Mayor Death Threats Ignored: System Shields Violence, Punishes Speech

A Michigan man posted a death threat against Saginaw Mayor Brenda Moore on Facebook โ and three days earlier announced he was getting his gun out of the safe โ and prosecutors let him walk.
Meanwhile, in New Jersey, a mayor is absorbing death threats, antisemitic voicemails, and harassing packages, and police have made zero arrests.
If you’re wondering who the system protects and who it punishes, watch what happens when actual threats get a pass while Americans get deplatformed for saying men aren’t women.
Saginaw County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Blair N. Stevenson confirmed his office reviewed the police reports and declined to file charges.
“The nature of the threat didn’t meet any statutory charging requirements,” Stevenson said, according to MLive. The man’s Sept. 15 post tagged Moore directly: “I called you mom Brenda Moore and this is how you repay me?? This is your death and my birthday in town.” Three days prior, he had posted he was “getting my gun out the safe.” The man claims in comments he didn’t intend it as a threat. Moore notified police and received extra protection. The man remains wanted only on an older misdemeanor vandalism warrant โ and has appeared at City Council meetings since that warrant was issued without being taken into custody.
In Jackson, New Jersey, Mayor Jennifer Kuhn faces a campaign of intimidation that makes the Saginaw case look tame.
A male caller left a 90-second voicemail hurling the C-word, invoking Nazis and Saddam Hussein, and telling Kuhn to “get the f— out of our nation” and take her “useless piece of s— family” with her, according to NJ.com.
She’s received disturbing Facebook messages, more hostile voicemails, and an unsigned package of gummies shaped like male genitalia.
A man showed up at her rental property this month looking to confront her.
Kuhn, who is not Jewish but has Jewish family members, says the threats are misogynistic and antisemitic. Police are investigating. No arrests.
The Jackson threats emerged after a chaotic July council meeting involving out-of-town agitators and angry residents, set against months of bitterness over a burgeoning Orthodox Jewish population in the Ocean County town.
Council President Mordechai Burnstein called the messages “disgusting” and “appalling.” Councilman Chris Pollak, running on the opposing slate, was blunter: “People are going to criticize you. People are going to be angry at you โ part of the job.”
Here’s the rub. Facebook โ the platform that hosted the Saginaw threat and the Jackson harassment โ has no problem leaving that content up while it systematically deplatforms Americans who state basic biological facts or question establishment narratives.
A man references his gun and promises a mayor’s “death” โ prosecutors shrug.
A man shows up at a mayor’s property โ police are still “investigating.”
But let a parent question gender ideology in a school board comment section and watch how fast the machinery moves.
Two mayors threatened. Two jurisdictions. Zero consequences for the threateners.
The question isn’t whether speech should be free. It’s who gets to speak freely, and who gets silenced, when the same platforms and the same prosecutors pick and choose which threats matter and which truths are forbidden.
Samsung Hands Your Family Photos to Google Photos, Tech Press Cheers

Samsung is handing your photo library directly to Google, and the tech press can’t stop calling it an upgrade.
A new Samsung Gallery update rolling out this week replaces Microsoft OneDrive with Google Photos as the phone maker’s dedicated cloud backup, funneling millions of users’ personal memories into Google’s infrastructure without them ever opening a Google app.
This matters because it’s another quiet consolidation of your most intimate data into the hands of fewer companies.
Your family photos, your kids’ moments, your location metadata โ all now flowing automatically to a company whose business model depends on knowing everything about you.
Digital Trends called the move something “that’s about time.” Android Police said it’s “great to see Samsung getting on board.” Nobody asked what Google is building with all those images, or who profits from the arrangement.
Here’s what’s happening:
Samsung Gallery version 15.9.01.7 activates a background service called Gallery Cloud Sync that uploads your photos and videos directly to Google Photos at original quality, according to a Google support page.
The old OneDrive integration ends September 30.
Users can choose which albums sync and whether syncing works over mobile data. The feature requires Android 13 or later and a personal Google account โ no Workspace accounts allowed.
The two-way sync raises immediate concerns.
Delete a photo from Samsung Gallery, and it vanishes from Google Photos and cloud storage too โ and vice versa.
Edits also sync between services, though Google warns you may see both the original and edited versions depending on which app you used.
You don’t get a separate copy. You get one copy, controlled by two companies.
And the integration isn’t even complete.
According to 9to5Google, media backed up through Samsung Gallery won’t appear in Google Photos features like Memories, Highlights, Live Albums, or Search.
Samsung Gallery also won’t display older photos you backed up directly through the Google Photos app.
So you’re surrendering your data to Google’s cloud, but you don’t get full access to Google’s tools in return.
Follow the money.
Samsung offloads cloud infrastructure costs to Google. Google gets direct, automatic access to Samsung users’ photo libraries โ images it can use to train AI models, refine facial recognition, and build the advertising profiles that fund its empire.
Microsoft loses a cloud partnership and the user data that came with it. The only party not at the table is you. ..
Female college student dragged off porch, brutally beaten by unhinged mob

