Exclusive: ICE targets illegal alien who allegedly assaulted a pregnant woman

Immigration and Customs Enforcement is continuing its efforts to deport the most dangerous, violent criminal illegal aliens from the United States.

ICE issued an immigration detainer against Noel Gerardo Niz-Marroquin after he was accused of assaulting a pregnant woman in Florida this week, according to a Friday press release from the Department of Homeland Security obtained by Blaze News.

Niz-Marroquin, a 19-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala, illegally crossed the southern border on March 14, 2022, and was subsequently released into the country by the Biden administration, the press release stated.

ICE placed a detainer against Niz-Marroquin to ensure that he would “not be released into American communities to terrorize more innocent victims.” This action follows his arrest and charges of aggravated battery against a pregnant woman due to an altercation that took place over the weekend.

During the incident that resulted in his arrest, the victim stated that she used a kitchen knife to defend herself. She claimed that Niz-Marroquin repeatedly beat her…..

Driver’s Escape Attempt Backfires Horribly

Trump DOJ Delivers Thousands of Epstein Documents to Oversight Committee

The Justice Department on Friday delivered thousands of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein to the House Oversight Committee.

“The Trump Department of Justice has just delivered thousands of pages of Epstein-related documents to the Oversight Committee,” Comer said.

“The Trump DOJ is moving at a pace far faster than anything ever produced by the Biden DOJ,” Comer added.

Earlier this month Comer subpoenaed “all documents and communications relating or referring to” Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell by August 19.

“While the Department undertakes efforts to uncover and publicly disclose additional information related to Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell’s cases, it is imperative that Congress conduct oversight of the federal government’s enforcement of sex trafficking laws generally and specifically its handling of the investigation and prosecution of Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell,” Comer wrote in a letter Attorney General Pam Bondi.

As Comer announced the new development, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche released

As TGP’s Paul Serran reported, Maxwell was interviewed for two days by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, and as a reward, was transferred to ‘camp fed’ low-security Camp Bryan in Texas – a prison normally reserved to inmates at the end of their sentences – unless they are cooperating witnesses.

The DOJ has released the complete audio recordings of the two-day interview from Ghislaine Maxwell, ‘in the interest of transparency’.

Illegal migrant accused of ‘Russian roulette’ murder attempt weeps uncontrollably during ICE arrest

An illegal immigrant accused of attempting to kill a woman in a “twisted” caught-on-video “version of Russian roulette” in Venezuela wept like a baby as the feds collared him on the streets of Texas, The Post can reveal.

Illegal migrant Raul Enrique Pargas Rodriguez, 31, fled Venezuela after trying to murder the helpless woman, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) told The Post.

Pargas Rodriguez crossed the Texas border illegally on Aug. 10, 2022, and was quickly released by overwhelmed border agents under the Biden administration, who had no information on his dark past

The Maduro regime wasn’t sharing information with the feds under former President Joe Biden, leaving federal law enforcement in the dark about the thousands of Venezuelans sneaking over the border each month.

“This dangerous criminal alien allegedly beat, demeaned and tortured a young woman in some twisted version of Russian roulette and then fled to the US when his attempt to murder her fell apart,” ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Dallas acting Field Office Director Joshua Johnson said in a statement.

Disturbing video of the murder attempt shows Pargas Rodriguez allegedly grab the woman, whom he lured to his workshop on Feb. 24, 2021, by the neck and point a gun at her head….

Islamic Sharia Law Legally Valid in Austrian Civil Disputes, Vienna Court Rules

The Vienna Regional Court for Civil Law Matters has upheld the findings of a Sharia arbitration tribunal concerning a civil dispute between two men in Austria, with the group of informal Islamic mediators ruling that one owed the other €320,000 ($372,000).

The man appealed to the Vienna court, arguing that Sharia diktats have no standing in Austria and that the Islamic code violated the constitutional rights of the European country.

Yet, according to Kronen Zeitung, Vienna judges found that it was permissible for private individuals to settle civil disputes through the manner they saw fit, and that Sharia arbitration did not violate the basic law of Austria.

However, the court noted that this would only apply to civil matters and that Sharia is not applicable in criminal cases. Nevertheless, critics warned that the ruling demonstrated an erosion of the Western liberties and Christian ethics upon which Austria was founded.

Upper Austrian deputy governor Manfred Haimbuchner of the populist Freedom Party said that “Sharia is incompatible with our core values,” and added that the case was “another example of how our legal system and our constitutional state have nothing to counter the gradual appropriation of Islam.”…

Sarah Ogasian, a Marine Corps spouse, mother and ER nurse, remembers the exact moment her husband, Master Sgt. Jon Ogasian, discovered their savings account had been wiped out.

The couple lived in Highland, New York, while Jon was stationed at Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh, before moving to Texas, where he is currently at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth.

