Ex-Employee of Hamas Ally Worked as Pentagon Special Assistant for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Programs

Yes, you read that correctly. From working for an Islamic terror state to Nuclear, Chemical and Biological. Now she’s
the Chief of Staff for the Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer of the Pentagon.
Do we have any kind of security screenings anymore?
Rep. Bergman’s letter to Secretary of Defense Austin points out that, “Ms. Fazili “served as a ‘strategic’ advisor to Meshal Al-Thani, the Qatari Ambassador to the U.S., for over three years, until not long before she rejoined the Pentagon in a senior staff position and then was promoted twice to her current role.”
How does one go from working for a foreign nation to working in a top position at the Pentagon anyway?
But it gets worse.
IRS, California postpone tax deadline again for most state residents

In the early evening, the Franchise Tax Board announced that it would follow suit, saying taxpayers in the affected counties would have until Nov. 16 to file their state returns. “FTB generally conforms to Internal Revenue Service postponement periods for presidentially declared disasters,” the state agency said.
No official estimate was available of the number of taxpayers who had yet to file their 2022 returns.
In a typical year, 1.2 million to 1.5 million Californians ask to delay filing their federal returns until October, the agency said.
The move may come too late to help many business filers, tax professional Wayne R. McDonald said in an email.
Suspect ‘Khalid Yagobbi’ Arrested on Murder Charges After Intentionally Plowing Car into Pedestrians, Leaving One Dead

The suspect, identified as 46-year-old Khalid Yagobbi of Los Angeles, was driving a Chevrolet Bolt at a high rate of speed in the wrong direction.
He ran a red light and collided with multiple vehicles and pedestrians without slowing down. Yagobbi was arrested at the scene and is currently being held on a $2,000,000 bail, facing murder charges.
The Long Beach Police Department, led by Chief Wally Hebeish, immediately launched an investigation into the incident. Preliminary evidence suggested that the collision was possibly intentional, prompting Homicide and Collision Investigations detectives to take over the case. The FBI also responded to the scene.
“Due to the suspicious circumstances of the incident and current international events, the Federal Bureau of Investigation responded to the scene.
Constitutional? Feds and judges compel employees, litigants to use preferred gender pronouns

HHS hides video that mandates compelled speech based on “guidance” that courts have repeatedly knocked down. Kansas attorney general asks 10th Circuit to rein in district judges, questions their impartiality.
Agency leaders including transgender Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine, but not Secretary Xavier Becerra, addressed employees in a Sept. 28 YouTube video, linked from the email, on HHS’s internal YouTube account.
It’s unlisted, meaning the video doesn’t show up in searches or HHS’s account page.
The policy requires “department-level coordination for EEO [Equal Employment Opportunity] protections across HHS” and “also makes clear that all employees should be addressed by the names and pronouns they use to describe themselves,” Assistant Secretary for Administration Cheryl Campbell says. Levine warns that “all supervisors and managers are responsible for helping to ensure it is fully implemented.”

At least 6 deaths potentially linked to abortion drug

Seven deaths were detailed in the records released to Judicial Watch, but one of those deaths may have been reported twice.
The records were made public as a result of an October 2022 Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit that was filed after the FDA failed to respond to three February 2022 requests for records, including correspondence with the manufacturers of Mifeprex, regarding the drug’s stability, and for all FDA reports from assessments of DANCO and GenBio manufacturing facilities; investigational and new drug applications, as well as stability test results.
The records made public include an “Annual Report for Mifepristone,” covering the period September 28, 2000, to September 27, 2001, produced by the Population Council/Danco Laboratories, LLC.

Mass Casualty Event at Baptist Hospital In Gaza Apparently Caused by Misfired Rocket From Hamas

Initial reports suggest that the mass casualty event at the Baptist Hospital in Gaza City 10/17, was the result of a misfired rocket launch by Hamas. There was no Israel Defence Forces (IDF) air activity reported at the time, and the timing coincided with a salvo of rockets launched at Israel.
About 30-40% of Hamas’ rockets misfire and land short in the Gaza Strip.
Casualty reports from the Baptist Hospital, which was hit at about 9 am PST Tuesday, range from 200 to 900. Hamas of course immediately blamed Israel for the catastrophe.
Sweden reports damage to an undersea cable to Estonia, after Finland cites damage to a gas pipeline
Sweden on Tuesday reported partial damage to an undersea telecommunications cable in the Baltic Sea running to Estonia that authorities believe occurred at the same time as damage to an undersea gas pipeline and telecom cable from Finland to Estonia.
Finland launched an investigation into possible sabotage after reporting the damage to its gas pipeline to Estonia last week.
Swedish Civil Defense Minister Carl-Oskar Bohlin said Tuesday that the damage to the cable between Sweden and Estonia appeared to have happened at the same time, but that it’s unclear what caused it.
“It is not a total cable break. There is a partial damage on this cable,” Bohlin said. “We cannot assess what caused the damage.”
Uganda: Two foreign tourists killed in attack by suspected Islamist rebels, say police