Outrage is brewing after a young female college lacrosse player was dragged and beaten on camera by a mob of feral, street-racing thugs.
A group of York College of Pennsylvania students, who included members of the schoolโs womenโs lacrosse team, were sitting outside on their porch minding their business last Friday when a group of non-students began street racing.
โOne of the cars street racing smashed into a parked car by the firehouse, which is right next to our house,โ one of the students on the porch told local station WPMT. โWhen this happened, all of the townies migrated over towards our house and on the grass. We all asked them to move off the property, and thatโs when everything erupted.โ
โEverything eruptedโ as a woman from the group of non-students approached the students and started a verbal altercation, according to the station.
The altercation reportedly quickly became physical, prompting the womanโs violent friends to โrushโ the group of students and attack.
Some of the altercation was caught on camera (*Graphic content): …
Woman fights back when knife-wielding crazy lady attacks her from behind in NYC

Physical attacks in urban areas controlled by soft-on-crime Democrats are shocking, but just as shocking is the reaction of bystanders witnessing the unchecked violence.
A video making the rounds online this week showcases a woman being attacked from behind in New York City by a knife-wielding female suspect.
As the woman fights off her attacker, people can be heard commenting, and some recording the assault, but the best anyone could do in intervening came when a person kicked the knife away after the assailant dropped it during the struggle.
The women continued to fight as bystanders offered commentary on the confrontation โ itโs not clear what may have prompted the attack or if the women knew one another.
Events took on a comedic angle when the victim attempted to use her attackerโs shoestrings to tie her feet together.
The attack comes on the heels of a woman being shot and killed by police in Times Square after she stabbed two strangers in a random attack and then refused orders to drop two knives โ the woman died along with one of her victims, an executive with Bank of America.
Itโs hard to see such blatant crime and not recall criminal-friendly policies embraced by left-wing Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
Hereโs a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X: …
Cornell frat bros forcibly drugged student before horrifying gang rape, texted โfree pโyโ invitation: suit

A pack of sick frat brothers at Cornell University drugged a 20-year-old student with ketamine and gang-raped her โ texting there was โfree pโyโโ as she lay unconscious, a shocking new lawsuit claims.
Seven members of the Chi Phi fraternity at the prestigious Ivy League campus in upstate New York are now being sued by the anonymous student, who was โcommandedโ by one of them to snort the drug off of his erect genitalia as she was helplessly sexually attacked by others in October 2024, according to the Manhattan Supreme Court filing.
โFree pโy,โ one of the male students messaged at 1:42 a.m. in a Snapchat group titled โChi Phi Actives,โ according to a screenshot that was included in the court filing and allegedly invited multiple Ivy League creeps to join in the fraternity bedroom to assault the young woman.
One of the defendants responded, โThis is crazy work,โ court documents allege.
Another person allegedly added, โLike you can walk in and whip it out.โ
The elite school later offered the accused frat boys the chance to โmitigate their conduct by submitting essays,โ according to the deeply disturbing filing.
Cornell โcreated an environment where sexual assault and rape of persons such as Plaintiff would be toleratedโ and failed to โdiscipline or removeโ the students, reads the suit โ which comes after bare-bones media reports of the alleged attack at the time.
The plaintiff, who no longer attends the top university, claims in her suit that she left her family and flew across the country to go to Cornell about two years earlier and โimmediately encountered a glorified โ yet materially false and misleading faรงade of Cornell University Greek life.โ
A year later, that same Greek life โ which Cornell actively promotes โas well managed, worthy pathways to new friendshipsโ โ traumatically changed her trajectory, her suit says.
The young womanโs 101-page lawsuit alleges a night of terror that began as an evening out with her sorority sisters and ended in an unspeakable hourslong sexual assault.
After a night of bar-hopping, the young woman met up with one of the defendants at a Tudor-style frathouse mansion, her suit says. …

