Mother Accused of Abandoning Four Children, Including Infant, to Enjoy Carnival Cruise

Twenty-nine-year-old Nathalie Belizaire is facing four counts of child neglect

Apparently, four children werenโ€™t enough to interfere with one Florida motherโ€™s vacation plans.

Twenty-nine-year-old Nathalie Belizaire is facing four counts of child neglect after police say she left her children alone inside their North Miami Beach residence while she embarked on a three-night Carnival cruise to the Bahamas.

Among the four children allegedly abandoned were a two-month-old infant and a two-year-old toddler. The ages of the other two children have not been confirmed.

According to investigators, Belizaire boarded Carnival Conquest when it departed PortMiami on Friday, September 25, for a weekend getaway to the Bahamas.

But while she was enjoying her cruise, police allege her four children were left at home without an adult to care for them.

The situation reportedly came to light after the father of her youngest child discovered a social media post showing Belizaire on vacation.

Concerned about the childrenโ€™s whereabouts, he contacted her.

According to the arrest report described by local media, Belizaire told him she intended to leave the children with their great-grandmother.

Unfortunately, investigators say that arrangement never happened.

On Saturday night, the infantโ€™s father went to the residence.

He reportedly heard a television playing and the childrenโ€™s voices inside, but no adult answered. Concerned, he contacted emergency services.

First responders subsequently forced their way into the residence.

What they discovered was disturbing: all four children were inside the home without adult supervision, reportedly hiding together in the bathroom.

Belizaireโ€™s vacation came to an abrupt end Monday morning when Carnival Conquest returned to PortMiami.

Officers with the North Miami Beach Police Department were waiting.

According to reporting based on the arrest affidavit, U.S. Customs and Border Protection initially took her into custody before transferring her to local authorities.

Belizaire reportedly invoked her right to remain silent when investigators attempted to question her.
She now faces four counts of child neglect without great bodily harm. …

From Baltimore to Boston to Chicago, ICE arrests violent fugitives, war criminals

Amos Sheik Massaquoi, 55, a criminal illegal alien from Liberia, is believed to have committed multiple human rights violations

From Baltimore to Boston to Chicago, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers are arresting violent fugitives, including those wanted for war crimes.

In Boston, ICE officers arrested a twice-deported fugitive from El Salvador, Leonel Santos-Diaz, during targeted immigration enforcement operations in Chelsea.

He is wanted in El Salvador after being arrested for aggravated homicide, human trafficking, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and is a suspect in an aggravated robbery investigation. He illegally entered the U.S. to evade prosecution, authorities said.

โ€œSadly, this is yet another example of what the dishonest media will portray as a non-criminal arrest, despite Leonel Santos-Diaz being charged with aggravated homicide and human trafficking in his home country,โ€ Acting ICE Boston Field Office Director David Wesling said. โ€œThe ironically named โ€˜Protect Actโ€™ in Massachusetts is designed to shield individuals like Santos-Diaz from arrest and deportation. Do any Massachusetts residents really feel protected by his presence in their community?โ€

Extraditions are a large part of Trump administration border security operations.

In addition to extraditing illegal foreign nationals wanted by their governments, the U.S. is alsoย extraditing dozensย at a time from other countries to prosecute them in the U.S.

In Chicago, ICE officers arrested and deported Liberian national Amos Sheik Massaquoi, who is accused of having โ€œordered and participated in extrajudicial killings, acts of torture, arbitrary arrests and detentions, forced labor and the recruitment of child soldiersโ€ during Liberiaโ€™sย two civil wars.

The wars, stretching from 1989 to 2003, led to the murder of more than 250,000 andย extensive human rightsย violations and war crimes.

In December 1989, the National Patriotic Front of Liberia overthrew the government and Massaquoi reportedly served as a chief bodyguard to NPFL leader Maj. Gen. Daniel Chea.

He also received specialized military training at a Chinese military academy in 2004, ICEย said.

