The Gospel Is The โPower Of God To Salvationโ

In Romans 1:16-17, we find two verses from the Apostle Paul that anchor this entire CongressโโFor I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek,โ and then, โFor in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, โthe just shall live by faithโโ (NKJV). Some consider those two verses to be the most important verses in the entire Book of Romans.
In fact, James Montgomery Boice said those two verses are the most important in all of literature itself. Why? Well, first, the theme of Romans is the righteousness of God. And second, those verses are at the very heart of Biblical Christianity. They tell people on Earth how they can have a right relationship with God in Heavenโthat is, through the righteousness of God by faith.
In verse 16, Paul makes quite a statementโโI am not ashamed of the Gospel.โ Think of all that Paul had been through up to this point because of the Gospel. After all of that, Paul is still eager to preach the Gospel in Rome, a city that would intimidate most people. Why was it that Paul was so bold and so unashamed of the Gospel?
The Gospel Is Good News
The first reason is because the Gospel is Good News. The very word Gospel means Good News. So why would anybody be ashamed of good news? I can think of a couple of reasons.
First, it would be easy to be intimidated by Rome itself. If you were living anywhere in the Roman empire, for you to go to Rome and look around, you would think these people donโt need anything. They have it all. Also, even though it means good news, not everybody saw the Gospel as good news. It was identified with a poor Jewish carpenter who had been executed, and there was no glory in that. And the Gospel is not good news to the unregenerate mind when it is first heard because it exposes manโs sin.
But when the Gospel penetrates a heart, it transforms the heart. It changes a life. If you once suffered with cancer and you are now in remission, you would tell people. If you were involved in a war and the war was now over, you would broadcast thatโbecause itโs good news.
The Gospel Is the Power of God
The Gospel is also โthe power of God to salvation.โ Now, why on earth would anyone be ashamed of power? Rome loved power. Rome exuded power. But with all of that power, Rome was powerless to save one soul. They were militarily strong. They were morally weak.
But Paul writes to the Romans and says the Gospel is the power of God. Paul doesnโt say that the Gospel is about Godโs power or that the Gospel is a source of power. No, the Gospel is power. The very Gospel is power. It is powerful enough to accomplish Godโs purpose in a fallen world polluted by sin.
The Gospel Is Freely Given
Thereโs a third reason Paul was not ashamed: because the Gospel is given freely. It is a free gift.
No matter what background people come from, the Gospel is given freely. It is for everyone who believes. The Gospel was promised through the Jewish prophets who wrote Jewish Scriptures to a Jewish nation in a Jewish context predicting a Jewish Messiahโbut itโs for the whole world, not just the Jew but also the Greek. What Paul is saying is: our Gospel is a non-discriminatory Gospel.
The Gospel is good for Greeks, itโs good for barbarians. Itโs good for the educated, the uneducated, the high class, the low class. Itโs for everyone who believes.
The Gospel Gets Us Right…..
A Church Stirred To Boldness And Courage
Charlie Kirk was an individual who took the opportunities that God set before him with passion and courage. The impact that he made in 31 years on this earth was incredible. After tragedy struck, many Christians have rightfully reflected on their own impact on society and the people around them, asking if they are truly being bold ambassadors and laborers for Christ.
As Christians living in the nearness of Christโs return, I can think of no call to action more timely. It is the Holy Spirit operating within us that restrains the increasingly wicked world around us and plants the seeds of the Gospel. By Godโs hand, Charlie was led by the Spirit to be an effective restrainerโusing the truth of the Bible to reach out directly to the most hardened and ideologically deceived in our culture.
Until we die or are called up to heaven in the Rapture of the Church, each member of the body of Christ has been given a similar mission.
Jesus said, โThe harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are fewโ (Matthew 9:37). In the following verse, Jesus urges us: โPray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.โ Charlie Kirkโs death, while horrifying and deeply heartbreaking, is being used by God to answer this prayerโcalling people to the fields and generating even more determination in those already laboring.
Franklin Graham, the son of the late Billy Graham and President of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, recently made a comment that I found startling. In a post on social media, he explained that Charlie Kirkโs example has made him want to be โmore bold.โ What a statement to come from a man who has dedicated his life to sharing the Gospel and is one of the boldest voices for Jesus of our time!
Howeverโunlike Graham, Kirk, and othersโthere are certainly many in the church who have been asleep, lacking boldness, courage, and urgency in this hour. Yet, in Godโs infinite wisdom and foresight, He has used something as evil as the murder of Charlie Kirk and turned it to the good by stirring the last daysโ church to wake up and toughen up…..
Watch: Humanoid robot displays natural gait, sense of direction to meet friends

