Girl, 11, brutally beaten at NYC school in TikTok video

A bully is set to return to a prestigious New York school where she carried out a vicious attack on a smaller girl, whose father has blasted the policy that allows the alleged attacker back in the classroom.
The shocking assault was caught on film with gloating friends pulling out their phones to record the moment the attacker strode up to the 11-year-old before flooring her with a punch and kicking her repeatedly as she lay in the street.
The girl’s father said his daughter had been targeted by the unnamed bully and her friends at the school since joining in September, according to the New York Post.
Prison sentence of meme-maker Douglass Mackey STAYED by federal court pending appeal

Mackey spoke about the motion on X, saying that “The Second Circuit Court of Appeals just overruled the District Court in granting our motion for bond pending appeal. This ruling is huge because it means that the appeals court decided that my appeal presents ‘substantial’ and ‘debatable’ issues of law that, if resolved in my favor, will result in my conviction being vacated. The prosecution, on the other hand, argued that my appeal was frivolous and that this was a typical election crime case like any other in U.S. history. This is a very encouraging step towards vindication.”

UN Official Says It’s ‘Unacceptable’ To Demand Hamas Release Hostages

U.N. special rapporteur Francesca Albanese, who is tasked with issuing reports on “the occupied Palestinian territories,” criticized former State Department official Dennis Ross for noting that Hamas could help Palestinians by releasing hostages.
“Why not call on Hamas to release all hostages and agree to have its leaders leave Gaza,” Ross had written. “They could save Palestinians from paying a further price.”
For Albanese, that was too much. Calling for Hamas to release hostages is “putting the onus to end the carnage in Gaza on the Palestinians, including those being slaughtered in Gaza,” Albanese wrote, as well as “justifying and deflectin

Ben Gvir: More than 260,000 people have applied for a gun license since October 7

“My policy within the office was to permit as many people as possible to get a weapon,” Ben Gvir continues, saying that “in a short period of time, we were giving up to 3,000 approvals a day,” up from about a hundred a day, pre-war.
In order to do this, Ben Gvir enabled National Service volunteers to process firearms licenses, despite their not being qualified to do so. The minister defended this move against attacks from the State Control Committee, which last week demanded that he stop the practice.
“I will add more volunteers, more people in National Service, because a weapon saves lives,” Ben Gvir says. He told the State Control Committee to “be embarrassed” about its objections and accused them of “harming women,” who form the National Service volunteer base.
Islamic State Claims Responsibility for Deadly Bombing of Christians in Philippines

The bombing of morning worship at Mindanao State University’s gymnasium in Marawi, the country’s largest Muslim city, killed at least four people and left more than 50 others wounded.
The Islamic State said in a statement on its Telegram channels that “soldiers of the caliphate detonated an explosive device on a large gathering of Christians… in the city of Marawi.”
Regional police Chief Allan Nobleza said that the blast may have been a revenge bombing after a Philippine military airstrike on Friday killed 11 Islamist militants from the Dawlah Islamiyah-Philippines organization in Mindanao.
NATO Chief Warns of ‘Bad News’ for Ukraine After Failed Counteroffensive

The latest to publicly express concern was NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg, who told German broadcaster ARD as translated by POLITICO that the West should “be prepared for bad news,” without elaborating on exactly what he believes may befall the war-torn country next.
The comments from the Norwegian politician came as the Kremlin announced that President Vladimir Putin had ordered the addition of 170,000 extra troops to the Russian Armed Forces, in a move that would take the total strength of the army to over 1.3 million.
NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg urged European powers to ramp up the production of ammunition and to increase cooperation, saying: “We’re not able to work as closely together as we should.”

*** WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT *** More Evidence of Hamas Rapes, Sexual Violence in October 7 Attack

The London Jewish Chronicle reported Sunday on new eyewitness testimony:
Yoni Saadon, who escaped execution by hiding underneath a stage, said: “I saw this beautiful woman with the face of an angel and eight or ten of the fighters beating and raping her.
“She was screaming, ‘Stop it—already I’m going to die anyway from what you are doing, just kill me!’ When they finished they were laughing and the last one shot her in the head.

“They had caught a young woman near a car and she was fighting back, not allowing them to strip her,” he said.
“They threw her to the ground and one of the terrorists took a shovel and beheaded her and her head rolled along the ground. I see that head too.”

EXCLUSIVE: Sen Blackburn calls for investigation into allegation UN agency employee detained Israeli hostage

“The United States will not be complicit in propping up Hamas’ terrorism, and this report further proves why deep change is necessary within UNRWA before we even consider providing another dollar to the agency,”
Boker, a journalist with Israeli Channel 13, last week claimed on social media platform X that he had interviewed a recently released hostage who told him a UNRWA teacher held them hostage.
He additionally claimed a Gazan doctor – allegedly a pediatrician – helped hold another hostage captive for Hamas.
Biden costs Americans an additional $25,000, prompting calls for ‘Office Of No’

Since President Joe Biden took office, people are facing an annual inflation tab at over $11,000 a year just for the basics.
But that’s not all. Because of regulations pouring out of the White House and Washington, they are facing another $14,514 in hidden annual costs.
“Some mechanism for government downsizing needs to be automatized,” said Wayne Crews, the regulation czar at the Competitive Enterprise Institute. He put the annual national price of Washington red tape at $1.939 trillion in his just-released report, “Ten Thousand Commandments: A Snapshot of the Federal Regulatory State.”
That would be the “Office of No,” he said.
“One solution is an Office of No that would replace or supplement the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. Its sole tasks would be to make the case against new and existing regulations and to facilitate ongoing sunsetting and streamlining,” Crews said.

Payments from Owasco to Joe began on Sept. 15, 2018, according to a copy of the monthly transfer authorization agreement reviewed by The Federalist. While the form does not list an end date, the Daily Mail has reported that additional transfers occurred in October and November 2018.
Hemingway: No One Is Even Trying To Explain What Oligarchs Got For The Millions They Gave The Bidens

“The people are interested in this story not because Hunter Biden or James Biden were taking money from foreign oligarchs.
They want to understand, what was the Biden family business.

Weimar America

Something eerie, something creepy, is happening in the world—and now in America as well. The dark mood is brought on by elite universities, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion industry, and massive immigration from illiberal nations and anti-Enlightenment societies.
At Hillcrest High School in Queens, New York, hundreds of students rioted on news that a single teacher in her private social media account had expressed support for Israel.
Waving Palestinian flags, and screaming violent threats, the student mob rioted, destroyed school property, sought the teacher out and tried to crash into her classroom—before she was saved from violence by other teachers and an eventual police arrival.