“[Jon] said that he woke up, went to work at the military base, opened up his cellphone and looked on his app, checking our bank accounts, and that it was completely drained,” Sarah Ogasian said in an interview with Fox News Digital. “There was absolutely no money left in our bank account, and he just literally wanted to just vomit. … As soon as the money was gone, it literally left us with pennies.”

The Ogasians were told by a representative from the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance that their money had been seized by the state through a tax levy.

Although New York has since admitted the levy was in error and canceled the assessment, the Ogasians say they are still waiting for their funds to be returned and are being told that “a processing fee is being taken out to get the check back.”

“If this is happening to us, then who else has this happened to? Who else has wrongfully gotten money taken out of their account?” Ogasian said….

Navy sailor may face life in prison after a San Diego jury found him guilty of selling military secrets to China on Thursday.

Prosecutors said Jinchao “Patrick” Wei, 25, used his position as a machinist’s mate on the amphibious assault ship USS Essex at Naval Base San Diego to collect sensitive information and offer it to a Chinese intelligence officer who recruited him in February 2022. Wei held a security clearance and had access to information about the weapons systems aboard the Essex.

In exchange, the officer paid Wei $12,000 over a year and a half.

A jury convicted Wei on six of seven charges: espionage, conspiracy to commit espionage, conspiracy to violate the Arms Export Control Act and three counts of violating the Arms Export Control Act.

The espionage-related charges carry life sentences and a $250,000 fine.

Conspiracy to violate the Arms Export Control Act and each count of violating the act carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.

The Chinese intelligence officer approached Wei and posed as a naval enthusiast working for the China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, a state-run yard.

Wei suspected the officer of being linked to Chinese intelligence….

Biotech CEO sues Uber after illegal immigrant driver assault caught on camera in downtown Charleston, SC

A biotech CEO is taking Uber to court after an illegal immigrant driver was caught on camera violently assaulting him in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, sending his dog crashing to the pavement.

The lawsuit, filed Monday in Charleston County, alleges TC BioPharm CEO Bryan Kobel, 45, suffered a concussion in April after Uber driver and illegal Russian national Uliumdzhiev Vadim Nikolaevich, 42, attacked him in a King Street restaurant parking lot.

Nikolaevich was arrested and released on a $10,000 bond for second-degree assault and battery, according to Charleston County Sheriff’s Office records.

He was later placed on an immigration hold after being detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Georgia, according to Kobel’s attorneys.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Kobel said the driver appeared to be upset about his service dog. When Nikolaevich refused to allow the pet, Kobel asked to cancel the ride.

Surveillance footage shows Nikolaevich getting out of an Audi SUV, grabbing Kobel by the throat and headbutting and punching him, knocking the unconscious CEO and his dog to the ground.

Nikolaevich quickly got back into the car and drove away, as stunned witnesses called 911 and rushed to help, footage showed…..

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has authorized almost 2,000 National Guard soldiers and airmen to be armed in Washington, D.C. if their mission requires it, a U.S. official confirmed to FOX News.

“At the direction of the Secretary of Defense, JTF-DC members supporting the mission to lower the crime rate in our nation’s capital will soon be on mission with their service-issued weapons, consistent with their mission and training,” a U.S. defense official told FOX News.

“The Interim Commanding General of the D.C. National Guard retains the authority to make any necessary force posture adjustments in coordination with the D.C. Metropolitan Police and Federal law enforcement partners. The D.C. National Guard remains committed to safeguarding the District of Columbia and serving those who live, work, and visit the District,” the official added.

The troops could start carrying weapons in the coming days, though they will not be able to make arrests. Additionally, they will still be under orders to temporarily detain people if needed before transferring them to law enforcement as soon as possible….

Space Force launches X-37B carrying quantum and comms experiments

(SpaceX)

The Space Force launched its X-37B spaceplane late Thursday for its eighth experimental mission.

The spacecraft flew from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. While many of the experiments it will conduct in the coming months are classified, the Space Force has identified space-based laser communications and quantum sensing as two of its focus areas.

“These experiments come as part of a broader push across the U.S. Space Force to uphold the safety and security of the space domain by enhancing the resilience and flexibility of U.S. orbital systems,” the service said in July when it announced the launch.

For the communications experiment, the service will coordinate with commercial satellite networks in low Earth orbit, about 1,200 miles above the Earth’s surface. The quantum payload, a space inertial sensor, is part of the Defense Innovation Unit’s Transition Quantum Sensing program, which aims to demonstrate capability that will help the Defense Department more quickly field quantum sensors.

The mission is part of a busy launch manifest for the Space Force over the next year. That includes a months long campaign to launch the Space Development Agency’s next batch of data transport and missile tracking satellites, known as Tranche One….
