California School Tried to Keep 11-Year-Old Jewish Victims Quiet with Gag Order
The Libs of TikTok post states that the four Jewish students at Manhattan Beach Middle School in Manhattan Beach, California, were approached sometime after Hamas’ Oct. 7 massacre of 1,400 civilians in Israel and told, among other disturbing comments, that “revenge is beautiful” and “all Israelis and Jews should be killed.”
Administrators of the Manhattan Beach Unified School District concluded that the comments made to the Jewish students were “political and not hate speech,” closing their investigation with what they described as “limited action.”
The gag orders, administrators said in the statement, prevent students from “reigniting situations” by requiring that students “avoid each other and not speak to one another.”

LA freeway chase ends in brazen daylight robbery by masked bandits: video
A gang of masked thieves intentionally rammed into another driver on a Los Angeles freeway Tuesday then allegedly robbed him in a caught-on-camera heist pulled off in broad daylight.
The shocking footage captured by another driver shows a Dodge Grand Caravan pursuing a black Alfa Romeo traveling eastbound on I-10, also known as the Santa Monica Freeway, at about 1:30 p.m., west of Arlington Avenue.
The witness spots the chase in a lane to his right and can be heard in the footage saying “Let me catch up.”
Prices Rise More Than Expected as Inflation’s Grip on Economy Persists
The increase in inflation is unlikely to force Fed officials to raise interest rates at their monetary policy meeting next week.
Prices for goods increased 0.2 percent, defying predictions that goods prices could fall or stop rising as consumers shift spending toward services.
Food prices increased 0.3 percent and energy prices increased 1.7 percent. Compared with a year ago, goods prices are up 0.9 percent. Food prices are up 2.7 percent. Energy prices are still slightly below levels hit last summer, registering a year-over-year decrease of 0.1 percent.
Maine massacre suspect may have escaped in a boat; US Coast Guard joins the hunt
The U.S. Coast Guard joined the hunt for the prime suspect in the Lewiston, Maine, massacre after his car was found near a boat launch on the Androscoggin River, roughly 10 miles away from where 18 people were fatally shot and 13 were left grievously wounded.
The suspect is believed to own at least two means of traveling upriver to Merrymeeting Bay and thence to the Kennebec River: a 15-foot Bayliner boat, which is now unaccounted for, and a 2019 Sea-Doo personal watercraft, reported the Messenger.
As of Thursday evening, a Coast Guard vessel with a five-man crew was patrolling the Kennebec River, which could ultimately take the suspect to at least Moosehead Lake, some 170 miles away.

Hamas terror base is hidden beneath Gaza’s largest hospital, Israel alleges
The IDF has released images and accompanying graphics claiming an extensive command post exists under Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza.
“Hamas terrorists operate inside and under Shifa hospital — and other hospitals in Gaza — with a network of terror tunnels,” said IDF spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari. “Shifa is not the only hospital — it is one of many. Hamas-use of hospitals is systematic.”
“We have concrete evidence that hundreds of terrorists flooded into the hospital to hide there after the massacres of October 7,” he added.
Chinese fighter jet in near collision with US B-52 bomber over South China Sea
The incident occurred during a nighttime intercept on October 24, 2023.
According to the Pentagon, the Chinese pilot flew the Shenyang J-11 twin-engine fighter “in an unsafe and unprofessional manner” and “demonstrated poor airmanship by closing with uncontrolled excessive speed.”
The US Indo-Pacific Command released footage of the video, which it uploaded to social media.
U.S. Conducts Airstrikes Against Iran-Backed Militias in Syria
“The U.S. Air Force has reportedly conducted multiple Airstrikes tonight against Iranian-Backed Militias within Eastern Syria in Retaliation for the Significant amount of Attacks recently on U.S. Bases in Syria and Iraq,” noted Open Source Intelligence Monitor.
“The Strikes tonight were against 2 Facilities in Eastern Syria used by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran as well as several Iranian-backed militia Groups in the Region,” it continued.
The Pentagon confirmed the strikes were in retaliation “for a slew of drone and missile attacks against U.S. bases and personnel in the region that began early last week,” according to the Associated Press.
Thai cave rescue: Duangphet Phromthep killed himself at school in UK
Known as Dom, he had previously gained worldwide fame as the captain of The Wild Boars football team, or Moo Pa in Thai.
He and his teammates became trapped in caves after a sudden storm caused flooding which blocked the exit.
Dom turned 13 while trapped in the cave and images of the boys were beamed across the world.
The boys and their 25-year-old coach spent nine days in darkness without food before they were found by an international search and rescue effort involving about 10,000 people.

The trial over a 2020 Georgia election case has begun, including mass challenges of voter eligibility and allegations of voter intimidation. Similar legal challenges continue in the state.
On Thursday, the trial of Fair Fight v. True the Vote began, with the plaintiff arguing that the defendants’ challenging the eligibility of more than 364,000 voters in the 2020 presidential election amounts to “voter intimidation.”
Fair Fight is a voting rights PAC founded by twice-defeated Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, and funded by left-wing fundraiser “ActBlue.” Fair Fight first filed the lawsuit in December 2020, in the weeks leading up to the Senate runoff election in the state.
