The six-bedroom estate is located inside the gated Admiral’s Cove community along the Intracoastal Waterway.
Homes in the exclusive enclave routinely fetch millions of dollars, and the couple’s own purchase five years ago was no exception.
Trump and Guilfoyle paid $9.7 million for the property in 2021, snapping it up after it had spent years on and off the market with an asking price that once topped $19.9 million.
The two-story dwelling spans 11,270 square feet and comes with 11 bathrooms, an elevator and a fireplace.
It was built in 1995 and underwent a major renovation shortly before the couple moved in.
The purchase came just months after Trump and Guilfoyle left New York following the 2020 election, relocating to Florida along with much of the rest of the Trump family.
Jupiter held personal significance for Trump even before the move, since his ex-wife Vanessa and their five children live nearby, not far from Trump National Golf Club Jupiter.
Guilfoyle, 57, now serves as US ambassador to Greece. She’s listed with a Delray Beach address on the new filing, which also carries a stamp from the American embassy in Athens, where she’s stationed.

Judge confirms block on Trump admin ending TPS for Haiti is no longer active
Afederal judge on Wednesday formally confirmed that a previous order blocking the Trump administration from ending temporary protected status (TPS) for Haitians was no longer in effect.
U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes confirmed the order’s status in a directive to the Trump administration and litigants in a specific TPS case.
Trump has moved to end TPS for several nations, including Haiti, though a number of federal judges have intervened to stay those directives. The Supreme Court eventually ruled that the administration can end TPS, but some judges have declined to relent.
U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs, for instance, issued an order blocking the administration from ending TPS for Somalia, even after the Supreme Court issued its decision.
Her move prompted Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., to move to start impeachment proceedings.

The names of the deceased victims are unknown. The suspected shooter was killed in the shooting, Caswell Sheriff Tony Durden said.
The status and identity of the surviving victim is unclear.
Police said there is no threat to the small community at this time and that it is believed to be an ‘isolated incident.’
All three agencies have since gathered outside of the home as they continue to investigate the case, which has been described as a ‘domestic case involving family members.’

The friskier ones waged war against the city and its people. They set cars afire. They cracked open and looted homes and businesses.

While the invasion of Ceuta was not the bloodbath that Constantinople’s demise was, there is a parallel and a stark warning.
Michael Doukas, the late Byzantine Greek historian, described the fall of Constantinople to the Muslims in 1453 as an apocalypse.
The invading Ottoman Turks slaughtered people — soldiers and civilians — wantonly; they killed 2,000 soldiers in a single instance.
They cut sacred icons to pieces and pulled men, women, and children from the churches where they had sought sanctuary and made slaves. Homes were “robbed of children, wife, and belongings.”
Before “Islamophobe!” can be deployed like a backpack at an Ariana Grande concert, Doukas is not the only writer to describe these atrocities.
Michael Kritovoulos, a contemporary of Doukas and a pro-Turk Greek, said the same thing. In his History of Mehmed the Conqueror, Kritovoulos wrote that after the Turks breached Constantinople’s walls:
Then a great slaughter occurred of those who happened to be there: some of them were on the streets … others were in their own homes and fell victims to the violence of the Janissaries and other soldiers, without any rhyme or reason; others were resisting, relying on their own courage; still others were fleeing to the churches and making supplication — men, women, and children, everyone, for there was no quarter given.
After the Turks, “had had enough of murder,” Kritovoulos observed, some of the invaders went to loot the “mansions” of the nobles; others looted the churches and monasteries; and others “dispersed to the simple homes of the common people, stealing, robbing, plundering, killing, insulting, taking and enslaving men, women, and children, old and young, priests, monks — in short, every age and class.”
Doukas gave perhaps the most chilling description of fallen Constantinople when he wrote, “And the City was desolate, lying dead, naked, soundless, having neither form nor beauty.”
That is not the description of a city that has only been conquered; it presents a picture of a civilization that has been snuffed out.
For a thousand years, the Byzantine Empire had been the dominant power in the East, at its height reaching from Spain to Jerusalem, the Italian Alps to North Africa.
Its destruction was not just about territory or power: It was about civilizational death. Mehmed II and his Muslims wanted to stake the last civilizational remnant of Eastern Christianity and the polity which housed it out of existence.
By enslaving the people, looting it of its treasures and art, and attacking its churches, they shredded the city’s soul. They bleached Constantinople out of existence.
Why is all this important?
Because Ceuta is the latest reminder of what the stakes are. It’s not just about borders, or even sovereignty; it’s about civilization.
“Civilization” gets thrown around a lot, and people have spilled good gallons of ink defining it. The simplest and truest definition is that civilization is the bedrock of who we are as a people.
Being part of a civilization means that the world is divided between “us”— we who see the world this way, we who believe this, and do things this way — and “them” — everyone else. Greeks are not Romans; Romans are not Frenchmen; and Frenchmen are not Americans.
You can lose a lot of things — influence, power, even territory — but if you can keep your civilization, you’re still in the game.
It’s why the Jews are still a people (in the religious sense) and the Carthaginians are not. Lose that, and you lose yourself.
Leftists, in Europe and here at home, are the enemies of civilization.
Their oikophobia — hatred of home — has made them not just take the side of foreigners against their own people but now drives them to help physically burn their homes.

Medicare billing for foot care, hospice show ‘staggering’ fraud robbing taxpayers
One primary focus in the fight is to rein in fraud through abusive billing for skin substitute products, which are used to treat chronic wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers and venous leg ulcers.
Legislation in both chambers has been introduced in an effort to curb unnecessary spending on such medicines, but neither bill has advanced beyond committee.
Rep. Buddy Carter (R-Georgia) said his House bill introduced last fall would:
- Establish payment limits based on historic volume-weighted average prices.
- Delay implementation of certain coverage changes for one year to allow manufacturers time to complete standardized clinical trials.
- Target what he says is a small percentage of providers who are responsible for a disproportionate share of Medicare spending on skin substitute products through prepayment review and prior authorization.
- Maintain Medicare coverage for these products while reforming how they are reimbursed.
“The fraud is staggering, particularly in health care,” Carter told show host Jody Hice.
He cited claims from California hospices as an example of how government oversight should work better.
“For instance, there were 112 hospices from the same location in Los Angeles. How does that happen?
The first time you have a duplicate address, it ought to be kicked out. We need to make sure that we’re doing our part there,” Carter said.
Despite their strong clinical foundation, Medicare expenditures for skin substitutes administered in the home and physician office have increased dramatically — from approximately $500 million in 2020 to $6.5 billion in 2024, research by Carter’s staff reveals.
