Donald Trump Jr. spends $7.6M to buy ex Kimberly Guilfoyle out of their Florida mansion

Donald Trump Jr. spends $7.6M to buy ex Kimberly Guilfoyle out of their Florida mansion

A Palm Beach County deed filed August 3 confirms the buyout, which closed on July 25, the Palm Beach Post reported.

The six-bedroom estate is located inside the gated Admiralโ€™s Cove community along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Homes in the exclusive enclave routinely fetch millions of dollars, and the coupleโ€™s own purchase five years ago was no exception.

Trump and Guilfoyle paid $9.7 million for the property in 2021, snapping it up after it had spent years on and off the market with an asking price that once topped $19.9 million.

The two-story dwelling spans 11,270 square feet and comes with 11 bathrooms, an elevator and a fireplace.

It was built in 1995 and underwent a major renovation shortly before the couple moved in.

The purchase came just months after Trump and Guilfoyle left New York following the 2020 election, relocating to Florida along with much of the rest of the Trump family.

Jupiter held personal significance for Trump even before the move, since his ex-wife Vanessa and their five children live nearby, not far from Trump National Golf Club Jupiter.

Guilfoyle, 57, now serves as US ambassador to Greece. Sheโ€™s listed with a Delray Beach address on the new filing, which also carries a stamp from the American embassy in Athens, where sheโ€™s stationed.

The buyout comes on the heels ofย Trump marriageย to Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson, and the newlyweds are reportedly eyeing a move to West Palm Beach.ย …

Judge confirms block on Trump admin ending TPS for Haiti is no longer active

U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes

Afederal judge on Wednesday formally confirmed that a previous order blocking the Trump administration from ending temporary protected status (TPS) for Haitians was no longer in effect.

U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes confirmed the order’s status in a directive to the Trump administration and litigants in a specific TPS case.

Trump has moved to end TPS for several nations, including Haiti, though a number of federal judges have intervened to stay those directives. The Supreme Court eventually ruled that the administration can end TPS, but some judges have declined to relent.

U.S. District Judge Allison Burroughs, for instance, issued an order blocking the administration from ending TPS for Somalia, even after the Supreme Court issued its decision.

Her move prompted Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., to move to start impeachment proceedings.

Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, was shot and killed on September 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, in what officials called a political assassination from a rooftop. Posts are now sharing a clip of his speech from just days earlier, where he described ‘wokeism or Marxism combining with Islam’ as a threat to Western values. Dearborn Crowd Chants ‘Death to America’ After Local Democrat’s Win

Last updated 46 minutes ago

The footage from Dearborn, home to the largest Muslim population in the U.S. and now an Arab-majority city, shows chants similar to those condemned at a 2024 Quds Day rally by then-Mayor Abdullah Hammoud and local leaders. Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, a former public health official, recently won Michigan’s Democratic U.S. Senate nomination despite heavy opponent spending, with some linking the city’s support to the event. Commentators like Libs of TikTok and Brigitte Gabriel raised concerns about integration and national unity, while past local statements rejected such rhetoric as unrepresentative.

Terminally Ill New Yorkers Can Now Request Life-Ending Medication

Terminally ill New Yorkers who meet strict eligibility rules may now request medication to end their lives after the state'sย Medical Aid in Dying Actย took effect Wednesday.

Terminally ill New Yorkers who meet strict eligibility rules may now request medication to end their lives after the state’s Medical Aid in Dying Act took effect Wednesday.

New York became the 13th state and 14th U.S. jurisdiction, including the District of Columbia, to authorize medical aid in dying.

Gov. Kathy Hochul signed the measure Feb. 6 after securing safeguards, including a mental health evaluation, a residency requirement, a recorded oral request, and a five-day waiting period before a prescription can be filled.

Eligible patients must be New York residents who are at least 18 years old, have an incurable and irreversible illness expected to cause death within six months, have decision-making capacity, and be physically capable of self-administering the medication.

Two physicians must confirm eligibility, and a psychologist or psychiatrist must determine that the patient has capacity and is not under duress.

Kevin Diaz, president and CEO of Compassion & Choices, said the group worked closely with state officials despite opposing some restrictions…

If The West Wonโ€™t Defend Itself, Third World Hordes Will Destroy Us

invasion of Ceuta,

Itโ€™s become clichรฉ to roll out Mark Twainโ€™s supposed line about history rhyming. But the videos of the invasion of Ceuta, the autonomous Spanish city bordering Morocco, remind you why cliches exist โ€” theyโ€™re based on truth.

The โ€œAllahu Akbar!โ€ screaming invaders โ€” some 60,000 military-aged Moroccans with nothing but the clothes on their backs โ€” were dumped into Ceuta to destroy it.

The laxer ones did their part by turning the streets into toilets and the fountains into bathtubs (two ways of killing beauty fast).

The friskier ones waged war against the city and its people. They set cars afire. They cracked open and looted homes and businesses.

These invaders โ€œclashedโ€ with hopelessly outnumbered police while people barricaded their doors with furniture to try and defend themselves.

โ€œThere are no measures in place. Itโ€™s every man for himself,โ€ one anonymous restaurant owner said. It was a tribe flexing and celebrating the atrophy, weakness, and compliance of its enemy.