He illegally entered the U.S. in 2006 under the Bush administration, ICE said. It wasnโ€™t until the first Trump administration that ICE Homeland Security Investigations-Maryland arrested him in 2019. A federal immigration judge then released him back into the country.

ICE-Baltimore officers again arrested him last April. ICE HSI-Maryland working with the Washington, D.C., based HSI Human Rights Violators and War Crimes (HRVW) Center maintains he is connected to alleged war crimes. …

NASA mysteriously trying to pull worldโ€™s fastest plane, SR-71 Blackbird, out of retirement โ€” and wonโ€™t say why

NASAโ€™s SR-71A Tail No. 844 was on display at the Flight Research Center in Californiaโ€™s Edwards Air Force Base before it disappeared from sight in the spring.NASA

NASA appears to be pulling the fastest plane ever produced โ€”the SR-71 Blackbird โ€” out of retirement as the Trump administration suggested itโ€™s working on a new generation of hypersonic surveillance jets.

Former NASA and Air Force engineers confirmed that they had been recently offered jobs to get an old Lockheed SR-71A Blackbird back in the air nearly 27-years after its last flight, Aviation Week reported.

Mike Relja, a former test engineer for the Blackbird โ€” which is capable of reaching speeds of Mach 3.3, 2,200 mph โ€” said NASA reached out to him last month to get the neglected plane up and running, but added that he was now too old for such a massive undertaking.

โ€œI told the guy, โ€˜You know, Iโ€™m too old to be doing this,โ€™โ€ Relja told Aviation Week. โ€œโ€˜I wish you well. Iโ€™d like to see you make it. It would be interesting. But I just donโ€™t think you can get there from here.โ€™โ€

โ€œI do know theyโ€™ve got people working on it,โ€ Relja added. โ€œBut again, without equipment, itโ€™s beyond me what theyโ€™re doing.โ€

The specific Blackbird at the center of the project appears to be Tail No. 884, which was on display at Californiaโ€™s Edwards Air Force Base before suddenly disappearing in May.

That SR-71A had been at the baseโ€™s Armstrong Flight Research Center since Oct. 9, 1999, where it marked the final flight of any Blackbird in the US.

The old jet is likely full of sand and water from its time on display, and its engines have likely not been lubricated and rotated since the 1999 flight, with its $600 million worth of spare parts destroyed back in 2007.

While Relija seemed skeptical that engineers to fix the Blackbirdโ€™s broken wings and learn to fly again, he admitted it was not impossible given the vast resources at NASAโ€™s disposal.

โ€œIf you got a ton of money, maybe you can make it happen,โ€ he told Aviation Week. โ€œThey went to the Moon, you know.โ€ …

Navarro Warns Canada: Don’t ‘Interfere’ in US Elections

Peter Navarro

White House trade adviser Peter Navarro warned Canada on Tuesday against interfering in U.S. elections and told Canadians lobbying on K Street to “get the hell out of our country.”

Politico reported that Navarro, speaking at an economic event hosted by a communications and policy firm in Washington, addressed Canadians in the audience.

“Please, if you’re on K Street, get the hell out of our country,” he said.

K Street, a Washington thoroughfare, has long been shorthand for the city’s lobbying industry.

“You’ve lobbied this country and you’ve been successful in the past and you think you can keep doing that,” said Navarro, who serves as senior counselor for trade and manufacturing in the White House. “Memo to Canada: You cannot do that.”

Navarro warned that Ottawa could face repercussions if Canadians “interfere” in the November U.S. elections, singling out Maine and Michigan.

Both states have closely contested Senate and gubernatorial races.

His comments came the same day President Donald Trump’s import bans on about $1 billion worth of Canadian goods took effect, following double-digit tariff increases by both governments after trade talks collapsed last month. ..