Trump bans CNN, MSNOW, and Politico from White House

President Donald Trump on Friday announced that he was banning CNN, MSNOW, and Politico from the White House, citing what he called “fake news.”
“I am proud to announce that, effective immediately, I am banning Fake News CNN, MSNOW […], and Politico […] from the White House as a result of their constant ‘reporting’ FAKE NEWS!” he posted on Truth Social.
“Media Outlets shouldnโt be able to constantly write or report FICTION and LIES when theyโre covering the President of the United States, the Trump Administration, or the United States of America. Other Fake News Media Outlets to follow,” he added.
Trump has long feuded with those networks, most notably CNN, over their coverage of his political career.
At present, however, there is no White House press secretary and the usual press briefings are somewhat disrupted.
The most likely immediate outcome is that the administration attempts to remove those networks from the presidential and vice presidential pool rotations.

EXCLUSIVE: Smugglers Try Something Creative To Slip Migrants Past Trumpโs Sealed Border

Smugglers tried to get creative in their efforts to move illegal migrants into the country past President Donald Trumpโs sealed border.
In a recent case, Border Patrol agents in Eagle Pass, Texas, discovered a group of four illegal migrants whom smugglers had trapped in a water tank placed in the bed of a 2007 Ford F-150 pickup truck, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) told The Daily Wire.
The incident occurred on the evening of September 14 as agents were patrolling a rural highway.
โSmugglers donโt care for the safety of those they see as mere human cargo,โ Border Patrol Del Rio Sector Chief Patrol Agent Anthony โScottโ Good said in a statement.
โPutting people in confined spaces with no means of escape is dangerous and barbaric. If not for the actions of our highly trained agents, this incident could have resulted in tragedy,โ Good added.
The migrants had no way of escaping the small portable water tank, and the border agents had to use power tools to free them.
Two of the migrants were from Bolivia, one was from Cuba, and another from Colombia.
The group declined medical attention and was taken into Border Patrol custody for processing.
The driver was identified as a 19-year-old American man.
Border agents turned him over to Homeland Security Investigations to face a charge of alien smuggling.
Since his return to the White House, Trump has ushered in a series of policies, including ending the Biden administrationโs catch-and-release of illegal border crossers, that have resulted in historically low border encounters.
As a result, smugglers have sought more creative and often inhumane ways to move their customers across the border to keep their profits.
Border Patrol agents recently discovered โa modified utility truckโ that smugglers filled with 31 illegal migrants.
The driver fled the scene for Mexico, where Mexican authorities nabbed him. …

Haitian pastor pulled off ICE deportation flight amid case review

A Haitian pastor in Pennsylvania, who was scheduled to be deported Thursday, was given a last-second reprieve as immigration officials review his green card application amid public pressure to keep him in the United States.
Pastor Molis Augustave was pulled from a deportation flight that included nearly 90 Haitian refugees on Thursday.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement took Augustave into custody in early September.
Like the 350,000 other Haitian refugees living in the U.S., Augustave is facing deportation after the Trump administration ended Temporary Protected Status for Haiti.
ICE officials sent Augustave, who has worked in York, Pennsylvania, for the past six years, to a Louisiana ICE facility pending his deportation.
Augustave, a married father of two children, remains in that facility, Ama Frimpong, an attorney for We Are CASA, an immigration advocacy group, said Friday.
โThis is a win. This is what we were fighting for, and this is what we won,โ Frimpong said at a news conference, adding ICE can release Augustave to his family as his green card case is considered. โMolis is still in this country and he was not on that plane that left Louisiana.โ
She added: โHe is still in this country and we did that.โ
Augustave entered the United States illegally in 2016 and was given a final order of removal by an immigration judge, an ICE spokesperson said.
However, despite holding TPS status, Augustave was pulled over in Pennsylvania for a broken taillight and an expired registration on Sept. 5 and was โfast-trackedโ for deportation just 12 days later.
His attorney said that Augustave has been shuffled between three ICE facilities in Pennsylvania and Louisiana over the past two weeks.
He was moved to the ICE staging facility in Alexandria, Louisiana, ahead of the planned deportation flight but is now back in the ICE Central Louisiana processing facility, where he was first moved from Pennsylvania.
Frimpong called the treatment of Augustave โinhumane.โ ..
Frimpong credited public outcry over Augustaveโs planned deportation for the last-second decision to remove him from Thursdayโs flight to Haiti.
The case reached the desk of Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro as other lawmakers urged ICE to reconsider its decision to deport the local pastor.
Sen. John Fetterman and Shapiro, both Democrats, joined Republican Sen. Dave McCormick and Rep. Lloyd Smucker in โdirectly advocating with DHS leadershipโ for Augustave, said Jossie Flor Sapunar, a spokesperson for We Are CASA.
Augustave has been following proper protocols to obtain his green card since beginning the process to obtain permanent legal status in 2024, officials said.
However, when TPS for Haiti was terminated earlier this year, Augustaveโs final order of removal again became active. …
The best medical AI wonโt replace your doctor. It will finally give them time to be one

