The captioning Howard placed on the video replaced the word “stabbing” with “aerated” when discussing Chauvin’s attack.
In another TikTok video, Howard said “thoughts and chairs” when referring to Chauvin’s stabbing. The video ends with a group shouting, “No justice, no streets. And we mean that s—.”
Mississippi teacher plotted to take student across state lines to elope: report

Hawkins II, 38, a former high school physics teacher in the Ocean Springs School District, allegedly began a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student after he soothed her in the spring.
In her testimony, Johnson said Hawkins admitted to having sex with the boy at his home and in the parking lot of the Ocean Springs Walmart, according to local news outlets.
It is reportedly the same house where he lives with his wife and their infant child. The Sun Herald reported.
4 killed in potential hostage situation in Colorado’s El Paso County

El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies found four adults killed in a Wednesday night shooting after sending in a SWAT team to investigate the scene, the office said in a release Thursday afternoon.
According to the release, deputies initially contacted a man who had injuries that were not life-threatening after responding to the scene just after midnight.
According to Sergeant Marcus Miller, a public information officer, the deputies determined that there could be a barricaded person, or even a hostage situation, inside the building, so they called in a SWAT team.
Woman ‘knocks out female Kroger worker’ while her daughter watches

A 20-year-old Detroit mother allegedly punched and knocked out a female Kroger worker as her one-year-old child watched from a shopping cart.
Shelby Parham, from Detroit, Michigan, has been accused of attacking a 49-year-old Kroger worker who lost consciousness and suffered a head injury after the assault.
The wild beating was captured on nearby security cameras at a Kroger in St. Clair Shores on Tuesday.

Moments before the killings, WSB-TV reported that Williams was captured on video wearing a Halloween mask and sitting in front of a television, gesturing as if he was moving around imaginary objects.

It will soon be illegal for California department stores not to have a ‘gender-neutral’ section for kids

A bill passed by Governor Gavin Newsom in October 2021 will go into effect on January 1, 2024. The law requires any department store in California that employs over 500 people across the state to follow the gender-neutral rules.
Assembly Bill 1084 said that any location in California with enough employees that “sells childcare items or toys” must maintain a “gender neutral section or area.”
The section must include items and toys for children “regardless of whether they have been traditionally marketed for either girls or for boys.”