“We have registered a cowardly terrorist attack on two foreign tourists and a Ugandan in Queen Elizabeth National Park,” police spokesperson Fred Enanga wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
“The three were killed, and their safari vehicle burnt,” he added.
Mr Enanga said police were pursuing suspected members of the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) – an armed group aligned with Islamic State (IS).
In June, the group was accused of massacring at least 41 people, most of them students, in a raid on a remote Ugandan community near the border.

‘Protect Europe’s border!’ — Swedish PM slams lax border controls that led to Brussels terror attack

If the European Union cannot control its external border and deport those not eligible to remain then the principle of free movement of people must be scrapped, Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson said on Tuesday.
Responding to the murder of two Swedish nationals who were shot dead in an Islamist terror attack in central Brussels on Monday evening, Kristersson expressed his anger that the perpetrator had been free to roam Europe when he was known to have been radicalized.
“It was not okay that the perpetrator was at large even though they knew he had been radicalized,” told a press conference in Stockholm.
The terrorist, named as 45-year-old Tunisian migrant Abdesalem Lassoued, had been refused asylum in Belgium back in 2020 but had remained living in the de facto EU capital with no efforts made to deport him.
Local media reported on Tuesday that he had been known to security services as a radicalization threat, had been convicted of terror offenses back in Tunisia, and was known to Belgian police after recently making threats to a resident of an asylum center in Brussels.

Russia Is Sending More Forces to an Eastern Ukraine City After Its Assault Slows, Analysts Say

Russia is throwing more units into its effort to take a key eastern Ukraine city, Western analysts say, after apparent setbacks that have slowed its dayslong onslaught.
The attempt to storm Avdiivka, a heavily defended city that stands in the way of Moscow’s ambition of securing control of the entire Donetsk region, is Moscow’s most significant offensive operation in Ukraine since the start of the year, the U.K. defense ministry said Tuesday.
The Kremlin’s push to claim Avdiivka comes after months of fending off Ukraine’s counteroffensive, which Kyiv launched some 16 months after Russia’s full-scale invasion.
Both sides are looking for battlefield advantages ahead of winter. They are also looking to secure future weapons supplies for what is shaping up as a protracted war of attrition.
Ukraine Uses American Missiles Against Russian Forces for First Time

The Biden administration recently and secretly supplied Ukraine with long-range missiles, according to multiple reports.
Ukraine’s military used the long-range Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) on Tuesday to strike nine Russian helicopters in eastern Ukraine, Politico reported.
The move to supply Ukraine with the ATACMS — offering the ability to attack far behind the front lines — indicated a ramp up in the administration’s defense of the country in its war against Russia, two sources told Politico.
Admin to Allow Iran to Buy and Sell Missiles and Drones Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the day that Joe Biden plans to visit Israel, and it’s also the day that sanctions are lifted on Iran so they can step up their ballistic missile program.
The UN sanctions preventing Iran from buying and selling missiles and drones expire tomorrow. It’s a huge financial victory for Iran.
The US and the European allies are allowing Iran to purchase and supply missiles to enemies of the United States and Israel.
Tomorrow is transition day when the expiration of the UN’s embargo against Iran’s ability to procure and sell missiles and drones goes into effect.
As Joe Biden says he’s heartbroken over what happened to the Jewish people in the genocidal massacre a week ago Saturday, October 7th, he hands an amazing victory to Iran.
Harrowing last messages of British mother and daughter killed by Hamas