PND Robotics released a new video on YouTube recently, showcasing its humanoid walking robot โ Adam โ walking down the hallway. The humanoid walks with a natural, human-like gait using reinforcement learning.
Programmed with a proprietary reinforcement learning algorithm, Adam followed the directions like a human being and entered a room full of other robots carrying out different tasks.
Through Adam, PND Robotics has specifically worked on simulation-to-real-world by using reinforcement learning to train its humanoids to walk and make movements like human beings.
The video follows Adam as he walks from the hallway into a room full of other similar robots, engaged in different activities. Adam walked into the room, naturally following the path to perfection.
It was also greeted by Adam-U, another one of PND Roboticsโ crucial innovations. Adam-U is a robot built on a stationary platform, built in partnership with Noitom Robotics and Inspire Robots.
Adam walked across the room like a guide, showing other robots involved in different activities. Two robots can be seen grooving to a light dance routine. Another humanoid ascended and descended on a wooden plank in what seemed to be a daily training session.
Adam and Adam-U made a grand debut atย the WAIC 2025, held in Shanghai from July 26 to July 29, amidst a knot of fervent admirers enthralled by their capabilities…..
Atlantic shock: US mysteriously test fires 130,000-pound nuclear missile from deep sea

Anuclear-powered submarine from either the United States or the United Kingdom appears to have test-fired a UGM-133 Trident II D5 submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) from Puerto Rico in the North Atlantic on Sunday night, according to various videos circulating online.
The missile carried an โunusual payloadโ or hypersonic glide vehicle and was launched deep inside the Atlantic Ocean.
However, neither the US Navy nor Britainโs Royal Navy, the only operators of the Trident II D5, has publicly confirmed the test.
A navigation warning was issued for the region between September 17 and 22, covering the same area where the launch was detected.
Videos posted on social media showed a bright object streaking across the night sky at about 11:25 pm UTC, with several clips recorded over Puerto Rico.
The Caribbean Astronomy Society described the event as a โmilitary testโ but did not specify which nation was responsible.
Footage tonight from all over Puerto Rico captured the launch of what is believed to be a UGM-133 Trident II Submarine-Launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) from either a U.S. or Royal Navy nuclear-powered ballistic submarine in the Northern Atlantic. According to the US Navy, the SLBM Trident II D5 strategic weapon system (SWS) is the planetโs most lethal, accurate, and reliable sea-based strategic deterrent.
The UGM-133 Trident II D5 is the backbone of the sea-based leg of both the US and UK nuclear deterrents.
It is deployed on 14 Ohio-class submarines in the US Navy and four Vanguard-class submarines in Britain under the 1963 Polaris Sales Agreement.
Each Ohio-class boat carries 20 Trident II missiles, while the Vanguard-class carries 16.
With a range of about 4,600 miles (7,360 kilometers), the three-stage, solid-fuel missile can deliver up to 12 independently targetable warheads…..
Engineering Student Turns Red Solo Cups into Stylish Sweaters That Donโt Shed Microplastics
The process addresses every concern or question one might have, and is finding a second life for these hard-to-recycle cups.
Made by companies like Solo and Hefty, solo cups are a staple at American parties across the nation. God only knows how many are used and tossed every year, but many recycling facilities wonโt have the equipment needed to process their plastic blend.
Enter Lauren Choi, an engineering student formerly at Johns Hopkins University, who founded the New Normal Collective after discovering a way that these cups could be turned into textiles.
She had long had an interest in sustainable fashion, but it was after she graduated in 2020 that she was able to secure grant funding to buy an extruder machine which can turn shredded plastic cups into thread. She had tried to build one of these machines herself in her parentโs garage during school years, and knew that they were the key to turning her vision into a reality.