Baby girl with six toes is found dead in dumpster outside California school โ€“ as cops probe chilling theory

Baby girl with six toes is found dead in dumpster outside California school โ€“ as cops probe chilling theory

A 19-year-old mother was arrested Tuesday after her four-month-old baby girlโ€™s body was discovered inside a dumpster in South Los Angeles.

The grisly discovery occurred around 10:30 p.m. Monday near the 5200 block of Alba Street, directly across from Holmes Avenue Elementary School.

A local resident, Martha Serrano Jimenez, was taking out trash with her daughter when she noticed an unusually heavy black plastic bag inside the dumpster.

Using a cellphone flashlight to inspect the bag, Serrano Jimenez initially mistook the contents for a doll, exclaiming โ€œuna muรฑeca,โ€ before realizing it was an infant, according to Fox LA.

Her daughter immediately dialed 911 while Serrano Jimenez, neighbors, and the emergency dispatcher attempted to perform CPR.

Around 4 a.m. Tuesday, the totโ€™s grandparents, Herman Johnson and Laura Lacy saw it reported that the dead infant had six toes on her left foot, a trait shared by their granddaughter.

They rushed to Johnsonโ€™s apartment in South Los Angeles, just a few hundred yards from where the body was discarded, according to the news outlet.

โ€œTo be found in a dumpster, a dirty dumpster. It just broke my heart. I donโ€™t know what to do, man. I donโ€™t even know what to say,โ€ the infantโ€™s heartbroken grandfather told the news outlet.

When shown a photo of Johnson and Lacyโ€™s granddaughter, Luna, Serrano Jimenez confirmed to investigators that the girl in the picture was the same infant she had discovered in the dumpster. …

Jennifer Jenkins collected more than $107,000 from PAC, campaigns while citing grocery-delivery work amid hardship

Democrat Jennifer Jenkins took more than $107,000 in consulting fees and candidate salary from political committees associated with her campaigns while jumping between three federal races in nine months and telling voters she was delivering groceries to make ends meet.

Federal Election Commission records show Jenkinsโ€™ national PAC, Educated We Stand, paid her $5,000 a month for โ€œconsulting/political strategyโ€ from July 2024 through August 2025.

That is $70,000 in payments reported by the PAC before she ever launched a Senate bid.

Her campaign committee, Jennifer Jenkins for U.S. Congress, then began paying her a โ€œcandidate salary.โ€

Those payments started in late October 2025 and continued into July 2026, bringing the combined total to $107,315.62.

Jenkins entered Floridaโ€™s 2026 U.S. Senate race in September 2025 against Sen. Ashley Moody.

In a launch advertisement, she presented herself delivering groceries and described taking a second job amid financial hardship. She later told The Space Coast Rocket she had worked for Instacart.

Campaign-finance reports do not list Instacart wages. Those filings record committee receipts and spending, not a candidateโ€™s personal paycheck.

A separate personal financial disclosure generally requires reporting earned income above $200 in the relevant period. ..

Venezuelan man shot by ICE agent in Texas charged with assaulting an officer

Venezuelan man shot by ICE agent in Texas charged with assaulting an officer

Federal prosecutors in Texas announced on Tuesday that a Venezuelan delivery driver who was shot in the back by immigration enforcement agents in September will face charges of assault against an officer.

According to a federal complaint, Wilber Rafael Garces-Perez, 28, allegedly tried to escape Immigration and Customs Enforcement after they pulled him over.

The complaint accuses Garces-Perez of sideswiping an officer with his driver’s-side car mirror and later attempting to hit an officer with his car, the Associated Press reported.

Garces-Perez provided his drivers license but ignored agents’ requests to get out of his car, the complaint alleges.

He discussed with an agent in Spanish moving the car and parking it, according to court documents, which say the conversation wasn’t aggressive.

About a minute later, Garces-Perez allegedly “abruptly” closed the window and drove off.

One of the officers was struck in his torso with the driver’s side-view mirror.