Relatives of a British mother and daughter who were murdered by Hamas have released the harrowing last messages sent by the pair as terrorists rampaged through their Israeli home.
Lianne Shirabi sent a panicked text to her sister-in-law saying she could hear members of the terrorist group ‘shooting and shouting “Die Israel”‘ before begging her to call for help.
It has now been confirmed that Bristol-born Lianne and her youngest daughter Yahel, 13, were horrifically killed during a massacre by Hamas as they attacked Be’eri Kibbutz on October 7.
PBS: Israeli Forces Found ‘Iranian-Made’ Mortars that Show ‘Iran Is Directly Supplying Weaponry to Hamas in This Fight’

On Monday’s “PBS NewsHour,” PBS Special Correspondent Leila Molana-Allen reported that Israeli soldiers located “Iranian-made mortar rounds” in villages that were attacked by Hamas terrorists, and that these are “the first material evidence that Iran is directly supplying weaponry to Hamas in this fight.”
Molana-Allen stated, “Having beaten back hundreds of Hamas fighters after a long, brutal fight on the border with Gaza, as Israeli soldiers carried out the grim job of clearing victims’ homes, they found a new source of terror.
In the villages that were attacked by Hamas on Saturday, the Israel[i] Defense Forces found a huge cache of weaponry, thousands of pieces, and they suspect that Hamas planned a much longer fight.

U.S. House Committee report says ‘human tragedies on Mayorkas’ hands’

The U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security has released additional findings from its ongoing oversight investigation into the consequences of border policies implemented by President Joe Biden and U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
In its third interim report, it addresses the impact of these policies on American citizens, communities, and law enforcement officers, citing numerous reports and investigations laid out in 82 pages with nearly 500 footnotes.
If follows the first report that alleges Mayorkas is derelict in his duties to protect the homeland, and the second that points to how Biden administration policies have emboldened Mexican cartels.
The report also addresses the toll of Biden administration policies on Border Patrol agents, including increased suicides and deaths, plummeting morale, and difficulty with recruiting, also previously reported by The Center Square. It also addresses the result of increased crime, decreasing public safety and unsustainable burdens imposed on first responders and local law enforcement resources.
It says there are at least 120,000 missing minors the Biden administration can’t account for and a record number of unaccompanied children being released to unvetted individuals “… who have trapped them in lives of forced labor and sexual servitude,” citing the findings of a grand jury report from Florida.

Trump Returns to Manhattan Court Tuesday

“I will be attending the trial in Manhattan this morning,” Trump posted on his Truth Social page. “I greatly appreciate all of the legal professors and scholars that are saying I DID NOTHING WRONG.”
Trump also railed about not having a jury in the civil case, where New York Attorney General Letitia James has accused Trump, his sons Eric and Donald Jr., and other Trump Organization executives of inflating the value of their real estate assets to get more favorable terms on bank loans and insurance.
Trump spoke at campaign rallies in Iowa on Monday and isn’t required to attend the hearing in New York, where James is seeking $250 million in penalties and the removal of Trump and his sons from managing the company he founded.
His appearance comes a day after a federal judge presiding over his trial on charges of conspiring to overturn the 2020 election results barred him from making comments about prosecutors, court staff, and witnesses.
Trump Deposed in Strzok, Page FBI Employee Lawsuits

The Justice Department had sought to block the deposition of Trump as unnecessary, citing testimony from other witnesses who’d already been interviewed in the lawsuits that Trump had no impact on the decision to fire Strzok.
The department in court filings, for instance, has pointed to an interview with former FBI Deputy Director David Bowdich in which he said he made the decision to fire Strzok on his own, and that he did not recall FBI Director Chris Wray ever telling him about any meeting with Trump in which the president pressured him about Strzok.
But both U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson and a federal appeals court rebuffed the Justice Department, permitting a two-hour deposition to move forward.

Election integrity issues for November elections begin with absentee ballots

Counties in California, Louisiana, and Pennsylvania have already experienced issues with absentee ballots for November elections.
In Pennsylvania’s Lancaster County, absentee ballots were sent out with incorrect information for returning them for the municipal election on Nov. 7. The instructions for the ballots told voters to return their absentee ballots by inserting them in the white secrecy envelope rather than the yellow envelope.
Ballots that aren’t placed in the yellow envelope won’t be counted.
Absentee ballots have been part of the election integrity discussion for years now.
In 2005, the bipartisan Commission on Federal Election Reform – which included ex-President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State under President George H. W. Bush, James Baker – highlighted the issues that concerned them about absentee ballots.

The terror tunnels in Gaza are elaborate. They are well-planned and designed to carry out terrorism.
