: Masked carjackers attack Aston Martin driver in his own garage

The victim can be heard pleading with the duo before they drag him out of the driver’s seat and slam him on the garage floor.
“Stella, call the police, now!” he shouts, before they punch him and shove him and the clip ends.
The suspects fled with the stolen car and a dark blue BMW, which was also stolen in Norwalk, Westport police said in a statement.
The suspects were last seen driving north on Route 8 in the pair of stolen cars.
Anyone with information on the stolen cars is asked to call Westport detectives at (203) 341-6080.
FOX News’ Leo Terrell stops man from shoplifting at LA Starbucks: ‘Crime has been normalized’

“Crime has been normalized in Los Angeles and it was sickening,” Terrell said Tuesday on “FOX & Friends.”
Terrell, a FOX News contributor and attorney, first detailed the ordeal Friday on social media.
“I’m at a Starbucks, and as I was waiting in line, this guy walked in and started stealing items inside the store, so I grabbed the bag and took the items away from him. I said, ‘I’m going to call the police.’ He said, ‘I don’t care, the police won’t show up,’”
Terrell said in a video posted to X, the platform formally known as Twitter.
“FOX & Friends” co-host Ainsley Earhardt asked Terrell what happened next.

Kim Jong Un Leaves Russia With ‘Explosive’ Farewell Gifts

According to Russian state media, a regional Russian governor gifted Kim with five explosive “kamikaze” drones, a reconnaissance drone, and a bulletproof vest.
The departure comes after Kim met with Putin to discuss a potential arms deal, but no agreement has been reached as of yet, according to Moscow’s press.
The North Korean state news agency, KCNA, stated that the meeting was “fervent and warm” between both nations.
Experts claim that the arms deal is a move for Russia to resupply their weaponry as they continue to fight Ukraine in their ongoing war.
According to reports, the meeting was Kim’s first official trip to another country since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Almost No Major World Leaders Showed Up For Biden’s UN General Assembly Speech

Almost no major world leaders showed up for President Joe Biden’s speech Tuesday at the United Nations (U.N.) General Assembly, according to The Associated Press (AP).
The 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly is taking place in New York City, where presidents and leaders of at least 145 countries will gather.
Though Biden, Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will be in attendance, prominent leaders from countries on the U.N. Security Council, such as France, China, Russia and the U.K., are not attending the U.N. General Assembly, according to the AP.
India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also not be in attendance after hosting the annual G-20 summit earlier in September, CBS News reported.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and China’s President Xi Jinping attended the U.N. General Assembly virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic, though past attendance in-person is rare for both of them.

Ukraine and American Decline w/Col Doug Macgregor
WHY are we giving Ukraine a DIME if journalist ‘KILL LIST’ and trans spokesperson are REAL?
There’s an alleged Ukrainian “kill list” going around that includes the names of American journalists and reporters like Tucker Carlson, Glenn Greenwald, and Human Events’ Jack Posobiec, as well as Elon Musk.
But Glenn isn’t sure whether to be relieved or disappointed that he isn’t on the list. However, it makes him ask, if this is at all associated with the Ukrainian government, why are we sending them a DIME of our tax dollars?
Glenn and Stu also debate whether transgender American Sarah Ashton-Cirillo, who claims to be a spokesperson for the Ukrainian military, is for real. Ashton-Cirillo has also called for the punishment of journalists who won’t tow the Ukrainian line.

Mayorkas Appoints a Cabal of Liars to New DHS ‘Intelligence Experts Group’

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced a new Homeland Security Intelligence Experts Group Tuesday and its 17 members.
“Experts Group to provide advice and perspectives on intelligence and national security efforts to the Office of Intelligence and Analysis and the Office of Counterterrorism Coordinator to support DHS’ vital work to protect our country,” DHS released in a statement.
Given the weaponization of government by the Biden administration against domestic political opponents, the language being used and the scope of the group’s work is highly alarming.
Two of the members are former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA Director John Brennan. Clapper and Brennan were both key individuals who pushed the false Russia narrative during the Trump administration, claiming the 2016 election was stolen and claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop was “Russian disinformation” just weeks before the 2020 presidential election.
Clapper lied under oath during congressional testimony about the federal government spying on American citizens.
Brennan called Trump a traitor, implying he should be put to death. He has the same disdain for Americans who support Trump and other Republicans.
Clapper and Brennan are far left radicals who believe the federal government should be used to silence dissent.