Attorney Who Sued Hospitals in 40 States Over Ivermectin Tells Ron Johnson: 69 of 72 Patients Who Received Ivermectin Survived When Courts Forced Treatment โ€” All 140 Patients Denied the Drug Died

New York attorney Ralph Lorigo walked into Sen. Ron Johnsonโ€™s Capitol Hill roundtable Monday with numbers the medical establishment has spent five years pretending do not exist.

Attorney Ralph Lorigo delivered striking testimony Monday during Sen. Ron Johnsonโ€™s roundtable examining COVID-era hospital protocols, telling the Wisconsin Republican that he represented 212 families across 40 states who went to court seeking alternative treatment for critically ill COVID patients.

Johnson convened the September 28 roundtable, titled โ€œCOVID-19 Hospital Protocols: Real Stories from Real People,โ€ to hear testimony from patients, family members, doctors, nurses and others about their experiences inside hospitals during the pandemic.

According to Sen. Johnsonโ€™s office, the event was the first in Johnsonโ€™s series of COVID-related hearings and roundtables devoted entirely to hospital protocols.

Lorigo told the panel that of the 212 families he represented, there were 72 cases in which he prevailed and ivermectin was ultimately administered.

According to Lorigo, only three of those 72 patients died.

โ€œIn all, I represented 212 families across 40 states,โ€ Lorigo said. โ€œI won 72 where ivermectin was actually given. Only 3 people died.โ€

That means 69 of the 72 patients Lorigo identified survived, a survival rate of approximately 95.8 percent among that group.

Lorigo then described what he said happened in the remaining cases. …

Hurricane unleashes hell on Pacific Coast as streets turn to rivers and violent winds battered homes

Hurricane unleashes hell on Pacific Coast as streets turn to rivers and violent winds battered homes

Hurricane Polo unleashed torrential rain, destructive waves and violent winds along Mexicoโ€™s Pacific coast Tuesday, with dramatic footage showing flooded streets and battered properties.

The tempest made its first landfall around 11 p.m. Monday local time along the west coast of Baja California Sur, just south of the small town of Las Barrancas, according to the National Hurricane Center.

The storm was likely a Category 2 hurricane at landfall, with maximum sustained winds estimated at 90 to 95 knots, or roughly 105 to 110 mph.

By early Tuesday, Polo had weakened somewhat after moving over land but was still packing hurricane-force winds.

At 5 a.m. MST, the storm had maximum sustained winds of 75 mph, with higher gusts, and was located about 65 miles north-northwest of Loreto, according to the NHC.

Hurricane-force winds extended as far as 30 miles from the center, while tropical-storm-force winds reached up to 90 miles.

Dramatic footage shared by ABC Eyewitness News showed massive waves surging into a hotel restaurant in Playa Azul, as Polo battered Mexicoโ€™s Pacific coastline. ..

Drug cartel kingpin among targets in sweeping Trump crackdown on alleged Mexican corruption network

A Treasury Department chart maps the leadership and financial network surrounding Ismael "Mayito Flaco" Zambada Sicairos, whom Treasury describes as the "undisputed head" of the Sinaloa cartelโ€™s Los Mayos faction. (U.S. Department of the Treasury)

The Trump administration is seeking to disrupt with a sweeping set of sanctions a sprawling Sinaloa cartel network accused of corrupting Mexican officials just across the U.S. border.

Los Mayos, a powerful faction of the Sinaloa cartel, and its U.S.-born leader are accused of funneling fentanyl and drug money through California and hiring hitmen to kill rivals on American soil.

The Treasury Department, according to material exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital ahead of their public release on Tuesday, will sanction 21 individuals and 25 entities in a crackdown against Los Mayos and their alleged illegal activity within U.S. borders.

The targets of the sanctions include Ismael Zambada Sicairos, known as “Mayito Flaco,” a dual U.S.-Mexican citizen born in Anaheim, California, whom Treasury describes as the “undisputed head” of Los Mayos.

