Biden hits the beach with Middle East, Congress in chaos

President Joe Biden (left) and first lady Jill Biden (right) return to their Rehoboth Beach, Delaware home this weekend. They’re photographed reading and taking a nap on the beach during a trip to the shore in August

President Joe Biden plans to escape Washington for the weekend and head to his Rehoboth Beach, Delaware home as the crisis continues in the Middle East and chaos over House speakership has left Congress unable to help.

On Friday, prior to heading to the beach, Biden entertained the European Union’s leaders, President Charles Michel of the European Council and President Ursula von der Leyen of the European Commission.

Biden will participate in a political fundraiser in the Washington, D.C. area early Friday evening before heading to the Delaware shore.

During trips to Rehoboth, the president and first lady Jill Biden often read on the beach or go biking near their $2.74 million beach home.

Watch: Families Erupt in Wild Brawl Among Baby Strollers at Disneyland

YouTube

According to witnesses and video of the incident, at least five people, both men and women, were seen duking it out next to the Storybook Land Canal Boats ride, right next to the attraction’s “Monstro the Whale” entrance.

Fights seem to be breaking out among park attendees with alarming frequency of late.

In May families squared off over a disagreement at Disney World in Florida after one family was upset that their opponents would not move out of the way for photos.

Two of the fighters ended up being banned for life from the park after that incident.

Another fight broke out in July, also at Disney World, as several members of two families engaged in a donnybrook outside Fantasyland.

Maryland judge killed in ‘targeted attack’ after suspect’s divorce, custody hearing: officials

 (Julie E. Greene/Imagn)

Law enforcement is looking for Pedro Argote in the killing of Washington County Circuit Court Assistant Judge Andrew Wilkinson. Authorities said there was a hearing earlier on Thursday, during which Wilkinson awarded child custody to a woman in Argote’s divorce.

Authorities responded to Argote’s residence for “verbal domestic assaults” twice within the last two years, but he does not have a prior criminal record in Washington County, Albert said.

The sheriff’s office said Argote drives “a silver 2009 Mercedes GL450, displaying Maryland registration plates 4EH0408.”

Florida teen arrested for stabbing mum in neck next to newborn sister

Police believe the boy had waited until his mother had fallen asleep and then stabbed her multiple times.

Rosa is an honor student at iMater Charter Middle/High School.

Lieutenant Rodriguez said it was ‘not what you’d think or expect walking into that home or seeing that crime scene.’

Rodriguez said the teen ‘did not provide any information as to why he did what he did’ and added: ‘It’s something we are all asking ourselves now.’

Footage from the scene showed the boy walking out of the apartment as he was taken into police custody.

The Last Three Years Prove We Need The Second Amendment More Than Ever

FDRLST/CANVA

A majority of Americans say they already own or want to own guns in the future. Nearly three-fourths of gun owners polled cited protection as a major reason for retaining their firearms.

For anyone paying attention to the rapid erosion of Americans’ civil liberties over the last few years, pro-Second Amendment sentiments like this shouldn’t come as a surprise.

In 2020, during the height of government-mandated lockdowns, Americans were sentenced to their homes with court-ordered ankle monitorsdragged off of public buses for refusing to wear a mask, and fired from their jobs over a shot that didn’t even do what the government said it would.

Around that same time, crime spiked and race rioters in cities all across the nation dealt billions of dollars worth of damage to civilian and government buildings alike.

Americans were confronted by violent crowds on their streets, at their businesses, and even on their front lawns. The chaos quickly turned deadly but that didn’t stop leftists from pushing a national campaign to defund the armed law enforcement sworn to protect civilians.

Ex-Soviet state announces nuclear war preparations

Speaking to reporters on Friday, the official stated that “the existing challenges do not exclude the use of nuclear weapons.” He stressed, however, that he was not suggesting that such weapons could be used against Georgia itself, but rather in the surrounding region. He did not elaborate as to which specific geopolitical challenges he was referring to.

Liluashvili noted that the government had developed “a special plan in the event of a nuclear war” according to which “for each department there is a scenario, and an action plan that will be involved.”

For example, Liluashvili stated that Georgia’s Health Ministry had already developed a list of medications that would be distributed among the population in the case of a nuclear conflict, and has also come up with an algorithm for emergency medical care for victims.

US conducts underground explosion at nuclear test site

Several US laboratories collected data using various types of sensors, which will “help validate new predictive explosion models and detection algorithms,” the press release added.

The US experiment took place just hours after the Russian State Duma, the lower chamber of the parliament, passed a bill on withdrawing the ratification of the 1996 Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT). The move is meant to achieve parity with the US, which did not ratify the international agreement.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that if the US resumes nuclear testing, which he believes it may do as part of the modernization of its arsenal, Moscow will follow suit. Neither nation has conducted live nuclear tests since the early 1990s. Moscow’s last test was in 1990, before the USSR collapsed.