Choi relied on two other engineering colleges to provide a non-toxic, natural material that would turn the icky, plasticy feeling thread into a soft and comfortable, knitwear-ready yarn.
Final solution ready, and missing only the machinery, Choi received further grant funding from none other than Reynoldโs Consumer Products, the parent company of Heftyโone of the largest producers of plastic solo cups in America.
Her supply chain now is anchored in North Carolina and Virginia where the yarn is made from the shredded cups. Itโs then shipped to a facility in Brooklyn where a 3D knitter creates the sweaters and beanies available on the New Normโs collection in a single knit using filament yarn rather than spun yarn…..
Last night a violent left-wing terrorist murdered another innocent Americanโฆ

The left is on a full-blown violence bender. Every time we turn around, thereโs another attack, another attempted murder, another assassination. These are the same ghouls who claim to be the party of โjoyโ and โlove,โ yet theyโre leaving behind a trail of death and destruction wherever they go.
Weโre still reeling from the trans attack on a Catholic church where two innocent children were shot dead by a man pretending to be a woman. Not long after that, a trans-furry-obsessed radical left-winger assassinated Charlie Kirk in front of his wife, his kids, and the entire world during an event at a Utah college.
Not only that, but we recently covered another story out of Utah where two men attempted to blow up a local Fox News truck that was just doing their job and reporting on Charlie Kirkโs assassination.
Just days after Charlieโs assassination, Utah was rocked again. Two Middle Eastern men in Salt Lake City were arrested by the FBI for attempting to blow up a news van with an incendiary device. The van was reporting on the Charlie Kirk assassination.
BREAKING: MORE LEFT-WING VIOLENCE IN UTAH
Two Salt Lake City men have been arrested by the FBI for planting an โincendiary deviceโ under a news van, attempting to blow it up.
Anti-Trump flags seen outside of the home federal agents served their warrant, including โIs he dead yet?โ
This happened less than 48 hrs after Charlie Kirkโs assassination at Utah Valley University.
What you just saw is the reality the legacy media refuses to talk about. The pattern is undeniable: violence, intimidation, and threats are coming from the left, and theyโre escalating. But, instead of sounding the alarm and reporting the facts, the press runs cover, hides the connections, and pretends these are all โisolatedโ or โrandomโincidents. Itโs not. Utah should be a warning sign for the entire country. Thereโs a lot of rage, hate and anger brewing beneath the surface.
At this point, the question is no longer if more incidents will happen. Itโs how much longer will Americans be kept in the dark about whatโs really driving this violent left-wing movement.
But sadly, thereโs moreโฆ just days ago, a radical leftist opened fire on ABC studios in California after Jimmy Kimmel was fired for lying about Charlie Kirkโs assassination and mocking it on national TV.
Earlier todayโOn 9/20/25, Anibal Hernandez-Santana, 64, ex-legislative dir. for CA Fed. of Teachers, arrested in Sacramento for shooting into ABC affiliate bldg.โs window.
Faces charges: assault w/ deadly weapon, negligent firearm discharge, shooting into occupied bldg.
Incident followed ABCโs suspension of Jimmy Kimmelโs show after backlash over Kimmel mocking Charlie Kirkโs assassination.
Nexstarโs broadcasting pres. Andrew Alford called Kimmelโs remarks offensive, citing political tensions.
Hernandez-Santana, suspected leftist, posted inflammatory online messages, incl. โrules donโt apply if election stolenโ & urging to โfight like hell.โ Investigators probe motive, suspect political grievances tied to ABCโs decision.
And that isnโt the end of it, folks. Not even close. As disturbing as all this was, the leftโs thirst for blood isnโt quenched.
Yet another innocent American has now been murdered by a radicalized leftist.
The media wants you to believe that this violence is random. Itโs not. Itโs deliberate, political and itโs spreading.
Last night, a radical โpro-Palestinianโ leftist stormed a wedding in New Hampshire and murdered a 59-year-old man in cold blood. Two more guests were shot, several others were injured, and a celebration turned into a bloody, hellscape of a nightmare. This is where Democrat indoctrination leadsโฆ innocent Americans gunned down while the media looks the other way and claims โMAGAโ is the real threat to their precious โdemocracy.โ…..
Violent chaos erupts in Milan as pro-Palestine protesters and strikers clash with riot cops and storm train station

