Girl, 11, brutally beaten at NYC school in TikTok video
A bully is set to return to a prestigious New York school where she carried out a vicious attack on a smaller girl, whose father has blasted the policy that allows the alleged attacker back in the classroom.
The shocking assault was caught on film with gloating friends pulling out their phones to record the moment the attacker strode up to the 11-year-old before flooring her with a punch and kicking her repeatedly as she lay in the street.
The girl’s father said his daughter had been targeted by the unnamed bully and her friends at the school since joining in September, according to the New York Post.
Prison sentence of meme-maker Douglass Mackey STAYED by federal court pending appeal
Mackey spoke about the motion on X, saying that “The Second Circuit Court of Appeals just overruled the District Court in granting our motion for bond pending appeal. Agents working at the Highway 86 checkpoint arrested a 21-year-old man suspected of smuggling the narcotics, with an estimated street value of $328,000, around 2:45 p.m. on Nov. 27, according to a CBP release.
The drugs were discovered when the man approached the checkpoint in his blue SUV and a K-9 detection team trained to detect concealed people and narcotics alerted to the vehicle, according to the release.
In Texas, agents seized over $3 million worth of methamphetamine hidden inside the bumper of a vehicle during a traffic stop in South Texas outside Laredo, on Nov. 29, CBP officials said.
Trump Expected to Return to New York Trial on Thursday Ahead of Testimony
Donald Trump is expected to be back at his New York civil fraud trial on Thursday to watch as his defense team questions its final expert witness and prepares for the former president to soon make his own return to the witness stand.
Law 360 first reported Trump’s trial plans, which The Messenger confirmed from a source familiar with the matter.
Trump, meantime, is slated to testify on Monday, Dec. 11, as the final overall witness for the defense. After that, New York Attorney General Letitia James may begin presenting her rebuttal to the defense before wrapping up for the remainder of the year.

4,000 auto dealers: Electric vehicles are ‘stacking up’ on lots
(The Center Square) – About 4,000 auto dealers from all 50 states have signed a letter to President Joe Biden saying electric vehicles are “stacking up on our lots” as the demand for electric cars has “stalled.”
There are 18,230 light vehicle dealerships in the United States.

UN Official Says It’s ‘Unacceptable’ To Demand Hamas Release Hostages
U.N. special rapporteur Francesca Albanese, who is tasked with issuing reports on “the occupied Palestinian territories,” criticized former State Department official Dennis Ross for noting that Hamas could help Palestinians by releasing hostages.
“Why not call on Hamas to release all hostages and agree to have its leaders leave Gaza,” Ross had written. “They could save Palestinians from paying a further price.”

“My policy within the office was to permit as many people as possible to get a weapon,” Ben Gvir continues, saying that “in a short period of time, we were giving up to 3,000 approvals a day,” up from about a hundred a day, pre-war.
In order to do this, Ben Gvir enabled National Service volunteers to process firearms licenses, despite their not being qualified to do so. The minister defended this move against attacks from the State Control Committee, which last week demanded that he stop the practice.
“I will add more volunteers, more people in National Service, because a weapon saves lives,” Ben Gvir says. He told the State Control Committee to “be embarrassed” about its objections and accused them of “harming women,” who form the National Service volunteer base.
Islamic State Claims Responsibility for Deadly Bombing of Christians in Philippines
The bombing of morning worship at Mindanao State University’s gymnasium in Marawi, the country’s largest Muslim city, killed at least four people and left more than 50 others wounded.
The Islamic State said in a statement on its Telegram channels that “soldiers of the caliphate detonated an explosive device on a large gathering of Christians… in the city of Marawi.”
Regional police Chief Allan Nobleza said that the blast may have been a revenge bombing after a Philippine military airstrike on Friday killed 11 Islamist militants from the Dawlah Islamiyah-Philippines organization in Mindanao.

Bank Records Reveal Hunter Biden’s Company Authorized Monthly Payments To Joe
On Monday, GOP House Oversight Chairman James Comer of Kentucky announced the discovery of subpoenaed bank records revealing monthly payments of $1,380 directly to Joe Biden from Owasco PC, a corporate enterprise owned by Hunter Biden.
Owasco has been documented receiving payments from Biden business associate Rob Walker’s company as well as a deposit from Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC.
Payments from Owasco to Joe began on Sept. 15, 2018, according to a copy of the monthly transfer authorization agreement reviewed by The Federalist. While the form does not list an end date, the Daily Mail has reported that additional transfers occurred in October and November 2018.