Letโs start with the obvious: Artificial intelligence is no longer a futuristic concept waiting to enter healthcare. It is already changing how diseases are detected, how medical information is analyzed, and how clinicians make decisions.
The question before us, however, is no longer whether AI belongs in healthcare โ It is whether we will deploy it responsibly enough to make healthcare more personal, proactive, and accessible.
The scale of the transformation is difficult to ignore.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administrationโs (FDA) public database contained more than 1,250 AI-enabled medical devices by July 2025, up substantially from roughly 950 the year before.
Market researchers now project the U.S. healthcare AI market could reach approximately $222.9 billion by 2033, representing a 36.9% compound annual growth rate from 2026 onward.
But the most important innovation, in my view, is for a society seismically shifting to adopt a new philosophy about who owns, understands, and benefits from healthcare data.
That is where organizations such as BAiO can help point the way.
Healthcare generates enormous quantities of information, from medical histories, imaging, laboratory results, wearable-device readings, treatment outcomes, and behavioral data.
Historically, much of this information has been fragmented across institutions and systems.
AI today gives us the opportunity to transform those disconnected data points into actionable intelligence.
Imagine a healthcare ecosystem in which a patientโs information is not simply stored, but continuously interpreted to identify patterns, flag potential risks, and support earlier intervention. Instead of waiting for the disease to become symptomatic, physicians could increasingly use AI-enabled systems to identify warning signals before a crisis occurs.
That is the promise of AI-powered, data-driven healthcare: moving from reactive medicine toward predictive and preventive care.
BAiOโs work is particularly relevant to this evolution because healthcare innovation should ultimately be measured by whether technology improves the individual patient experience, not simply by how sophisticated the underlying technology appears.
The greatest opportunity lies in combining artificial intelligence with human expertise.
AI can process enormous datasets at speeds no individual clinician can match.
It can identify correlations, summarize complex information, and support diagnostic and treatment decisions.
But it cannot replace the empathy, judgment, and accountability that define the physician-patient relationship.
The World Health Organization has recognized both the promise and risks of AI in health, including its potential applications in pharmaceutical development and delivery.
Meanwhile, researchers and policymakers continue to raise legitimate concerns about bias, privacy, transparency, and overreliance on automated systems.
The answer is not to slow innovation. It is to build trust into innovation from the beginning. …
Report: Florida Mom Arrested for Allegedly Having Sex with Family Dog

Malia Nummerdor, 38, was charged with engaging in sexual contact with an animal this week after her husband accused her of the act on Facebook โ of all places โ and claimed he had photographic and video evidence to back up his allegation, Gulf Coast News reported.
The Fort Meyers NBC affiliate reported that Charlotte County Sheriffโs investigators interviewed the husband, who told them that he had installed two security cameras in the home to find out who had been stealing money from a coin jar, a department police report revealed.
Everyone in the home knew about the surveillance cameras, the husband told investigators.
Charlotte County is located along the coast between Fort Meyers and Sarasota. The Sheriffโs office did not release the husbandโs name.
The husband reportedly found the video of the sex acts with the canine while reviewing recordings from a bedroom camera, according to the report.
He provided investigators access to the computer containing the surveillance footage.
Specifically what โsex actsโ were involved and the breed of the dog has yet to be reported.
Nummerdor was arrested Tuesday and booked at the Charlotte County Jail. Despite what appeared to be her husbandโs attempt to humiliate her on Facebook, she seemed unfazed by the arrest, flashing a toothy grin for her booking photo.
Court appearances are pending.