Italy’s grassroots unions, which represent hundreds of thousands of people ranging from schoolteachers to metalworkers, called for a 24-hour general strike in both public and private sectors, including public transportation, trains, schools and ports.
Monday’s strike caused disruptions across the country, with long delays for national trains and limited public transport in major cities, including Rome.
In Milan, tensions escalated when dozens of protesters dressed in black and armed with batons tried to smash the main entrance of the city’s central train station, throwing smoke bombs, bottles and stones at police, who responded with pepper spray and tear gas.
More than 10 people were arrested in Milan and around 60 police officers suffered bruising or more serious injuries, Italy’s ANSA news agency reported.
Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni condemned the scenes in Milan, Italy’s financial capital and co-host of the Winter Olympics next February.
‘(This was) violence and destruction that have nothing to do with solidarity and will not change the lives of people in Gaza by a fraction, but will have concrete consequences for Italian citizens who will end up suffering and paying for the damage caused by these hooligans,’ she said on X.

Burberry Bandit’ with dozens of prior arrests walks free after latest blue city crime spree: report

A New York City felon known as the “Burberry Bandit” is back on the streets after being released from jail following a string of alleged bank robberies.
Cornell Neilly, 35, earned the nickname after he was caught on surveillance camera in 2012 wearing a similar pattern associated with the luxury brand, according to the New York Post.
Neilly was arrested on Sept. 15 after police said he robbed five banks throughout New York City over the course of one month, the outlet reported. In each case, Neilly allegedly passed a note to the bank teller demanding cash, the NYPD confirmed to Fox News Digital.
The accused bank robberโs spree allegedly began on Aug. 16, when he strolled into the Chase Bank at 27th Street and Seventh Avenue in Midtown Manhattan and handed the teller a note demanding $3,500, the Post reported. The teller reportedly handed him $1,000 before he made his escape.
Neilly allegedly asked for the same amount of money when he entered the Chase Bank on Park Avenue and East 26th Street on Aug. 25, where he ultimately walked out with $716, the outlet said.
Just two weeks later, on Sept. 9, Neilly is accused of entering another Chase Bank in Midtown and demanding $4,500 โ but reportedly ran off when the teller sounded the alarm.
On Sept. 12, Neilly allegedly demanded $3,500 from the Chase Bank on West Fourth Street in the West Village. The next day, he allegedly made off empty-handed after handing a teller at the Chelsea Chase Bank a note that read, “This is a robbery. I want all large bills. Now. This is real,” causing the employee to trigger the bankโs silent alarm.
However, upon appearing in front of Brooklyn Supreme Court Judge Jeffrey Gershuny, the suspected bank robber was allowed back on the streets on supervised release โ despite having 34 prior bank robbery arrests โ according to the Post. ….

Turning Point USAโs Tyler Bowyer: We Pulled Off the โLargest Memorial in Known Historyโ

โOur teams at Turning Point just pulled off the largest memorial in known history in a matter of a few days. It was the most attended, most attempted, most viewed,โ he revealed.
โWe had no issues. Glory be to God. We love you CK,โ he added.

โThis is JUST what they know about. Itโs likely much larger,โ he said, revealing these are merely the preliminary figures.
โOver 100 million people just heard the Gospel proclaimed again and again by speaker after speaker. Truly remarkable. For Charlie ,โ he added.
Indeed, that is something Kolvet predicted would happen, telling Breitbart News Saturday on the day before the memorial, โmore people around the world are going to hear the gospel of Jesus live on TV, on streaming, than at any other time in human history, in one single fell swoop.โ…