While the invasion of Ceuta was not the bloodbath that Constantinopleโ€™s demise was, there is a parallel and a stark warning.

Michael Doukas, the late Byzantine Greek historian, described the fall of Constantinople to the Muslims in 1453 as an apocalypse.

The invading Ottoman Turks slaughtered people โ€” soldiers and civilians โ€” wantonly; they killed 2,000 soldiers in a single instance.

They cut sacred icons to pieces and pulled men, women, and children from the churches where they had sought sanctuary and made slaves. Homes were โ€œrobbed of children, wife, and belongings.โ€

Before โ€œIslamophobe!โ€ can be deployed like a backpack at an Ariana Grande concert, Doukas is not the only writer to describe these atrocities.

Michael Kritovoulos, a contemporary of Doukas and a pro-Turk Greek, said the same thing. In his History of Mehmed the ConquerorKritovoulos wrote that after the Turks breached Constantinopleโ€™s walls:

Then a great slaughter occurred of those who happened to be there: some of them were on the streets โ€ฆ others were in their own homes and fell victims to the violence of the Janissaries and other soldiers, without any rhyme or reason; others were resisting, relying on their own courage; still others were fleeing to the churches and making supplication โ€” men, women, and children, everyone, for there was no quarter given.

After the Turks, โ€œhad had enough of murder,โ€ Kritovoulos observed, some of the invaders went to loot the โ€œmansionsโ€ of the nobles; others looted the churches and monasteries; and others โ€œdispersed to the simple homes of the common people, stealing, robbing, plundering, killing, insulting, taking and enslaving men, women, and children, old and young, priests, monks โ€” in short, every age and class.โ€

Doukas gave perhaps the most chilling description of fallen Constantinople when he wrote, โ€œAnd the City was desolate, lying dead, naked, soundless, having neither form nor beauty.โ€

That is not the description of a city that has only been conquered; it presents a picture of a civilization that has been snuffed out.

For a thousand years, the Byzantine Empire had been the dominant power in the East, at its height reaching from Spain to Jerusalem, the Italian Alps to North Africa.

Its destruction was not just about territory or power: It was about civilizational death. Mehmed II and his Muslims wanted to stake the last civilizational remnant of Eastern Christianity and the polity which housed it out of existence.

By enslaving the people, looting it of its treasures and art, and attacking its churches, they shredded the cityโ€™s soul. They bleached Constantinople out of existence.

Why is all this important?

Advertisements

Because Ceuta is the latest reminder of what the stakes are. Itโ€™s not just about borders, or even sovereignty; itโ€™s about civilization.

โ€œCivilizationโ€ gets thrown around a lot, and people have spilled good gallons of ink defining it. The simplest and truest definition is that civilization is the bedrock of who we are as a people.

Being part of a civilization means that the world is divided between โ€œusโ€โ€” we who see the world this way, we who believe this, and do things this way โ€” and โ€œthemโ€ โ€” everyone else. Greeks are not Romans; Romans are not Frenchmen; and Frenchmen are not Americans.

You can lose a lot of things โ€” influence, power, even territory โ€” but if you can keep your civilization, youโ€™re still in the game.

Itโ€™s why the Jews are still a people (in the religious sense) and the Carthaginians are not. Lose that, and you lose yourself.

Leftists, in Europe and here at home, are the enemies of civilization.

Their oikophobia โ€” hatred of home โ€” has made them not just take the side of foreigners against their own people but now drives them to help physically burn their homes.

There is a reason Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchaz dragged his feet in activating the Spanish military to deal with the invasion, and why local police opened the doors to Ceuta to the invaders….

Medicare billing for foot care, hospice show ‘staggering’ fraud robbing taxpayers

Medicare billing for foot care, hospice show 'staggering' fraud robbing taxpayers

One primary focus in the fight is to rein in fraud through abusive billing for skin substitute products, which are used to treat chronic wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers and venous leg ulcers.

Legislation in both chambers has been introduced in an effort to curb unnecessary spending on such medicines, but neither bill has advanced beyond committee.

Rep. Buddy Carter (R-Georgia) said his House bill introduced last fall would:

  • Establish payment limits based on historic volume-weighted average prices.
  • Delay implementation of certain coverage changes for one year to allow manufacturers time to complete standardized clinical trials.
  • Target what he says is a small percentage of providers who are responsible for a disproportionate share of Medicare spending on skin substitute products through prepayment review and prior authorization.
  • Maintain Medicare coverage for these products while reforming how they are reimbursed.

โ€œThe fraud is staggering, particularly in health care,โ€ Carter told show host Jody Hice.

He cited claims from California hospices as an example of how government oversight should work better.

โ€œFor instance, there were 112 hospices from the same location in Los Angeles. How does that happen?

The first time you have a duplicate address, it ought to be kicked out. We need to make sure that we’re doing our part there,โ€ Carter said.

Despite their strong clinical foundation, Medicare expenditures for skin substitutes administered in the home and physician office have increased dramatically โ€” from approximately $500 million in 2020 to $6.5 billion in 2024, research by Carterโ€™s staff reveals.

While some of this growth reflects increased utilization in non-hospital care settings, a major driver of this spending escalation is a flawed reimbursement system that incentivizes the use of higher-priced products.

Abuse by a small number of providers is making a big impact….