ALAN DERSHOWITZ: Trump’s 2020 Lawyers Are Being Prosecuted For Doing Their Jobs

The lawyers who are currently indicted or were included as unindicted co-conspirators were, at least in part, accused based on their rendering legal services: giving legal advice, filing lawsuits on behalf of clients, and making statements, both oral and written, as part of their legal representation of clients.
That is why these charges are much more questionable and controversial than the ones that were brought against former Attorney General John Mitchell, former White House counsel John Ehrlichman and other Nixon aides who were lawyers.
The irony is that the current prosecutions of lawyers for giving advice and commencing litigation that is beyond existing civil law, are themselves based on prosecutors creatively seeking to expand existing criminal law beyond current precedents.
And there is more justification for seeking to expand the civil law than for retroactively stretching the criminal law.
Democrat governor first in nation to ban her state government from buying this common item

Healey delivered a keynote speech Monday for the Clinton Global Initiative during New York’s “Climate Week” and announced she would be signing an executive order later this week banning state agencies from purchasing single-use plastic bottles. The governor said the plan is intended to help protect oceans and the climate.
Some Massachusetts towns, such as Concord, have already banned single-use plastic bottles and single-use plastic shopping bags in stores.
With Healey’s signature, the Bay State will become the first in the nation to outright ban the drinking bottles for state agencies.
Some in the legislature previously attempted to pass bills that would restrict the bottles for state agencies, but the legislation was held up in committees without ever landing in front of lawmakers for a vote, NBC Boston reported.
GOP Slams Biden, U.N. Decision to Host ‘Butcher of Tehran’ President Raisi: ‘Murderers Shouldn’t Get U.S. Visas’

Raisi, who once held a seat on the Central Committee of the nation’s “death commissions,” has an extensive record of ordering mass executions of opponents of the Islamic regime and is accused of involvement in a range of egregious human rights abuses, including the execution of thousands of political prisoners, including pregnant women and teenage girls.
Under Raisi’s watch, impunity was granted to security forces and government officials responsible for violent crackdowns on protests in 2019, when over 1,000 protesters were killed.
In addition, Raisi has appointed terrorists and anti-Western hardliners in top ministerial positions, including an interior minister wanted by Interpol for his role in the 1994 bombing of a Jewish cultural center in Buenos Aires as well as a foreign minister with close links to the Iranian-backed Hezbollah terror group.
In a letter addressed to President Joe Biden on Friday, GOP Senators Rick Scott (FL), Katie Boyd Britt (AL), Chuck Grassley (IA), Ted Budd (NC), and Tom Cotton (AR) highlighted Raisi’s role as leader of the world’s “largest state sponsor of terror.”
“There are no excuses for his regime’s active involvement in terrorism and its threats against former US officials and the national security of the United States, Israel, and our allies,” they insisted.
Oversight Committee Intends to Subpoena Hunter, James Biden’s Bank Records as Early as This Week

The committee planned to subpoena the Bidens since it launched its investigation in November 2022. It did not issue subpoenas sooner because the committee insisted on practicing restraint to “show good faith.”
Hunter Biden denied the committee’s request for bank documents and communications in February, claiming the demands lacked a “legitimate legislative and oversight basis” to request such relevant information.
“We give people plenty of time. When you do subpoenas, if you want to win in court, you have to show good faith effort that you tried to get the information. So we’re checking some boxes,” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) said in March.
The committee’s spokesperson also told Breitbart News the committee scheduled a hearing on the impeachment inquiry for Thursday, September 28.
“The hearing will focus on constitutional and legal questions surrounding the president’s involvement in corruption and abuse of public office,” the spokesperson said.

California passes call for US constitutional convention to limit gun access

The California State Legislature passed Governor Gavin Newsom’s call for a national Constitutional Convention to limit gun access.
Prominent Democrats and Second Amendment advocates alike have criticized the decision to push for a convention, noting that there would be no limits on what such a convention could add or remove in a new draft of the national constitution.
Thirty-four state legislatures would have to adopt resolutions calling for a convention, and three quarters of states would have to ratify whatever the convention produces. Instead of a convention, the Constitution could also be amended by a ⅔ vote from both bodies of Congress and ratification by three quarters of states.
Prominent Democrats, including State Senator Scott Wiener, have voiced significant concern about such a convention. Wiener was the lone Democrat to not vote for the resolution in committee, and one of two Democrats to vote against the bill during the Senate floor vote.