China to curb exports of key EV battery material from Dec. 1

(China Daily via Reuters)

China announced on Friday that it will require export permits for graphite, a key material for electric vehicle (EV) batteries, starting Dec. 1. The country is the world’s top graphite producer, and the move could spur procurement difficulties for global EV makers.

Regulations will be introduced based on the Export Control Law and others that tighten export controls on strategic goods, preventing Chinese companies from exporting unless they go through the authority’s examination process and obtain permission.

Graphite, one of the most widely used materials for EVs, is used in automotive anodes, the negatively charged portion of the battery.

China makes up about 65% of global production of this key material, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

In particular, Chinese companies are believed to hold over 80% of market share in negatively charged materials for automotive batteries, in which high-purity graphite is essential.

VIDEO: Trudeau STILL Refusing To Acknowledge That Hamas Lied To The World

Justin Trudeau was given yet another opportunity to finally acknowledge that Hamas lied to the world.

He was given a chance to agree with U.S. intelligence and endless open source information showing Israel was NOT responsible for the rocket attack on a hospital in Gaza.

He was given a chance to acknowledge that he – and many of Canada’s mainstream media organizations – fell hook, line, and sinker for propaganda spread by genocidal terrorists.

But yet again, Trudeau refused to do so:

New GOP bill would make Biden impose maximum sanctions on Iran

A House Republican wants to leverage congressional action to make the Biden administration enforce U.S. sanctions on Iran following the devastating terror attacks by Hamas in Israel.

Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said that the Biden administration, over the past year, has waived sanctions on Iran which facilitated roughly $50 billion to the country.

The administration, he said, “has systematically underenforced oil sanctions, freed Iranian funds in Iraq, which are now in Oman,” and notoriously waived sanctions on Sept. 11, to release $6 billion in humanitarian funds as part of a prisoner swap – a move that was heavily scrutinized following the Hamas attacks.

Jim Jordan Out As Speaker Nominee Following Secret Ballot

According to Sherman, the House GOP will be heading home for the weekend and will have no additional speaker votes until next week.

They are set to meet for a closed-door candidate forum on Monday evening. Reportedly, Rep. Kevin Hern (R-OK) and Rep. Jack Bergman (R-MI) will be running for the nomination on Monday.

As the Republican caucus continues to fight amongst itself, Americans are getting weary of the growing chaos and the seeming inability of Republican lawmakers to come together on a unifying figure.

Only time will tell if they will be able to find a lawmaker both willing and able to hold the conference together for the time remaining in the present Congress.

Judge Raises Jail Threat at Trump for Defying Gag Order

(Michael M. Santiago/Getty Images)

New York state Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron made the remarks from the bench after it was brought to his attention that Trump never deleted a post he shared about the judge’s principal law clerk Allison Greenfield.

According to the website Meidas Touch, the offending post remained on Trump’s website Thursday night but has since been removed.

Trump attorney Christopher Kise told the judge it was an oversight. Kise said the failure to remove the post falsely linking Greenfield as the girlfriend of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., was “truly inadvertent.”

Comer Releases Evidence of Direct Payment to Joe Biden

WASHINGTON—House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) today announced the committee obtained bank records revealing a $200,000 direct payment from James and Sara Biden to Joe Biden in the form of a personal check.

In September, Chairman Comer issued three subpoenas for Hunter and James Biden’s personal and business bank records.

In 2018, James Biden received $600,000 in loans from, Americore—a financially distressed and failing rural hospital operator.

According to bankruptcy court documents, James Biden received these loans “based upon representations that his last name, ‘Biden,’ could ‘open doors’ and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections.”

On March 1, 2018, Americore wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sara Biden’s personal bank account – not their business bank account.

On the same day, James Biden wrote a $200,000 check from this same personal bank account to Joe Biden.

Chairman Comer released a video outlining this direct payment and the questions President Biden must answer for the American people.

House GOP: Expel Student Visa Holders Who Support Hamas

House Republicans are demanding the State Department and Department of Homeland Security expel student visa holders who endorse or espouse “terrorist activity” or persuade others to “endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a terrorist organization,” citing demonstrations “in support of Hamas, a designated ‘foreign terrorist organization,’” following Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack on Israel.

The lawmakers said while foreign students contribute much to our society, “individuals who advocate terrorist violence against civilians are not welcome here.

“If a visa was issued before DHS uncovers evidence of a visa-holder’s ineligibility under INA s.212(a)(3)B), in the interest of national security, the individual in question should immediately have their visa revoked and face expedited deportation proceedings.”

Former Australian special forces commando details Hamas’ reason for terror attacks

“If we go back to approximately a week ago, and then we look where we are now with how many other countries are suffering extremist groups who are creating a lot of violence,” Mr Hennessey told Sky News Australia host Erin Molan.

“We’ve seen some horrific episodes here in Australia, the French have deployed 6,500 troops across their streets.

“And all through Middle-Eastern countries as well – where a lot of the Western embassies have told their personnel to get out of those countries ASAP.

“This is the reaction that I believe the action was for – to stir up the hornet’s nest.”
