Locals attack US Marines outside Texas nightclub and it doesn’t turn out well for them

As tempers flared, one of a group of men wearing white squared up with a Marine and took a swing that, though narrowly avoided by the service member, set his brothers to demonstrate what it means to be “always faithful.”
Don’t mess with Texas quickly became “Don’t mess with the Marines,” as Collin Rugg stated on social media when a wall of blue formed up. Meanwhile, one of the men in white could be seen errantly landing a back fist on the protagonist woman who had set off the conflict.
Seeming to restrain themselves until the pack of civilians started wildly throwing punches, the Marines advanced as a unit to overpower the conflict before they had separated their challengers, even taking one to the ground in the street where blows continued to be landed.
Bayer To Pay $1.56B In Most Recent Trial Over Roundup Weedkiller Causing Cancer, Other Injuries

Four plaintiffs claimed that Bayer’s Roundup weedkiller caused injuries, including cancer, and a Missouri jury awarded them $1.56 billion. This decision might increase investor pressure on the German pharmaceutical and agricultural chemicals corporation to alter its legal approach.
Approximately 165,000 lawsuits have been filed against the company for claims of personal injury brought on by Roundup, which Bayer purchased in 2018 as part of its $63 billion acquisition of the agricultural business Monsanto.
Bayer paid up to $10.9 billion to resolve the majority of the outstanding Roundup lawsuits in 2020. Approximately fifty thousand claims are still outstanding, as per regulatory filings.

DHS Chief Mayorkas Warns Agents Not to Misgender Border Crossers, but Ask Their Preferred Pronouns

The instructions say:
If a longer dialogue [with a migrant] is occurring, it may be appropriate to ask the individual their preferred pronoun.
For example, state “I would like to be respectful — what name and pronoun would you like me to use when addressing you”?
Avoid asking ‘What is your sex?” unless operationally necessary.
DO NOT:
Use “he, him, she, her” pronouns until you have more information about, or provided by, the individual.
Mayorkas has directed border guards to open the border to more than six million migrants since early 2021.
Alabama woman with two uteruses is pregnant with twins, one in each womb: ‘1 in 50 million’ chance

Kelsey Hatcher was just 17 when she learned she had a double uterus.
Fifteen years later, the Alabama woman got a second shock: She’s pregnant with twins, one in each uterus.
The tech scanned over to find the other uterus.
“She didn’t even have a chance to speak before I blurted out, ‘Oh my goodness, there is another one!’” she recalled.
Georgia middle school staff failed to prevent girl’s brutal stabbing in gym class: lawsuit

“The attack resulted in 14 stab wounds and lacerations across Ashley’s daughter’s body — everything from her face to her neck to her back to her breasts. And she is, to this day, still recovering both physically and emotionally,” attorney Adam Princenthal, founding member of the Princenthal, May & Wilson law firm in Sandy Springs, Georgia, told Fox News Digital.
The lawsuit alleges that school administrators did nothing after being notified by a school resource officer (SRO) on March 14 that the female suspect had a knife in her possession on school grounds and had made threats against the victim’s friend.
Despite receiving the SRO’s report, administrators did not investigate the student nor take action as required under school policies, according to the complaint.

A video that has taken social media by storm has asked the painful question: Who would you prefer to care for your child, a trained professional or a Hamas terrorist?
Creators Barak Rivkind and Dani Schoffman, Jerusalemites who have been volunteering for the Hostage and Missing Families Forum since the October 7 massacre, were looking to create a video for World Children’s Day to highlight the struggle of those whose kids were kidnapped.

Iranian-Backed Houthis of Yemen Hijack Cargo Ship in Red Sea

Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi rebels hijacked a cargo ship in the Red Sea and took 25 crew members as hostages.
The Houthis revealed they had hijacked the cargo ship, Galaxy Leader, over its alleged connection to Israel and said they would continue to target ships that were either owned by or linked to the Israelis, according to the Associated Press. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu slammed the Houthis for the hijacking of the Bahaman-flagged ship, which is co-owned by Israeli billionaire Abraham Ungar.
Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the hijacking in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, labeling it as a “grave incident of global consequence” and denied that it was an Israeli ship.
Iran Unveils Hypersonic Fattah-2 Ballistic Missile

Iran is claiming to have a new hypersonic ballistic missile, with leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei present at its unveiling on Sunday, according to reports.
A photo of the Fattah-2 was shared on X as Khamenei toured the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Aerospace Force on Sunday, Euro News reported.
Iran claimed in June that its first Fattah missile can fly at Mach 15.
Israel-Hamas war live updates: IDF reveals it’s captured 300+ terrorists during ground op, releases interrogation videos

“The information that emerges from the interrogations of the terrorists is very valuable, leading to elimination of operatives and the preservation of the security of our forces,” the statement reads.

“When I went to the Rantisi hospital, I saw Hamas operatives who took control of the hospital,” one says.
Jet-Powered Hypocrisy: Richest 1% of Global Elites Emit as Much Carbon as Bottom Two-Thirds

Private jets. Private yachts. Multiple holidays a year. Garages full of luxury vehicles. Investments driving – and profiting from – high polluting fossil fuel industries.
These are just some of the factors that combine to see global elites, who comprise one percent of the planet’s population, emit the same amount of carbon as the world’s poorest two-thirds, or five billion people, an analysis published Sunday by the nonprofit Oxfam International details.
While claiming to care about the earth’s environment is a shared challenge, not everyone is equally responsible for meeting desired outcomes, Max Lawson, who co-authored the report, told AFP.