The action lays out how one of Mexicoโ€™s most powerful cartel factions allegedly maintains its grip on two critical trafficking corridors along the U.S. border โ€” through political and police corruption, money laundering and violence that Treasury says has extended into Southern California.

It also exposes what Treasury describes as deep cartel penetration of government and law enforcement in Baja California, the Mexican state bordering California.

The Treasury says Sinaloa-linked “narco-corruption has reached the highest levels” of the state government, alleging that the ex-husband of Gov. Marina del Pilar รvila Olmeda used his political influence to protect cartel operations and that a former Mexicali public security chief accepted bribes to allow the cartel to exert control over municipal police.

The allegations shed new light on a controversy that erupted last year when the U.S. revoked the visas of both รvila and her then-husband, Carlos Torres Torres. …

Two U.S. Navy aviators ejected as they were landing their plane on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower aircraft carrier off the coast of Virginia, a mishap that also injured four other sailors aboard the vessel.

It is the latest mishap involving Navy aircraft in the last couple of years, including two Navy jets that collided during an air show in Idaho in May as well as a fighter jet and a helicopter crashing into the South China Sea in October.

Pentagon data released last year showed a spike in aviation mishaps across the U.S. military in 2024.

On Monday, the two aviators, who are assigned to Carrier Air Wing 3, successfully ejected after โ€œa mishap occurred during aircraft recovery operationsโ€ and were rescued by search and rescue personnel, the Navy said in a short statement.

The two were returned to the ship and evaluated by medical personnel, the Navy said.

Four others aboard the ship also were receiving medical care, including one who was transported to a hospital in the Norfolk, Virginia, area to be treated for injuries that were not life threatening.

The Navy did not say what type of two-seater plane was involved, what happened to the plane or what might have caused the mishap.

However, the sea service has two types of two-seat carrier aircraft โ€” the F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler electronic attack aircraft โ€” assigned to its carrier air wings. The Navy also flies the two-seat T-45 Goshawk jet as a training aircraft.

In response to a request for more details, the Navy said more information could be available later Tuesday. …

Newsom signs laws targeting ICE with shock glove ban, detention center tax

California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a bill banning shock gloves and wearable devices for law enforcement. | Dylan Lovan/AP

Gavin Newsom signed laws on Tuesday that take aim at President Donald Trumpโ€™s deportation agenda โ€” barring law enforcement from using shock gloves, banning the use of state property for immigration operations and taxing detention centers.

The new laws are likely to draw legal blowback from the U.S. Department of Justice, which has previously been successful in blocking state laws meant to rein in a federal immigration crackdown.

โ€œCalifornia is taking action to strengthen transparency, accountability, and oversight around immigration enforcement in our state,โ€ Newsom said in a statement. โ€œThis is about stepping up where the federal government has failed our communities.โ€

Lawmakers introduced some of the legislation early in the year, after federal agents killed two people while conducting an immigration enforcement surge in Minneapolis.

Democrats rushed to pass the shock glove ban more recently, after the Associated Press reported in August that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement planned to buy the gloves for its officers.

That ban applies to all law enforcement officers in California, including federal immigration agents.

The legislation sunsets on Jan. 1, 2030, and it also requires the California Department of Justice to complete a safety study on shock devices by Jan. 1, 2029.

Two other laws Newsom signed will make state property off limits for immigration enforcement activities and will require the California Department of Justice to investigate incidents in which immigration officers fatally shoot civilians. …

Republican Sen. John Kennedy mocked former Special Counsel Jack Smith, asking whether he believes in the Easter Bunny and Tooth Fairy before saying Smith makes him “want to throw up in my mouth.”

Kennedy’s remarks came as Republicans intensified scrutiny of Smith’s investigations into President Donald Trump.

Lawmakers questioned his office’s collection of phone records and accused him of misleading Congress, allegations Smith denies as politically motivated.