‘Revamp the RNC’: Trump calls on party to end debates, focus on Biden

Former President Donald Trump on Monday called on the Republican National Committee to cancel the remaining primary debates and to instead focus its efforts against President Joe Biden.
Some polls have shown that Republicans largely see Trump’s nomination as a near-certainty and would prefer the party focus its efforts on defeating President Joe Biden in 2024.
His call to “revamp the RNC” comes as Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel faces mounting calls for her resignation in the wake of a disappointing string of elections earlier this month.
Trump, Tucker, Musk, MTG react to defeat of leftism in Argentina’s presidential election

More reactions poured in after Milei’s win dealt a blow to global leftism, a much-needed morale booster in the fight against tyrannical regimes that could soon begin to fall like dominoes.
“I would tell to him to continue his fight against socialism, because he’s one of the few who truly understood what the fight against socialists and statists means. He perfectly understood that wealth creation resides in the private sector,”
Milei said of Trump in his interview with Carlson.
CBS Reporters Lose Their Feeble Little Minds at Argentina’s ‘Far Right’ President-Elect

Monday’s CBS Mornings aired a scathing report on Argentina’s new president-elect, Javier Milei, in which senior political correspondent Ed O’Keefe shamelessly smeared Milei from every angle imaginable.
The CBS segment alone was a doozy, but for a general sense of how the entire corporate media are coping with Milei (not very well at all), watch this compilation:
Republicans dominate in Saturday’s runoff elections in Louisiana

Republicans swept runoffs for three statewide offices in Saturday’s election, further strengthening the party’s dominance in state politics.
Republican Nancy Landry defeated Democrat Gwen Collins-Greenup 67% to 33% to replace Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin, who did not seek reelection. Landry, a former state lawmaker from Lafayette who has served as Ardoin’s top deputy since 2019, was widely expected to carry the race following an October election in which she matched Collins-Greenup with 19% of the vote.
Landry will now be tasked with transitioning the state to new voting machines, an effort that has been repeatedly derailed in recent years by concerns about election integrity and the security of certain vendors.
‘A careful scalpel’: Appeals court signals it will cut back on Trump’s federal gag order

The three-judge D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals panel raised concerns that the order — which bars Trump from targeting witnesses, prosecutors and courthouse staff in the criminal case related to his effort to subvert the 2020 election — created murky restrictions that stifled the former president’s right to push back against his detractors, particularly in the heat of a presidential campaign.
Judge Patricia Millett, an appointee of President Barack Obama, suggested the gag order could amount to a straitjacket for Trump if his prosecution became the focus of attacks during a presidential debate.
“He has to speak ‘Miss Manners’ while everyone else is throwing targets at him?” Millett said skeptically during a two-hour oral argument at the federal courthouse in Washington. “It would be really hard in a debate, when everyone else is going at you full bore. Your attorneys would have to have scripted little things you can say.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene Calls on Speaker Johnson to Create New Jan. 6 Committee: ‘Releasing Tapes is Not Enough’

In a post on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, Greene reiterated her support for releasing footage from the riot and called for members of Congress, former Speaker Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., witnesses and government officials to be investigated.
Greene has previously called for the public release of footage from Jan. 6, 2021, claiming that it would exonerate those facing charges from the Justice Department after participating in the riot.
In a separate post on X, Greene called for the trials of Jan. 6 defendants to be shown on video.
Federal Court Overturns Crucial Section of Voting Rights Act

The ruling came from the 8th Circuit and can — and probably will — be appealed to the Supreme Court. The court ruled that only the federal government, and not individuals or activist groups, can sue under the Voting Rights Act.
The ruling originated from a legal dispute the Arkansas NAACP brought against the state’s Board of Apportionment, claiming that a new redistricting plan would dilute “Black voting strength in violation of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.”
In 2022, a district judge ruled that such a claim could only be brought forward by the Attorney General of the United States. On Monday, the ruling was upheld in a 2-1 vote.
Democrat Dark Money Funded Supreme Court Watchdogs

Democrats’ largest dark money network supplied millions of dollars last year to Supreme Court watchdog groups demanding conservative justices disclose more about their finances, the Washington Examiner reported.
Consulting firm Arabella Advisors, which oversaw an anonymously funded network that spent over $1 billion last year propping up liberal causes, managed donations to alleged “nonpartisan” watchdog organizations, the Examiner said.
Financial disclosures released Wednesday showed the cash transfers, aimed to target Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito over trips and gifts they accepted but did not report.
Biden FCC Moves to Put New DEI Controls Over Internet

Conservative legal expert Mike Davis founded the Internet Accountability Project (IAP) to watch over Big Tech and government attempts to tip the scales against conservatives.
“These latest moves shift the balance between governmental oversight and individual freedoms heavily toward the government,” Davis said in a statement this week. “Excessive government control from the Biden administration would curtail the very essence of a free and open digital environment, compromising privacy rights and growing the alliance between Big Tech and the federal government.”
The move will “stifle innovation” and restrict freedoms under the guise of equity, just as Biden Democrats intended, according to Davis.
